作为车灯的常规照明或信号指示装置,在其装配完毕之后,或者在实际使用时,由于结构/空间的限制、设计的缺陷、装配不精确或误差、震动后车灯组件内部件的移位等因素,不同功能的相邻光源发出的光可能从部件间的间隙穿过,造成漏光甚至不同功能的光混合的情况发生,这会改变、甚至降低或消弱原本照明或信号指示功能、光照强度和/或点亮效果,这对机动车辆的安全行驶是不利的,无法满足相关法规要求,并且还会对车灯组件的整体美观度造成不良影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述和其它问题和缺陷中的至少一种。
根据本实用新型的一个方面,一种实施例提供了一种车灯组件,其包括:支架,用于支撑出光体;壳体,设置成与支架的至少一部分彼此重叠,壳体与支架的彼此重叠的部分之间存在第一间隙;和第一光阻挡层,该第一光阻挡层设置在壳体与支架的彼此重叠的部分之间,至少部分地填充所 述第一间隙,以阻止来自出光体的光通过该第一间隙向外射出。
在一些实施例中,所述第一光阻挡层包括弹性层。
在一些实施例中,所述第一光阻挡层通过二次注塑成型工艺或共挤出工艺一体地形成在壳体和支架的彼此面对的表面中的一个上。
在一些实施例中,所述第一光阻挡层以压缩状态设置在壳体与支架的彼此重叠的部分之间,使得所述第一光阻挡层抵靠在壳体和支架的彼此面对的表面上。
在一些实施例中,所述第一光阻挡层通过粘合剂附着在壳体和支架的彼此面对的表面中的一个上。
在一些实施例中,车灯组件还包括:透光罩,该透光罩具有安装至所述壳体的支撑部,在支撑部与壳体之间存在第二间隙;和第二光阻挡层,该第二光阻挡层至少部分地填充所述第二间隙,以阻止来自出光体的光通过该第二间隙向外射出。
在一些实施例中,在透光罩的支撑部与所述支架之间存在第三间隙,并且车灯组件还包括第三光阻挡层,该第三光阻挡层至少部分地填充所述第三间隙,以阻止来自出光体的光通过该第三间隙向外射出。
在一些实施例中,壳体包括饰框,饰框设置成与支架的至少一部分彼此重叠,所述第一间隙位于饰框与支架的彼此重叠的部分之间。
在一些实施例中,壳体还包括框架(housing),该框架至少部分地限定该车灯组件的外轮廓,并且该框架设置在所述饰框的外侧,与所述饰框至少部分地重叠,在框架与饰框的彼此重叠的部分之间存在第四间隙;车灯组件还包括第四光阻挡层,该第四光阻挡层至少部分地填充所述第四间隙,以阻止来自出光体的光通过该第四间隙向外射出。
在一些实施例中,车灯组件还包括设置在出光体与所述支架之间的隔垫层,该隔垫层至少接触出光体和所述支架的彼此面对的部分。
在一些实施例中,所述第一光阻挡层和所述隔垫层可以为一体件。
在一些实施例中,该车灯组件还包括所述出光体,该出光体包括光源和/或光导。
在一些实施例中,所述车灯组件包括近光灯、远光灯、转向灯、位置灯、倒车灯、雾灯、日间行车灯和刹车灯中的至少一种。
根据本实用新型的另一方面,一种实施例还提供了一种机动车辆,其包括本实用新型的任一实施例中描述的车灯组件。

下面将结合附图,对本实用新型的实施例进行详细的描述。在本说明书中,相同或相似的部件由相同或类似的附图标号指示。下述参照附图对本实用新型实施方式的说明旨在对本实用新型的总体公开构思进行解释, 而不应当理解为对本实用新型的一种限制。
另外,在下面的详细描述中,为便于说明,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本实用新型的实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。在其它情况下,公知的结构和装置以图示的方式体现以简化附图。
根据本实用新型的一个总体发明构思,车灯组件具有围绕诸如光源或光导之类的出光体的多个部件,这些部件之间存在彼此重叠的部分,利用光阻挡层填充这些部件的彼此重叠的部分之间的间隙,阻挡来自出光体的光通过这些间隙向外射出,从而很好地避免光泄漏,改善车灯的点亮效果。
图1和2示意性地示出了根据本实用新型的示例性实施例的车灯组件的结构。如图所示,车灯组件包括用于或容纳支撑出光体200的支架110,例如支架110具有凹槽112,凹槽112可以与出光体200的外轮廓至少部分地匹配,出光体200至少部分地定位在凹槽112中,并向外朝目标方向R出射光。示例性地,本文中描述的出光体可以是光源本身,如白炽灯、卤素灯、LED灯、氙灯、激光源等,也可以是接收来自光源的光并引导和出射光的部件,如光导体(light guide)、导光管等;或者是光源和导光部件两者的组合。
