本发明公开了一种吊扇灯,包括扇叶、转盘和电机,所述电机带动所述转盘旋转,所述扇叶以可活动方式安装在转盘的上部,其特征是,还包括有短连接片、同步连接片、连接组件和活动组件,所述短连接片和同步连接片设置在转盘上,所述短连接片通过连接组件连接扇叶,且所述短连接片还通过活动组件与同步连接片连接,所述转盘上对应活动组件位置开有展开槽,所述活动组件以可滑行方式设置在所述展开槽上;此款吊扇灯,具有结构简单、合理,成本低、扇叶展开时,阻力小,噪音低而且展开和存放顺畅,使用寿命长等优点。
Description
本发明涉及吊扇灯技术领域,尤其是一种吊扇灯的改进结构。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,吊扇灯已广泛应用至家庭使用,它是一种灯和吊扇的组合,既具有灯的照明和装饰作用,又具有风扇的吹风效果。现有市面上销量较好的是一种可隐藏扇叶的隐形吊扇灯,这种吊扇灯的优势是:用户不使用风扇吹风时,扇叶会自动收拢隐藏(存放),不影响美观,当用户使用风扇功能时,扇叶随转盘旋转,在离心力作用下扇叶被甩出,即:扇叶展开。
见中国发明专利号:200680032396.1,名称:组合的灯具和天花板风扇,该吊扇灯使用太阳齿轮,其中,太阳齿轮安装到扇叶支撑件并设置成与围绕扇叶枢轴旋转的行星齿轮啮合。然而,上述结构的吊扇灯,仍存在以下不足之处:(1)扇叶通过枢轴、行星齿轮和太阳齿轮一起安装在扇叶支撑件上,其结构复杂,安装烦琐;(2)由于扇叶展开需要通过行星齿轮与太阳齿轮啮合旋转驱动,工作时会产生较大噪音,而且,齿牙阻力大,扇叶展开和存放的顺畅性不足,而且容易磨损,寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理,成本低、扇叶展开时,阻力小,噪音低而且展开和存放顺畅,使用寿命长的吊扇灯。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种吊扇灯,包括扇叶、转盘和电机,所述电机带动所述转盘旋转,所述扇叶以可活动方式安装在转盘的上部,其特征是,还包括有短连接片、同步连接片、连接组件和活动组件,所述短连接片和同步连接片设置在转盘上,所述短连接片通过连接组件连接扇叶,且所述短连接片还通过活动组件与同步连接片连接,所述转盘上对应活动组件位置开有展开槽,所述活动组件以可滑行方式设置在所述展开槽上;此款吊扇灯,通过设置短连接片、同步连接片、连接组件和活动组件,即可实现扇叶在转盘上保持展开和存放(收藏)功能,而且,由于采用了短连接片和同步连接片作为扇叶展开和存放的驱动机构,代替了传统太阳齿轮和行星齿轮的啮合,避免扇叶展开或存放动作时,因啮合产生较大噪音,而且,齿牙阻力大,扇叶展开和存放的顺畅性不足,且容易磨损,寿命短的不足,而本发明专利,扇叶通过短连接片推动同步连接片(在展开槽范围内),即可实现扇叶的展开和存放动作,其噪音小,阻力小, 扇叶展开和存放顺畅,不易磨损,有利于提高产品使用寿命,而且,这种短连接片和同步连接片的结构简单、合理,安装简易,成本低,有利于产品的推广使用。
本发明还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
进一步地,所述短连接片的一端通过连接组件与扇叶的根部连接,短连接片的另一端通过活动组件与同步连接片连接;这样,扇叶根部可通过短连接片拉动同步连接片,简单实现扇叶的展开和收藏。
进一步地,所述展开槽是转盘上的弧形槽孔,以限定扇叶展开范围,而且,弧形槽孔更有利于扇叶的顺畅展开和收藏。
进一步地,所述活动组件包括固定件和滑块机构,所述滑块机构以可滑行方式设置在转盘的展开槽上,固定件置于短连接片或同步连接片的外侧、且固定件与滑块机构连接,这样,短连接片和同步连接片通过固定件,利用滑块机构在展开槽上滑行,以实现扇叶的展开和存放。
