Description

一种医疗车用可转向、锁定的扶手 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用品,尤其是一种医疗车,具体地说是一种医疗车用可转向、锁定的扶手。
背景技术
众所周知,医疗车是一种医疗单位常用的承载工具,遍历所有的医疗用车,推动其前行的扶手均为一个方向的固定式结构,其位置一般是按照人类平均身高设置的,均为固定不变的,而由于受操作人员身高的限制,这种设计使得一部分身材过高或过低的人员操作不便,增加了推行难度,因此,设计一种能改变扶手方向,使之抓握高度能发生变化,更能满足不同身高使用者需要的扶手结构不仅是人性设计的体现,更能增加医疗车的市场需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的医疗车扶手高度一成不变而难以满足不同身高使用者要求的问题,设计一种能改变扶手高度和方向的医疗车用可转向锁定、定位扶手。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种医疗车用可转向、锁定的扶手,其特征是它包括扶手外壳1、与车体相连的扶手座2和扶手旋转轴3,扶手旋转轴3的一端安装在扶手座2中并能在其中旋转,它的另一端固定在扶手内支架4中,扶手内支架4固定在扶手外壳1中,扶手内支架4的中心设有一个长条形的、截面呈U形的安装槽,锁定连杆5通过连杆锁轴6铰装在所述的安装槽中,连杆锁轴6安装在扶手内支架4上并横跨在所述的安装槽上,锁定连杆5的下端插入连杆锁钩槽镶件7端面的定位孔中,连杆锁钩槽镶件7安装在扶手座2与扶手外壳1相对的一端上,锁定连杆5的上端与安装在扶手外壳1上的解锁按钮8相对,按下解锁按钮8,解锁按钮8迫使锁定连杆的下端脱离连杆锁钩槽镶件7上的定位孔从而实现解锁,扶手外壳1与扶手内支架7一起相对扶手座2自动转动;在扶手内支架4上还安装有迫使锁定连杆5下端始终插入连杆锁钩槽镶件定位孔中的锁定压簧9。
所述的连杆锁钩槽镶件7端面上的定位孔的数量为四个,它均布在连杆锁钩槽镶件7与扶手外壳1相对的一端上,以使扶手在水平方向的左、右位置以及垂直方向的上、 下位置锁定定位。
所述的锁定压簧9安装在弹簧座10中,弹簧座10位于扶手内支架4上,锁定压簧9的一端与锁定连杆5相抵或相连,锁定压簧的另一端与弹簧座10的底部相抵或相连。
所述的扶手内支架4和扶手外壳1为包敷注塑结构。
所述的扶手座2与车体相连的一端上套装有扶手座垫11。
所述的扶手由扶手外壳1和扶手内支架4组成。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明改变了现有市场医疗车的格局,是对传统产品的革新,突破了人们对医疗车扶手形式的认知禁锢,能产生令人耳目一新的感觉。
本发明结构简单,安装使用方便,可靠性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-4所示。
一种医疗车用可转向、锁定的扶手,主要用于医用推车上,一般安装于车体上部四个拐角处,供推拉车体的时候使用,为了能提供一个适合每个人推车或者拉车的着力方式,所以推车把手能够旋转变换方位为好。此把手能够提供上下左右4个方位的锁定位置,整个把手由把手左右外壳,把手内支架(与把手旋转轴整体注塑成型),锁定连杆,解锁按钮,锁定压簧,连杆销轴,把手座及把手座垫组成。把手旋转到上下左右任一位置时,把手能自动锁定定位,要调整时,只需按下解锁按钮即可解锁调整。如图1所示,可转向扶手包括扶手外壳1、安装在扶手外壳1中的扶手内支架4与车体相连的扶手座2和扶手旋转轴3,如图2所示,扶手外壳1可由扶手外壳前101和扶手外壳后 102扣合而成并分别注塑而成。