目前的电动滑板车产品的现状:是把底板,头管,后叉等各部件焊接在一起,加工费时费力成本高,焊接过程中容易出现变形,而且现在电动滑板车的电池盒一般都放在底板内,不便于快速的取出和安装电池盒,另外底板内的电池也会加高底板,提高了重心,对骑行安全带来影响,
基于此,本实用新型设计了一款整体压铸垂直抽插电池盒的电动滑板车,以解决上述提到的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一款整体压铸垂直抽插电池盒的电动滑板车,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

其中,所述电池座2的内壁上设有防滑凸棱5,作用是便于脱模和提高电池座2的强度刚性。