车灯组件还包括壳体100,其被设置或安装成与支架110的至少一部分彼此重叠。理想的是,壳体100与支架110彼此重叠的部分紧密接触,但在实际中,由于设计的缺陷、制造误差、装配或组装不精确或误差、安装结构/空间的限制、震动后车灯组件内部件的移位等因素,在壳体100与支架110的彼此重叠的部分之间存在间隙,如图中所示的第一间隙G,来自出光体200的光可能通过该间隙出射或泄漏。这种间隙的存在还可能会导致不同照明或信号指示功能的相邻光源发出的光从该间隙穿过,造成漏光甚至不同功能的光混合的情况发生,这会改变、甚至降低或消弱原本照明或信号指示功能、光照强度和/或点亮效果,这对机动车辆的安全行驶是不利的,无法满足相关法规要求,并且还会对车灯组件的整体美观度造成不良影响。
在图示的实施例中,车灯组件还包括设置在壳体100与支架110的彼此重叠的部分之间的第一光阻挡层131,其至少部分地填充第一间隙G, 以阻止来自出光体200的光通过该第一间隙G向外射出或泄漏,使得来自出光体200的光以足以满足照明或信号指示功能、光照强度和/或点亮效果的要求的方式沿目标方向R出射。
在一些实施例中,壳体100可以包括饰框(decorative frame)120,饰框120也称为车灯的装饰框或过度盘,用于遮挡车灯中的电子/光学元件并起装饰作用。如图所示,饰框120设置或安装成与支架110的至少一部分彼此重叠。第一间隙G位于饰框120与支架110的彼此重叠的部分之间。示例性地,在彼此重叠的部位处,支架110具有面对饰框120的表面111,而饰框120具有面对支架110的表面121,选择第一光阻挡层131的材料、厚度等,使得其被构造成抵靠或紧密接触饰框120和支架110的彼此面对的表面111、121,在饰框120和支架110之间至少提供光学密封。可以理解,第一光阻挡层131可以以连续或非连续形式围绕出光体,以光学密封饰框120和支架110之间在各个位置处的间隙。此外,根据光阻挡需求、工艺条件、组装便利性、安装牢固性等因素,第一光阻挡层131可以填充第一间隙G的全部或一部分。
根据本实用新型的示例性实施例,第一光阻挡层131可以包括弹性层或弹性构件,其能够弹性变形,在装配后可以被挤压或压缩在壳体100(如饰框120)与支架110的彼此重叠的部分之间,从而抵靠或紧密接触壳体100(如饰框120)和支架110的彼此面对的表面。
优选地,所述第一光阻挡层131包括可弹性变形材料层。更优选地,所述第一光阻挡层131包括热塑性弹性体层。
示例性地,如图1和2所示,第一光阻挡层131在被挤压或压缩前具有厚度T,而在被挤压或压缩在壳体100(如饰框120)与支架110之间具有厚度t,厚度小于厚度T。由此,即便在实际使用中存在设计缺陷、制造误差、装配或组装不精确或误差、安装结构/空间的限制、震动后车灯组件内部件的移位等不利因素,这种弹性构件或弹性层在挤压下的变形也能克服或消除这些不利因素,很好地匹配或适应车灯各部件之间的各种尺寸的间隙,实现更好的光阻挡效果,并且无需设计复杂的重叠或遮光结构,便于制造和组装,并且降低制造和组装成本。此外,这种弹性构件或弹性层还可以适应车灯的各部件(包括上述支架110、饰框120、壳体100等) 自身的结构或形状、或其上的元件的布置,提供良好的光学密封。
示例性地,第一光阻挡层131可以由可弹性变形材料或具有弹性或可压缩性的柔性材料制成,例如多种合适的密封材料,包括但不限于,热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)、三元乙丙(EPDM)材料、丁晴橡胶材料、硅胶材料、氯丁胶材料、聚氨酯橡胶材料、树脂材料、泡沫材料等。在本实用新型的实施例中,优选地选用TPE材料来制备光阻挡层。TPE材料具有橡胶的高弹性、高强度,高回弹性,又具有可注塑加工的特征,具有环保无毒安全,硬度范围广,有优良的着色性,触感柔软,耐候性,抗疲劳性和耐温性,加工性能优越,无须硫化,可以循环使用降低成本,既可以二次注塑成型,与车灯的结构部件的材料(如PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等基体材料)包覆粘合,也可以单独成型。示例性地,上述弹性层或弹性构件、可弹性变形材料、具有弹性或可压缩性的柔性材料、或其制成的层是不透光的或是遮光的,以提供光阻挡功能。
在一些示例中,第一光阻挡层131可以通过粘合剂附附着在壳体100(如饰框120)和支架110的彼此面对的表面中的一个上。在另一些示例中,第一光阻挡层131可以通过二次注塑成型工艺或共挤出工艺形成在壳体100(如饰框120)和支架110的彼此面对的一个表面上,与壳体100(如饰框120)或支架110形成为一体结构。在其它示例中,第一光阻挡层131与壳体100或支架110之间不存在连接件,而是通过壳体100将第一光阻挡层131挤压在支架110上,或者第一光阻挡层131与壳体100或支架110之间以形状配合或压配合的方式彼此连接。
