背景技术
通常帐篷主要包括帐篷布及用于支撑帐篷布的帐篷支架,帐篷支架是由一顶部模组放射状枢接若干架杆组成,该顶部模组包括有上顶模与下顶模,各架杆的顶端共同枢接在上顶模上,在每根架杆的下方各设有辅助支杆,并且各辅助支杆的顶端共同枢接在下顶模上,该上顶模与下顶模均为一体成型,且各架杆与各辅助支杆的端部是采用铆钉枢接于该上、下顶模上,因此,在安装上工序比较繁锁,并且需要相配套的设备辅助才能完成,制作成本较高,并且铆接后不易拆分,使模组的通用性以及适用范围受到局限,因此有进一步改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型帐篷顶模,通过改进帐篷顶模的结构,使帐篷架杆与顶模间的安装快速、拆卸容易,无需使用设备,进而可降低产品的制作成本。
为达上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型帐篷顶模,安装于帐篷顶部用以枢接帐篷架杆,该顶模包括有上顶模与下顶模,所述上顶模是由上模座、上压模及上模盖分别独立成型后相互卡接组成;所述下顶模是由下模座、下压模及下模盖各自独立成型后相互卡接组成,该上模座与下模座上均一体成型数个相间隔呈放射状布设的用以供各帐篷架杆接头枢设的嵌槽。
所述上模座的内壁上形成一环凹槽,又上模座的中部向内凸出一承座,该承座外壁上设有凸粒,该上模座环绕外壁设有卡缘,还设有数个卡孔。
所述上压模配合上模座内壁的形状压扣在上模座内,其对应上模座嵌槽的位置形成有配合沉槽,各沉槽的上方均设置一挡块,该上压模中部对应承座的位置设有配合孔,以及外壁上设有与上模座卡孔配合的卡块。
所述上模盖扣合于上模座上,该上模盖具有一环垣,在该环垣的内壁上成型有数个配合上模座卡缘的凸块。
所述下模座的内壁上形成一环凹槽,又中部成型一中空的轴部,该轴部底端的外壁上陷入一环槽,另外,该下模座的外壁设有卡缘,还设有数个卡孔。
所述下压模配合下模座内壁的形状压扣在下模座内,其对应下模座嵌槽的位置形成有配合沉槽,各沉槽的上方均设置一挡块,该下压模中部对应轴部的位置设有安装槽,该安装槽供容设一快收组件,该安装槽底部边缘成型有凸粒,又,下压模的外壁上设有与卡孔配合的卡块。
所述快收组件是由滑轮组及拉绳组成,滑轮组设于下模座的安装槽内,该上模座的中部向内凸出一承座,该拉绳套设滑轮组后顺序穿过设置于下模座轴部、上模座承座的通孔,并透出设置于上模盖的穿孔外。
所述下模盖扣合于下模座上,该下模盖具有一环垣,在该环垣的内壁上成型有数个配合下模座卡缘的凸块。
采用上述方案,本发明具有如下特点:
1、本发明的帐篷顶模采用卡扣式配合结构,装配时不需使用铆钉或其它紧固件,在生产过程中节省了大量的原材料及人工装配时间。
2、本发明的帐篷顶模采用卡扣式配合结构,安装快速并且拆卸容易,即可组装成各种杆数及任意角度的帐篷,可同时运用于四脚、五脚、六脚、八脚、十脚等等多角度帐篷,可提高顶模的通用性及适用性。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示一种新型帐篷顶模,安装于帐篷顶部用以枢接若干架杆构成帐篷支架。如图1至图7所示,该顶模包括有上顶模1与下顶模2;所述的上顶模1是由上模座11、上压模12及上模盖13分别独立成型后相互卡接组成,其中上模座11上一体成型数个相间隔呈放射状布设的嵌槽111,用以供帐篷架杆的接头A枢设,并且内壁上形成一环凹槽112,以配合容置帐篷架杆接头A上的枢轴,又上模座11的中部向内凸出一承座113,该承座113设有数个通孔114,外壁上设有凸粒115,另外,该上模座11环绕外壁设有卡缘116,还设有数个卡孔117;
所述的上压模12配合上模座11内壁的形状压扣在上模座内,其对应上模座嵌槽111的位置形成有配合沉槽121,各沉槽121的上方均设置一挡块122,该沉槽121与上模座的嵌槽111对合后同时配合挡块122的限位,即可将帐篷架杆接头A稳定在上模座的嵌槽内实现与上顶模的连接,并且使帐篷架杆接头A在预定的范围内枢转连动帐篷的架杆作打开或收折,该上压模12中部对应承座113的位置设有配合孔123,以及外壁上设有与卡孔117配合的卡块124,在上压模12压扣在上模座内时,该卡块124对应卡扣于上模座11的卡孔117,同时配合孔123的孔沿卡扣承座113外壁的凸粒115,将上压模12稳固扣紧;配合参见图6、6A、7、7A所示。
所述的上模盖13扣合于上模座11上,该上模盖13具有一环垣131,在该环垣131的内壁上成型有数个凸块132,上模盖13与上模座11扣合时凸块132恰扣紧上模座的卡缘116,配合参见图5、5A所示,形成稳固的配合,另外,上模盖13的中部设有数个穿孔133。前述上模座11、上压模12及上模盖13配合卡接后构成本发明的上顶模1。
