Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to medical devices, systems and methods, and more specifically to triage devices, systems and methods that select necessary responses based on the user's health condition.
- a medical system for determining the degree of urgency by telephone between a user (patient) and an operator has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
- the operator can determine the degree of urgency regarding the response to the user (patient) based on the information provided by the user (patient).
- Patent Document 1 The technology of Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
- the operator inputs the provided information provided by the user (patient).
- the operator may input the operator's subjective evaluation into the medical system in addition to the provided information in order to make the content of the provided information easy to understand.
- the user (patient) does not remember the history of his / her own pre-existing condition and the user (patient) provides information to the operator, at least the history of his / her pre-existing condition is included in the provided information. Some may be missing.
- Patent Document 1 Due to these two issues in the art of Patent Document 1, at least one of the diseases presented by the system as a possible disease is inaccurate, inadequate, or both. There can be.
- the system quickly and accurately determines potential illnesses and the urgency needed to treat them, and the system provides appropriate medical care to stakeholders (doctors, nurses, operators, patients, etc.). In order to be able to provide it, it is necessary to improve the above-mentioned two problems.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to enable a medical device to receive information that does not include the subjectivity of an operator as much as possible, and the information and the patient have been affected so far.
- the patient's health condition and urgency exemplified by the predicted illness and the medical department, which is a specialized field classification related to the medical treatment selected accordingly, can be more accurately determined.
- the grasped and grasped patient's health condition and urgency it is illustrated by the examination, treatment policy, urgency of consultation, patient's treatment order, emergency transportation order, determination of transportation destination facility, etc. It is to provide medical devices, systems, and methods capable of more accurately selecting the necessary responses.
- the present inventors receive medical data associated with the user and determine the user's health condition and its urgency based on the received medical data and the like.
- the present invention provides the following.
- the invention according to the first feature includes a receiving unit that receives first data relating to at least one state associated with the first user, and a control unit that determines second data based on at least the first data and medical data.
- the second data includes the first information and the second information, and the first information includes at least one health condition of the first user, including an output module for outputting the second data.
- the second information provides a medical device that includes an urgency for each of the at least one health condition.
- the receiving unit can receive the state of the first user (patient) without going through the operator, the medical device is more objective without the subjectivity of the operator. Patient status can be received.
- control unit determines the second data based on the first data and the medical data regarding at least one state, and the output module outputs the determined second data.
