上述实施方案在尾箱盖不能正常开合时(如系统电源系统故障),由于内六角套筒因接触面积大,且马达主轴在旋转时对六角套筒和卷帘主轴施加的力依然存在,使得在移动内六角套筒时非常困难。同时当需要解除异常,需要将内六角套筒移动到马达轴上时,同样由于接触面大,且在不能目视的情况下,需要较强的专业动手能力方可完成复杂的操作。不仅如此,电动尾箱盖安装在皮卡车厢上后,当线路发生异常或者汽车电瓶没电无法正常提供电力驱动马达转动或马达损坏时,尾箱盖将无法打开,严重影响货箱的正常使用。为了解决以上弊端,急需提出一种箱式卡车箱体伸缩遮盖物的传动离合装置。

所述的中间轴的任意一端面设置有旋转十字槽。

工作原理:当需要操作离合装置时,利用专用工具,如一字或是十字螺丝刀,旋转 中间轴一端的旋转十字槽,旋转中间轴的过程,利用其上的螺纹与齿轮箱的螺纹孔间螺接,改变中间与齿轮箱间的相位位置,从而驱动中间轴齿轮与马达轴齿轮及卷帘轴齿轮啮合接触,将马达轴齿轮与卷帘轴齿轮连接,实现马达轴齿轮与卷帘轴齿轮的啮合传动,最终实现动力传递,电机即可通过离合装置驱动尾箱盖的开合。
当出现异常情况无法正常使用尾箱盖时或需要中断动力传递时,同样利用专用工具反向旋转中间轴一端的旋转十字槽,使得中间轴齿轮与马达轴齿轮及卷帘轴齿轮脱离,便可切断马达轴齿轮与卷帘轴齿轮的连接。通过移动中间轴齿轮便可实现中断动力传递的目的,此时,用户即可通过手动操作打开或是关闭遮盖尾箱盖,方便在紧急情况下进行装卸货,具有结构简单,操作轻巧方便,不需要用户使用很大的力气便可使得马达轴齿轮与卷帘轴齿轮分离。
与传统技术相比,本传动离合装置通过改变中间轴齿轮与马达轴齿轮及卷帘轴齿轮间的相对间隙,从而实现切断或连接马达轴齿轮与卷帘轴齿轮间的啮合传动,具有结构简单,操作快捷,操作效率高,不需要专业的技术人员和专业的工具便可实现,利于推广使用等优点。

- 一种箱式卡车箱体伸缩遮盖物的传动离合装置,其特征在于:其包括齿轮箱(1),齿轮箱(1)内设置马达轴齿轮(2)及卷帘轴齿轮(3),马达轴齿轮(2)与马达输出轴(5)连接并由其驱动转动,卷帘轴齿轮(3)与卷帘轴(6)连接,并由卷帘轴齿轮(3)驱动卷帘轴(6)转动,马达轴齿轮(2)与卷帘轴齿轮(3)间通过中间轴齿轮(4)啮合实现动力传递;所述的中间轴齿轮(4)贯穿设有中心孔(41),一中间轴(7)穿过中间轴齿轮(4)与齿轮箱(1)连接,中间轴(7)一端设置有外螺纹与设置在齿轮箱(1)上的螺纹孔螺接,中间轴(7)另一端通过套筒(8)转动式安装在齿轮箱(1)上的定位孔内;所述的中间轴(7)上还设置有定位挡片(10),定位挡片(10)与中间轴齿轮(4)间设置有平面推力轴承(9),旋转中间轴(7),定位挡片(10)通过平面推力轴承(9)驱动中间轴齿轮(4)前后移动,改变中间轴齿轮(4)与马达轴齿轮(2)及卷帘轴齿轮(3)间的相对间隙,从而切断或连接马达轴齿轮(2)与卷帘轴齿轮(3)间的啮合传动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种箱式卡车箱体伸缩遮盖物的传动离合装置,其特征在于:所述的马达轴齿轮(2)、卷帘轴齿轮(3)、中间轴齿轮(4)均为扇形齿轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种箱式卡车箱体伸缩遮盖物的传动离合装置,其特征在于:所述的中间轴(7)的任意一端面设置有旋转十字槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种箱式卡车箱体伸缩遮盖物的传动离合装置,其特征在于:所述的齿轮箱(1)呈矩形,马达轴齿轮(2)及卷帘轴齿轮(3)横向安装在齿轮箱(1)内,中间轴(7)及中间轴齿轮(4)纵向安装在齿轮箱(1)内。
