Description

一种医疗车用半键式可转向、锁定的扶手 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用品,尤其是一种医疗车,具体地说是一种医疗车用半键式可转向锁定、定位扶手。
背景技术
众所周知,医疗车是一种医疗单位常用的承载工具,遍历所有的医疗用车,推动其前行的扶手均为一个方向的固定式结构,其位置一般是按照人类平均身高设置的,均为固定不变的,而由于受操作人员身高的限制,这种设计使得一部分身材过高或过低的人员操作不便,增加了推行难度,因此,设计一种能改变扶手方向,使之抓握高度能发生变化,更能满足不同身高使用者需要的扶手结构不仅是人性设计的体现,更能增加医疗车的市场需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的医疗车扶手高度一成不变而难以满足不同身高使用者要求的问题,设计一种能改变扶手高度和方向的医疗车用半键式可转向、锁定扶手。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种医疗车用半键式可转向、锁定的扶手,其特征是它包括把手柄1、与车体相连的把手座2和把手柄镶轴3,把手柄镶轴3的一端安装在把手座2中并能在其中旋转,把手柄镶轴3的另一端固定在把手柄1中,把手座2上开设有多个半键锁槽4,把手柄镶轴3上对称开设有轴向半圆槽5,左半键6和右半键7安装在所述的轴向半圆槽5中,操作左半键6和右半键7的旋钮位于把手柄1上。
所述的半键锁槽4的数量为四个,它均布在把手座2与把手柄相对一端的端面上,以使把手柄1在水平方向的左、右位置以及垂直方向的上、下位置定位。
所述的把手柄镶轴3和把手柄1为整体注塑结构。
所述的把手座2与车体相连的一端上套装有把手座垫8。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明改变了现有市场医疗车的格局,是对传统产品的革新,突破了人们对医疗车扶手形式的认知禁锢,能产生令人耳目一新的感觉。
本发明结构简单,安装使用方便,可靠性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-4所示。
一种医疗车用半键式可转向、锁定的扶手,主要用于医用推车上,一般安装于车体上部四个拐角处,供推拉车体的时候使用,为了能提供一个适合每个人推车或者拉车的着力方式,所以推车把手能够旋转变换方位为好。此把手能够提供上下左右4个方位的锁定位置,整个把手由把手柄(与把手旋转轴整体注塑成型),操作左半键和右半键的旋钮,把手座及把手座垫组成。把手旋转到上下左右任一位置时,顺时针旋转左半键旋钮同时逆时针旋转右旋钮把手锁定,要调整时,只需逆时针旋转左半键旋钮同时顺时针旋转右半键旋钮即可解锁调整。如图1所示,可转向定位扶手包括把手柄1、与车体相连的把手座2和把手柄镶轴3,把手柄镶轴3的一端安装在把手座2中并能在其中旋转,把手柄镶轴3的另一端固定在把手柄1中(把手柄镶轴3和把手柄1可采用整体注塑结构实现固定相连),把手座2上开设有四个半键锁槽4,它均布在把手座2与把手柄相对一端的端面上,以使把手柄1在水平方向的左、右位置以及垂直方向的上、下位置定位。把手柄镶轴3上对称开设有轴向半圆槽5,左半键6和右半键7安装在所述的轴向半圆槽5中,操作左半键6和右半键7的旋钮位于把手柄1上,如图2所示。所述的把手座2与车体相连的一端上套装有把手座垫8。
本发明的规定工作原理是:
正常状态下,左半键和右半键的一大半位于把手柄镶轴3上的轴向半键锁槽4中,以保持锁定状态,如图4。当需要改变扶手的状态时,可逆时针拨动把手柄1上的左半键旋钮,同时顺时针拨动右半键旋钮,使左半键和右半键与把手柄镶轴3贴合呈图3所示状态,此时,把手柄镶轴3即可在把手柄1的带动下在把手座2中旋转,当旋转至所需的位置(旋转角度为90、180、270和360度)时再反向旋动左半键旋钮和右半键旋钮, 带动左半键和右半键的部分进入把手柄镶轴3上的轴向半键锁槽4中呈图4所示状态即完成把手柄的新的定位。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

  1. 一种医疗车用半键式可转向、锁定的扶手,其特征是它包括把手柄(1)、与车体相连的把手座(2)和把手柄镶轴(3),把手柄镶轴(3)的一端安装在把手座(2)中并能在其中旋转,把手柄镶轴(3)的另一端固定在把手柄(1)中,把手座(2)上开设有多个半键锁槽(4),把手柄镶轴(3)上对称开设有轴向半圆槽(5),左半键(6)和右半键(7)安装在所述的轴向半圆槽(5)中,操作左半键(6)和右半键(7)的旋钮位于把手柄(1)上。
