Description

一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动车技术领域,尤其是指一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构。
背景技术
现有的电动车中的电动助力自行车由于轻量化和技术成熟度的要求,车身的车架结构大多都采用的是传统自行车中的车管料。所以车架管子内部空间有限,没有容纳大控制器的放置空间。现在普遍采用的安装方式有:1.车架外面外挂控制器;2.用小点的控制器和电池结合一起;3.控制器和电机结合在一起。以上三点的都各自有优缺点,对于现有的第一种安装方式,其优点在于:可以用大功率的控制器、更换方便、成本低;其缺点在于:外形丑陋,容易碰撞损坏。对于上述的第二种安装方式,其优点在于:美观、安装方便;其缺点在于:空间有限只能用小功率控制器,价格稍贵;对于上述的第三种安装方式其优点:大多是用在中置电机上,美观,可以用大功率;其缺点在于:价格昂贵多用于高端车,开发难度大,技术要求高。
在全球范围内除了欧洲市场由于法律限制小功率控制器应用足够,其它如美洲市场则都需要大功率的电动车。现在美洲市场多采用第一种外挂大功率控制器,美观性太差。因此有鉴于此,对于如何寻找到一种新型的连接连接结构,其能和车身完美结合既美观,又可以使用大功率控制器,价格适中,适合大规模量产推广的控制器连接结构就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、安装方便、可使用大功率控制器且能够与车身完美结合的电动车车架与控制器的连接结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,所述连接结构包括车架上管、控制器盒以及电缆线,所述车架上管其为内腔为空腔结构,所述车架上管其底端面上设置有开口,所述控制器盒通过该开口安装于所述车架上管内腔中,其中当所述控制器盒在所述车架 上管内腔固定到位后,所述控制器盒外表面与所述车架上管开口处端面相吻合;所述电缆线与位于所述控制器盒内的控制器电性相连,其中所述电缆线从所述控制器盒向外伸出。
进一步地,所述连接结构还包括有设置在所述车架上管内腔中的连接桥片,其中所述连接桥片一端与所述控制器盒固定相连,其另一端通过设置有的锁紧螺丝固定连接在所述车架上管内腔中。
进一步地,所述电缆线由所述车架上管内腔伸出延伸至车架下管内腔中,并对应与电动车上的电池电机仪表相连接。
优先地,所述控制器盒外表面采用外凸的弧面结构。
与现有技术相比,本方案通过将大功率的控制器集中安装在控制器盒中,在采用新的车架上管底端面处设置有开口,控制器盒通过该开口放置在车架上管内腔中,并且在控制器盒固定到位后,控制器盒外表面与车架上管开口处完全吻合,以保证控制器盒能够与车架上管进行匹配,外形看起来为一整体结构,整个连接结构安装方便且又美观可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见附图1和2所示,本实用新型提供一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,该连接结构包括车架上管1、控制器盒2以及电缆线5,车架上管1其为内腔为空腔结构,车架上管1其底端面上设置有开口,控制器盒2通过该开口安装在车架上管1内腔中,其中当控制器盒2在车架上管1内腔固定到位后,控制器盒2外表面与车架上管1开口处端面相吻合,以便使得从外表上看控制器盒2与车架上管1为一整体结构,即在保证能够有效放置大功率控制器的基础上又要保证整个结构的外观美观性。在此需要说明的是,控制器盒2其外端面 贴合在车架上管1开口处,其还能起到对控制器具备一定的散热效果,因此在实际过程中在保证电动车车架上管1整个外观性的前提下,控制器盒2其外表面可优先的采用外凸的弧面结构,以增大散热效果。
为了便于整个结构的简单快速安装,本方案中的上述控制器盒2和车架上管1之间采用连接桥片3进行固定连接,具体的,述连接桥片3一端与控制器盒2固定相连,其另一端通过设置有的锁紧螺丝4固定连接在车架上管1内腔中。因此在实际操作安装过程中,操作者只需要拧紧锁紧螺丝4即可实现控制器盒2固定安装在车架上管1上,为了便于操作者进行操作,上述车架上管1设计成带有角度或弧度的弯折结构,以便操作者具备足够的操作空间。
电动车其上的电缆线5与位于控制器盒2内的控制器电性相连,电缆线5从控制器盒2向外伸出并延伸至车架下管内腔中,以便与电动车上的电池电机仪表相连接。参见附图3所示,整个电缆线5都隐藏在车架内管中,在保证正常使用的前提下又使得整个电动车美观简洁。
以上所述之实施例子只为本实用新型之较佳实施例,并非以此限制本实用新型的实施范围,故凡依本实用新型之形状、原理所作的变化,均应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括车架上管、控制器盒以及电缆线,所述车架上管其为内腔为空腔结构,所述车架上管其底端面上设置有开口,所述控制器盒通过该开口安装于所述车架上管内腔中,其中当所述控制器盒在所述车架上管内腔固定到位后,所述控制器盒外表面与所述车架上管开口处端面相吻合;所述电缆线与位于所述控制器盒内的控制器电性相连,其中所述电缆线从所述控制器盒向外伸出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,其特征在于:所述连接结构还包括有设置在所述车架上管内腔中的连接桥片,其中所述连接桥片一端与所述控制器盒固定相连,其另一端通过设置有的锁紧螺丝固定连接在所述车架上管内腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,其特征在于:所述电缆线由所述车架上管内腔伸出延伸至车架下管内腔中,并对应与电动车上的电池电机仪表相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车车架与控制器的连接结构,其特征在于:所述控制器盒外表面采用外凸的弧面结构。
