具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图6,本申请一实施例提供一种吊扇灯100,所述吊扇灯100包括基座部10、风扇部20以及灯具部30。
具体地讲,所述基座部10的一端安装于一安装基础上,所述基座部10的另一端与所述电机组件1可转动式连接。所述灯具部30安装于所述风扇部20的下表面。所述风扇部20包括电机组件1、多个叶片2以及供所述叶片2存放的存放盘3,所述基座部10的另一端连接于所述风扇部20的电机组件1上,所述存放盘3连接于所述电机组件1上,所述电机组件1能够带动所述存放盘3旋转,每个叶片2可转动式地安装在所述存放盘3上。所述存放盘3设有多个等间距设置的转盘支台31,每个所述叶片2包括旋转部21以及位于所述旋转部21两侧的扇叶部22和旋转臂23,所述扇叶部22位于外侧,所述旋转臂23位于内侧。所述旋转部21与所述转盘支台31压合后通过一连接柱32可转动式连接,即在所述旋转部21与所述转盘支台31的中心轴位置设有贯穿所述旋转部21与所述转盘支台31的连接柱32,其中所述旋转部21、所述转盘支台31与所述连接柱32共同形成一个所述叶片2的旋转轴, 实现了所述旋转部21能够在所述转盘支台31上绕着所述连接柱32旋转以带动所述叶片2转动,完成所述叶片2展开及折叠过程中的旋转作用。所述旋转部21与所述转盘支台31的接触面相互平行且均呈圆形,这样设置不仅便于旋转,而且可使得叶片2在旋转过程中平稳。当每个叶片2展开时,所述叶片2的扇叶部22会受到惯性作用以及带动空气产生阻力,从而所述叶片2的扇叶部22会通过该旋转轴旋转而逐步延伸出所述存放盘3外。
所述扇叶部22呈扇叶形,其一端与所述旋转部21连接,其另一端在所述叶片2展开时可以延伸出所述存放盘3外,并在所述叶片2收拢时与其他叶片2的旋转部21相对设置,且所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方,任意相邻两个叶片2的外形相互契合而不交叠。
在本实施例中,所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方时,在收拢时,在任意相邻两个叶片2中的一个叶片2的所述扇叶部22的远离旋转部21一端的端部的形状与另一叶片2的所述旋转部21的形状整体上相互吻合适配,从而在叶片2被收纳时,相邻两个叶片2不交叠。这样设置可使得所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方时,任意相邻两个叶片2的外形相互契合而不交叠产生摩擦。
在本实施例中,每个所述叶片2的所述扇叶部22包括前边缘221和后边缘222;所述前边缘221呈圆弧形;所述后边缘222包括内边缘2221和外边缘2222,所述内边缘2221呈圆弧形,所述外边缘2222呈楔形凹弧。所述旋转部21的形状呈圆弧形;在收拢状态,前一叶片2的所述内边缘2221与后一叶片2的所述旋转部21对应设置。所述旋转臂23呈楔形;在收拢状态,前一叶片2的所述外边缘2222与后一叶片2的所述旋转臂23对应设置。从而使得所述外边缘2222的形状与所述旋转部21的形状相互吻合,当所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方时所述外边缘2222与所述旋转部21在水平方向等间距设置。
在本实施例中,当所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方时,后一叶片2的前边缘221与前一叶片2的后边缘222之间存有边缘间隙,以避免叶片2之间有重叠部位,其结构简单、合理,而且相邻的叶片2之间不会有摩擦,其收藏动作时的噪音低、阻力小,叶片2收藏顺畅、且收藏效果好,而且叶片2不易损坏、占用空间小。
在本实施例中,所述叶片2与所述存放盘3的间距从所述前边缘221一侧至所述后边缘222一侧逐渐增大。所述叶片2与所述存放盘3的间距从所述旋转部21一侧至所述扇叶部22一侧逐渐增大。可理解的是,所述叶片2从所述旋转部21一侧至所述扇叶部22一侧逐步抬升,形成扇叶结构,用于在其旋转时带动空气向下传播,形成气流。
请参阅图1、图6,在本实施例中,所述风扇部20还包括旋转座4;所述旋转座4上设置有多个展开轨道41,所述展开轨道41沿所述旋转座4的半径方向延伸;所述叶片2还包括旋转臂23;所述旋转臂23的一端与所述旋转部21连接,其另一端与所述展开轨道41可滑动式连接。所述旋转座4及其展开轨道41用于固定和限制所述叶片2的位置,能够保持所述叶片2的相对位置,而且所述展开轨道41可以在所述叶片2展开及折叠过程中实现导 向的轨道作用。
在本实施例中,所述展开轨道41的数量与所述叶片2的数量相同。本实施例优选所述展开轨道41的数量与所述叶片2的数量均为4个,当然也可以优选为3个、5个、6个。本实施例的主要是特点是叶片2重叠简化,在减少厚度避免摩擦的同时而不交叠,并根据不同吊扇灯100的使用环境,采用这种非重叠结构的吊扇灯100均为本申请保护范围内。
