본 발명은 세안, 목욕 및 샤워시 사용자가 손에 끼워서 세안 및 샤워를 할 수 있도록 하고 사용 전이나 사용 후에는 거치대에 거치하여 건조 가능하도록 하는 샤워타월 및 그 거치대에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 피부의 때를 강하게 미는 목욕습관 때문에 손상 받기 쉬운 피부를 보호하기 위하여 가볍게 샤워하는 것만으로도 짧은 시간에 충분한 때밀이 효과를 발휘할 수 있도록 하며 더불어 사용 전 후에 거치대에 거치하여 건조토록 함으로서 위생적으로 사용 가능하도록 한 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 소위 이태리 타월이라 불리는 때밀이 타월은 목욕시에 붙어있는 오물을 제거하기 위해 사용되는 목욕용품으로서, 통상적으로 양면이 까칠까칠한 천으로 이루어져 피부와의 마찰을 통해 피부의 각질층에 점착되어 있는 때를 제거하게 된다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 때밀이 타월은 양면이 모두 까칠까칠한 재질의 얇은 천으로 되어 있으므로 때밀이 타월에 비누를 묻힐 경우 비누거품이 제대로 일어나지 않아 비누의 소모량이 많아지고 질감도 좋지 않아서 비누질에는 그다지 적합하지 못하였다.
그리고 종래의 때밀이 타월들은 모두 비누질이 용이하도록 되어 있기는 하지만 그 구조가 복잡하여 제작이 난해하여 제작비용을 상승시키는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래의 때밀이 타월들에 있어서, 피부의 때를 제거하는 기능을 하는 부분은 오직 까칠까칠한 천으로 된 부분이 담당하게 되어 있는바, 피부가 약한 어린이나 여성 등이 이러한 때밀이 타월을 사용하여 피부의 오물을 제거하고자 할때, 피부에 통증이 오거나 심한 경우 피부의 각질층이 벗겨져 상처를 입게 되는 경우가 발생하여 때밀이 타월의 사용을 기피하게되는 문제점이 있었다.
즉, 종래 제조된 때밀이 타월은 소위 "이태리타월"이라 불리는 것으로, 때를 미는 경우 피부의 표피조직까지 벗겨내게 되어 피부에 손상을 주고 피부의 노화를 촉진시키는 단점이 있었다. 한편 이를 개량한 것으로 제직할 때 지경사, 파일경사 및 위사로 사용되는 원사를 단사강연 하여 타월지를 제직하는 타월이 개발되었으나 이는 실의 강도만을 증가시켜 사용수명을 연장하는 정도에 불과한 것이었다.
상기한 바와 같이 때밀이 타월의 사용이 심할 경우 피부손상을 가져오는 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 때밀이 타월을 대체하는 제품의 필요성을 대두되었다.
이에 상기 일명 이태리타월을 대체하는 유연직물 소재인 때밀이 타월은 부드러운 피부 접촉 감촉과, 거품의 생성이 많지만 피부에 쌓인 때의 제거력이 떨어짐에 따라 간단한 샤워용으로 사용되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한 피부손상을 줄이기 위하여 타월표면에 부드러운 면사, 견사, 인견사등을 파일로 형성한 경우도 있었으나 이는 단순한 세면용 또는 습기 제거용으로는 사용가능하나 때밀이 효과는 기대할 수 없는 단점이 있었다.
또한, 기존의 샤워타월 또는 때밀이 타월은 수분이 건조되지 아니한 상태로 욕실에 비치 및 저장하기 때문에 세균이 번식이 용이하고 이와 같은 세균 감염을 막기 위해서는 끊는 물에 삶는 방법이 있다. 그러나 매번 이처럼 소독하는 것도 쉬운 일이 아니라서, 보통은 며칠에 한 번, 또는 아예 소독을 하지 않고 사용하는 경우도 많다.
따라서 현재 사용되는 샤워타월은 본질적으로 세균 번식을 막기에 어려운 재질이며, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 실리콘재질로 구성함으로써 1차적으로 세균 번식으로부터 자유롭고, 2차적으로는 살균 및 소독이 용이한 제품이 개발이 요구되는 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서,
첫째, 비누나 기타 샤워전용 세제가 일시 저장될 수 있는 별도의 공간부를 확보하여 샤워 동안에 지속적으로 거품을 발생시킬 수 있도록 하는 샤워타월을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있고,
둘째, 사용자의 손가락이 공간부 내부에서 구획되어 샤워타월의 그립감을 향상시켜 샤워시 샤워타월이 손으로 부터 이탈되지 아니하도록 함에 그 목적이 있고,
세째, 샤워 전후에 샤워타월의 건조를 용이하게 하기 위한 목적이 있고,
네째, 샤워타월과 거치대의 성분을 실리콘 재질과 꼬마패각을 분쇄한 분말을 혼합하여 제조함으로서 항균 및 살균의 효과를 발휘토록 함으로서 위생적인 상태를 지속적으로 유지토록 함에 목적이 있고,
다섯째, 샤워타월의 하측 패드부의 내측 바닥에는 기존의 격자무늬와 비교시 인체의 지문과 유사한 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부를 구비하고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부를 구비하여 사용자가 본 발명을 사용할때 기존의 제품에서 문제되는 사용자의 손과 본 발명인 샤워타월의 이탈을 최소화하여 사용자의 손과 샤워타월이 최대한 밀착되어 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는데 본 발명의 목적이 있다.

