本发明的一种药线引流治疗装置中包括第一治疗单元、第二治疗单元和第三治疗单元,临床医生可根据临床需要选择相应的治疗单元:第一治疗单元中的第一药线中的药物多为镇痛类和局麻类药物配方,用于浸润止痛;第二治疗单元中第二药线中的药物多为伤口愈合类配方,用于伤口快速愈合;第三治疗单元中的药物多为活血祛瘀类药物配方,药线插入创面内用于抗凝引流;用于实现慢性复杂创面及手术后创面的快速多模式止痛和伤口多疗法快速康复愈合,多方法预防术后深静脉血栓,大幅度减少术后并发症,特别是减少深静脉血栓导致的肺栓塞,挽救患者生命。

参考图1~图4,本实施例提出一种药线引流治疗装置,所述治疗装置包括:
第一治疗单元,用于术后止痛;优选为多模式止痛,所述第一治疗单元的多模式止痛指的是临床上可以在多种止痛模式中选择适合的止痛模式,所述多模式止痛包括:电麻止痛、浸润麻醉、药线引流止痛和贴片渗透止痛中的两种以上;
第二治疗单元,用于促进伤口快速愈合;优选为采用多疗法来促进伤口快速愈合,所述第二治疗单元的多疗法促进伤口快速愈合指的是临床上可以在多种促进伤口快速愈合方式中选择适合的疗法,所述多疗法包括:促进血液循环、电刺激、供氧及正电荷覆盖和创面皮下积液通过药线负压引出中的两种以上;
第三治疗单元,用于预防深静脉血栓;优选采用多方法来预防深静脉血栓, 所述多方法包括以下方法中的两种以上:(1)电能药线负压综合引流伤口使皮下积液和凝血因子渗出;(2)电干扰凝血因子,促其快速分解;(3)电刺激小腿肌肉,促进肌肉收缩静脉血流加快;(4)电加快愈合,凝血因子数量减少;(5)电止痛,活动无障碍;(6)电气压小腿,使回心血量增加;
电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机,分别与所述第一治疗单元、第二治疗单元和第三治疗单元连接并提供电气压负压电能。
临床医生可根据临床需要选择相应的治疗单元:第一治疗单元中的第一药线中的药物多为镇痛类和局麻类药物配方,用于浸润止痛;第二治疗单元中第二药线中的药物多为伤口愈合类配方,用于伤口快速愈合;第三治疗单元中的药物多为活血祛瘀类药物配方,药线插入创面内用于抗凝引流;用于实现慢性复杂创面及手术后创面的快速多模式止痛和伤口多疗法快速康复愈合,多方法预防术后深静脉血栓,大幅度减少术后并发症,特别是减少深静脉血栓导致的肺栓塞,挽救患者生命。
参考图1,在本实施例中,所述第一治疗单元包括:第一药线、第一无纺布、第一吸水棉、两个第一吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第一负压管、第一减压管和两个第一金属导线插口;
所述第一吸水棉设置在所述第一无纺布上的中部位置;所述第一药线设置在所述第一吸水棉上;两个所述第一吸管盘的盘部分别设置在所述第一吸水棉的两端上,一个所述第一吸管盘的管部与第一负压管连接,另一个所述第一吸管盘管部与第一减压管连接;两个所述第一金属导线插口(通过水凝胶)分别设置在所述第一无纺布上两角并分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
在本实施例中,采用第一胶体均匀涂在所述第一吸水棉所在面的所述第一无纺布上,用以将所述第一药线与第一吸水棉覆盖伤口固定。
在本实施例中,所述第一吸水棉通过所述第一胶体固定在所述第一无纺布上;所述第一药线通过所述第一胶体固定在所述第一吸水棉上。
在本实施例中,所述第一药线用于非手术创面时不浸润药物,用于伤口浸润麻醉时浸润利多卡因乳膏,用于伤口止痛时浸润第一混配药。
在本实施例中,所述第一混配药包括:元胡,山茄子、川棟子,山柰、川芎、当归、大黄、细辛、阿魏、乳香、、姜黄、双氯灭痛,马钱子,冰片,栀子、白芷 和黄芩各10克,小茴香、没药、公丁香、赤芍、木香、黄柏,薄荷油和冬清油各5克,麝香和辣椒油各3克,苯海拉明1g。
在本实施例中,所述第一胶体中混合所述第一混配药。
参考图2,在本实施例中,所述第二治疗单元包括:第二药线、第二无纺布、第二吸水棉、两个第二吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第二负压管、用于给伤口提供氧的供氧管、用于清洗伤口的冲洗管和两个第二金属导线插口;
