现有的风扇灯,扇叶一般为可收放结构,扇叶的尾端上翘,在收起时,扇叶相互覆盖重叠,以减少扇叶占用的空间,在一定空间内增大扇叶的面积,在长时间使用后,扇叶受重力和离心力的影响会产生一定形变,导致扇叶之间可能相互卡住,使扇叶无法正常收放,影响正常的使用;并且现有的扇叶一般为倾斜的平板设计,表面平直缺少弧度,这种扇叶在距离天花板太近时风力明显不足,空气流动效果不好,需要占用较大的垂直安装空间,在楼层较低的地方使用较为不便。
因此,如何实现减少扇叶的振动,进而降低风扇灯的晃动,提高风扇灯的平衡性,降低使用过程中的噪声,并优化扇叶的结构,避免扇叶之间卡住影响扇叶的正常收放,提高吹风效果是业内亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容

每个安装架4的外端上均可旋转地安装有一叶片5,叶片5可在安装架4上转动实现打开、收起,叶片5的下表面上设置有一加强筋52(配合图9所示),提高叶片5的结构强度,风扇工作时,电机2转动带动转动盘3转动,从而带动安装架4和叶片5转动,叶片5在离心力作用下同时相对安装架4转动在水平方向上展开,随转动盘3转动带动空气流动产生风力。在转动过程中,叶片5和安装架4在竖直方向上轻微摆动,进行自我调节,使得多个叶片5配合达成平衡,降低叶片5的震动,从而降低风扇整体的晃动,提高稳定性,运行更加平稳,噪声更低。
如图6和7所示,当叶片5处于收起位置时,叶片5和安装架4处于最 低点,安装架4外端与水平面相互平行,即安装外端为水平状态;当扇叶5打开转动时,安装架4为达到平衡,与叶片5在竖直方向动作,使得安装架4的外端下边缘与水平面形成一夹角α,在低速转动时,夹角α为5°,在中速转动时,夹角α为7°,在高速转动时,夹角α为9°。
如图2所示,在叶片5处于收起位置时,叶片5前边缘53和后边缘54之间部分向上凸起,叶片5的截面为向上凸起的弧形(配合图8所示),使得叶片5的下表面内凹(形成凹陷),叶片5的上表面外凸,叶片5的前边缘53为内凹的弧形,后边缘54为外凸的弧形,在水平面上俯视叶片5整体呈弓形,叶片5的前边缘53位于比后边缘54更高的水平面内。叶片5包括连接端和外端,当多个叶片5均位于收起位置,叶片5前边缘53的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,叶片5后边缘54的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,即叶片5没有上翘部分,连接端和外端处于同一水平高度。叶片5的外端与相邻的另一叶片5的连接端之间产生一空隙,即在水平方向上,两个相邻的叶片5之间具有一定距离,使得相邻的两个叶片5在水平面内不接触,相邻的两个叶片5之间不覆盖重叠,在俯视方向上,相邻的两个叶片5相互独立不接触。
叶片5的连接端上开设有一安装孔51,安装架4的外端上设置一开设有通孔的沉槽41,沉槽41内设置有一可使叶片5相对安装架4转动的轴承42,轴承42设置于叶片5与安装架4之间,使得叶片5可以相对安装架4自由转动,减少磨损,降低噪音。安装孔51内设置有一穿过轴承42和安装架4的螺栓8,螺栓8的底端螺纹连接有一可随叶片5转动的转动盖6,螺栓8与转动盖6配合将叶片与安装架4连接起来。
转动盖6内设置有一扭簧7,扭簧7的一端固定在安装架4上,另一端固定在转动盖6上,叶片5打开时转动盖6转动使扭簧7变形产生弹力。当电机2停止工作时,离心力消失,此时扭簧7复位,从而推动转动盖6转动带动叶片5转动复位,使得叶片5转动至收起位置。
当叶片5处于收起位置时,扭簧7处于平衡状态,叶片5转动展开的幅度越大,扭簧7变形越严重,所产生的弹力也就越大,当离心力消失时,弹力即推动叶片5转动复位。
转动盖6上设置有一向上凸起的限位块61,安装架4的外端上设置有一与 限位块61相适配可对转动盖6进行限位的卡位43。当叶片5展开至相同功率风力最大的最优位置时,扇叶5展开至最大角度,此时转动盖6随叶片5转动至最大角度,此时限位块61随转动盖6转动至与卡位43卡紧的位置,使得转动盖6无法继续转动,从而对叶片5进行限位,使得叶片5在离心力作用下展开至最大角度后无法继续展开,避免叶片5过度展开导致风力不足。
吊杆1上套设有一可将电机2遮盖起来的保护盖10。保护盖10可以对电机2进行保护,避免杂物、灰尘落入电机2、转动盘3上影响转动。
