Claims (10)

  1. 一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,包括除尘箱(1)、底座(4)、固定件(5)、集尘盒(6)、鼓风机(7)、缓冲罩(10)、连接杆(11)、固定盘(12)、除尘组件(13)、输气管(14)和集气件(15);
    除尘箱(1)位于底座(4)上方,且除尘箱(1)顶部设有密封盖(3),底部设有集尘斗(2);固定件(5)包括竖直部和水平部,且竖直部设置在底座(4)上,水平部连接除尘箱(1)与竖直部;集尘斗(2)上设有排尘管(25),排尘管(25)上设有控制阀(26);集尘盒(6)设置在底座(4)上并位于排尘管(25)下方;
    除尘箱(1)上设有进风管(8)和排风管(9),进风管(8)位于靠近除尘箱(1)底部的位置,排风管(9)位于靠近除尘箱(1)顶部的位置;缓冲罩(10)开口朝下并位于除尘箱(1)内,且表面均匀设置透气孔;连接杆(11)水平设置在除尘箱(1)上并与缓冲罩(10)连接;
    除尘组件(13)包括第一连接件(18)、限位件(19)、滤袋(20)、固定杆(21)和第二连接件(22);第一连接件(18)位于第二连接件(22)的上方,固定杆(21)竖直设置并连接第一连接件(18)和第二连接件(22);滤袋(20)竖直设置并连接第一连接件(18)和第二连接件(22),且内周面紧贴固定杆(21);限位件(19)设置在第一连接件(18)上,且限位件(19)与第一连接件(18)上均设有供气体通过的通孔(23);
    固定盘(12)设置在除尘箱(1)内并位于缓冲罩(10)的上方,且表面设有多个螺纹孔(17);第一连接件(18)上设有外螺纹,第一连接件(18)与固定盘(12)螺纹连接;
    除尘箱(1)上设有连接板(28),鼓风机(7)设置在连接板(28)上;集气件(15)设置在密封盖(3)上并位于固定盘(12)上方;输气管(14)一端连接鼓风机(7),另一端穿过密封盖(3)并与集气件(15)连通;集气件(15)上竖直设置喷气管(16),喷气管(16)与除尘组件(13)对应设置;喷气管(16)喷气方向朝向通孔(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,集尘斗(2)上设有内螺纹,除尘箱(1)上设有外螺纹,集尘斗(2)与除尘箱(1)螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,密封盖(3)上设有内螺纹,除尘箱(1)上设有外螺纹,密封盖(3)与除尘箱(1)螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,底座(4)上设有固定槽(24),集尘盒(6)插入固定槽(24)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,底座(4)底部设有万向 轮(27)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,缓冲罩(10)为圆锥状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,螺纹孔(17)在固定盘(12)上设置成多圈,且每圈螺纹孔(17)围绕固定盘(12)的圆心呈环形阵列分布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,滤袋(20)的顶部和底部均设有连接环;
    连接环上设有螺纹孔,第一连接件(18)和第二连接件(22)上均对应设有螺纹孔;连接环与第一连接件(18)通过螺栓螺纹连接,连接环与第二连接件(22)通过螺栓螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,还包括抽风机,抽风机与排风管(9)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效袋式收尘器,其特征在于,第二连接件(22)的外径小于螺纹孔(17)的孔径,限位件(19)的外径大于螺纹孔的孔径。
