本实用新型涉及行李箱的内装结构技术领域,具体涉及一种轻量行内装结构。
背景技术
拉杆箱的制备包括箱壳成型及箱体装配两部分,其中箱体装配包括轮子组装、内装车缝、拉杆手把安装等步骤。装车缝主要是指将内装织物层通过与箱壳车缝或者将内装织物层与外部胶条粘结后与箱体固定实现,该工艺依赖于人工操作、安装困难、成品率低。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种轻量行内装结构,减轻了拉杆箱内装装配的安装难度,及产品的轻量化程度。
一种轻量行内装结构,包括箱壳、中框、内衬和卡片,所述中框上设有箱壳卡槽,并与箱壳卡接固定,所述中框内侧设有内卡槽,内卡槽内设有弹片,所述卡片下端设有凸起部,卡片向下插入内卡槽内,凸起部与弹片卡接配合。
进一步的,所述箱壳包括第一箱壳和第二箱壳,中框包括第一中框和第二中框,卡片包括第一卡片和第二卡片,所述箱壳卡槽包括第一箱壳卡槽和第二箱壳卡槽,所述第一箱壳卡槽设置在第一中框的外侧与第一箱壳卡接固定,所述第二箱壳卡槽设置在第二中框的外侧与第二箱壳卡接固定;所述内卡槽包括第一内卡槽和第二内卡槽,第一内卡槽设置在第一中框内侧,第二内卡槽设置在第二中框内侧;所述弹片包括第一弹片和第二弹片,第一弹片设置在第一内卡槽内,第二弹片设置在第二内卡槽内,所述第一卡片插入第一内卡槽内与第一弹片卡接,第二卡片插入第二内卡槽内与第二弹片卡接。

进一步的,所述的弹片为斜契式镂空结构。
进一步的,所述的卡片下端的凸起部为丁字形结构,与弹片卡接配合。
进一步的,所述箱壳插入箱壳卡槽内并通过粘合的方式固定连接。
本实用新型能够更加方便的组装箱体,尤其是卡片与中框的安装,减轻安装过程中中框的损伤程度,提高产品的合格率,大幅度减轻人工安装困难等问题。轻量化中框在原有技术的基础上不影响使用寿命的前提下大幅度减轻产品质量,节约大量人工成本和生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步说明。
如图1至图6所示,一种轻量行内装结构包括箱壳1、中框3、内衬和卡片,所述箱壳1包括第一箱壳2和第二箱壳6,所述中框3包括第一中框4和第二中框5,卡片包括第一卡片12和第二卡片20。第一中框4上设有向上凸起的连接件9,第二中框5上设有与连接件9配合的连接槽8,所述连接件9插入连接槽8内部,从而使第一中框4和第二中框5闭合。
所述第一中框4外侧设有方向向下的第一箱壳卡槽10,第二中框5外侧设有方向向上的第二箱壳卡槽7,分别用于安装第一箱壳2和第二箱壳6,第一箱壳2和第二箱壳6分别插入第一箱壳卡槽10和第二箱壳卡槽7内,并通过粘合的方式分别与第一箱壳卡槽10和第二箱壳卡槽7固定连接。
所述第一中框4内侧设有开口向上的第一内卡槽15,所述第一内卡槽15围绕第一中 框4内侧设置,所述第一内卡槽15设有斜契式第一弹片14,所述第一弹片14向第一内卡槽15内侧倾斜,并为镂空结构,第一弹片14的一端与第一内卡槽15的第一侧壁16上端固定,另一侧向下自由悬空。所述第一弹片14设有多个,围绕第一中框4分布。
相应的所述第二中框5内侧设有开口向下的第二内卡槽18,所述第二内卡槽18围绕第二中框5内侧设置,所述第二内卡槽18设有斜契式第二弹片19,所述第二弹片19向第二内卡槽18内侧倾斜,并为镂空结构,第二弹片19的一端与第二内卡槽18的第二侧壁17上端固定,另一侧向上自由悬空。所述第二弹片19设有多个,围绕第二中框5分布。
所述第一中框4和第二中框5为羽量化设计,第一弹片14和第二弹片19采用镂空结构,在不影响使用性能的前提下,减小了箱体的重量。
所述第一卡片12设有第一支撑部11和丁字形第一凸起部13,第一卡片12附带着内衬由上向下插入第一内卡槽15中,第一凸起部13插入第一内卡槽15中并与斜契式镂空第一弹片14卡接配合,从而实现扣紧结合达到固定的效果,第一支撑部11使第一卡片12与第一内卡槽15顶紧,从而将内衬固定在第一内卡槽15内。
相应的所述第二卡片20设有第二支撑部22和丁字形第二凸起部21,第二卡片20附带着内衬由下向上插入第二内卡槽18中,第二凸起部21插入第二内卡槽18中并与斜契式镂空第二弹片19卡接配合,从而实现扣紧结合达到固定的效果,第二支撑部22使第二卡片20与第二内卡槽18顶紧,从而将内衬固定在第二内卡槽18内。
本实用新型以模块化的模板将行李箱的各个零部件分别加工完成,然后进行拼装。