所述的下顶模2其结构与上顶模1的结构相类似,是由下模座21、下压模22及下模盖23各自独立成型后相互卡接组成,其中下模座21上同样一体成型数个相间隔呈放射状布设的嵌槽211,用以供帐篷架杆的接头A枢设,并且内壁上形成一环凹槽212,以配合容置帐篷架杆接头A上的枢轴,又下模座21的中部成型一中空的轴部213并向外凸出,该轴部213的轴端上设有数个通孔214,底端的外壁上陷入一环槽215,另外,该下模座21环绕外壁设有卡缘216,还设有数个卡孔217;
所述的下压模22配合下模座21内壁的形状压扣在下模座内,其对应下模座嵌槽211的位置形成有配合沉槽221,各沉槽221的上方均设置一挡块222,该沉槽221与下模座的嵌槽211对合后同时配合挡块222的限位,即可将帐篷架杆接头A稳定在下模座的嵌槽内实现与下顶模的连接,并且使帐篷架杆接头A在预定的范围内枢转连动帐篷的架杆作打开或收折,该下压模22中部对应轴部213的位置设有安装槽223,该安装槽223供容设一快收组件3的滑轮组31,该安装槽223底部边缘成型有凸粒224;又,下压模22的外壁上设有与卡孔217配合的卡块225,在下压模22压扣在下模座内时,该卡块225对应卡扣于下模座21的卡孔217,同时安装槽223底部的凸粒224卡扣轴部213底端的环槽215,将下压模22稳固扣紧,配合参见图6、6B、7、7B所示。
所述的下模盖23扣合于下模座21上,该下模盖23具有一环垣231,在该环垣231的内壁上成型有数个凸块232,下模盖23与下模座21扣合时凸块232恰扣紧下模座的卡缘216,形成稳固的配合,配合参见图5、5B所示。另外,上模盖23的中部设有数个穿孔233,前述下模座21、下压模22及下模盖23配合卡接后构成本发明的下顶模2。
装配时,将帐篷架杆的接头A按照需要的数量放置在上模座11的嵌槽111内,之后扣上上压模12及上模盖13,同样的方式安装下顶模,只是在下压模22上增设快收组件3,该快收组件3是由滑轮组31及拉绳32组成,令拉绳32套设滑轮组31后顺序穿过下模座轴部213、上模座11的承座113的通孔214、114并透出上模盖的穿孔133外,最后将上顶模上模座的承座113对应套置于下顶模下模座的轴部213上,使上、下顶模上下组立,操作拉绳32连动滑轮组31带动上、下顶模达作张开或收折的动作。
需要说明的是,所述上顶模1的三个部件即上模座11、上压模12及上模盖13的相互卡接结构,以及所述下顶模2的三个部件即下模座21、下压模22及下模盖23的相互卡接结构并不局限于上述实施例所述结构,而两部件的卡接是本领域的常见结构,在此不一一举例。

1、一种新型帐篷顶模,安装于帐篷顶部用以枢接帐篷架杆,该顶模包括有上顶模与下顶模,其特征在于:所述上顶模是由上模座、上压模及上模盖分别独立成型后相互卡接组成;所述下顶模是由下模座、下压模及下模盖各自独立成型后相互卡接组成,该上模座与下模座上均一体成型数个相间隔呈放射状布设的用以供各帐篷架杆接头枢设的嵌槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述上模座的内壁上形成一环凹槽,又上模座的中部向内凸出一承座,该承座外壁上设有凸粒,该上模座环绕外壁设有卡缘,还设有数个卡孔。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述上压模配合上模座内壁的形状压扣在上模座内,其对应上模座嵌槽的位置形成有配合沉槽,各沉槽的上方均设置一挡块,该上压模中部对应承座的位置设有配合孔,以及外壁上设有与上模座卡孔配合的卡块。
4、如权利要求2所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述上模盖扣合于上模座上,该上模盖具有一环垣,在该环垣的内壁上成型有数个配合上模座卡缘的凸块。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述下模座的内壁上形成一环凹槽,又中部成型一中空的轴部,该轴部底端的外壁上陷入一环槽,另外,该下模座的外壁设有卡缘,还设有数个卡孔。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述下压模配合下模座内壁的形状压扣在下模座内,其对应下模座嵌槽的位置形成有配合沉槽,各沉槽的上方均设置一挡块,该下压模中部对应轴部的位置设有安装槽,该安装槽供容设一快收组件,该安装槽底部边缘成型有凸粒,又,下压模的外壁上设有与卡孔配合的卡块。
7、如权利要求6所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述快收组件是由滑轮组及拉绳组成,滑轮组设于下模座的安装槽内,该上模座的中部向内凸出一承座,该拉绳套设滑轮组后顺序穿过设置于下模座轴部、上模座承座的通孔,并透出设置于上模盖的穿孔外。
8、如权利要求5所述的一种新型帐篷顶模,其特征在于:所述下模盖扣合于下模座上,该下模盖具有一环垣,在该环垣的内壁上成型有数个配合下模座卡缘的凸块。
