背景技术
目前,随着国家对环境的重视,越来越多的工厂排放越来月严格,因此越来越多烟尘排放需要进过处理后才能排放的,处理一般都是使用除尘装置,除尘装置,是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备叫除尘器或除尘设备。除尘装置的性能用可处理的气体量、气体通过除尘装置时的阻力损失和除尘效率来表达。很多小的工厂,排放的烟尘不是很多,如何设计一种小巧的除尘装置为这些小的企业服务就很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水雾烟尘除尘装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水雾烟尘除尘装置,包括框架、水箱、锥瓶和过滤箱,所述框架底部安装有支架,所述支架之间安装有隔板,所述隔板上端安装有水箱,所述水箱一侧安装有高压水泵,所述高压水泵通过水管与过滤箱连接,所述过滤箱通过溢流管与锥瓶连接,所述过滤箱和锥瓶位于框架内部,所述锥瓶与进尘口固定连接,所述进尘口延伸至框架外部,所述支架底部安装有万向轮。
优选的,所述框架正面安装有盖板,所述盖板表面安装有控制屏,所述框架上端安装有鼓风机,所述鼓风机通过连接弯管与鼓风口连接,所述鼓风口与进尘口固定焊接,所述鼓风口水平30度焊接在进尘口上方,所述进尘口上安装有收缩管。
优选的,所述过滤箱正面安装有检修盖,所述过滤箱内部安装有过滤盒,所述过滤盒内部主要为活性炭、石英砂和过滤棉结构组成,所述过滤盒上端 安装有高压管,所述高压管上端安装有高压喷头,所述高压管与水管固定连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过安装锥瓶利用离心力作用对空气中的烟尘和有害物质进行分离,分离后的有害物质和烟尘颗粒沿着锥瓶进入到收集袋,空气则会沿着溢流管进入到过滤箱,在离心力作用下,避免不了会有一些烟尘颗粒进入溢流管,通过过滤箱进行二次除尘,保证除尘的效果,通过在过滤箱内部安装高压喷头,实现水体的雾化,通过雾化将烟尘吸附住,然后掉落下来,进入到过滤盒进行过滤,过滤后的水进入到水箱,可以循环使用,有效的节约水资源,通过安装鼓风机,可以增大进入到锥瓶烟尘的线速度,从而增大离心力,增加整个锥瓶的工作效率,且结构简单,易于推广使用。

具体使用方式:本发明工作中,将收缩管1与排尘口连接连接,利用锥瓶16利用离心力作用对空气中的烟尘和有害物质进行分离,分离后的有害物质和烟尘颗粒沿着锥瓶16进入到收集袋20,空气则会沿着溢流管17进入到过滤箱18,在离心力作用下,避免不了会有一些烟尘颗粒进入溢流管17,利用过滤箱18进行二次除尘,保证除尘的效果,通过在过滤箱18内部安装高压喷头21,实现水体的雾化,通过雾化将烟尘吸附住,然后掉落下来,进入 到过滤盒23进行过滤,过滤后的水进入到水箱11,可以循环使用,有效的节约水资源,利用鼓风机3,可以增大进入到锥瓶16烟尘的线速度,从而增大离心力,增加整个锥瓶的工作效率。
