一种悬臂伞,包括:立柱、伞篷和悬臂,悬臂一端通过壳体可转动地连接立柱,另一端连接伞篷,通过转动悬臂带动伞篷转动使得伞篷开口相对水平方向转动一个角度;还包括限位件,限位件一端与悬臂固定连接,另一端伸入所述壳体内,所述壳体内壁设有第一限位部,所述限位件上设有第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部相配合限制悬臂在其周向方向的转动范围。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述第一限位部为沿壳体内壁周向设置的限位凹槽,所述第二限位部的端部插入所述限位凹槽中,所述第二限位部的移动范围被限制在限位凹槽的两端之间。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述第一限位部为沿壳体内壁周向设置的至少两个限位凸台,至少两个限位凸台之间形成限位空间,所述第二限位 部的端部插入所述限位空间中,所述第二限位部的移动范围被限制在两个相邻的限位凸台之间。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述第二限位部为穿设于所述限位件上的限位插销。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述第二限位部为形成于所述限位件表面的限位凸起。
于本实用新型一实施例中,还包括限位显示件,所述限位显示件固定于悬臂的一端,所述限位显示件一端伸入壳体内,另一端从壳体中露出,所述限位显示件露出壳体的一端设有第一限位显示块,所述壳体的端部设有两个间隔设置的第二限位显示块,所述第一限位显示块位于两个第二限位显示块之间,第一限位显示块在两个第二限位显示块之间可活动的范围与第二限位部在壳体内可活动的范围一致,
转动悬臂时,第二限位部在壳体内移动,同时第一限位显示块在两个第二限位显示块之间移动,通过第一限位显示块的移动位置提示第二限位部在壳体内移动的位置。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述限位件上设有数条凸棱,限位件通过铆钉与悬臂固接。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述壳体包括滑块壳体和悬臂壳体,所述滑块壳体可滑动地设于立柱上,所述悬臂壳体可枢转地安装于滑块壳体一端,所述第一限位部设于所述悬臂壳体上,限位件安装于所述悬臂壳体内。
于本实用新型一实施例中,所述悬臂壳体的外表面设有指示悬臂转动方向的指示标识,所述指示标识包括指示箭头和/或文字。
于本实用新型一实施例中,还包括设于滑块壳体内的滑块定位机构,用于将滑块壳体固定于立柱的任意位置,所述滑块定位机构包括定位齿条、定位块和把手;定位齿条设于立柱一侧,定位块沿着靠近或远离定位齿条的方向可移动地安装于滑块壳体内,把手的一端可转动地安装于所述滑块壳体,另一端连接所述定位块以带动所述定位块移动;所述定位块朝向所述定位齿条的一端设有固定齿,所述固定齿与所述定位齿条面接触咬合以固定所述定位块;所述固定齿的齿数为两个以上;所述滑块定位机构 还包括弹性复位件,该弹性复位件连接所述壳体和所述定位块以使得所述定位块具有朝所述定位齿条移动的趋势。
本实用新型相比于现有技术的有益效果是:本实用新型通过设置限位件可以避免使用者将伞篷转向至仰角过大的位置,从而避免在受到较大外力情况下发生倾翻的问题,该限位件结构简单,安装方便,使用牢固,有利于延长伞的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合各附图,对本实用新型做详细描述。
请参考图1-8所示,本实用新型提供一种悬臂伞,包括:立柱1、伞篷4和悬臂3,悬臂3一端通过壳体2可转动地连接立柱1,另一端连接伞篷4,通过转动悬臂3带动伞篷4转动使得伞篷4开口相对水平方向转动一个角度。
所述悬臂伞还包括限位件5,限位件5一端与悬臂3固定连接,另一端伸入所述壳体2内,所述壳体2内壁设有第一限位部201,所述限位件5上设有第二限位部51,所述第一限位部201与所述第二限位部51相配合限制悬臂在其周向方向的转动范围。
本实用新型中,转动悬臂3使得伞篷4开口发生转动时,限位件5随着转动,并带着第二限位部51转动,通过第一限位部201对第二限位部51的限制从而限制悬臂3的转动范围,从而实现了对伞篷4开口朝向的转动限位。本实用新型通过设置限位件5可以避免使用者将伞篷4转向至仰角过大的位置,从而避免在受到较大外力(风力)情况下发生倾翻的问题。
