柔性显示面板技术是现在主流的显示面板技术,柔性显示面板的主要应用在边缘弯曲的终端中,目前的贴合方式中,贴合压力分布不均匀,贴合过程中显示基板与盖板间产生气泡,因此显示面板容易出现黑斑或者其他显示不良的问题。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种曲面显示面板贴合装置,解决了曲面贴合压力分布不均匀从而导致显示屏体出现黑斑或者其他显示不良的技术问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,本申请一实施例提供了一种曲面显示面板贴合装置,用于实现显示基板与曲面盖板的贴合,包括:工作台,用于支撑所述曲面盖板;滚轮总成,所述滚轮总成包括:贴合滚轮,用于对待贴合的所述显示基板和所述曲面盖板滚压而形成曲面显示面板;以及,设置在所述贴合滚轮远离工作台一侧的至少一层支撑滚轮组,每层所述支撑滚轮组包括至少一个支撑滚轮。

实施本申请的方式
正如背景技术所述,现有技术中曲面贴合压力分布不均匀从而导致显示屏体出现黑斑或者其他显示不良的技术问题。发明人研究发现,出现这种问题的原因在于当采用滚轮贴合过程中,由于曲角的存在,滚轮在曲角处的压紧且贴合不易实现,即如果使得曲角处贴合则需要滚轮的直径越小越好,但是如果使得曲角处压紧则需要滚轮施加在贴合处的压力越大越好,但是压力越大则需要滚轮的直径大,因此对于曲角处的贴合,既要贴合又要压紧,需要采用滚轮的直径是互相矛盾的,因此现有技术中在曲角贴合过程中,无法既满足贴合又满足压紧。
基于此,本申请提供了一种曲面显示面板贴合装置,应用于实现显示基板与曲面盖板的贴合,采用贴合滚轮与至少一层支撑滚轮组对显示基板和曲面盖板进行滚压实现显示基板与曲面盖板的贴合,从而形成曲面显示面板,当曲面盖板与显示基板进行贴合时,支撑滚轮组和贴合滚轮可以承载更大的贴合压力而不会发生弯曲,增大了贴合过程中的贴合压力,因此即使贴合滚轮的直径较小,也能够保证贴合过程中的贴合压力较大。由于贴合滚轮的直径较小时,贴合更加均匀,且较大的贴合压力是支撑滚轮组与贴合滚轮共同 承载的,贴合滚轮也不会在贴合过程发生弯曲。因此本申请提供的曲面显示面板贴合装置既能保证贴合过程中有较大的贴合压力,也能够保证贴合滚轮的直径较小,提高了贴合过程中的压力均一性,避免了因贴合压力分布不均匀而导致显示屏体出现黑斑或者其他显示不良的问题。
具体的,本申请提供的曲面显示面板贴合装置,包括:工作台,用于支撑所述盖板;滚轮总成,所述滚轮总成包括:贴合滚轮,用于对待贴合的所述显示基板和所述盖板滚压而形成曲面显示面板;以及,设置在所述贴合滚轮远离工作台一侧的至少一层支撑滚轮组,每层所述支撑滚轮组包括至少一个支撑滚轮。

可选的,滚轮总成2包括至少两个支撑滚轮221,且每个支撑滚轮221的直径相同,支撑滚轮221的直径相同,减少了制备工艺。
可选的,贴合滚轮21的直径和支撑滚轮221的直径相同。
可选的,滚轮总成2包括至少两层支撑滚轮组22,其中,任意相邻两层支撑滚轮组22中远离贴合滚轮21的支撑滚轮组22为第一支撑滚轮组,相邻两层支撑滚轮组22中靠近贴合滚轮21的支撑滚轮组22为第二支撑滚轮组,第一支撑滚轮组中的支撑滚轮221的个数与第二支撑滚轮组中的支撑滚轮221的个数之差为一。本申请实施例中相邻两层支撑滚轮组22中支撑滚轮221的数量之差为一,从而使得支撑滚轮组22中第m-1(m为支撑滚轮组22的数量)层中的每一个支撑滚轮221都能够设置在第m层中的两个相邻的支撑滚轮221中间的上方,从而使得滚轮总成2的结构稳定,并且在保证结构稳定的同时使用的滚轮较少。
应当理解,支撑滚轮组22的数量以及离贴合滚轮21最近的一层支撑滚 轮组22包括的支撑滚轮221的数量可以根据实际应用场景选择,例如支撑滚轮组22的数量为四层,贴合滚轮21最近的一层支撑滚轮组22包括两个支撑滚轮221,从靠近贴合滚轮21至远离贴合滚轮21的方向上的其余三层支撑滚轮组22中的支撑滚轮221的数量依次为三个、四个以及五个,如图2所示。
图3所示为本发明一实施例提供的曲面显示面板贴合装置中滚轮总成2在垂直于贴合滚轮的直径方向上的截面的示意图,如图3所示,滚轮总成2周向截面为第一截面,其中第一截面包括n个圆形(n为贴合滚轮21与支撑滚轮221的个数之和,即滚轮总成2中的滚轮数量),位于第一截面边缘的多个圆形的圆心的连线形成第一形状4,第一形状4中以贴合滚轮21的圆心为起点的两个边之间的夹角α小于90°,如图3所示。第一形状4中以贴合滚轮21的圆心为起点的两个边之间的夹角α小于90°,即贴合过程中滚轮总成2与柔性显示层的接触部位的角度小于90°,而曲面贴合的曲角最小角度也大于90°,因此,在贴合过程中,滚轮总成2与盖板以及柔性显示层除了接触部位之外没有其他位置接触,从而保证了滚轮总成2与柔性显示层以及盖板不会发生干涉,使得贴合均匀。
应当理解,第一形状4以及滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置才能够使得α小于90°,可以根据实际应用场景选择,例如,滚轮总成2包括一个贴合滚轮21和十四个支撑滚轮221,在从靠近贴合滚轮21向远离贴合滚轮21的方向上,十四个支撑滚轮221分为四层,每层包括支撑滚轮221的数量依次为两个、三个、四个以及五个,如图3所示。因此,只要α小于90°,本申请实施例对第一形状4以及滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置不作限定。
可选的,第一形状4为等腰三角形,第一形状4为等腰三角形时,在工艺上更容易形成滚轮总成2。
可选的,第一形状4为正三角形,因此α等于60°,至于滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置才能使得第一形状4为正三角形,可以如图3所示的情 况,也可以如其他情况,因此,本申请对于滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置才能使得第一形状4为正三角形不作限定。
