一种带警示线的汽车转向灯 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种带警示线的汽车转向灯,属于汽车技术领域。
背景技术:
转向灯是在机动车辆转向时开启以提示前后左右车辆及行人注意的重要指示灯,转向灯灯管采用氙气灯管,单片机控制电路,左右轮换频闪不间断工作,转向灯采用闪光器,实现灯光闪烁,主要可分为阻丝式、电容式和电子式三种。
现有技术的转向灯只能提示转弯方向,无法起到提醒行人以及无法给驾驶员提供安全的转向范围。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带警示线的汽车转向灯,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
本发明的一种带警示线的汽车转向灯,它包括灯壳、激光投影灯、LED灯、接头、电路板、透镜;电路板的左右外壁安装在灯壳的左右内壁上,灯壳的下端外壁上安装有接头,接头的通过数条连接线与电路板连接,灯壳的内部上端设置有激光投影灯,激光投影灯的上端设置有透镜,激光投影灯通过连接线与电路板连接,灯壳的中部外壁上安装有数个LED灯,数个LED灯通过连接线与电路板连接。
作为优选,所述灯壳上设置有螺纹。
作为优选,所述激光投影灯的波长为405nm。
作为优选,所述透镜为半球形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:驾驶员在转向时,通过激 光投影灯在车的左右上角形成一条激光警示线,提醒行人远离汽车行驶危险区域,也给驾驶员提供安全转向轨迹,提高行车的安全性。

如图1、图2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括灯壳1、激光投影灯2、LED灯3、接头4、电路板5、透镜6;电路板5的左右外壁安装在灯壳1的左右内壁上,灯壳1的下端外壁上安装有接头4,接头4的通过数条连接线与电路板5连接,通过接头4与汽车的电源连接,灯壳1的内部上端设置有激光投影灯2,通过激光投影灯2发出射线,激光投影灯2的上端设置有透镜2,通过透镜2将激光投影灯2发射的射线进行聚焦,形成垂直光束,从而在地面上形成警示线201,激光投影灯2通过连接线与电路板5连接,灯壳1的中部外壁上安装有数个LED灯3,数个LED灯3通过连接线与电路板5连接。
进一步的,所述灯壳1上设置有螺纹。
进一步的,所述激光投影灯2的波长为405nm。
进一步的,所述透镜6为半球形。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:将转向灯装在汽车上,接头4与汽车的电源连接,在汽车转向时,转向右边时,右边的数个LED灯3亮起,左边的数个LED灯3不亮,提示转弯方向,左右两边的激光投影灯2发出射线,射线通过透镜2将激光投影灯2发射的射线进行聚焦,形成垂直光束,从而在地面上形成两个警示线201,提示行人汽车转弯时的危险区域,也提示驾驶员转弯时的安全转向轨迹。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

  1. 一种带警示线的汽车转向灯,其特征在于:它包括灯壳、激光投影灯、LED灯、接头、电路板、透镜;电路板的左右外壁安装在灯壳的左右内壁上,灯壳的下端外壁上安装有接头,接头的通过数条连接线与电路板连接,灯壳的内部上端设置有激光投影灯,激光投影灯的上端设置有透镜,激光投影灯通过连接线与电路板连接,灯壳的中部外壁上安装有数个LED灯,数个LED灯通过连接线与电路板连接。
