本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种风扇灯。
背景技术
风扇灯会使用到电机驱动扇叶转动,利用光源进行照明。目前的风扇灯产品中,电机的驱动电路板安装于灯盘的正面,也就是灯盘安装灯珠的一面,当用户拆卸灯罩对内部进行清洁时,容易接触到驱动电路板造成触电风险。
发明内容
本申请提供一种风扇灯,用以解决现有技术中电机的驱动电路板的安装方式造成清洁过程有触电风险的问题,确保清洁过程的安全性,降低触电风险。
本申请提供一种风扇灯,包括:
驱动机构,用于驱动风扇灯旋转;
灯盘,与所述驱动机构相连;
驱动电路板,安装于所述灯盘朝向所述驱动机构的一侧;
光源,用于照明,所述光源安装于所述灯盘背向所述驱动机构的 一侧;
其中,所述驱动电路板用于驱动所述光源和所述驱动机构开关。
根据本申请提供一种的风扇灯,所述灯盘朝向所述驱动机构的一侧形成有容置空间,所述驱动电路板安装于所述容置空间。

驱动轴;
外壳,转动套接于所述驱动轴,所述外壳内形成有安装腔;

电机转子,转动套接于所述电机定子的外部且安装于所述安装腔, 所述电机转子与所述外壳相连,用于驱动所述外壳沿所述驱动轴转动。
根据本申请提供的一种风扇灯,所述外壳包括:
第一壳体,转动套接于所述驱动轴;
第二壳体,转动套接于所述驱动轴,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体对接并形成所述安装腔;
所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体分别朝背向彼此的方向延伸有轴承安装区,所述轴承安装区内适于安装有轴承,所述轴承套接于所述驱动轴。
根据本申请提供的一种风扇灯,所述第一壳体朝向所述第二壳体的一侧设有呈阶梯形的连接部,所述连接部朝向所述第二壳体的一侧向外延伸有壳盖,所述第二壳体朝向所述第一壳体的一侧设有环形板,所述环形板与所述壳盖相贴,且适于通过紧固件相固定;
其中,所述环形板与所述连接部之间形成卡槽,所述电机转子卡接于所述卡槽。
根据本申请提供的一种风扇灯,还包括灯罩,所述灯罩适于卡接于所述灯盘背向所述驱动机构的一侧。
本申请实施例提供的风扇灯,通过将驱动电路板安装于灯盘背向光源的一侧,打开灯罩对风扇灯进行清洁时,由于灯盘的遮挡,清洁的过程中不会接触到驱动电路板,避免了造成触电的危险。并且将光源和驱动机构的驱动部件集成于该驱动电路板上,减少了设备的数量,避免了占用过多的安装空间,提升了美观性并且降低了生产成本。

下面结合图1-图4描述本申请的实施例。
如图1-图4所示,本申请实施例提供一种风扇灯,主要包括驱动机构、灯盘1、驱动电路板2和光源3。驱动机构用于驱动风扇灯旋转,灯盘1与驱动机构相连,驱动电路板2安装于灯盘1朝向驱动机构的一侧,光源3用于照明且安装于灯盘1背向驱动机构的一侧,其中,驱动电路板2用于驱动光源3和驱动机构开关。
在本实施例中,通过将驱动电路板2安装于灯盘1背向光源3的 一侧,打开灯罩24对风扇灯进行清洁时,由于灯盘1的遮挡,清洁的过程中不会接触到驱动电路板2,避免了造成触电的危险。并且将光源3和驱动机构的驱动部件集成于该驱动电路板2上,减少了设备的数量,避免了占用过多的安装空间,提升了美观性并且降低了生产成本。
将光源3和驱动机构的驱动部件集成于一块驱动电路板2,能减少风扇灯中电路板的使用数量,利用该驱动电路板2能够驱动光源3开启或关闭,以实现照明,也能使驱动机构开启或关闭,以实现扇风。
如图2所示,光源3为多个LED光源,多个光源3沿灯盘1的中心呈环形分布。
根据本申请提供的风扇灯,灯盘1朝向驱动机构的一侧形成有容置空间,驱动电路板2安装于容置空间。
在一个实施例中,灯盘1朝向驱动机构的一侧沿径向间隔设有第一挡板4和第二挡板5,灯盘1在第一挡板4和第二挡板5之间形成安装槽6作为容置空间,驱动电路板2安装于安装槽6内,且适于通过紧固件与安装槽6的槽底面相固定。
可以理解的是,灯盘1在第一挡板4和第二挡板5之间能够形成一环形的安装槽6,驱动电路板2设置为环形,将驱动电路板2安装于呈环形的安装槽6中。如图3所示,以该视角而言,在灯盘1的上表面设有安装座,安装座的上表面构造有安装孔,在驱动电路板2上也构造有安装孔,当驱动电路板2安装于安装槽6内时,驱动电路板2的安装孔与灯盘1的安装孔相对齐,然后将紧固件依次穿设于两个安装孔中,实现驱动电路板2的固定。