进一步地,所述滑块机构包括柱状滑块和上固定螺丝,所述上固定螺丝的头部置于转盘上表面的展开槽边缘,其下部向下穿过所述展开槽、并与所述柱状滑块螺接,所述固定件为下固定螺丝,所述下固定螺丝的头部置于短连接片和同步连接片的外侧,其上部向上穿过短连接片和同步连接片,再与柱状滑块连接;这种滑块机构的结构简单、安装简易。
进一步地,所述活动组件包括上固定件、滑块机构和下固定件,所述滑块机构以可滑行方式设置在转盘的展开槽上,所述短连接片与滑块机构之间通过上固定件连接,所述滑块机构与同步连接片之间通过下固定件连接;这种活动组件结构,同样利用滑动机构在展开槽上滑行,以实现扇叶的展开和存放。
进一步地,所述滑块机构包括上滑座和下滑片,下滑片上设置有凸滑柱,上滑座置于转盘的的展开槽上部,下滑片置于转盘的展开槽下部,下滑片的凸滑柱向上穿过展形槽与上滑座连接,上滑座和下滑片通过凸滑柱在展开槽上滑行,这种滑块机构的结构简单、安装简易。
进一步地,所述每一短连接片、每一同步连接片、每一连接组件和每一活动组件构成每一扇叶展开和存放的驱动机构,所述转盘上设置有数个扇叶及其对应的数个驱动机构,每一扇叶连接每一所述驱动机构,以使各扇叶实现展开和存放。
进一步地,所述数个同步连接片之间在转盘上围成近似圆周状,沿顺时针方向,所述每一同步连接片的前端与前一同步连接片的后端通过活动组件连接;这种各同步连接片的前后端连接,可使各扇叶保持更准确的同步展开和同步存放作用。
进一步地,所述活动组件与短连接片活动连接,所述活动组件与前一同步连接片及后一同步连接片为固定连接或活动连接,这样,短连接片由于与活动组件为活动连接,可适应展开槽的弧度推动活动组件滑行,从而使活动组件同时带动前后同步连接片位移。
进一步地,所述每一同步连接片的前端连接在前一同步连接片、前一短连接片及其活动组件三者的连接处,所述每一同步连接片的后端连接在后一同步连接片、后一短连接片及其活动组件三者的连接处;这种结构更简单、合理,各扇叶的同步展开和同步存放更准确。
进一步地,所述同步连接片包括前段和后段,所述前段和后段的连接处呈跌级状,以使后段的水平高度低于前段的水平高度,以便前后各同步连接片之间的连接更合理。
进一步地,所述同步连接片为弧形片,同步连接片的前段和后段的外端分别设置有一水平延伸小段,所述水平延伸小段上开有小孔,小孔所处的水平延伸小段分别构成同步连接片的前端和后端,这种同步连接片,其结构简单、合理,使各同步连接片之间围成圆周状,更有利于各扇叶的同步展开和同步存放。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括转轴机构、固定座和摆动轮,所述转轴机构固定在扇叶的根部,固定座固定在转盘的通孔上,所述固定座上开有固定通孔,所述转轴机构的下部穿过固定座上的固定通孔,所述摆动轮以可摆动方式套置在转轴机构的下部,所述摆动轮的一端向下延伸出凸柱,凸柱穿过对应的短连接片,这种结构,使扇叶和短连接片连接起来,其结构简单、合理,安装也简易。
进一步地,所述转轴机构包括转轴和转轴螺丝,所述转轴包括上部轴座和下部轴柱,所述转轴的上部轴座固定在扇叶的根部,其下部轴柱插入固定座上的固定孔内,所述转轴螺丝由下往上穿过摆动轮并延伸入固定座的固定孔内与下部轴柱螺接,以使所述摆动轮沿所述转轴螺丝摆动。
进一步地,还包括有复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件一端连接转盘,另一端连接同步连接片或活动组件,这种复位弹性件可替代传统的一些扇叶复位件,使扇叶复位更准确。
进一步地,所述复位弹性件为拉簧,拉簧一端连接转盘底壁的拉簧座,拉簧另一端连接同步连接片或活动组件上的拉簧孔,这种结构,其安装简易、合理。
