随着腕戴设备的逐步发展,腕戴设备所具有的功能也逐渐增多。传统的腕戴设备仅具有显示时间的功能,而当前的腕戴设备不仅具有通话和定位的功能,还能通过互联网运行相关的网络程序。腕戴设备内设置有用于发射和接受信号的天线,为了提高该腕戴设备的空间利用率,相关技术中将部分天线设计在产品外壳上,外壳通过表耳连接表带。腕戴设备的外壳与表带均为金属材料时,若不对表耳和表带之间进行绝缘处理,则天线的收发效率会受到较大影响。

腕戴设备100还包括用于安装天线等功能性零部件的内壳20,外壳10安装于内壳20的外侧,起到封装和保护的作用,还可以同时兼具外部天线的作用。外壳10通常包括主体部11和凸出于主体部11的表耳13,表耳13为四个,两两成对设置,两表耳13位于外壳10的一侧,用于连接一表带70;另两表耳13位于外壳10的另一侧,用于连接另一表带70。外壳10的主体部11与表耳13可以均为金属结构,此时,需要对表耳13与表带70之间的连接处进行绝缘处理。
通常情况下,应用于生耳73来连接表带70和外壳10。表带70上设有轴孔71,生耳73穿设于该轴孔71内,并伸出于所述轴孔71的两端,用以连接外壳10上的表耳13。为了保证一定的结构强度,生耳73通常也为金属结构,生耳73通常包括一空心轴731,空心轴731内设有弹簧,空心轴731的两端均设有生耳针733。在弹簧的顶推作用下,生耳针733能至少部分伸出于空心轴731的端部,用以连接表带70;外力作用按压生耳针733,能够使生耳针733弹性缩回,使生耳针733伸出空心轴731端部的尺寸变短,从而能将表带70和外壳10进行分离。
本发明实施例中,腕戴设备100包括外壳10和表带70,外壳10包括主体部11和表耳13,表耳13凸出于主体部11。表耳13为金属结构,且开设有用于安装表带70的容纳槽131。腕戴设备100还包括绝缘件30,绝缘件30安装于容纳槽131,且具有安装槽31。将表带70的生耳针733插接于该安装槽31中,绝缘件30能将生耳针733和表耳13分隔开来,从而能使表带70和表耳13之间进行绝缘。
进一步结合图3和图4,腕戴设备100还包括金属衬套50,该金属衬套50安装于绝缘件30的安装槽31内,生耳针733插接于金属衬套50内,由 于金属衬套50和表耳13之间由绝缘件30进行分隔,使得表带70与表耳13之间还是能够保持绝缘。在使用该腕戴设备100过程中,表耳13、绝缘件30和金属衬套50三者通常情况下是相对保持固定的,外力使表带70相对外壳10转动或移动时,生耳针733能够相对金属衬套50转动或移动,生耳针733和金属衬套50之间会较频繁的产生相互作用力,该金属衬套50由金属材料制成,结构强度较高,能保证长期使用过程中,金属衬套50不易变形,从而能保证表带70与表耳13之间的连接效果好,不易松脱。
进一步结合图5,金属衬套50包括套筒51和弹性部53,所述弹性部53连接于所述套筒51,所述生耳针733插接于所述套筒51,所述弹性部53夹持所述生耳针733。
在表带70与腕戴设备100的外壳10进行连接过程中,将生耳针733插接于金属衬套50的套筒51内,在套筒51上设有对生耳针733进行夹持的弹性部53,使得生耳针733与金属衬套50连接更紧密、可靠,更进一步防止表带70由外壳10上脱落。
可选地,所述弹性部53包括多个弹片531,多个所述弹片531沿所述套筒51的周向间隔设置,多个所述弹片531的一段均连接于所述套筒51,多个所述弹片531的另一端朝向所述金属衬套50的轴线方向弯折,以弹性夹持所述生耳针733。多个弹片531均具有连接端和自由端,每个弹片531均通过连接端连接于套筒51,每个弹片531的自由端均朝向该多个弹片531所围合的中心区域靠拢。由于弹片531为薄片状的金属结构,具有一定的可弹性变性能力。当生耳针733穿过多个弹片531的自由端所围合的区域之间时,生耳针733能将多个弹片531的自由端朝外侧进行挤压,使得弹片531发生变形,该过程中,弹片531的自由端对生耳针733进行夹紧,从而能保持生耳针733与外壳10连接的有效性。