其中,紧固件可以为螺钉,此时在安装孔内可以设置内螺纹,将紧固件依次拧入到两个安装孔中,实现驱动电路板2的固定。紧固件也能采用铆钉等结构,直接将铆钉铆接到两个安装孔内实现驱动电路板2的固定。
采用紧固件来固定驱动电路板2,能实现驱动电路板2的可拆卸式安装,以便于将驱动电路板2从安装槽6中拆卸下来后进行检修等。
驱动电路板2还可以采用粘接或焊接的方式固定于灯盘1的上表面,此时驱动电路板2难以从安装槽6中拆卸,可以直接在安装槽6内对驱动电路板2进行检修。
在另一个实施例中,还可以通过第一挡板4或第二挡板5来固定驱动电路板2。以利用第一挡板4来固定驱动电路板2为例,在第一挡板4朝向第二挡板5的一侧设置一收纳槽,收纳槽内转动安装有限位板,限位板的下表面与收纳槽的下槽壁面或灯盘1的上表面转动相连,当驱动电路板2放置于安装槽6内后,转动限位板使限位板将驱动电路板2压紧于安装槽6内,而后可以通过一L形件卡接于收纳槽中,使L形件的一侧卡接于收纳槽,另一侧抵接于限位板的上板面,以实现限位板的位置固定,从而将驱动电路板2固定于灯盘1的上表面。
在利用限位板固定驱动电路板2时,在驱动电路板2上还设置有定位孔,在灯盘1的上表面还设置有定位柱,通过定位柱和定位孔进行定位配合,避免驱动电路板2发生转动,便于对驱动电路板2进行定位。
当然,也能不采用L形件来对限位板进行固定。此时可以在限位板朝向收纳槽的槽口的一侧设置容置槽,在容置槽内转动设置可伸缩的支撑杆,支撑杆的下端与容置槽的下槽面转动相连,同时在收纳槽的上槽面设置定位孔,当限位板转动后,限位板的下表面与驱动电路板2的上表面抵接,转动并伸长支撑杆,使支撑板的伸长端卡接到定位孔中,利用支撑杆、限位板和第一挡板4形成三角形结构对驱动电路板2进行固定。
在另一个实施例中,还能直接在第一挡板4的表面设置安装孔, 在将驱动电路板2放置于安装槽6内后,安装孔位于驱动电路板2的上方,通过L形件来固定驱动电路板2。具体的,在L形件的一侧设置安装孔,另一个用于抵接驱动电路板2,L形件的安装孔与第一挡板4的安装孔对其后通过紧固件穿设于两个安装孔中,实现L形件的位置固定,以将驱动电路板2固定于L形件和灯盘1的上表面之间。
在第二挡板5朝向第一挡板4的一侧也能设置类似的结构,以对驱动电路板2的内圈部分和外圈部分同时进行固定,确保驱动电路板2的牢固、可靠的固定。
在另一个实施例中,还能单独设置容纳驱动电路板2的盒体,将驱动电路板2固定于盒体内后,将盒体固定于灯盘1背向光源3的一侧,也能实现驱动电路板2的安装。
根据本申请实施例提供的风扇灯,还包括防尘盖7,防尘盖7适于卡接于安装槽6。可以理解的是,风扇灯的驱动机构能进行转动,驱动机构与灯盘1之间需要具有一定的缝隙。该缝隙能确保驱动机构能进行转动,但会使灰尘从该缝隙进入到驱动机构和灯盘1之间的腔体中,当灰尘沾到驱动电路板2上时,不仅会影响其散热,还容易引起其他的安全隐患。在本实施例中通过设置防尘盖7对安装槽6进行防尘,避免灰尘进入到安装槽6内,起到防尘保护的效果。
防尘盖7通过卡接的方式固定在第一挡板4或第二挡板5上,使防尘盖7的安装和拆卸十分方便。通过卡接的方式实现防尘盖7的固定,可以使防尘盖7、第一挡板4和第二挡板5都采用塑胶等绝缘材料制成,提升安全性。
如图3和图4所示,防尘盖7朝向灯盘1的方向延伸有卡接柱8,卡接柱8的端部弯折形成卡扣9,第一挡板4或第二挡板5形成有卡接孔10,卡扣9适于卡接于卡接孔10内。通过卡接柱8的卡扣9卡接至卡接孔10的方式来实现防尘盖7的可拆卸式安装。
防尘盖7也为环形结构,防尘盖7朝向灯盘1的方向设有翻边,翻边设置为两个,分别为内翻边和外翻边,内翻边设置于防尘盖7的内环,外翻边设置于防尘盖7的外环,内翻边远离防尘盖7的一侧设置有抵接板,外翻边远离防尘盖7的一侧也设置有抵接板。当防尘盖7盖合于安装槽6时,内翻边和内翻边的抵接板与第一挡板4的上侧抵接,外翻边和外翻边的抵接板与第二挡板5的上侧抵接,以使防尘盖7将安装槽6的槽口封闭。
卡接柱8设置为多个,且在防尘盖7上沿周向间隔布置。以卡接柱8设置于防尘盖7的外翻边为例,在防尘盖7的外翻边沿周向间隔设有多个卡接柱8,在第二挡板5的内表面间隔设有多个卡接孔10,当多个卡接柱8的卡扣9分别卡接到卡接孔10中,实现防尘盖7的固定。其中,为确保卡接柱8能适当进行拨动,在卡接柱8和外翻边之间还设有间隙。
