为了提高移动半槽31和固定半槽21对接连接的稳定性,在夹紧盖板3远离移动半槽31的一端设置夹紧组件,夹紧组件对夹紧盖板3施加压力,确保移动半槽31与固定半槽21之间对接稳定,即保证夹紧内针。具体地操作为,需要取下内针时,手动的搬动夹紧按钮5,夹紧按钮5转动通过连接杆6带动压紧块4转动,压紧块4上的压头与推动把手32分离,此时,可手动的搬动推动把手32,使夹紧盖板3移动,移动半槽31与固定半槽21分离,可取下内针;当需要夹紧内针时,将内针底部放置在固定半槽21中,手动的反向搬动夹紧按钮5,带动压紧块4的压头转动,压头推动夹紧盖板3移动,夹紧按钮5与旋转架2扣合,同时完成压头对夹紧盖板3的顶紧。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,还包括用于支撑和限位内针底座1的支撑结构7;支撑结构7包括两块平行设置的支撑板71,两块支撑板71垂直操作平面11设置,且两块支撑板71之间设有限定宽度的间隔,间隔的中心与内针插槽的轴线重合;两块支撑板71的一侧端通过支架72与操作平面11固定连接。
支撑结构7的作用是用于固定内针底座1,在进行装配时,将内针底座1卡接在两块支撑板71之间。此操作方式的优点在于,减少人为的手动操作,可更加灵活的进行点胶地操作步骤,另外,可降低由于人为因素(如晃动等)导致的装配出现偏差,进一步提高产品的成品率。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,旋转架2上设有限位槽;操作平面 11上竖立的轴12插接在限位槽内,旋转架2通过轴12和限位槽的配合在操作平面11上水平转动。旋转架2在操作平面11上转动,其中,在旋转架2上设置一限位槽结构,与操作平面11上的轴12连接便可实现旋转架2的圆周转动,此结构简单,生产制造工艺简便。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,操作平面11上垂直设有立柱,立柱远离操作平面11的一端设有用于限位外针的外针挡板8,外针挡板8与操作平面11平行设置。外针挡板8对外针其限位作用,即在进行装配时,外针需要于外针挡板8指定的位置相贴合,若外针未在指定位置,则表示为外针位置偏离需要进行调整,通过设置外针挡板8,可进一步地提高装配的工作效率,以及装配产品的成本品率。
本实施例提供的一种穿刺针的装配治具,在进行装配操作时,首先,将底座1放置在一平台上,压紧块4和压紧按钮呈开启状态。将内针底座1卡接在支撑板71之间进行固定,之后,将内针放置在固定半槽21中,按压压紧按钮,使压紧块4转动扣合,压紧块4的压头推动夹紧盖板3在旋转架2的滑槽22内滑动,带动移动半槽31与固定半槽21对接,从而将内针固定。
内针和内针底座1均被固定后,将外针套设在内针上,通过外针挡板8对外针进行限位,内针外针安装到装配治具上后,转动旋转架2,旋转架2带动内针转动,观察内针的针尖角度,待转动至内针针尖角度与外针针尖角度一致后,停止转动旋转架2,此时,可用一只手对旋转架2进行固定,或者,利用辅助的限位结构对旋转架2进行固定,如限位卡扣,限位塞等。之后,取下外针,向内针与内针底座1之间的间隙内滴胶,实现内针与外针的装配。
该穿刺针的装配治具,装配过程中,对内针角度的调节简单快捷,可大大提高装配的工作效率,而且,内针通过内针凹槽进行固定,更加牢固稳定,不易出现误操作导致的产品报废的状况,成品率提高,降低 生产制造成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,包括底座和旋转架,所述底座的上表面为操作平面,所述旋转架设于所述操作平面上,并能以竖立在所述操作平面上的轴为旋转中心,在所述操作平面上水平转动;
    所述旋转中心处还设有竖立在所述旋转架表面的柱形的内针插槽,柱形的内针插槽的轴线重合于所述旋转中心,并且轴线处具有轴向的孔,从而内针底座能够套在所述内针插槽上,并且在装配所述穿刺针的内针时,该内针能够插入所述孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述内针插槽沿垂直所述操作平面方向剖分为截面为相向的弧形的固定半槽和移动半槽,从而固定半槽和移动半槽互相贴合时在二者之间形成所述孔,所述固定半槽与所述旋转架垂直固定连接,所述移动半槽与垂直固定连接;
    所述旋转架上设有滑槽,所述夹紧盖板设于所述滑槽内,所述夹紧盖板于所述滑槽内滑动带动所述移动半槽移动,使所述移动半槽与所述固定半槽的对接或分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述旋转架上位于所述夹紧盖板远离所述移动半槽的一端设有夹紧组件,所述夹紧组件推动所述夹紧盖板在所述滑槽内滑动,使所述夹紧盖板上的所述移动半槽与所述固定半槽保持对接状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述夹紧组件包括压紧块和夹紧按钮,所述压紧块和夹紧按钮分别与所述旋转架转动连接,所述压紧块与所述夹紧按钮通过连接杆连接;
    所述压紧块上设有用于按压所述夹紧盖板的压头,所述压头推动所述夹紧盖板在所述滑槽内滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述夹紧盖板远离所述移动半槽的一端垂直设有推动把手。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,还包括用于支撑和限位内针底座的支撑结构;
    所述支撑结构包括两块平行设置的支撑板,两块所述支撑板垂直所述操作平面设置,且两块所述支撑板之间设有限定宽度的间隔,所述间隔的中心与所述内针插槽的轴线重合;两块所述支撑板的一侧端通过支架与所述操作平面固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述旋转架上设有限位槽;所述操作平面上竖立的轴插接在所述限位槽内,所述旋转架通过所述轴和所述限位槽的配合在所述操作平面上水平转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述操作平面上垂直设有立柱,所述立柱远离所述操作平面的一端设有用于限位外针的外针挡板,所述外针挡板与所述操作平面平行设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述底座呈圆柱形,其顶部为圆形的操作平面,所述旋转中心与所述操作平面的圆心重合。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的穿刺针的装配治具,其特征在于,所述推动把手和所述夹紧盖板为一体结构,且材质为金属。