表耳13上的容纳槽131具有槽底壁和开口端,绝缘件30上的安装槽31也具有槽底壁和开口端,容纳槽131的槽底壁和安装槽31的槽底壁方向一致,容纳槽131的开口端和安装槽31的开口端方向一致。多个所述弹片531位于所述套筒51背离所述安装槽31的槽底壁的端部。安装槽31的开口端能供生耳针733插入,金属衬垫可以整体位于绝缘件30的内部,也可以伸出于绝缘件30。当金属衬套50整体位于安装槽31内时,能够更好的保证表带70与 表耳13之间的绝缘效果。
进一步地,当金属衬套50整体位于安装槽31内时,弹片531位于套筒51朝向安装槽31开口端的端部,多个弹性片由安装槽31的槽底壁至开口端方向逐渐靠近靠拢。生耳针733插接于金属衬套50结构类似于模具中气管的插接结构。
可以理解地,该弹性部53还可以为其他结构,例如弹性部53包括设于套筒51内的多个凸包,该凸包能够减小套筒51的孔径,从而能使金属衬垫对生耳针733的夹紧状态。该凸包还可以为具有弹性变形和弹性恢复的能力。
进一步地,所述金属衬套50还包括连接于所述套筒51的裙边55,所述裙边55设于所述套筒51的外缘,并朝向所述套筒51的外侧延伸;所述绝缘件30设有容纳所述裙边55的限位槽33。限位槽33的位置对应裙边55的位置设置,具体为凹设于安装槽31的槽侧壁。该金属衬套50的裙边55能够限位于限位槽33内,从而保证金属衬套50不会由安装槽31内脱出,保证金属衬套50与绝缘件30连接的可靠性。
可选地,所述裙边55位于所述套筒51靠近所述安装槽31的槽底壁的端部。在金属衬垫受到外力作用,具有从安装槽31的开口端脱离的趋势时,裙边55能够由限位槽33的槽壁进行止挡,从而防止金属衬套50的脱出。
可以理解地,裙边55还可以设置于套筒51两端之间的任意位置,对金属衬套50的脱出均能起到阻挡作用。
上述实施例中,裙边55沿套筒51的周向连续设置,从而能沿周向对金属衬套50的脱出进行阻挡,使金属衬套50与绝缘件30的连接效果更加可靠。
上述实施例中,所述金属衬套50与所述绝缘件30通过嵌件注塑成型。将金属衬套50预先固定在模具中,再注入成型绝缘件30的原料,开模后金属衬套50被冷却固化的绝缘件30包覆于金属衬套50,在绝缘件30上形成容纳金属衬套50的安装槽31和容纳裙边55的限位槽33,该嵌件注塑成型的工艺方法使得金属衬套50与绝缘件30连接可靠性高。
再次参见图2,上述实施例中,所述腕戴设备100还包括绝缘的内壳20,所主体部11包括两金属的弧形半壳111,两所述弧形半壳111对称安装于所述内壳20的外侧,并由所述内壳20相分隔;每一所述弧形半壳111的两端均设有一表耳13,表带70上设有两生耳针733,两所述弧形半壳111上位于 同一侧的两表耳13分别连接同一所述表带70上的两生耳针733。
由于天线的通讯需要,两弧形半壳111之间需要进行绝缘处理,而内壳20由绝缘材料制成,能够直接利用内壳20的结构将两弧形半壳111间隔开来而起到绝缘的效果。具体地,可以在内壳20上设置凸起部位,该凸起部位位于两弧形半壳111之间,从而使两弧形半壳111互不接触,使两弧形半壳111保持绝缘。腕戴结构通常包括两个表带70,弧形半壳111的两端均设有表耳13,两弧形半壳111位于同一侧的两表耳13用于连接同一表带70,即,一弧形半壳111一端的表耳13和另一弧形半壳111一端的表耳13用于连接同一表带70上的两个生耳针733;一弧形半壳111另一端的表耳13和另一弧形半壳111另一端的表耳13用于连接另一表带70上的两个生耳针733。两表带70的自由端可以相互连接,从而将腕戴设备100佩戴于用户的腕部。
弧形半壳111与内壳20可以通过螺丝进行连接,内壳20大致呈圆环性结构,在内壳20上开设贯穿其内外侧的通孔21,弧形半壳111的内侧设有螺纹孔,螺丝钉由内壳20的内侧穿过通孔21,连接于弧形半壳111上的螺纹孔,以使内壳20与外壳10的连接牢靠。
弧形半壳111和表耳13均为金属结构,不仅使得腕戴设备100的外形上赋有金属光泽,而且能够起到天线收发信号的效果,使腕戴设备100的通讯效果更好。为了简化制造过程,可以将所述弧形半壳111与该弧形半壳111两端的表耳13为一体结构。
可以理解地,弧形半壳111与该弧形半壳111两端的表耳13也可以为分体式结构,并在表耳13与弧形半壳111之间设置绝缘结构,更进一步保证腕戴设备100的通讯功能不受影响。