根据本申请提供的风扇灯,第一挡板4和第二挡板5均设置为环形第一挡板4和第二挡板5的轴心线相重合,且第二挡板5位于第一挡板4的外部。其中,第一挡板的内部形成有安装通道,安装通道内设有连接板11,连接板11封闭安装通道,且连接板11适于通过紧固件与驱动机构的驱动轴14相连。
通过连接板11能将第一挡板4内部中空部分的安装通道封闭,再利用连接板11来连接驱动机构的驱动轴14,实现灯盘1与驱动机构之间的相互固定。如图3所示,在该剖视视角下,连接板11、第一挡板4和灯盘1形成大致“几”字形的结构。其中,连接板11、第一挡板4和灯盘1一体成型。
连接板11的相对两侧分别设有连接盘12和垫板13,连接盘12和垫板13套接于驱动机构的驱动轴14,且适于通过紧固件将连接盘12、连接板11和垫板13固定于驱动轴14。如图4所示,连接盘12设置于连接板11的上表面,垫板13设置于连接板11的下表面,通 过连接盘12和垫板13来对连接板11进行保护和结构加强。
其中,驱动轴14的下端可以设置有外螺纹,在驱动轴14的外螺纹上套接一个垫圈后,将连接盘12、连接板11和垫板13依次套接到驱动轴14上,然后通过锁紧螺母进行锁紧固定,实现连接盘12、连接板11和垫板13的位置固定。
连接盘12和垫板13的厚度可以根据实际使用需求进行选择,垫板13的形状可以设置为平板形,也能设置为“几”字形,此时垫板13可以贴合连接板11、第一挡板4和灯盘1,起到良好的结构加强效果。
根据本申请实施例提供的风扇灯,驱动机构包括驱动轴14、外壳、电机定子16和电机转子17,外壳转动套接于驱动轴14,且外壳内形成有安装腔15,电机定子16套接于驱动轴14且安装于安装腔15内,电机定子16与驱动电路板2电连接,电机转子17转动套接于电机定子16的外部且安装于安装腔15内,电机转子17与外壳相连,用于驱动外壳沿驱动轴14转动。
电机定子16为线圈绕组,电机转子17带有磁铁,电机定子16通过驱动电路板2上电后,能驱动电机转子17旋转,电机转子17旋转能够驱动外壳转动,实现扇风。驱动轴14并不会进行转动,其作为固定轴,用于固定连接电机定子16。
驱动轴14的内部中空,能便于从驱动轴14内部进行走线,在驱动轴14上设置有让位孔,使线缆穿设于驱动轴14内后能从让位孔穿出并与驱动电路板2相连。
如图1所示,驱动轴14的上端穿出外壳并且连接有连杆25,连杆25的上端设有吸顶组件26,通过吸顶组件26将风扇灯固定于屋顶。
如图3所示,外壳包括第一壳体18和第二壳体19,第一壳体18转动套接于驱动轴14,第二壳体19转动套接于驱动轴14,第一壳体 18和第二壳体19对接形成前述的安装腔15。第一壳体18和第二壳体19分别朝远离彼此的方向延伸有轴承安装区,轴承安装区内适于安装有轴承20,轴承20的内圈套接于驱动轴14,轴承20的外圈分别与第一壳体18和第二壳体19相连。
通过形成轴承安装区以安装轴承20,利用轴承20实现第一壳体18与驱动轴14、第二壳体19与驱动轴14之间的转动安装。其中,第一壳体18和第二壳体19之间采用铆压的方式进行对接。
轴承20为深沟球轴承,轴承20的内圈与驱动轴14过盈配合或过渡配合,轴承20的外圈与第一壳体18或第二壳体19过盈配合或过渡配合。
如图1所示,壳盖22的上表面转动安装有扇叶27,在壳盖22的上表面还设有弧形调节槽,扇叶27通过连接件与弧形调节槽滑动相连,扇叶27沿弧形调节槽滑动后能使扇叶27整体收纳到壳盖22的上方,从而便于运输以及风扇灯仅作为照明灯具使用时的美观性。其中,扇叶27的下表面设有加强筋,用于对扇叶27进行结构加强。
根据本申请实施例提供的风扇灯,第一壳体18朝向第二壳体19的一侧设有呈阶梯形的连接部21,连接部21朝向第二壳体19的一侧向外延伸有壳盖22,第二壳体19朝向第一壳体18的一侧设有环形板23,环形板23与壳盖22相贴,且适于通过紧固件相固定。其中,环形板23与连接部21之间形成卡槽,电机转子17卡接于卡槽。
将电机转子17固定于阶梯形的连接部21和第二壳体19的环形板23之间,确保电机转子17的可靠固定,且使电机转子17与第一壳体18和第二壳体19形成连接,当电机转子17转动时能驱动第一壳体18和第二壳体19进行转动。
根据本申请实施例提供的风扇灯,风扇灯还包括灯罩24,灯罩24适于卡接于灯盘1背向驱动机构的一侧。