进一步地,所述同步连接片可以为为一片状的圆环。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款吊扇灯,通过设置短连接片、同步连接片、连接组件和活动组件,即可实现扇叶在转盘上保持展开和存放(收藏)功能,而且,由于采用了短连接片和同步连接片作为扇叶展开和存放的驱动机构,代替了传统太阳齿轮和行星齿轮的啮合,避免扇叶展开或存放动 作时,因啮合产生较大噪音,而且,齿牙阻力大,扇叶展开和存放的顺畅性不足,且容易磨损,寿命短的不足,而本发明专利,扇叶通过短连接片推动同步连接片(在展开槽范围内),即可实现扇叶的展开和存放动作,其噪音小,阻力小,扇叶展开和存放顺畅,不易磨损,有利于提高产品使用寿命,而且,这种短连接片和同步连接片的结构简单、合理,安装简易,成本低,有利于产品的推广使用。
(2)再有,由于短连接片的一端通过连接组件与扇叶的根部连接,短连接片的另一端通过活动组件与同步连接片连接;这样,扇叶根部可通过短连接片拉动同步连接片,简单实现扇叶的展开和收藏;另,展开槽是转盘上的弧形槽孔,以限定扇叶展开范围,而且,弧形槽孔更有利于扇叶的顺畅展开和收藏。
(3)另,本发明的活动组件包括固定件和滑块机构,短连接片和同步连接片通过固定件,利用滑块机构在展开槽上滑行,以实现扇叶的展开和存放;且,由于滑块机构包括柱状滑块和上固定螺丝,这种滑块机构的结构简单、安装简易。另,活动组件包括上固定件、滑块机构和下固定件,同样能实现相同的效果。
(4)而且,数个同步连接片之间在转盘上围成近似圆周状,沿顺时针方向,所述每一同步连接片的前端与前一同步连接片的后端通过活动组件连接;这种各同步连接片的前后端连接,可使各扇叶保持更准确的同步展开和同步存放作用。
(5)更有的是,连接组件包括转轴机构、固定座和摆动轮,这种结构,使扇叶和短连接片连接起来,其结构简单、合理,安装也简易,从而实现了扇叶展开和存放动作时,带动短连接片的作用。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:如图1至图8所示,一种吊扇灯,包括扇叶1、转盘2和电机(未视出),所述电机带动所述转盘2旋转,所述扇叶1以可活动方式安装在转盘2的上部,其特征是,还包括有短连接片3、同步连接片4、连接组件5和活动组件6,所述短连接片3和同步连接片4设置在转盘2上,所述短连接片3通过连接组件5连接扇叶1,且所述短连接片3还通过活动组件6与同步连接片4连接,所述转盘2上对应活动组件6位置开有展开槽7,所述活动组件6以可滑行方式设置在所述展开槽7上,其中,所述展开槽7是转盘2上的弧形槽孔。
作为更具体的方案,还可以包括有复位弹性件17,所述复位弹性件17一端连接转盘2,另一端连接同步连接片4,复位弹性件17为拉簧,拉簧一端连接转盘2底壁的拉簧座,拉簧另一端连接同步连接片4上的拉簧孔。
本实施例中,所述短连接片3的一端通过连接组件5与扇叶1的根部连接,短连接片3的另一端通过活动组件6与同步连接片4连接,所述活动组件6包括固定件61和滑块机构62,所述滑块机构62以可滑行方式设置在转盘2的展开槽7上,固定件61置于短连接片3或同步连接片4的外侧、且固定件61与滑块机构62连接。
作为更具本的方案,所述滑块机构62包括柱状滑块8和上固定螺丝9,所述上固定螺丝9的头部置于转盘2上表面的展开槽7边缘,其下部向下穿过所述展开槽7、并与所述柱状滑块8螺接,所述61固定件为下固定螺丝,所述下固定螺丝的头部置于短连接片3和同步连接片4的外侧,其上部向上穿过短连接片3和同步连接片4,再与柱状滑块8连接。
图中所示,所述每一短连接片3、每一同步连接片4、每一连接组件5和每一活动组件6构成每一扇叶1展开和存放的驱动机构10,所述转盘2上设置有数个扇叶1及其对应的数个驱动机构10,每一扇叶1连接每一所述驱动机构10,所述数个同步连接片4之间在转盘2上围成近似圆周状,沿顺时针方向,所述每一同步连接片4的前端和后端分别与前一同步连接片4的后端和后一同步连接片4的前端铰接。本实施例中,包括有三个扇叶,以及对应的三个驱动机构10。
