发明内容

参见各附图所示,工作台上具有沿上下方向贯穿的穿孔81,机座2上通过旋转轴91转动地连接有安装座9,压紧辊7绕自身轴心线旋转地设置在安装座9上,旋转轴91的轴心线与压紧辊7的轴心线之间相互平行地设置,压紧辊7绕旋转轴91摆动地穿设在穿孔81中。待粘贴标签的产品盒在工作台上传送时自动地挤压压紧辊7而使其向下运动,并同时完成标签的封贴。旋转轴91上还固定地连接有凸轮92,机座2上还设置有用于检测凸轮92旋转次数的计数器93,机座2的外部还设置有用于显示计数器93计数结果的显示屏22。计数器93检测凸轮92的旋转圈数,便能够获知经压紧辊7贴附的标签的数量。
综上,本发明的自动封贴标签剥离机,其结构简单,操作方便,使用时仅需安装好标签带1,启动电源开关21,便能够不断地将标签纸12从离型纸11上剥离下来,同时将待粘贴标签的产品在工作台上朝向压紧辊7向前传送,在与压紧辊7配合时,便能够将经剥离刀6剥离下的标签纸12在压紧辊7的配合下紧密地粘贴到产品盒的两个侧面上,实现自动封贴。这不仅提高了标签封贴的质量,也大幅地降低了人工操作的劳动强度,提高了封贴效率。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种自动封贴标签剥离机,包括机座、转动地设置在所述机座上的标签固定架,标签带卷绕在所述标签固定架上且具有一向外伸出的自由端,所述标签带包括离型纸、沿所述离型纸的长度方向间隔地粘附在所述离型纸上的多个标签纸,其特征在于:所述标签剥离机还包括能够绕自身轴心线旋转地设于所述机座上的收卷轴、用于驱使所述收卷轴旋转的驱动机构,以及设置在所述机座上用于将所述标签纸自所述离型纸上剥离的剥离刀,所述标签带沿自身长度方向张紧在所述剥离刀的刀刃上,且所述标签带的所述自由端固定地连接在所述收卷轴上,
    所述机座具有标签粘贴用工作台,所述标签剥离机还包括能够绕自身轴心线旋转的压紧辊,所述压紧辊能够沿上下方向浮动地设于所述机座上而能够位于所述工作台上方或位于所述工作台下方,所述剥离刀的所述刀刃抵靠在所述压紧辊的外侧周部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述剥离刀的所述刀刃呈薄片状,所述标签带的所述离型纸张紧在所述刀刃上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述剥离刀沿上下方向设置,且所述刀刃朝上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述剥离刀包括固定地设置在所述机座上的刀座、设置在所述刀座上且具有所述刀刃的刀体,所述刀体沿上下方向位置可调整地设置在所述刀座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述收卷轴包括用于卷绕所述标签带的轴体、以及能够压紧在所述轴体外侧周部上的压纸夹。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述轴体的外侧周部上开设有两组凹槽,两组所述凹槽均沿所述轴体的长度方向延伸,两组所述凹槽之间呈180°设置,所述压纸夹呈U型,且所述压纸夹的两侧边部对应地收容在两组所述凹槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述剥离刀与所述收卷轴均位于所述工作台的下方,所述机座上还设置有用于对所述标签带予以张紧导向的多组导向轴。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述机座上转动地设置有盖板,所述盖板罩设在所述剥离刀及所述收卷轴的上方,所述盖板的上表面形成所述的工作台。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述工作台上具有沿上下方向贯穿所述工作台的穿孔,所述机座上通过旋转轴转动地连接有安装座,所述压紧辊绕自身轴心线旋转地设置在所述安装座上,所述旋转轴的轴心线与所述压紧辊的轴心线相互平行地设置,所述压紧辊绕所述旋转轴摆动地穿设在所述穿孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述旋转轴上还固定地连接有凸轮,所述机座上还设置有用于检测所述凸轮旋转次数的计数器,所述机座的外部还设置有用于显示所述计数器计数结果的显示屏。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:待粘贴标签的产品在所述工作台上沿垂直于所述压紧辊的轴心线方向朝向所述压紧辊被传送。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述剥离刀包括固定地设置在所述机座上的刀座、设置在所述刀座上且具有所述刀刃的刀体,所述刀体沿上下方向设置且沿上下方向位置可调整地设置在所述刀座上,所述刀刃呈薄片状且朝上设置,所述标签带的所述离型纸张紧在所述刀刃上。
  13. 根据权利要求1或11或12所述的自动封贴标签剥离机,其特征在于:所述收卷轴包括用于卷绕所述标签带的轴体、以及能够压紧在所述轴体外侧周部上的压纸夹,所述轴体的外侧周部上开设有两组凹槽,两组所述凹槽均沿所述轴体的长度方向延伸,两组所述凹槽之间呈180°设置,所述压纸夹呈U型,且所述压纸夹的两侧边部对应地收容在两组所述凹槽中,所述机座上还设置有用于对所述标签带予以张紧导向的多组导向轴。