灯罩24能起到防尘、防护、美观和控光的作用,灯盘1的边缘 适于向下延伸有环形件,灯罩24的边缘向上延伸有卡接部,卡接部适于卡接于环形件。在灯盘1的下表面还设有顶压件,其中,顶压件设置为多个且以灯盘1的中心为圆心呈周向间隔布置,多个顶压件均朝向环形件,以使卡接部固定于顶压件和环形件之间,确保灯罩24稳定、可靠的固定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风扇灯,包括:
    驱动机构,用于驱动风扇灯旋转;
    灯盘,与所述驱动机构相连;
    驱动电路板,安装于所述灯盘朝向所述驱动机构的一侧;
    光源,用于照明,所述光源安装于所述灯盘背向所述驱动机构的一侧;
    其中,所述驱动电路板用于驱动所述光源和所述驱动机构开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯盘朝向所述驱动机构的一侧形成有容置空间,所述驱动电路板安装于所述容置空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯盘朝向所述驱动机构的一侧沿径向间隔设有第一挡板和第二挡板,所述灯盘在所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间形成安装槽作为所述容置空间,所述驱动电路板安装于所述安装槽,且适于通过紧固件与所述安装槽的槽底面相固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风扇灯,其中,还包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖朝所述灯盘的方向延伸有卡接柱,所述卡接柱的端部弯折形成卡扣,所述第一挡板和/或所述第二挡板形成有卡接孔,所述卡扣适于卡接于所述卡接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板均设置为环形,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板的轴心线相重合,且所述第二挡板位于所述第一挡板的外部;
    其中,所述第一挡板的内部形成有安装通道,所述安装通道内设有连接板,所述连接板封闭所述安装通道,且所述连接板适于通过紧固件与所述驱动机构的驱动轴相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风扇灯,其中,所述连接板的相对两侧分别设有连接盘和垫板,所述连接盘和所述垫板套接于所述驱动轴, 且适于通过紧固件将所述连接盘、所述连接板和所述垫板固定于所述驱动轴。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的风扇灯,其中,所述驱动机构包括:
    驱动轴;
    外壳,转动套接于所述驱动轴,所述外壳内形成有安装腔;
    电机定子,套接于所述驱动轴且安装于所述安装腔,电机定子与所述驱动电路板电连接;
    电机转子,转动套接于所述电机定子的外部且安装于所述安装腔,所述电机转子与所述外壳相连,用于驱动所述外壳沿所述驱动轴转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风扇灯,其中,所述外壳包括:
    第一壳体,转动套接于所述驱动轴;
    第二壳体,转动套接于所述驱动轴,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体对接并形成所述安装腔;
    所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体分别朝背向彼此的方向延伸有轴承安装区,所述轴承安装区内适于安装有轴承,所述轴承套接于所述驱动轴。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第一壳体朝向所述第二壳体的一侧设有呈阶梯形的连接部,所述连接部朝向所述第二壳体的一侧向外延伸有壳盖,所述第二壳体朝向所述第一壳体的一侧设有环形板,所述环形板与所述壳盖相贴,且适于通过紧固件相固定;
    其中,所述环形板与所述连接部之间形成卡槽,所述电机转子卡接于所述卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的风扇灯,其中,还包括灯罩,所述灯罩适于卡接于所述灯盘背向所述驱动机构的一侧。