扶手旋转轴3的一端穿过安装在扶手座2端面的连杆锁钩槽镶件7后插装在扶手座2中并能在扶手座2中旋转,它的另一端固定在扶手内支架4中,扶手座2与扶手外壳之间采用常规的卡接结构(如凸环与凹槽卡接结构),以保证二者既不会轴向分离,又能作相对转动。扶手内支架4固定在扶手外壳1中,扶手内支架4和扶手外壳1为包敷注塑结构,二者整体组成扶手;扶手内支架4固定在扶手外壳1中,扶手内支架4的中心设有一个长条形的、截面呈U形的安装槽12(图5),锁定连杆5通过连杆锁轴6铰装在所述的安装槽12中,连杆锁轴6安装在扶手内支架4上并横跨在所述的安装槽上(图4),锁定连杆5的下端插入连杆锁钩槽镶件7端面的定位孔中,连杆锁钩槽镶件7安装在扶手座2与扶手外壳1相对的一端上,连杆锁钩槽镶件7为金属件并同扶手座2是整体注塑在一起。锁定连杆5的上端与安装在扶手外壳1上的解锁按钮8相对,按下解锁按钮8,解锁按钮8迫使锁定连杆的下端脱离连杆锁钩槽镶件7上的定位孔从而实现解锁,扶手外壳1与扶手内支架7一起相对扶手座2自动转动;在扶手内支架4上还安装有迫使锁定连杆5下端始终插入连杆锁钩槽镶件定位孔中的锁定压簧9。锁定压簧9安装在扶手内支架4上的弹簧座10中,锁定压簧9的一端与锁定连杆5相抵或相连,锁定压簧的另一端与弹簧座10的底部相抵或相连。弹簧座10可设置在连杆锁轴6的上部,也可设置在其下部,图1中的锁定压簧安装在连杆销轴6的上部,故安装在锁定连杆5的右侧,如果设置在下部则位置相反,锁定压簧9应安装在锁定连杆5的左侧,以保证锁定压簧9的弹力能始终推动锁定连杆5的下端插入连杆锁钩槽镶件7端面的定位孔中。此外,为了使本发明的扶手与车体连接可靠还可在扶手座2与车体相连的一端上套装有扶手座垫11,如图1所示。
本发明的规定工作原理是:
正常状态下,锁定连杆5的下端在锁定压簧9的作用下插入与扶手座2相连的连杆锁钩槽镶件7端面的四个定位孔中的一个中,以保持锁定状态,如图3。当需要改变扶手的状态时,可按下解锁按钮8,使锁定连杆5的下端脱离扶手座上的连杆锁钩槽镶件7上的定位,如图1所示,此时转动扶手外壳到需要的位置,松开解锁按钮,再小幅度来回转动扶手外壳1,直至锁定连杆5的下端插入扶手座2上的连杆锁钩槽镶件7的定位孔中即完成方向的改变,再次进入图3所示的状态。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

  1. 一种医疗车用可转向、锁定的扶手,其特征是它包括扶手外壳(1)、与车体相连的扶手座(2)和扶手旋转轴(3),扶手旋转轴(3)的一端安装在扶手座(2)中并能在其中旋转,它的另一端固定在扶手内支架(4)中,扶手内支架(4)固定在扶手外壳(1)中,扶手内支架(4)的中心设有一个长条形的、截面呈U形的安装槽,锁定连杆(5)通过连杆锁轴(6)铰装在所述的安装槽中,连杆锁轴(6)安装在扶手内支架(4)上并横跨在所述的安装槽上,锁定连杆(5)的下端插入连杆锁钩槽镶件(7)端面的定位孔中,连杆锁钩槽镶件(7)安装在扶手座(2)与扶手外壳(1)相对的一端上,锁定连杆(5)的上端与安装在扶手外壳(1)上的解锁按钮(8)相对,按下解锁按钮(8),解锁按钮(8)迫使锁定连杆的下端脱离连杆锁钩槽镶件(7)上的定位孔从而实现解锁,扶手外壳(1)与扶手内支架(7)一起相对扶手座(2)自动转动;在扶手内支架(4)上还安装有迫使锁定连杆(5)下端始终插入连杆锁钩槽镶件定位孔中的锁定压簧(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扶手,其特征是所述的连杆锁钩槽镶件(7)端面上的定位孔的数量为四个,它均布在连杆锁钩槽镶件(7)与扶手外壳(1)相对的一端上,以使扶手在水平方向的左、右位置以及垂直方向的上、下位置锁定定位。
