Abstract

본 발명은 회전식 도어를 구성하는 기어 힌지부에서 문틀의 지지 프레임 측에 고정 연결된 제 1 지지 브라켓과 도어 측에 고정 연결된 제 2 지지 브라켓 사이의 안정된 회전 작동을 가이드할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 도어의 하중으로 인하여 제 2 지지 브라켓을 통하여 기어 힌지부에 인가되는 회전 모멘트에 의해 도어 중립축 하부의 하단 기어 힌지부에서 발생하는 압축 응력과 도어 중립축 상부의 상단 기어 힌지부에서 발생하는 인장 응력을 최소화함으로써 도어의 정확한 여닫힘 성능을 확보하고 유지할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 도어 힌지에서 발생하는 마찰에 의한 부품 손상이나 마찰 소음의 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 회전식 도어의 기어 힌지부의 회전 작동 가이드 장치에 관한 것이다.