一种风扇灯,包括一吊杆1和一固定于吊杆1底端的电机2,电机2上设置有一由电机2驱动的转动盘3,转动盘3上安装有多个安装架4,安装架4可以以与转动盘3的连接处为轴在竖直方向上上下摆动,每个安装架4的外端上均可旋转地安装有一叶片5,叶片5可在安装架4上转动实现打开、收起,叶片5前边缘54和后边缘54之间部分向上凸起,叶片5的截面为向上凸起的弧形,叶片5的前边缘53为内凹的弧形,后边缘54为外凸的弧形,在水平面上俯视叶片5整体呈弓形,叶片5的前边缘53位于比后边缘54更高的水平面内,叶片5包括连接端和外端,当多个叶片5均位于收起位置,叶片5前边缘53的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,叶片5后边缘54的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,并且叶片5的外端与相邻的另一叶片5的连接端之间产生一空隙,相邻的两个叶片5之间不覆盖重叠,电机2的底部设置有一灯具9。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种风扇,包括一吊杆和一固定于所述吊杆底端的电机,其特征在于,所述电机上设置有一由所述电机驱动的转动盘,所述转动盘上安装有多个安装架,所述安装架可以以与所述转动盘的连接处为轴在竖直方向上上下摆动,每个所述安装架的外端上均可旋转地安装有一叶片,所述叶片可在安装架上转动实现打开、收起,所述叶片前边缘和后边缘之间部分向上凸起,所述叶片的截面为向上凸起的弧形,叶片的前边缘为内凹的弧形,后边缘为外凸的弧形,在水平面上俯视叶片整体呈弓形,所述叶片的前边缘位于比后边缘更高的水平面内,所述叶片包括连接端和外端,当多个所述叶片均位于收起位置,所述叶片前边缘的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,所述叶片后边缘的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,并且叶片的外端与相邻的另一叶片的连接端之间产生一空隙,相邻的两个所述叶片之间不覆盖重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述叶片的连接端上开设有一安装孔,所述安装架的外端上设置一开设有通孔的沉槽,所述沉槽内设置有一可使所述叶片相对所述安装架转动的轴承,所述安装孔内设置有一穿过所述轴承和安装架的螺栓,所述螺栓的底端螺纹连接有一可随叶片转动的转动盖,所述螺栓与所述转动盖配合将所述叶片与所述安装架连接起来。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述转动盖内设置有一扭簧,所述扭簧的一端固定在所述安装架上,另一端固定在所述转动盖上,所述叶片打开时转动盖转动使所述扭簧形变产生弹力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述转动盖上设置有一向上凸起的限位块,所述安装架的外端上设置有一与所述限位块相适配可对所述转动盖进行限位的卡位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述吊杆上套设有一可将所述电机遮盖起来的保护盖。
  6. 一种风扇灯,包括一吊杆和一固定于所述吊杆底端的电机,其特征在于,所述电机上设置有一由所述电机驱动的转动盘,所述转动盘上安装有多个安装架,所述安装架可以以与所述转动盘的连接处为轴在竖直方向上上下摆动,每个所述安装架的外端上均可旋转地安装有一叶片,所述叶片可在安装架上转动实现打开、收起,所述叶片前边缘和后边缘之间部分向上凸起,所述叶片的截面为向上凸起的弧形,叶片的前边缘为内凹的弧形,后边缘为外凸的弧形,在水平面上俯视叶片整体呈弓形,所述叶片的前边缘位于比后边缘更高的水平面内,所述叶片包括连接端和外端,当多个所述叶片均位于收起位置,所述叶片前边缘的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,所述叶片后边缘的高度从连接端至外端均处于同一水平高度,并且叶片的外端与相邻的另一叶片的连接端之间产生一空隙,相邻的两个所述叶片之间不覆盖重叠,所述电机的底部设置有一灯具。