进一步地,所述壳体2包括滑块壳体21和悬臂壳体22,所述滑块壳体21可滑动地设于立柱1上,所述悬臂壳体22可枢转地安装于滑块壳体21一端,所述第一限位部201设于所述悬臂壳体22上,第二限位件5安装于所述悬臂壳体22内。这样的结构设置使得悬臂3可以相对立柱1收拢在一起,便于收纳;还可以使得悬臂3相对立柱1张开一定夹角,从而给伞篷4提供较好的支撑结构,便于展开伞篷4。
一实施例中,请参考图2-8所示,所述第一限位部201为沿悬臂壳体22内壁周向设置的限位凹槽,所述第二限位部51的端部插入所述限位凹 槽中,所述第二限位部51的移动范围被限制在限位凹槽的两端之间。
另一实施例中,请参考图9-11所示,所述第一限位部201为沿悬臂壳体22内壁周向设置的至少两个限位凸台,至少两个限位凸台之间形成限位空间200,所述第二限位部51的端部插入所述限位空间200中,所述第二限位部51的移动范围被限制在两个相邻的限位凸台之间。
一实施例中,请参考图7、8所示,所述第二限位部51为穿设于所述限位件5上的限位插销。本实施例中,限位插销插入限位凹槽中,使得限位插销只能在限位凹槽内移动。
另一实施例中,请参考图9-11所示,所述第二限位部51为形成于所述限位件5表面的限位凸起。如图10所示,限位凸起靠于限位凸台一侧,此时,悬臂不能继续顺时针转动,只能反向转动,直到限位凸起被另一侧的限位凸台挡住。
进一步地,悬臂伞还包括限位显示件6,所述限位显示件6固定于悬臂3的一端。图7所示实施例中,所述限位插销51穿过所述限位显示件6从而将限位显示件6固定于悬臂3上。所述限位显示件6一端伸入悬臂壳体22内,另一端从悬臂壳体22中露出,所述限位显示件6露出悬臂壳体22的一端设有第一限位显示块61,所述悬臂壳体22的端部设有两个间隔设置的第二限位显示块62,所述第一限位显示块61位于两个第二限位显示块62之间,第一限位显示块61在两个第二限位显示块62之间可活动的范围与第二限位部51在悬臂壳体22内可活动的范围一致,也就是,第一限位显示块61在两个第二限位显示块62之间可活动的范围与限位插销在限位凹槽中可活动的范围一致。
转动悬臂3时,第二限位部51在悬臂壳体22内移动(即限位插销在限位凹槽中移动),同时第一限位显示块61在两个第二限位显示块62之间移动,通过第一限位显示块61的移动位置提示第二限位部51在悬臂壳体22内移动的位置(即限位插销在限位凹槽中移动的位置)。
本实施例中,设有可视的第一限位显示块61和第二限位显示块62,通过第一限位显示块61的移动位置可以判断出限位插销在限位凹槽中的位置,避免了限位插销已经移动到限位凹槽端部后继续移动限位插销(即 转动悬臂3),可避免用力过大而造成的悬臂壳体22内部结构的破坏。
限位件5、限位显示件6和悬臂3上均设有插销孔510,限位插销从插销孔510中插入即可连接并相对固定限位件5、限位显示件6和悬臂3,安装非常方便。
进一步地,所述限位件5上设有数条凸棱52,可以减轻限位件5的重量,同时节省材料,降低成本。进一步地,限位件5通过铆钉与悬臂3固接,可确保限位件5与悬臂3之间连接牢固。
进一步地,所述悬臂伞还包括斜杆13,斜杆13的一端枢接于立柱1的上端,另一端枢接于悬臂3,从而将悬臂3吊起,起到支撑悬臂3的作用。
伞篷4包括伞骨和篷布,其结构与现有的伞篷结构相同,在此不作赘述。
所述悬臂伞还包括伞篷开合机构和伞篷转向机构。
伞篷开合机构设于滑块壳体21内,用于控制伞篷4的开合。伞篷开合机构包括开合转轮71和张紧绳,开合转轮71可转动地安装于所述滑块壳体21内,张紧绳的一端缠绕于开合转轮71上,另一端穿过悬臂3连接伞篷4,通过转动所述开合转轮71收紧或放松所述张紧绳从而控制伞篷4的开合。开合转轮71具有露出滑块壳体21的一端,从而方便该端连接摇手柄75,通过摇手柄75控制所述开合转轮71转动。
伞篷转向机构设于悬臂壳体22内,用于控制悬臂3的旋转以转动伞篷4的开口的朝向。伞篷转向机构包括蜗杆73和蜗轮74,蜗杆73可转动地安装于悬臂壳体22内,且蜗杆73具有露出悬臂壳体22的一端,该端用于连接摇手柄75,从而摇手柄75控制蜗杆73转动。所述蜗轮74套设于限位件5的外侧,并与限位件5固接,蜗轮74与蜗杆73相啮合,由蜗杆73驱动蜗轮74转动。当蜗杆73连接摇手柄75时,转动摇手柄75,摇手柄75驱动蜗杆73转动,蜗杆73驱动蜗轮74转动,蜗轮74带动限位件5转动,限位件5带动悬臂3转动,从而使得伞篷4的开合朝向发生转动。
