一种用于真空袋的气嘴 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种用于真空袋的气嘴。
【背景技术】
真空袋的工作原理是把袋体内部的空气排出,从而使真空袋内体积得到缩小,利用大气压把本来膨胀的真空袋体积压扁,隔离外界空气,以节约空间,达到防尘、防霉、防潮和防虫的目的。对真空袋进行抽真空时一般要使用真空泵,但是为了节省成本,用户通常会使用吸尘器作为抽真空设备,吸尘器的吸口与真空袋上的气嘴对接,对接通常是将吸口套在气嘴的外围,然后开启吸尘器即可将真空袋内的空气抽出。然而吸尘器原本是专用于清洁打扫,且不同品牌及型号的吸尘器的吸口的形状、大小均不同,所以用吸尘器作为抽真空设备时常常会出现吸尘器的吸口与真空袋的气嘴不匹配的情况,导致抽气效果差或无法抽气的情况。
本发明即是针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种用于真空袋的气嘴,能够很好的与多种不同形状、大小的吸尘器等抽气装置的吸口配合对接,适用性强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种用于真空袋的气嘴,所述气嘴本体上设有气孔,所述气嘴本体上盖设有一个具 有弹性的气塞,在气嘴本体与气塞之间形成有腔体,所述气塞包括有第一密封部和第二密封部,所述第二密封部环绕设置在所述第一密封部的外围,所述第一密封部与第二密封部之间设有排气口,所述排气口与所述腔体相连通;所述第一密封部能与所述气孔配合从而使所述气孔与腔体之间隔断或连通;所述第二密封部包括有能与抽气装置的吸口贴合配合的上表面、能与所述气嘴本体密封配合的下表面;当气孔下方的气压低于所述第一密封部的上表面的气压时,所述气塞产生弹性变形使得第一密封部的下表面与气孔密封贴合从而使所述气孔与腔体之间隔断;当所述气孔下方的气压高于所述第一密封部的上表面的气压时,所述密封部的下表面与气孔之间形成间隙使得空气可通过气孔流入腔体;抽气装置的吸口与排气口对接并开始抽气时,吸口顶压于所述第二密封部的上表面,由于气塞是具有弹性的,第二密封部产生变形并将吸口的边缘包围并与其贴合,因而能够很好的适应多种不同形状、大小的吸口,提升抽气效果。
如上所述的用于真空袋的气嘴,所述气嘴本体上且位于所述腔体内设有支承环,所述支承环分布在所述第二密封部的下方且能与所述第二密封部的下表面接触,所述支承环可以是连续的,也可以是间断的。当抽气装置的吸口顶压于所述第二密封部的上表面时如果用力过大容易使第二密封部绷紧,导致抽气时第二密封部与吸口之间不能形成良好接触配合;支承环局部支撑在第二密封部的下表面,可防止第二密封部过度绷紧,当抽气时第二密封部仍有足够的弹性变形能力从而可很紧密的贴合在吸口的边缘。
如上所述的用于真空袋的气嘴,所述气嘴本体上且位于所述腔体内设有支撑结构,所述支撑结构环绕分布在所述气孔周围。当抽气装置的吸口顶压于所述气塞的上表面时同样容易使第一密封部绷紧,导致第一密封部的弹性不足从而动作不灵敏;分布在气孔周围的支撑结构可减少了第一密封部的初始变形量,使得抽气时第一密封部很容易打开气孔,同时也使得排气口与气嘴本体之间留有足够间隙从而空气可从气孔顺利流向排气口,保证抽气顺畅。
如上所述的用于真空袋的气嘴,所述气塞的上表面设置有凸筋,所述凸筋分布在所述排气口的侧方位置且靠近所述排气口。当抽气装置的吸口与气塞接触配合时,吸口的边缘压在凸筋上,从而在吸口边缘与气塞之间可形成有微小的间隙,抽气装置工作时外界的空气可通过该间隙流入吸口,避免了真空袋袋体被过度抽气以及在袋体内的空气即将排空时抽气装置超负荷运行,同时抽气完毕后吸口仍可轻松与气塞脱离对接。
如上所述的用于真空袋的气嘴,所述第二密封部的下表面的外边缘与所述气嘴本体密封配合,如此设置之后当抽气装置的吸口顶压于所述第二密封部的上表面时,腔体可作为退让空间从而便于第二密封部的变形,使得吸口与本发明的气嘴之间形成柔性接触,两者之间的贴合配合效果更好。
