Abstract

L'invention concerne un 05SAR-PAGE, un procédé de préparation associé et une application associée, concernant une technique de séparation par électrophorèse sur gel. Le 05 SAR-PAGE est un gel préparé à partir de lauroylsarcosinate de sodium ayant un rapport masse-volume de 0,05 %, et comprend un gel de séparation inférieur et un gel de concentration supérieur. Les longueurs et les épaisseurs du gel de séparation inférieur et du gel de concentration supérieur sont identiques, et le rapport de la hauteur du gel de séparation inférieur sur la hauteur du gel de concentration supérieur est égal à 2/1 à 8/1. La présente invention résout les inconvénients selon lesquels la SDS-PAGE ne peut pas être utilisée pour analyser une modification protéique de l'état physiologique et une PAGE native ne peut pas utiliser des marqueurs protéiques pour un étalonnage et ne peut pas être directement appliquée à l'analyse de protéines acides et basiques.