所述第二吸水棉设置在所述第二无纺布上的中部位置;所述第二药线设置在所述第二吸水棉上;两个所述第二吸管盘的盘部分别设置在所述第二吸水棉上同侧的边缘两端,一个所述第二吸管盘管部与第二负压管连接,另一个所述第二吸管盘管部与所述供氧管和冲洗管分别连接;两个所述第二金属导线插口(通过水凝胶)分别设置在第二无纺布上并排列在所述第二吸水棉两侧且分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
在本实施例中,所述第二药线上粘附第二混配药或金属离子。
在本实施例中,所述第二吸水棉通过所述第二胶体固定在所述第二无纺布上;所述第二药线通过所述第二胶体固定在所述第二吸水棉上。
在本实施例中,采用第二胶体均匀涂在所述第二吸水棉所在面的所述第二无纺布上,将所述第二药线与第二吸水棉覆盖伤口固定。
在本实施例中,所述第二胶体中混合第二混配药或混合所述金属离子。
在本实施例中,所述第二混配药包括:天然牛黄、樟脑,珍珠、赤石脂,琥珀、黄丹,乳香、没药各8g,煅炉甘石、煅石膏、龙骨、轻粉各15g,冰片1.5g。
在本实施例中,所述第三治疗单元包括:用于伤口处的伤口治疗模块和两个用于贴在双下肢小腿肌肉上的辅助治疗模块;
所述伤口治疗模块和辅助治疗模块分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
在本实施例中,所述伤口治疗模块和辅助治疗模块分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接,可通过电刺激和药线达到伤口渗液不凝固引流畅通作用,从伤口引出多余凝血因子和皮下积液避免其进入血液引起深静脉血栓。
在本实施例中,所述第三治疗单元预防深静脉血栓的方法是:(1)电能药 线负压综合引流伤口使皮下积液和凝血因子渗出,(2)电干扰凝血因子,促其快速分解。(3)电刺激小腿肌肉,促进肌肉收缩静脉血流加快(4)电加快愈合,凝血因子数量减少(5)电止痛,活动无障碍(6)电气压小腿,使回心血量增加。
参考图3,在本实施例中,所述伤口治疗模块包括:第三药线、第三无纺布、第三吸水棉、第三吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第三负压管和两个第三金属导线插口;
所述第三吸水棉设置在所述第三无纺布上的中部位置;所述第三药线设置在所述第三吸水棉上;所述第三吸管盘设置在所述第三吸水棉上的中部并与第三负压管连接;两个所述第三金属导线插口(通过水凝胶)分别设置在第三无纺布上并排列在所述第三吸水棉两侧并分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
参考图4,在本实施例中,所述辅助治疗模块包括:第四药线、第四无纺布、第四吸水棉、气囊袋和两个第四金属导线插口;
所述第四吸水棉设置在所述第四无纺布上的中部位置;所述第四药线设置在所述第四吸水棉上;两个所述第四金属导线插口(通过水凝胶)分别设置在第四无纺布上并排列在所述第四吸水棉两侧,且分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接;所述气囊袋设置在相反于所述第四吸水棉的第四无纺布的另一面上。
在本实施例中,所述第三药线混配用于治疗高凝高危患者的具有活血化淤作用的第三混配药;
所述第三混配药包括:三七、红花、香橼、黄芪、党参、川芎、青皮、桃仁、赤芍、枳壳、香附各10g,丹参、蒲黄、白术、山药、乳香、柴胡、川楝子、太子参、炙甘草各8g和阿斯匹林1g。
在本实施例中,所述第三药线不混配所述第三混配药时,用于非高凝高危患者的治疗。
在本实施例中,所述水凝胶中混配所述金属离子,混配金属离子的水凝胶覆盖到伤口时,吸附并激活带负电荷的生长因子和蛋白酶向伤口聚集,加速伤口愈合。
在本实施例中,所述金属离子为钾离子或钾离子、钠离子、钙离子和镁离子 的混合离子。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述治疗装置包括:
    第一治疗单元,用于术后止痛;
