Abstract

公开了一种滤芯及具有该滤芯的空气滤清器。该滤芯包括外壳(1);内框(2),内框(2)与外壳(1)相配合,内框(2)与外壳(1)连接;滤纸(3),滤纸(3)设置在内框(2)中,滤纸(3)在内框(2)的径向上布满内框(2)的内腔,且滤纸(3)与内框(2)连接。这种滤芯仅仅包括外壳、内框以及滤纸。在组装的过程中,使滤纸连接在内框上,之后将内框连接在外壳上即可。而滤纸与内框的连接可以通过一体化注塑实现,内框与外壳的连接可以通过热熔胶实现。这种滤芯结构简单,组装方便,从而能够提高生产效率。

Description

一种空气滤清器及其滤芯
本申请要求于2019年06月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910496852.7、发明名称为“一种空气滤清器及其滤芯”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及空气滤清器技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种空气滤清器及其滤芯。
背景技术
空气滤清器位于发动机进气系统中。空气滤清器的作用是滤除将要进入气缸的空气中的有害杂质,以减少气缸、活塞、活塞环、气门以及气门座的早期磨损。现有的空气滤清器的滤芯的结构较复杂,组装过程繁琐,因而会导致工作量大,生产效率低。
因此,如何简化空气滤清器的滤芯的结构,从而使滤芯的组装变的方便,提高生产效率,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空气滤清器的滤芯,该滤芯结构简单,组装方便,从而提高生产效率。
一种滤芯,包括:
外壳;
内框,所述内框与所述外壳相配合,且所述内框与所述外壳连接;
滤纸,所述滤纸设置在所述内框中,所述滤纸在所述内框的径向上布满所述内框的内腔,且所述滤纸与所述内框连接。
优选地,所述滤纸与所述内框一体化注塑成型。
优选地,在所述外壳内,沿着所述外壳的周向设置有安装槽,所述内框能够插入到该安装槽内;
所述内框通过热熔胶固定在所述安装槽内。
优选地,所述安装槽靠近所述外壳的出气口设置。
优选地,所述内框的进气口的端面上设置有防呆凸柱。
优选地,在所述外壳的内部,且靠近所述外壳的出气口的位置设置有支撑 梁,所述支撑梁用于支撑所述滤纸。
优选地,所述外壳上设置有拉环。
优选地,所述拉环与所述外壳卡接;
所述拉环包括相互连接的环体和卡扣,所述外壳的进气口具有凸沿,在所述凸沿上沿轴向设置有卡孔,所述卡扣能够卡接于所述卡孔内。
优选地,沿着所述外壳的外周向设置有凹槽,该凹槽内设置有密封条,所述密封条与空气滤清器的壳体的内壁密封配合。
本发明还公开了一种空气滤清器,包括滤芯,所述滤芯为上述任意一种滤芯。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明中的滤芯仅仅包括外壳、内框以及滤纸。在组装的过程中,使滤纸连接在内框上,之后将内框连接在外壳上即可。而滤纸与内框的连接可以通过一体化注塑实现,内框与外壳的连接可以通过热熔胶实现。本实用新型中的滤芯结构简单,组装方便,从而能够提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种空气滤清器的滤芯,该滤芯结构简单,组装方便,从而提高生产效率。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不 是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明一具体实施例中,滤芯包括外壳1、内框2以及滤纸3。内框2与外壳1相配合,或者说内框2的形状与外壳1的内腔的形状相同。内框2与外壳1之间为固定连接关系。滤纸3设置在内框2中。滤纸3沿着内框2的径向布满整个内框2的内腔,或者说滤纸3的轮廓形状与内框2的内腔形状相同。滤纸3与内框2之间也为固定连接关系。
本实施例中的滤芯仅仅包括外壳1、内框2以及滤纸3。在组装的过程中,使滤纸3连接在内框2上,之后将内框2连接在外壳1上即可。本实施例中的滤芯结构简单,组装方便,从而能够提高生产效率。
进一步地,将滤纸3与内框2一体化注塑成型。如此制作,不仅能够实现滤纸3与内框2的连接,而且能够确保滤纸3与内框2的内壁之间无缝隙,从而能够确保所有的空气均经过滤纸3的过滤,提高了空气滤清器的过滤质量。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在外壳1内,沿着外壳1的周向设置了安装槽8。内框2能够插入到该安装槽8中,进一步地,将该安装槽8设置在外壳1内靠近出气口的位置。空气是沿着外壳1的轴向进行流动的,外壳1中供空气进入的口为进气口。外壳1中供空气流出的口为出气口。例如在附图1中,外壳1的上端口即为进气口,外壳1的下端口即为出气口。空气在流动时,会将内框2压向安装槽8底部,如此便能够确保内框2与外壳1连接的牢固性,能够防止内框2脱离安装槽8。进一步地,在将内框2插入到安装槽8后,再通过热溶胶使内框2固定并密封在安装槽8中。热溶胶固定的方式不仅便于操作,而且固定的较牢固。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在内框2的进气口的端面上设置了防呆凸柱6,如果将有防呆凸柱6的一侧插入到安装槽8中,会出现插不到位的情况,因此,本实施例中的防呆凸柱6能够防止将内框2的进气口和出气口装反。