所述悬臂伞还包括可拆卸地连接于开合转轮71或蜗杆73的摇手柄 75,将摇手柄75连接于开合转轮71或蜗杆73时,可控制伞开合或控制伞篷4开口的转向。
所述悬臂壳体22的外表面设有指示伞篷4开口朝向的转动方向的指示标识220,所述指示标识220包括指示箭头和/或文字,从而可以提示使用者将伞篷4转至开口朝向需要的方向。
请参考图2所示,所述悬臂伞还包括设于滑块壳体21内的滑块定位机构8,该滑块定位机构8用于将滑块壳体21固定于立柱1的任意位置,使得悬臂3可相对立柱1张开不同大小的夹角,从而可以调整伞篷4的高度。
一实施例中,请参考图12-15所示,所述滑块定位机构8包括定位齿条81、定位块82和把手85。定位齿条81设于立柱1一侧,定位块82沿着靠近或远离定位齿条81的方向可移动地安装于滑块壳体21内。所述定位块82朝向所述定位齿条81的一端设有固定齿821,所述固定齿821与所述定位齿条81面接触咬合以固定所述定位块82。把手85的一端可转动地安装于所述滑块壳体21,把手85的另一端连接所述定位块82以带动所述定位块82移动。所述固定齿821的齿数为两个以上,保证了足够的支撑强度,从而支撑悬臂3,进而使得连接悬臂3的伞篷4保持稳定。
本实施例中,通过转动把手85可以带动定位块82移动,从而定位块82靠近或远离定位齿条81,当定位块82靠近齿条,固定齿821与定位齿条81面接触咬合时,定位块82固定在立柱1上的某一位置,也就使得滑块定位机构8及滑块壳体21固定在立柱1上的某一位置;当定位块82远离齿条时,固定齿821与定位齿条81分开,则滑块壳体21可以沿着立柱1移动,从而调整滑块壳体21的位置。由于固定齿821与定位齿条81之间通过面接触咬合,并且固定齿821的齿数为两个以上,这样的结构受力点分散到定位齿条81中,且保证了足够的支撑强度,可以稳固地安装伞篷4,当伞篷4受风吹时,不容易损坏该结构。
请参考图12所示,所述滑块壳体21可以包括第一滑块壳体211和第二滑块壳体212,第一滑块壳体211和第二滑块壳体212相配合形成壳体结构,进一步地,所述第一滑块壳体211和所述第二滑块壳体212通过螺 丝固定在一起,便于安装。
所述滑块定位机构8还包括弹性复位件83,连接所述滑块壳体21和所述定位块82以使得所述定位块82具有朝所述定位齿条81移动的趋势。初始位置时,如图14所示,固定齿821与定位齿条81相互咬合;此时按压把手85,把手85转动带动固定齿821远离限位齿,则弹性复位件83被压缩,如图15所示,此时可以调整滑块壳体21的位置。松开把手85后,由于弹性复位件83的作用,使得定位块82朝定位齿条81移动,固定齿821再次与定位齿条81咬合,如图14所示,从而固定住滑块壳体21及与之相连的结构。设置弹性复位件83可以实现定位块82的自动复位,松开把手85即可重新固定滑块壳体21,使用上更加方便。
进一步地,所述弹性复位件83为压簧,该压簧的两端分别抵住定位块82和滑块壳体21,并使得定位块82具有靠近定位齿条81移动的趋势,使得固定齿821与定位齿条81之间咬合更牢固。
请参考图13所示,所述定位块82两侧设有导向凸块822,所述滑块壳体21对应所述导向凸块822设有导向槽210,所述导向凸块822插入所述导向槽210内与所述导向槽210滑动配合。如此设计,有利于限制所述定位块82的移动方向,使得定位块82靠近定位齿条81时,固定齿821可以对准定位齿条81,更容易调整滑块定位机构8的固定位置。
所述滑块定位机构8还包括滚轮84,滚轮84可转动地安装所述滑块壳体21内,与所述立柱1滚动配合,便于调整滑块壳体21在立柱1上的安装位置。一实施例中,滚轮84的数量为四个,均匀分布于立柱1的四周,但不限于此。
所述把手85的一端设有转动凸台851,通过该转动凸台851可转动地安装于所述滑块壳体21。该转动凸台851结构非常简单,既可以固定住把手85的一端,又可以实现把手85的转动,使用非常方便。
一实施例中,所述把手85的另一端设有柱状凸起852,所述定位块82设有装配凹槽825,所述柱状凸起852插入所述装配凹槽825中以连接所述定位块82。该实施例结构简单,容易装配,只需要将把手85上的柱状凸起852插入定位块82的装配凹槽825中即可,非常方便。但不限于 此,在其他实施例中,所述把手85的另一端可以通过销子或铆钉与所述定位块82连接,同样非常方便实用。