可选地,所述绝缘件30通过点胶的方式安装于所述外壳10。能够保证绝缘件30与表耳13连接稳定、不易松脱。
为了简化安装过程,还可以选择为将所述绝缘件30与所述容纳槽131过盈配合,直接将绝缘件30插接于容纳槽131,即可完成安装。
绝缘件30的外侧也可以沿周向设置凸起,容纳槽131的槽侧壁上设置与该凸起相匹配的连接槽,使绝缘件30能够卡持于容纳槽131内,使得绝缘件30与表耳13的连接效果更好。
绝缘件30可以为塑料制成,具体可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (polyethylene glycol terephthalate,PET)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,PVC)、聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)等材料,还可以为其他具有绝缘效果的固体材料。
本说明书中各个实施例采用并列或者递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其它实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同或相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种腕戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳包括主体部和表耳,所述表耳凸出于所述主体部,所述表耳设有容纳槽,所述表耳为金属结构;
    绝缘件,所述绝缘件安装于所述容纳槽,所述绝缘件具有安装槽;
    金属衬套,所述金属衬套安装于所述安装槽内;以及
    表带,所述表带上设有生耳针,所述生耳针插接于所述金属衬套内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述金属衬套包括套筒和弹性部,所述弹性部连接于所述套筒,所述生耳针插接于所述套筒,所述弹性部夹持所述生耳针。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述弹性部包括多个弹片,多个所述弹片沿所述套筒的周向间隔设置,多个所述弹片的一端均连接于所述套筒,多个所述弹片的另一端朝向所述金属衬套的轴线方向弯折,以弹性夹持所述生耳针。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,多个所述弹片连接于所述套筒背离所述安装槽的槽底壁的端部。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述金属衬套还包括连接于所述套筒的裙边,所述裙边设于所述套筒的外缘,并朝向所述套筒的外侧延伸;所述绝缘件设有容纳所述裙边的限位槽。
  6. 如权利要求5中任意一项所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述裙边位于所述套筒靠近所述安装槽的槽底壁的端部。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述金属衬套与所述绝缘件通过嵌件注塑成型。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述腕戴设备还包括绝缘的内壳,所主体部包括两金属的弧形半壳,两所述弧形半壳对称安装于所述内壳的外侧,并由所述内壳相分隔;
    每一所述弧形半壳的两端均设有一表耳,表带上设有两生耳针,两所述弧形半壳上位于同一侧的两表耳分别连接同一所述表带上的两生耳针。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述弧形半壳与该弧形 半壳两端的表耳为一体结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述绝缘件通过点胶的方式安装于所述外壳;
    或者,所述绝缘件与所述容纳槽过盈配合。