可选的,第一形状4为菱形,曲面显示面板贴合装置包括两个贴合滚轮21,两个贴合滚轮21设置于菱形的对角线两端。如图4所示。本申请实施例中第一形状4是菱形并且两个贴合滚轮21设置于菱形的对角线两端,在贴合过程中,两个贴合滚轮21均可以用于与显示基板接触。例如可以在部分区域的贴合中采用其中一个贴合滚轮21,在其他区域的贴合时选择另一个贴合滚轮21,但是贴合过程中始终仅存在一个贴合滚轮21与显示基板接触,而且当其中一个贴合滚轮21发生故障时,另外一个贴合滚轮21可以代替故障滚轮继续对盖板与显示基板进行贴合。除此之外,支撑滚轮221的数量增多可以使得滚轮总成2的强度更高,能够承受更大的贴合压力。
至于滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置才能使得第一形状4为菱形,可以如图4所示的情况,即滚轮总成2包括两个贴合滚轮21和二十三个支撑滚轮221,在从靠近贴合滚轮21向远离贴合滚轮21的方向上,二十三个支撑滚轮221分为七层,每层包括支撑滚轮221的数量依次为两个、三个、四个、五个、四个、三个以及两个。也可以如其他情况,因此,本申请对于滚轮总成2中各个滚轮如何设置才能使得第一形状4为菱形不作限定。
如图5所示,贴合装置还包括转动装置,其中转动装置与滚轮总成2转动连接,以使得滚轮总成2转动,转动装置包括支架3,分别设置在贴合滚轮21以及支撑滚轮221端部的第一连接件26,以及设置在支架3上第二连接件31,第一连接件26与第二连接件31的数量相等,且每一个第一连接件26与每一个第二连接件31一一对应转动连接,能够使得贴合滚轮21以及每个支撑滚轮221彼此独立转动,从而以相对简单的转动连接方式使得每个滚轮独立转动。
可选的,第一连接件26为轴承,第二连接件31为轴套,或者第一连接件26为轴套,第二连接件为轴承31。
至于多个第一连接件26以及多个第二连接件31中轴承和轴套的分布形式可以根据实际应用场景来选择,例如:所有的第一连接件26均为轴套,所有的第二连接件31均为轴承;还可以所有的第一连接件26均为轴承,所有的第二连接件31均为轴套;因此,只要第一连接件26与第二连接件31连接后能够使得滚轮总成2中的滚轮转动即可,本申请实施例对于第一连接件26以及多个第二连接件31中轴承和轴套的分布形式不作限定。
以上所述仅为本申请创造的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请创造,凡在本申请创造的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本申请创造的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种曲面显示面板贴合装置,用于实现显示基板与盖板的贴合,包括:工作台,用于支撑所述盖板;滚轮总成,所述滚轮总成包括:贴合滚轮,用于对待贴合的所述显示基板和所述盖板滚压而形成曲面显示面板;以及,设置在所述贴合滚轮远离工作台一侧的至少一层支撑滚轮组,每层所述支撑滚轮组包括至少一个支撑滚轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述滚轮总成包括至少两层支撑滚轮组,任意相邻两层所述支撑滚轮组中,远离所述贴合滚轮的支撑滚轮组为第一支撑滚轮组,靠近所述贴合滚轮的支撑滚轮组为第二支撑滚轮组,所述第一支撑滚轮组中的所述支撑滚轮的个数与所述第二支撑滚轮组中的所述支撑滚轮的个数之差为一。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述滚轮总成周向截面为第一截面,其中,所述第一截面包括n个圆形,位于所述第一截面边缘的多个所述圆形中圆心的连线形成第一形状,所述第一形状中以所述贴合滚轮的圆心为起点的两个边之间的夹角小于九十度,所述n为所述贴合滚轮的个数与所述支撑滚轮的个数之和。
- 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述第一形状的形状为等腰三角形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述第一形状的形状为菱形。
- 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述曲面显示面板贴合装置包括两个贴合滚轮,所述两个贴合滚轮设置于菱形的对角线两端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述贴合滚轮在对待贴合的所述显示基板和所述曲面盖板滚压时,所述滚轮总成中仅有所述贴合滚轮与所述显示基板接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述贴合滚轮与所述支撑滚轮的直径相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,还包括:转动装置,与所述滚轮总成转动连接,以使得所述滚轮总成转动;所述转动装置包括:支架;分别设置在所述贴合滚轮以及所述支撑滚轮的端部的第一连接件;以及,设置在所述支架上的第二连接件;其中,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件的数量相等,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件一一对应连接,以使得所述贴合滚轮以及每个所述支撑滚轮彼此独立转动。
- 根据权利要求9所述的曲面显示面板贴合装置,其中,所述第一连接件为轴承,所述第二连接件为轴套;或,所述第一连接件为轴套,所述第二连接件为轴承。