    第二治疗单元,用于促进伤口快速愈合;
    第三治疗单元,用于预防深静脉血栓;
    电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机,分别与所述第一治疗单元、第二治疗单元和第三治疗单元连接并提供电气压负压电能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第一治疗单元包括:第一药线、第一无纺布、第一吸水棉、两个第一吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第一负压管、第一减压管和两个第一金属导线插口;
    所述第一吸水棉设置在所述第一无纺布上的中部位置;所述第一药线设置在所述第一吸水棉上;两个所述第一吸管盘的盘部分别设置在所述第一吸水棉的两端上,一个所述第一吸管盘的管部与第一负压管连接,另一个所述第一吸管盘管部与第一减压管连接;两个所述第一金属导线插口通过水凝胶分别设置在所述第一无纺布上两角并分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,采用第一胶体均匀涂在所述第一吸水棉所在面的所述第一无纺布上,用以将所述第一药线与第一吸水棉覆盖伤口固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第一药线用于非手术创面时不浸润药物,用于伤口浸润麻醉时浸润利多卡因乳膏,用于伤口止痛时浸润第一混配药。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第二治疗单元包括:第二药线、第二无纺布、第二吸水棉、两个第二吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第二负压管、用于给伤口提供氧的供氧管、用于清洗伤口的冲洗管和两个第二金属导线插口;
    所述第二吸水棉设置在所述第二无纺布上的中部位置;所述第二药线设置在所述第二吸水棉上;两个所述第二吸管盘的盘部分别设置在所述第二吸水棉上同侧的边缘两端,一个所述第二吸管盘管部与第二负压管连接,另一个所述第二吸管盘管部与所述供氧管和冲洗管分别连接;两个所述第二金属导线插口通过水凝 胶分别设置在第二无纺布上并排列在所述第二吸水棉两侧且分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第二药线上粘附第二混配药或金属离子。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第三治疗单元包括:用于伤口处的伤口治疗模块和两个用于贴在双下肢小腿肌肉上的辅助治疗模块;
    所述伤口治疗模块和辅助治疗模块分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述伤口治疗模块包括:第三药线、第三无纺布、第三吸水棉、第三吸管盘、用于与负压吸引装置连接后吸出伤口上液体的第三负压管和两个第三金属导线插口;
    所述第三吸水棉设置在所述第三无纺布上的中部位置;所述第三药线设置在所述第三吸水棉上;所述第三吸管盘设置在所述第三吸水棉上的中部并与第三负压管连接;两个所述第三金属导线插口通过水凝胶分别设置在第三无纺布上并排列在所述第三吸水棉两侧并分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述辅助治疗模块包括:第四药线、第四无纺布、第四吸水棉、气囊袋和两个第四金属导线插口;
    所述第四吸水棉设置在所述第四无纺布上的中部位置;所述第四药线设置在所述第四吸水棉上;两个所述第四金属导线插口通过水凝胶分别设置在第四无纺布上并排列在所述第四吸水棉两侧,且分别与所述电气压负压电能刺激综合治疗机连接;所述气囊袋设置在相反于所述第四吸水棉的第四无纺布的另一面上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种药线引流治疗装置,其特征在于,所述第三药线混配用于治疗高凝高危患者的具有活血化淤作用的第三混配药。