请参阅图1、图6,在本实施例中,所述旋转臂23设置在所述叶片2与所述旋转座4之间;当所述叶片2展开时,通过所述旋转臂23带动所述旋转座4旋转。具体的,所述旋转臂23设有定位柱231,所述定位柱231的中部设于所述展开轨道41内,所述定位柱231的端部突出并卡设于所述展开轨道41外侧,便于所述定位柱231沿所述展开轨道41滑动而不脱落。所述定位柱231优选为螺柱或螺钉,这样方便安装和拆卸。所述叶片2配合所述定位柱231沿所述展开轨道41滑动,实现所述存放盘3转动带动所述叶片2一起旋转,所述叶片2的连接柱32在所述展开轨道41内滑动直至所述叶片2展开,此时所述叶片2通过连接柱32带动所述旋转座4一起旋转。
在本实施例中,所述旋转臂23与所述旋转座4一体化设置,所述旋转臂23与所述旋转座4及所述扇叶部22的连接边缘呈弧形平滑过渡并位于同一圆弧上。
请参阅图1、图6,在本实施例中,在所述旋转部21与所述转盘支台31压之间还设有回弹装置5;所述回弹装置5的一端与所述旋转部21卡接,所述回弹装置5的另一端与所述转盘支台31压卡接,用于在所述吊扇灯100不旋转时将所述叶片2从展开状态回弹至所述灯具部30的上方。所述回弹装置5与所述叶片2的旋转轴结构集成,不仅美观,而且直接设置在旋转轴内部,实现了所述叶片2的回弹功能。
在本实施例中,所述回弹装置5包括一弹性件,所述弹性件环绕所述连接柱32设置。
在本实施例中,所述弹性件为环形弹簧、板弹簧、螺旋弹簧、发条弹簧、扭杆弹簧中的任一种。本实施例优选所述弹性件为环形弹簧,便于所述回弹装置5与所述叶片2的旋转轴结构集成。
在使用时,吊扇灯100初始处于折叠状态,也可称为收藏状态,即所述吊扇灯100不旋转时所有所述叶片2的扇叶部22被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方,任意相邻两个叶片2的外形相互契合而不交叠。在所述吊扇灯100处于折叠状态时,所述叶片2的旋转臂23通过定位柱231的卡设于所述展开轨道41内,实现对所述叶片2的定位,其中所述定位柱231具体卡设于所述展开轨道41的径向最外侧,且所述回弹装置5保持叶片2处于收拢状态,具体如图2所示。
当控制吊扇灯100旋转时,所述吊扇灯100的风扇部20带动灯具部30一起转动,所有所述叶片2在所述旋转座4上沿各自的展开轨道41向外展开,由于所有所述叶片2均可转动式安装在所述存放盘3上,并均由定位柱231卡设于所述展开轨道41内,因此所有叶片2同步展开。其中所述旋转部21、所述转盘支台31与所述连接柱32共同形成一个所述叶片 2的旋转轴,每个叶片2展开时所述叶片2的扇叶部22会受到惯性作用以及带动空气产生阻力,从而所述叶片2的扇叶部22会通过该旋转轴旋转而逐步延伸出所述存放盘3外。在所述叶片2展开过程中,所述定位柱231从所述展开轨道41的径向最外侧逐步向径向最内侧滑动,具体参见图3、图4所示,图3为所述叶片2展开30%时的结构示意图,图4为所述叶片2展开60%时的结构示意图,当所述定位柱231从所述展开轨道41的最外侧逐步滑动至最内侧后,随着所述叶片2的进一步展开,所述旋转座4会进一步旋转,从而所述定位柱231从所述展开轨道41的最内侧逐步向最外侧滑动,直至所述叶片2完全展开。当所述叶片2完全展开后,所述扇叶部22在旋转过程中带动空气向下传播进行吹风。
当控制吊扇灯100停止旋转时,所有叶片2在所述回弹装置5的作用下,同步将所有所述叶片2从展开状态回弹至所述灯具部30的上方,实现任意相邻两个叶片2的外形相互契合而不交叠。所有叶片2从展开状态回弹至所述灯具部30的上方的过程与其从收拢状态至展开状态的过程完全相反。
在本实施例中的所述吊扇灯100通过所有所述叶片2被收纳至所述灯具部30的上方时任意相邻两个叶片2的外形相互契合而不交叠,亦即在叶片2与叶片2之间留有边缘间隙,以避免相邻的两个叶片2之间有重叠部位,其结构简单、合理,而且相邻的两个叶片2之间不会有摩擦,其收藏动作时的噪音低、阻力小,叶片2收藏顺畅、且收藏效果好,而且叶片2不易损坏、占用空间小。而且实现了吊扇灯100的叶片2在闭合状态时不重合,所有叶片2完全收拢在吊扇灯100上方,减少了吊扇灯100的厚度,并且减小了安装的吊扇灯100与屋顶间距,安装效果更美观,具有超薄的视觉效果,并且在叶片2在收拢时不会因摩擦产生较大噪音,叶片2也不会因摩擦而受到损坏。而且目前国内外市场上的吊扇灯100大多采用重叠方式,成本较高,占用空间大。本申请采用这种方式后,吊扇灯100制作成本较低,对消费的促进明显,且可以根据大小做出不同尺寸的不重叠模块应用于各种吊扇灯100具中,整体成本低,使用广泛,并且美观大放。