进一步地,防呆凸柱6还高于外壳1的进气口的端面,如此限定还能够防止将整个滤芯的进气口和出气口装反。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在外壳1的内部设置了支撑梁4,该支撑梁4靠近外壳1的出气口的位置。该支撑梁4用于支撑滤纸3。在滤芯工作的过程 中,空气流会将滤纸3压向外壳1的出气口侧,而支撑梁4能够分担滤纸3的压力,从而延长滤纸3的使用寿命。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在外壳1上设置了拉环7,从而方便将滤芯从空气滤清器的外壳1中拉出。进一步地,选择将拉环7卡接在外壳1上。卡接的形式结构简单,便于实现。
具体的卡接结构如下:拉环7包括环体71和卡扣72。卡扣72设置在环体71的一侧,且卡扣72与环体71相垂直。外壳1的进气口处设置有沿径向向外凸出的凸沿。在凸沿上沿着外壳1的轴向开设有卡孔5。该卡孔5与卡扣72配合。卡扣72受压变形后进入到卡孔5中,之后在卡孔5的下方膨胀开,从而与卡孔5的孔壁之间形成卡接关系。在本实施例中,卡扣72位于卡孔5的下方,环体71与滤纸3的平面平行,或者说环体71能够贴合在滤纸3上,即卡环的设置并没有加大滤芯原有的体积,从而能够使滤芯与空气滤清器的壳体顺利配合。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在外壳1的外壁上设置了凹槽。该凹槽沿着外壳1的周向布置。该凹槽用于盛放密封条。该密封条与空气滤清器的壳体的内壁密封配合。或者说密封条的作用是实现滤芯与空气滤清器的壳体的密封配合,从而防止空气从滤芯与空气滤清器的壳体之间的缝隙通过。
本发明还公开了一种空气滤清器,包括滤芯,该滤芯为上述任意一种滤芯,上述滤芯具有上述效果,具有上述滤芯的空气滤清器同样具有上述效果,故本文不再赘述。
最后,还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滤芯,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳(1);
    内框(2),所述内框(2)与所述外壳(1)相配合,且所述内框(2)与所述外壳(1)连接;
    滤纸(3),所述滤纸(3)设置在所述内框(2)中,所述滤纸(3)在所述内框(2)的径向上布满所述内框(2)的内腔,且所述滤纸(3)与所述内框(2)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤纸(3)与所述内框(2)一体化注塑成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,在所述外壳(1)内,沿着所述外壳(1)的周向设置有安装槽(8),所述内框(2)能够插入到该安装槽(8)内;
    所述内框(2)通过热熔胶固定在所述安装槽(8)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述安装槽(8)靠近所述外壳(1)的出气口设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述内框(2)的进气口的端面上设置有防呆凸柱(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,在所述外壳(1)的内部,且靠近所述外壳(1)的出气口的位置设置有支撑梁(4),所述支撑梁(4)用于支撑所述滤纸(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)上设置有拉环(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述拉环(7)与所述外壳(1)卡接;
    所述拉环(7)包括相互连接的环体(71)和卡扣(72),所述外壳(1)的进气口具有凸沿,在所述凸沿上沿轴向设置有卡孔(5),所述卡扣(72)能够卡接于所述卡孔(5)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,沿着所述外壳(1)的外周向设置有凹槽,该凹槽内设置有密封条,所述密封条与空气滤清器的壳体的内壁密封配合。
  10. 一种空气滤清器,包括滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤芯为如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的滤芯。