进一步地,所述固定齿821为方形齿,所述定位齿条81的齿形与固定齿821的齿形相适应。方形齿的接触面积大,受力点不会集中在某一点,从而滑块壳体21可以稳固地固定在立柱1上的某一位置。
所述固定齿821的齿数越多,则固定齿821与定位齿条81之间的咬合越牢固,也就是滑块壳体21固定在立柱1上越稳固,则对于安装于悬臂3上的伞篷4的承受能力越强。优选地,所述固定齿821的齿数为三个,但不限于此,也可以是两个,或四个、或五个等等,本实用新型对此不作限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种悬臂伞,包括:立柱、伞篷和悬臂,悬臂一端通过壳体可转动地连接立柱,另一端连接伞篷,通过转动悬臂带动伞篷转动使得伞篷开口相对水平方向转动一个角度;
    其特征在于,还包括限位件,限位件一端与悬臂固定连接,另一端伸入所述壳体内,所述壳体内壁设有第一限位部,所述限位件上设有第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部相配合限制悬臂在其周向方向的转动范围。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为沿壳体内壁周向设置的限位凹槽,所述第二限位部的端部插入所述限位凹槽中,所述第二限位部的移动范围被限制在限位凹槽的两端之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为沿壳体内壁周向设置的至少两个限位凸台,至少两个限位凸台之间形成限位空间,所述第二限位部的端部插入所述限位空间中,所述第二限位部的移动范围被限制在两个相邻的限位凸台之间。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述第二限位部为穿设于所述限位件上的限位插销。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述第二限位部为形成于所述限位件表面的限位凸起。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,还包括限位显示件,所述限位显示件固定于悬臂的一端,所述限位显示件一端伸入壳体内,另一端从壳体中露出,所述限位显示件露出壳体的一端设有第一限位显示块,所述壳体的端部设有两个间隔设置的第二限位显示块,所述第一限位显示块位于两个第二限位显示块之间,第一限位显示块在两个第二限位显示块之间可活动的范围与第二限位部在壳体内可活动的范围一致,
    转动悬臂时,第二限位部在壳体内移动,同时第一限位显示块在两个第二限位显示块之间移动,通过第一限位显示块的移动位置提示第二限位部在壳体内移动的位置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述限位件上设有数条凸棱,限位件通过铆钉与悬臂固接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述壳体包括滑块壳体和悬臂壳体,所述滑块壳体可滑动地设于立柱上,所述悬臂壳体可枢转地安装于滑块壳体一端,所述第一限位部设于所述悬臂壳体上,限位件安装于所述悬臂壳体内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,所述悬臂壳体的外表面设有指示悬臂转动方向的指示标识,所述指示标识包括指示箭头和/或文字。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的悬臂伞,其特征在于,还包括设于滑块壳体内的滑块定位机构,用于将滑块壳体固定于立柱的任意位置,所述滑块定位机构包括定位齿条、定位块和把手;定位齿条设于立柱一侧,定位块沿着靠近或远离定位齿条的方向可移动地安装于滑块壳体内,把手的一端可转动地安装于所述滑块壳体,另一端连接所述定位块以带动所述定位块移动;所述定位块朝向所述定位齿条的一端设有固定齿,所述固定齿与所述定位齿条面接触咬合以固定所述定位块;所述固定齿的齿数为两个以上;
    所述滑块定位机构还包括弹性复位件,该弹性复位件连接所述壳体和所述定位块以使得所述定位块具有朝所述定位齿条移动的趋势。
