所以,现有手机显示屏存在异形区域与显示区交界区域存在边框的技术问题。

如图1所示,现有手机显示屏为了设置前置摄像头,会在手机显示屏上挖出异形区域103以设置前置摄像头,由于需要对显示区101和异形区域103进行封装,会造成异形区域103与显示区101交界区域102,出现较大的黑色边框,影响显示,即现有手机显示屏存在异形区域与显示区交界区域存在边框的技术问题。

在一种实施例中,使用紫外光透过横纵交错的掩模板照射电子元件设置区,从而使得电子元件设置区形成横纵交错的挡墙以及位于所述挡墙之间的液晶,例如图2中的电子元件设置区内的挡墙和液晶,使得电子元件设置区与显示区通过挡墙隔开。
在一种实施例中,所述向所述液晶显示面板注入聚合物分散液晶的步骤包括:使用液晶预滴技术向所述液晶显示面板注入聚合物分散液晶,通过将聚合物分散液晶滴入框胶区域内,通过聚合物分散液晶的表面张力使显示区和电子元件设置区内充满聚合物分散液晶,然后将第一基板和第二基板对合,使得液晶显示面板内注入由聚合物分散液晶。
在一种实施例中,可在形成液晶盒后向液晶盒灌注聚合物分散液晶,并使用紫外光透过掩模板对电子元件设置去进行照射,使得电子元件设置区形成挡墙盒液晶,并使电子元件设置区和显示区通过挡墙隔开。
在本申请实施例中,由于电子元件设置区与显示区之间无需使用边框封装,使得在制备液晶显示面板时减少了在显示区与电子元件设置区之间封装的工艺,提高了制备液晶显示面板的效率。
本申请实施例提供一种液晶显示装置,该液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板、背光模组和电子元件,所述液晶显示面板包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区,其中,所述电子元件设置区设有聚合物分散液晶,所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间。
本申请实施例提供一种液晶显示装置,该液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板、背光模组和电子元件,所述液晶显示面板包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区,其中,所述电子元件设置区设有聚合物分散液晶,所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间;通过在电子元件设置区设置聚合物分散液晶,并将电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,使得在电子元件设置区与显示区能够通过挡墙隔开,而无需使用边框隔开,消除了电子元件设置区与显示区之间的边框,提高了屏占比,且液晶与挡墙透明,使得电子元件设置区能正常透光,解决了现有手机显示屏存在异形区域与显示区交界区域存在边框的技术问题。
在一种实施例中,所述电子元件包括摄像头,在对应电子元件设置区设置有摄像头,通过对电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶进行处理,形成液晶和挡墙,消除了电子元件设置区和显示区之间的边框,由于液晶与挡墙均透光,且对于电子元件设置区,设置有液晶的区域的透光率提高,使得摄像头接收到的光线更加的清晰、更加的真实,从而提高了摄像头的摄像效果。
在一种实施例中,所述电子元件包括红外传感器,由于电子元件设置区设置的液晶和挡墙提高了电子元件设置区的透光率,在电子元件设置区设置红外传感器,使得红外传感器能接收到更真实的画面,使得红外传感器能够更快速更准确的进行反应。
在一种实施例中,所述电子元件设置于所述背光模组与所述液晶显示面板之间,在电子元件设置区,所述背光模组未设置光源,由于电子元件设置区不进行显示,使得无需在背光模组对应电子元件设置区的区域设置光源,且防止了背光模组在对应电子元件设置区域设置光源影响电子元件工作的问题。
在一种实施例中,所述电子元件设置于所述背光模组与所述液晶显示面板之间,在电子元件设置区,所述背光模组设置光源,所述电子元件在靠近所述背光模组的一侧设置有遮光板,考虑到能获得更强的光,使得背光模组整面设置光源,通过在电子元件靠近背光模组的一侧设置遮光板,使得光源不会影响到电子元件正常工作。
在一种实施例中,可围绕所述电子元件设置遮光板,只在电子元件靠近液晶显示面板的一侧不设置遮光板,使得电子元件设置区不会出现漏光的现象,且使得电子元件能更好的不受光源的影响。
在一种实施例中,所述电子元件设置于所述背光模组远离所述液晶显示面板的方向上,可通过对背光模组进行挖孔以使电子元件能正常工作,或者通过将背光模组对应电子元件设置区设置为透明,使得电子元件能正常工作。
根据以上实施例可知:
本申请实施例提供一种液晶显示面板及其制备方法、液晶显示装置,该液晶显示面板包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区,其中,所述电子元件设置区设有聚合物分散液晶,所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间;通过在电子元件设置区设置聚合物分散液晶,并将电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,使得在电子元件设置区与显示区能够通过挡墙隔开,而无需使用边框隔开,消除了电子元件设置区与显示区之间的边框,提高了屏占比,且液晶与挡墙透明,使得电子元件设置区能正常透光,解决了现有手机显示屏存在异形区域与显示区交界区域存在边框的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种液晶显示面板,其包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区,其中,所述电子元件设置区设有聚合物分散液晶,所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括显示区,所述显示区包括第一显示区和第二显示区,所述第二显示区位于所述第一显示区与所述电子元件设置区之间,所述第二显示区包括第一金属走线,所述第一金属走线的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括显示区,所述显示区包括第一金属层,所述第一金属层的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述显示区包括第二金属层和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述第一金属层与所述第二金属层之间,所述第二金属层的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括显示区和框胶区,所述电子元件设置区设置于所述显示区的一侧,且所述电子元件设置区设置在显示区外,所述框胶区围绕所述液晶显示面板的边界设置。
- 如权利要求5所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为半圆形。
- 如权利要求5所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为梯形。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括显示区和框胶区,所述显示区围绕所述电子元件设置区设置,所述框胶区围绕所述显示区设置。
- 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为圆形。
- 一种液晶显示面板制备方法,其包括:提供液晶显示面板,该液晶显示面板包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区;向所述液晶显示面板注入聚合物分散液晶;对所述电子元件设置区照射,以使所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间。
- 如权利要求10所述的液晶显示面板制备方法,其中,所述对所述电子元件设置区照射的步骤包括:使用紫外光透过掩模板对所述电子元件设置区进行照射。
- 一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板、背光模组和电子元件,所述液晶显示面板包括对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区,其中,所述电子元件设置区设有聚合物分散液晶,所述电子元件设置区的聚合物分散液晶处理形成挡墙和液晶,所述液晶位于所述挡墙之间。
- 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区,所述显示区包括第一显示区和第二显示区,所述第二显示区位于所述第一显示区与所述电子元件设置区之间,所述第二显示区包括第一金属走线,所述第一金属走线的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区,所述显示区包括第一金属层,所述第一金属层的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述显示区包括第二金属层和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述第一金属层与所述第二金属层之间,所述第二金属层的材料为透明材料。
- 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区和框胶区,所述电子元件设置区设置于所述显示区的一侧,且所述电子元件设置区设置在显示区外,所述框胶区围绕所述液晶显示面板的边界设置。
- 如权利要求16所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为半圆形。
- 如权利要求16所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为梯形。
- 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区和框胶区,所述显示区围绕所述电子元件设置区设置,所述框胶区围绕所述显示区设置。
- 如权利要求19所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述电子元件设置区的形状为圆形。