本申请的有益效果在于,提供一种吊扇灯,实现了吊扇灯的叶片在闭合状态时不重合,所有叶片完全收拢在吊扇灯上方,减少了吊扇灯的厚度增大,并且减小了安装的吊扇灯与屋顶间距,安装效果更美观,具有超薄的视觉效果,并且叶片在收拢时不会因摩擦产生较大噪音,叶片也不会因摩擦而受到损坏。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种叶片闭合状态不重合的吊扇灯进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例的技术方案的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种吊扇灯,其中,包括基座部、风扇部以及灯具部;所述基座部的一端安装于一安装基础上,另一端连接于所述风扇部,所述灯具部安装于所述风扇部的下表面;所述风扇部包括电机组件、多个叶片以及供所述叶片存放的存放盘,所述基座部的另一端连接于所述风扇部的电机组件上,所述存放盘连接于所述电机组件上,所述电机组件能够带动所述存放盘旋转,每个叶片可转动式地安装在所述存放盘上;其中,所述存放盘设有多个等间距设置的转盘支台;每个所述叶片包括旋转部和扇叶部,所述旋转部能够在所述转盘支台上旋转以带动所述叶片转动;所述扇叶部的一端与所述旋转部连接,其另一端在所述叶片展开时延伸出所述存放盘外,并在所述叶片收拢时被收纳至所述灯具部的上方,且收拢时任意相邻两个叶片不交叠。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吊扇灯,其中,所有所述叶片被收纳至所述灯具部的上方时,在任意相邻两个叶片中的一个叶片的所述扇叶部的远离旋转部一端的端部与另一叶片的所述旋转部的形状整体上相互吻合适配,从而在叶片被收纳时,相邻两个叶片不交叠。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的吊扇灯,其中,每个所述叶片的所述扇叶部包括前边缘和后边缘;所述前边缘呈圆弧形;所述后边缘包括内边缘和外边缘,所述内边缘呈圆弧形,所述外边缘的形状与所述旋转部的形状相互吻合,当所有所述叶片被收纳至所述灯具部的上方时所述外边缘与所述旋转部在水平方向等间距设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的吊扇灯,其中,当所有所述叶片被收纳至所述灯具部的上方时,后一叶片的前边缘与前一叶片的后边缘之间存有边缘间隙。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述叶片与所述存放盘的间距从所述前边缘一侧至所述后边缘一侧逐渐增大。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述叶片与所述存放盘的间距从所述旋转部一侧至所述扇叶部一侧逐渐增大。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的吊扇灯,其中,
    所述风扇部还包括旋转座;所述旋转座上设置有多个展开轨道,所述展开轨道绕着所述旋转座的半径方向延伸;
    所述叶片还包括旋转臂;所述旋转臂的一端与所述旋转部连接,其另一端可在所述展开轨道内滑动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述展开轨道的数量与所述叶片的数量相同。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述旋转臂设有定位柱,所述定位柱的中部设于所述展开轨道内,所述定位柱的端部突出并卡设于所述展开轨道外侧。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述旋转臂设置在所述叶片与所述旋转座之间;当所述叶片展开时,通过所述旋转臂带动所述旋转座旋转。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述旋转臂与所述旋转座一体化设置,所述旋转臂与所述旋转座及所述扇叶部的连接边缘呈弧形平滑过渡并位于同一圆弧上。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的吊扇灯,其中,在所述旋转部与所述转盘支台的中心轴位置设有贯穿所述旋转部与所述转盘支台的连接柱。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的吊扇灯,其中,在所述旋转部与所述转盘支台压之间还设有回弹装置;所述回弹装置的一端与所述旋转部卡接,所述回弹装置的另一端与所述转盘支台压卡接,用于在所述吊扇灯不旋转时将所述叶片从展开状态回弹至所述灯具部的上方。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述回弹装置包括一弹性件,所述弹性件环绕着所述转盘支台的连接柱设置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的吊扇灯,其中,所述弹性件为环形弹簧、板弹簧、螺旋弹簧、发条弹簧、扭杆弹簧中的任一种。