在本实用新型的一些示例性实施例中,如图3和5所示,车灯组件还可以包括设置在出光体200与支架110之间的隔垫层160,其例如至少接触出光体200和支架110的彼此面对的部分,可以很好地匹配或适应出光体200与支架110彼此面对的部分的轮廓或形状,使得出光体200可以更稳定地支撑在支架110上,并且隔垫层160可以提供平滑支撑面来支撑和接触出光体200,可以确保出光体200的出光均匀性。在一些实施例中,隔垫层160可以包括弹性材料层或弹性构件,如由可弹性变形材料、具有弹性或可压缩性的柔性材料等制成,以在出光体200与支架110之间提供更好的轮廓或形状匹配。
优选地,所述第一光阻挡层131和所述隔垫层160可以为一体件。
更优选地,所述第一光阻挡层131和所述隔垫层160采用相同的材料制成。
本领域技术人员应可理解,当第一光阻挡层131和隔垫层160采用同一个材料的一体件形式时,仅需一个注塑口即可完成整个件的注塑,其生产工艺更加简单。
在图示的实施例中,如图4和5所示,车灯组件还包括透光罩140。在一些示例中,透光罩140可以与饰框120形成为一体,如通过双色注塑工艺或二次成型工艺模制而成,二者之间不具有间隙,如图4所示。透光罩140也称为车灯的配光镜或外透镜,至少提供使车灯的光通过其均匀出射的功能,通常由透光材料制成,例如透明的树脂材料,并具有与车身匹配的流线型外形,当然从美观的角度考虑,透光罩140也可以具有任何其它形状。在另外一些示例中,透光罩140可以安装或组装至饰框120,如图5所示,同样地,由于设计、安装结构或美观等要求,在透光罩与饰框之间可能会存在第二间隙,同样不希望车灯组件的光通过这种间隙向外出射。因此,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,如图5所示,车灯组件还设置有第二光阻挡层132,其至少部分地填充透光罩140与饰框120之间的第二间隙,以阻止来自出光体200的光通过该第二间隙向外射出,从而进一步避免混光或光泄漏。
此外,在一些情况中,透光罩140具有安装至支架110的支撑部141,在透光罩140与支架110之间可能会存在间隙,例如,在透光罩140的支撑部141与支架110之间存在第三间隙。相应地,如图4所示,车灯组件还可以包括第三光阻挡层133,其至少部分地填充第三间隙,以阻止来自出光体的光通过该第三间隙向外射出,从而进一步避免混光或光泄漏。
在图5图示的实施例中,壳体100还可以包括框架150,其可以至少部分地限定车灯组件的外轮廓,例如框架150可以为附加的饰框或第二饰框,或者可以为车灯的外壳。如图所示,透光罩140安装至框架150,封闭框架150的开口侧或出光侧,以与框架150一起限定至少容纳车灯的各种部件(如光源、电路板、电子元件、光学元件、支架、饰框等)的空间,框架150设置在饰框120的外侧,与饰框120至少部分地重叠,在框架 150与饰框120的彼此重叠的部分之间存在第四间隙,第四光阻挡层134至少部分地填充第四间隙,以阻止来自出光体200的光通过该第四间隙向外射出,从而进一步避免混光或光泄漏。虽然在图示的实施例中,框架150和饰框120被示出为壳体100的不同或单独部件,但在其它实施例中,上述框架和饰框可以形成为一体结构,或者可以是单件式或一体式壳体100的不同部分,或者在一些情况中也可以将框架或饰框本身称之为车灯的壳体100或外壳。
可以理解,上述第二至第四光阻挡层以及隔垫层也可以包括弹性材料层或弹性构件,如由可弹性变形或压缩材料、或具有弹性或可压缩性的柔性材料等制成,其材料、形成工艺、结构、尺寸、安装等可以与第一光阻挡层类似,在此不再赘述。
本实用新型的实施例中描述的车灯组件可以用作机动车辆的车灯的一部分,也可以是车灯本身,例如近光灯、远光灯、雾灯、刹车灯、转向灯、位置灯、日间行车灯等等。
本实用新型的实施例还提供了包括上述车灯组件的机动车辆。
虽然结合附图对本实用新型进行了说明,但是附图中公开的实施例旨在对本实用新型优选实施方式进行示例性说明,而不能理解为对本实用新型的一种限制。附图中的尺寸比例仅仅是示意性的,并不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
虽然本实用新型总体构思的一些实施例已被显示和说明,本领域普通技术人员将理解,在不背离本总体公开构思的原则和精神的情况下,可对这些实施例做出改变,本实用新型的范围以权利要求和它们的等同物限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种车灯组件,其特征在于,所述车灯组件包括:
    支架(110),用于支撑出光体(200);
