Abstract

The present invention concerns a piercable capsule for packaging components, comprising a cover (1) and a flexible pouch (2) in which the component or components are packaged and which can move with respect to the cover (1). The present invention also concerns a piercable capsule, wherein the flexible pouch (2) is positioned inside a rigid body. The present invention also concerns the use of this capsule for packaging of components, preferably cosmetics, and the use of this capsule in a device for manufacturing a customised cosmetic product by mixing at least two components, wherein at least one of the two components is contained in the capsule. Description

Pierceable capsule for packaging

[1] The present invention relates to a pierceable capsule for packaging components, comprising a cover (1), and a flexible bag (2) in which the component (s) is packaged and which is movable relative to said cover. [7] Thus, there is today a need for a capsule allowing efficient removal of the component contained in the capsule by a suction device, in particular in the case where the component present in said capsule has a viscosity dynamic from 0.001 Pa.s to 500 Pa.S, and allowing storage of the capsule in any position.

[8] Today, the Applicant innovates by proposing a new capsule solving the problems referenced above.

[9] Indeed, the Applicant has developed a capsule for the packaging of component (s), comprising a perforable cover and comprising inside the capsule a flexible pocket (2) mobile during the aspiration of its. content, the component being contained in the flexible pocket.

[10] Thus, the invention relates according to a first aspect, a puncturable capsule for the packaging of component (s) comprising a cap (1), and characterized in that it comprises a flexible pocket in which the component (s) is packaged and which is movable relative to said cover (1).
