背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,在音频设备快速发展的过程中,人们对产品的功能性要求越来越强,对于发声器件,越来越多人对其音频性能等提出了较高的要求。相关技术中,发声器件的球顶到上盖的高度一致,导致由球顶与上盖之间的前腔的气压不平衡,发声器件的振膜摇摆严重。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种发声器件,旨在解决现有技术中发声器件的前腔内部气压不平衡,造成振膜摇摆的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种发声器件,其包括上盖、与所述上盖合围形成收容空间的下盖以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体具有振膜,所述上盖包括朝向所述振膜的顶壁以及自所述顶壁向靠近所述发声单体的方向延伸的固定所述发声单体的侧壁,所述上盖设有出音孔,所述顶壁、所述侧壁以及所述振膜合围形成前腔,所述上盖还包括自所述顶壁向远离所述振膜方向凹陷的凹陷部,所述凹陷部包括朝向所述振膜的第一表面以及连接所述第一表面和所述顶壁的第二表面,所述第一表面从所述第二表面至所述出音孔的方向上延伸至所述出音孔,所述第二表面自其中一个所述侧壁横跨至相对的另一所述侧壁。

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明在上盖设置自顶壁向远离振膜方向凹陷的凹陷部,凹陷部的第一表面到发声单体球顶的距离大于顶壁到发声单体球顶的距离,可有效疏导发声单体球顶和上盖之间的前腔区域两边的气压,使得前腔内部各处压强平衡,可改善振膜摇摆的问题。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,是本发明实施例一提供的一种发声器件,该发声器件包括上盖1、与上盖1合围形成收容空间50的下盖2以及收容于收容空间50内的发声单体3,发声单体3具有振膜31,上盖1包括朝向振膜31的顶壁12以及自顶壁12向靠近振膜31方向延伸的的固定发声单体3的侧壁13,上盖1设有出音孔11,顶壁12、侧壁13以及振膜31合围形成前腔4。
上述实施例中,如图3和图4所示,上盖1还包括自顶壁12向远离振膜31方向凹陷的凹陷部14,凹陷部14包括朝向振膜31的第一表面141以及连接第一表面141和顶壁12的第二表面142,第一表面141从第二表面142至出音孔11的方向上延伸至出音孔11,第二表面142自其中一个侧壁13横跨至相对的另一侧壁13。由于第一表面141在竖直方向的高度高于顶壁12,第一表面141与发声单体3的距离大于顶壁12与发声单体3的距离,故可有效疏导发声单体3和上盖1之间的前腔4区域两边的气压,使得前腔4内部各处压强平衡,可改善振膜31摇摆的问题。优选的,顶壁12表面为平面,第一表面141平行于顶壁12,第二表面141垂直于顶壁12。
另外,发声单体3、上盖1与下盖2围成与前腔4相对的后腔5,也就是说,在本实施例中,发声单体3将收容空间50分隔为前腔4和后腔5,后腔5可用于改善该发声设备的声学性能。顶壁12的远离出音孔11的一侧设置有朝向后腔5方向延伸的间隔壁18,间隔壁18整圈环绕设置,间隔壁18的底端面固定有第一透气隔离件20,第一透气隔离件20、间隔壁18以及顶壁12合围形成用于填充吸声材料的容纳腔6。顶壁12还设置有连通容纳腔6与外界环境的开口部16,开口部16处盖设有密封片30,密封片30密封开口部16。容纳腔6用于收容吸声材料,形成虚拟声腔,并通过该虚拟声腔来改善发声器件的声学性能。为了便于将吸声材料装入容纳腔6中,可通过开口部16向容纳腔6内灌装吸声材料,然后利用密封件30密封开口部16,这样不会导致粉末状吸声材料向外溢出。另外,上盖1还开设有泄露孔17,泄露孔17连通后腔5与外界环境,泄露孔17上盖设有第二透气隔离件40。后腔5内部可由泄露孔17和第二透气隔离件40实现气压平衡。
发声器件还包括垫片8,垫片8夹设于发声单体3的底部与下盖2之间,垫片8可以抑制发声单体3工作时引起的壳体共振,从而可以提高产品的性能。发声器件还包括贴设于出音孔11外侧的防尘隔垫7。另外,发声器件还连接有具有连接端91和插接端92的柔性电路板9,发声单体3与柔性电路板9的连接端91电连接,柔性电路板9的插接端92与下盖2的底壁固定连接,柔性电路板9用于连接发声单体3与外部电路。
如图5至图8所示,是本发明实施例二提供的一种发声器件。上盖1还包括自顶壁12向靠近振膜31方向突起的突起部15,突起部15包括朝向振膜31的第三表面151以及连接顶壁12和第三表面151的第四表面152,第三表面151从第四表面152至远离出音孔11的方向上延伸至与出音孔11相对的其中一个侧壁13,第四表面152自其中一个侧壁13横跨至相对的另一侧壁13。突起部15进一步改变了前腔5内部的空间,前腔5内部的气压得到进一步疏导,内部压强也更加平衡。优选的,顶壁12表面为平面,第三表面151平行于顶壁12,第四表面152垂直于顶壁12。除上述结构外,该实施例二的其他结构均与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。