    壳体(100),设置成与所述支架(110)的至少一部分彼此重叠,壳体(100)与所述支架(110)的彼此重叠的部分之间存在第一间隙(G);和
    第一光阻挡层(131),所述第一光阻挡层设置在所述壳体(100)与所述支架(110)的彼此重叠的部分之间,至少部分地填充所述第一间隙,以阻止来自所述出光体(200)的光通过所述第一间隙向外射出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述第一光阻挡层(131)包括弹性层。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述第一光阻挡层(131)通过二次注塑成型工艺或共挤出工艺一体地形成在所述壳体(100)和所述支架(110)的彼此面对的表面中的一个上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述第一光阻挡层(131)以压缩状态设置在所述壳体(100)与所述支架(110)的彼此重叠的部分之间,使得所述第一光阻挡层(131)抵靠在所述壳体(100)和所述支架(110)的彼此面对的表面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述第一光阻挡层(131)通过粘合剂附着在所述壳体(100)和所述支架(110)的彼此相对的表面中的一个表面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述车灯组件还包括:
    透光罩(140),所述透光罩具有安装至所述壳体(100)的支撑部(141),在支撑部(141)与壳体(100)之间存在第二间隙;和
    第二光阻挡层(132),所述第二光阻挡层(132)至少部分地填充所述第二间隙,以阻止来自出光体(200)的光通过所述第二间隙向外射出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,在所述透光罩(140)的所述支撑部(141)与所述支架(110)之间存在第三间隙,并且所述车 灯组件还包括:
    第三光阻挡层(133),所述第三光阻挡层(133)至少部分地填充所述第三间隙,以阻止来自出光体(200)的光通过所述第三间隙向外射出。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(100)包括饰框(120),所述饰框(120)设置成与所述支架(110)的至少一部分彼此重叠,所述第一间隙位于所述饰框(120)与所述支架(110)的彼此重叠的部分之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(100)还包括:
    框架(150),所述框架(150)至少部分地限定所述车灯组件的外轮廓,并且所述框架(150)设置在所述饰框(120)的外侧,与所述饰框(120)至少部分地重叠,在所述框架(150)与所述饰框(120)的彼此重叠的部分之间存在第四间隙;
    所述车灯组件还包括第四光阻挡层(134),所述第四光阻挡层(134)至少部分地填充所述第四间隙,以阻止来自所述出光体(200)的光通过所述第四间隙向外射出。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述车灯组件还包括:
    设置在所述出光体(200)与所述支架(110)之间的隔垫层(160),所述隔垫层(160)至少接触所述出光体(200)和所述支架(110)的彼此面对的部分。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车灯组件,其特征在于:
    所述第一光阻挡层(131)和所述隔垫层(160)可以为一体件。
  12. 根据权利要求1、2、7、9、11中任一项所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述车灯组件还包括所述出光体(200),所述出光体(200)包括光源和/或光导。
  13. 一种车灯,其特征在于,所述车灯包括如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的车灯组件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述车灯为近光灯、远光灯、转向灯、位置灯、倒车灯、雾灯、日间行车灯和刹车灯中的至少 一种。
  15. 一种机动车辆,其特征在于,所述机动车辆包括权利要求13或14所述的车灯。