其中,所述每一同步连接片4的前端连接在前一同步连接片4、前一短连接片3及其活动组件6三者的连接处,所述每一同步连接片4的后端连接在后一同步连接片4、后一短连接片3及其活动组件6三者的连接处。
另,所述同步连接片4包括前段41和后段42,所述前段41和后段42的连接处呈跌级状,以使后段42的水平高度低于前段41的水平高度;所述同步连接片4为弧形片,同步连接片4的前段41和后段42的外端分别设置有一水平延伸小段43、44,所述水平延伸小段43、44上开有小孔45,小孔45所处的水平延伸小段43、44分别构成同步连接片4的前端和后端。
所述连接组件5包括转轴机构51、固定座52和摆动轮53,所述转轴机构51固定在扇叶1的根部,固定座52固定在转盘2的通孔上,所述固定座52上开有固定通孔,所述转轴机构51的下部穿过固定座52上的固定通孔,所述摆动轮53以可摆动方式套置在转轴机构51的下部,所述摆动轮53的一端向下延伸出凸柱533,凸柱533穿过对应的短连接片3。
作为更具体的方案,所述转轴机构51包括转轴15和转轴螺丝16,所述转轴15包括上部轴座151和下部轴柱152,所述转轴15的上部轴座151固定在扇叶1的根部,其下部轴柱152插入固定座52上的固定孔内,所述转轴螺丝16由下往上穿过一垫片和摆动轮53、并延伸入固定座52的固定孔内与下部轴柱152螺接,以使所述摆动轮53沿所述转轴螺丝16摆动。
工作原理:工作时,电机带动转盘2旋转,扇叶1在离心力作用下展开、并带动摆动轮53摆动,从而使短连接片3和同步连接片4在展开槽7范围内活动(摆动一定角度),活动的同步连接片4克服复位弹性件17作用而活动,同时,同步连接片4受展开槽7的限位和导向作用,平稳旋转一定角度,实现扇叶1的展开状态。
当电机断电时,转盘2停止旋转,受复位弹性件17拉簧复位力作用,同步连接片4回旋复位并利用短连接片3反向推动摆动轮53回位,从而使失去离心力的扇叶1迅速复位,扇叶1重新存放回转盘2上,使吊扇灯的扇叶“隐藏”在转盘2上。
实施例二:见图9至图13所示,为本发明吊扇灯活动组件的另一实施例示意图,本实施例与上述实施例一结构相近,不同之处为:所述活动组件6包括上固定件611、滑块机构612和下固定件613,所述滑块机构62以可滑行方式设置在转盘2的展开槽7上,所述短连接片3与滑块机构612之间通过上固定件611连接,所述滑块机构612与同步连接片4之间通过下固定件613连接,本实施例中,上固定件611为上螺定螺丝,下固定件613为下固定螺丝。
另,所述滑块机构612包括上滑座6121和下滑片6122,下滑片6122上设置有凸滑柱61222,上滑座6121置于转盘2的的展开槽7上部,下滑片6122置于转盘2的展开槽7下部,下滑片6122的凸滑柱61222向上穿过展形槽7与上滑座6121连接,上滑座6121和下滑片6122通过凸滑柱61222在展开槽7上滑行。其中,所述数个同步连接片4之间在转盘2上围成近似圆周状,沿顺时针方向,所述每一同步连接片4的前端与前一同步连接片4的后端通过活动组件6连接;这种各同步连接片4的前后端连接,可使各扇叶1保持更准确的同步展开和同步存放作用。
本实施例中,所述活动组件6与短连接片3活动连接,所述活动组件6与前一同步连接片4及后一同步连接片4为固定连接或活动连接,这样,短连接片3由于与活动组件6为活动连接,可适应展开槽7的弧度推动活动组件6滑行,从而使活动组件6同时带动前后同步连接片4位移。
其中,本实施例的复位弹性件17,其一端连接转盘2,另一端连接活动组件6,这种复位弹性件17可替代传统的一些扇叶复位件,使扇叶1复位更准确。
