S2,前述得到的初级含大麻组分雾化单元在无菌环境下充分吸收料液12h,送入烘干设备当中干燥0.2-2h,水分检测合格;优选地,含大麻组分的雾化单元烘干方式包含但不局限于冷风干燥、加热管烘干、热风烘干、低温冻干和微波干燥。若采用热风干燥,控制温度为50℃-150℃,且初级含大麻组分雾化单元的烘干时间12-120min,雾化单元的合格水分指标检测范围为8%-15%;
S3,调配好的香味组分以卷烟加香的方式加入到S2步骤后的初级含大麻组分的雾化单元当中,搅拌均匀后得到含大麻组分的雾化单元的半成品,根据含大麻组分的雾化单元的半成品的类型不同再添加包裹剂进行香味封锁。
在前述S3步骤中,应用卷烟喷雾加香的方式将大麻有效组分进行1-2次加入到S2步骤后的初级的含大麻组分的雾化单元中,搅拌均匀后得含大麻组分的雾化单元半成品。
本发明具体实施例中,大麻的有效成分为含有大麻二酚CBD、大麻环萜酚CBC、大麻酚CBN、大麻萜酚CBG及其丙基同系物THCV、CBDV、CBCV和CBGV的混合成分。
本发明具体实施例中,含大麻组分雾化单元的制备步骤中,大麻花叶经一定工艺处理步骤包括:大麻花叶经过造粒、薄片成型或膏体成型后以卷烟加香的方式加入大麻有效成分;大麻花叶的造粒方法包含但不局限于压力成型造粒法、搅拌滚团造粒法、热熔融冷却造粒法、喷雾转鼓造粒法和喷雾流化床造粒法,大麻花叶的薄片的成型方法包括但不局限于辊压法、造纸法和浸透法,大麻花叶的膏体的成型方法包括但不局限于挤压成型和快速堆积成型。
本发明的有益效果是:该多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品及其制备方法,通过内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品封口后可得发烟单元成品,与不同口味的致香组分发烟剂混合,很好的解决了目前加热不燃烧领域烟弹类型单一,加工技术繁琐的问题,通过在加热不燃烧制品中定量均一的添加大麻有效成分,能够很好的实现大麻组分的均质化呈现,同时由于加热不燃烧的蓬勃发展可以实现大麻产业产业化,在烟弹中添加封口的形式更能易于使用者携带,通过添加大麻组分,大麻组分包括大麻花叶及提取大麻后的废渣与加热不燃烧制品的结合将拓宽加热不燃烧领域的蓬勃发展,同时也将拓宽工业大麻在电子烟领域的应用,在具有良好的抽吸效果的同时,将大麻提取物的有效成分在不燃烧的情况下充分挥发,发挥其抗炎,抗焦虑,抗痉挛的作用,作为新型烟草制品一种的加热非燃烧型卷烟,其主要特点是不燃烧烟草,通过加热发烟材料的方式为消费者提供烟气和香味物质,一般加热温度低于350℃,仅有少量的侧流烟气,释放的有害成分显著降低,使用起来更加安全,解决了现有的加热不燃烧制品烟弹类型单一,多为单一的致香型发烟剂组成,加工技术繁琐,且在抽吸过程中无法对人起到积极有效的作用,极大的限制了加热不燃烧制品的销售的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品,包括用于加热烘烤而非点燃后供抽吸者抽吸的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述发烟制品包括近唇段和远唇段,所述发烟制品从远唇端到近唇端由管型材料一体填充多种不同单元段构成;所述多种不同单元段包括过滤单元、凝胶降温载香单元、中空特种颗粒单元、中空支撑单元、空腔单元、阻隔薄片单元、含大麻组分的雾化单元以及封住所述雾化单元的封口单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品,其特征在于,所述管型材料的厚度为0.1mm~0.5mm,能够吸收存储大量热量,并在入口前将温度通过辐射和对流的方式散出;所述不同单元段分段填充于所述管型材料中,一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品,其特征在于,所述含大麻组分的雾化单元通过以下方式形成:
    S1、将大麻在天然提取时的有效成分完全萃取后的剩余的废渣粉碎至20~250目后,加填料、粘合剂、发烟剂和香味剂进行造粒烘干,再将大麻有效成分以加香方式补充;或,
    S2、完整形态的大麻的花叶破碎,加填料、粘合剂、香味剂和发烟剂进行造粒烘干,将大麻有效成分以加香方式补充。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品,其特征在于,所述含大麻组分的雾化单元为颗粒、薄片、膏体或再造薄片中的任意一种类型。
  5. 一种多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述含大麻组分的雾化单元的制备方法包括以下步骤:
    S1:首先选取大麻在天然提取时将有效成分完全萃取出来后的废渣残料作为载体,所述作为载体的废渣残料经造粒工艺处理后得到成型的废渣残料载体,并与致香提取物、发烟剂、粘合剂和包裹剂混合,得到初级的含大麻 组分的雾化单元;或,首先选取大麻的花叶为载体,其中作为载体的大麻花叶经处理后得到成型的大麻花叶载体,并与致香提取物、发烟剂、粘合剂和包裹剂混合,得到初级的含大麻组分的雾化单元;
    S2:初级的含大麻组分的雾化单元在无菌环境下充分吸收料液12h,送入烘干设备中干燥,水分检测合格;
    S3:将调配好的香味组分以卷烟加香的方式加入到S2步骤后的初级的含大麻组分的雾化单元中,搅拌均匀后得含大麻组分的雾化单元半成品,根据半成品的类型不同再添加包裹剂进行香味封锁,得到含大麻组分的雾化单元成品。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S1中,当选取大麻的花叶为载体时,所述大麻花叶经造粒、薄片成型或膏体成型处理,并以卷烟加香的方式加入大麻有效成分。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述造粒的方法包括压力成型造粒法、搅拌滚团造粒法、热熔融冷却造粒法、喷雾转鼓造粒法和喷雾流化床造粒法;所述薄片的成型方法包括辊压法、造纸法和浸透法;所述膏体成型的方法包括挤压成型和快速堆积成型。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干设备的烘干方式包括冷风干燥、加热管烘干、热风烘干、低温冻干和微波干燥。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,在S2步骤中,所述烘干设备的烘干温度为50℃-150℃,烘干时间为12-120min;所述水分检测合格的合格范围为8%-15%。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制 备方法,其特征在于,应用卷烟喷雾加香的方式将大麻有效成分进行1-2次加入到S2步骤后的初级的含大麻组分的雾化单元中,搅拌均匀后得含大麻组分的雾化单元半成品。
  11. 根据权利要求3、5、6和10所述的多段式内含大麻组分的加热不燃烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述大麻的有效成分为含有大麻二酚CBD、大麻环萜酚CBC、大麻酚CBN、大麻萜酚CBG及其丙基同系物THCV、CBDV、CBCV和CBGV的混合成分。