所述复位弹性件17为拉簧,拉簧一端连接转盘2底壁的拉簧座27,拉簧另一端连接活动组件6上的拉簧孔28,这种结构,其安装简易、合理。
另,本发明的同步连接片4可以为为一片状的圆环(未视出)。

- 吊扇灯,包括扇叶(1)、转盘(2)和电机,所述电机带动所述转盘(2)旋转,所述扇叶(1)以可活动方式安装在转盘(2)的上部,其特征是,还包括有短连接片(3)、同步连接片(4)、连接组件(5)和活动组件(6),所述短连接片(3)和同步连接片(4)设置在转盘(2)上,所述短连接片(3)通过连接组件(5)连接扇叶(1),且所述短连接片(3)还通过活动组件(6)与同步连接片(4)连接,所述转盘(2)上对应活动组件(6)位置开有展开槽(7),所述活动组件(6)以可滑行方式设置在所述展开槽(7)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述短连接片(3)的一端通过连接组件(5)与扇叶(1)的根部连接,短连接片(3)的另一端通过活动组件(6)与同步连接片(4)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述展开槽(7)是转盘(2)上的弧形槽孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述活动组件(6)包括固定件(61)和滑块机构(62),所述滑块机构(62)以可滑行方式设置在转盘(2)的展开槽(7)上,固定件(61)置于短连接片(3)或同步连接片(4)的外侧、且固定件(61)与滑块机构(62)连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述滑块机构(62)包括柱状滑块(8)和上固定螺丝(9),所述上固定螺丝(9)的头部置于转盘(2)上表面的展开槽(7)边缘,其下部向下穿过所述展开槽(7)、并与所述柱状滑块(8)螺接,所述(61)固定件为下固定螺丝,所述下固定螺丝的头部置于短连接片(3)和同步连接片(4)的外侧,其上部向上穿过短连接片(3)和同步连接片(4),再与柱状滑块(8)连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述活动组件(6)包括上固定件(611)、滑块机构(612)和下固定件(613),所述滑块机构(62)以可滑行方式设置在转盘(2)的展开槽(7)上,所述短连接片(3)与滑块机构(612)之间通过上固定件(611)连接,所述滑块机构(612)与同步连接片(4)之间通过下固定件(613)连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述滑块机构(612)包括上滑座(6121)和下滑片(6122),下滑片(6122)上设置有凸滑柱(61222),上滑座(6121)置于转盘(2)的的展开槽(7)上部,下滑片(6122)置于转盘(2)的展开槽(7)下部,下滑片(6122)的凸滑柱(61222)向上穿过展形槽(7)与上滑座(6121)连接,上滑座(6121)和下滑片(6122)通过凸滑柱(61222)在展开槽(7)上滑行。

- 根据权利要求4或5所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述同步连接片(4)包括前段(41)和后段(42),所述前段(41)和后段(42)的连接处呈跌级状,以使后段(42)的水平高度低于前段(41)的水平高度。
- 根据权利要求11所述吊扇灯,其特征是,所述同步连接片(4)为弧形片,同步连接片(4)的前段(41)和后段(42)的外端分别设置有一水平延伸小段(43)、(44),所述水平延伸小段(43)、(44)上开有小孔(45),小孔(45)所处的水平延伸小段(43)、(44)分别构成同步连接片(4)的前端和后端。