상기 샤워타월(1) 사용 전후에 거치하고자 하는 것으로서,
바닥면(20)이 구비되고 상기 바닥면(20)과 일체로 상측으로 거치부재(200)이 형성된 거치대(2)를 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트와,
상기 샤워타월(1)과 거치대(2)는 실리콘 99 ~ 99.5%과 꼬막패각 0.5~1%를 혼합하여 제조한 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트와,
상기 꼬마패각은 꼬막패각을 채취하여 이물질을 제거한 후 세척후 건조 및 살균처리한 다음 1200℃에서 소성한 후 분쇄하여 분말화한 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트와,
상기 거치대(2)의 거치부재(200)에는 관통공(201)이 여러개 천공되어 있는 판상으로 이루어지되 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상으로 된 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트와,
상기 거치대(2)는 바닥면(20)의 일측으로 제2 바닥면(21)이 수직 절곡되어 구비되고 상기 거치부재(200)는 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상의 테두리부(210)만으로 이루어진 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트와,
상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측 바닥에는 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부(30)가 구비되어 있고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부(31)이 구비되는 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트"를 구성적 특징으로 함으로서 상기의 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은,
비누나 기타 샤워전용 세제가 일시 저장될 수 있는 별도의 공간부를 확보하여 샤워 동안에 지속적으로 거품을 발생시킬 수 있도록 하며, 또한 사용자의 손가락이 공간부 내부에서 구획되어 샤워타월의 그립감을 향상시켜 샤워시 샤워타월이 손으로 부터 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는 효과를 발휘하며, 더 나아가서 하측 패드부의 내측 바닥에는 기존의 격자무늬와 비교시 인체의 지문과 유사한 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부를 구비하고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부를 구비하여 사용자가 사용할때 사용자의 손과 샤워타월의 이탈을 최소화하여 사용자의 손과 샤워타월이 최대한 밀착되어 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는 효과를 최대화 하였고, 샤워 전후에 샤워타월의 건조를 용이하게 함과 동시에 샤워타월과 거치대의 성분을 실리콘 재질과 꼬마패각을 분쇄한 분말을 혼합하여 제조함으로서 항균 및 살균의 효과를 발휘하는 것이다.

이하 본 발명의 실시를 위한 최선의 형태는,
일측에 손이 인입출 가능하도록 투입구(10)가 구비되고 상기 투입구(10) 내측으로는 손이 수용가능한 공간부(10')가 구비되고, 상기 공간부(10')의 상측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제1 세척모(101)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제1 세척모(101) 사이에는 제1 통공(102)이 천공된 상측 패드부(100)와, 상기 공간부(10')의 하측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제2 세척모(111)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제2 세척모(111) 사이에는 제2 통공(112)이 천공된 하측 패드부(110)를 포함하며, 상기 상측 패드부(100)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 하방향으로 제1 구획돌부(103)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 상방향으로 제2 구획돌부(113)가 구비되며, 상기 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113) 사이에는 개방된 구성이며, 상기 투입구(10)에는 손목을 긴밀하게 밀착 가능하도록 탄성재질의 손목조임부재(120)가 일체로 구비되어 있는 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리 수용토록 하는 형상을 갖는 샤워타월(1)과, 상기 샤워타월(1) 사용 전후에 거치하고자 하는 것으로서, 바닥면(20)이 구비되고 상기 바닥면(20)과 일체로 상측으로 거치부재(200)이 형성된 거치대(2)를 포함하는 구성이다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시 형태를 첨부하는 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
지시부호 1은 샤워타월을 지시하는 것으로서, 상기 샤워타월(1)은 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 전체적으로 엄지손가락과 나머지 4개의 손가락을 분리토록 하는 예를들면 일명 벙어리장갑의 형상을 이루는 것으로서, 우선, 일측에 손이 인입출 가능하도록 투입구(10)가 구비되고 상기 투입구(10) 내측으로는 손이 수용가능한 공간부(10')가 구비되어 있으며,
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 공간부(10')의 상측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제1 세척모(101)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제1 세척모(101) 사이에는 제1 통공(102)이 천공된 상측 패드부(100)와,
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 공간부(10')의 하측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제2 세척모(111)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제2 세척모(111) 사이에는 제2 통공(112)이 천공된 하측 패드부(110)가 일체로 구비된 것이다.
바람직하게는 도 10 및 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측 바닥에는 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부(30)가 구비되어 있고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부(31)이 구비되는 것을 포함하는 것이다.
한편, 도 3 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 상측 패드부(100)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 하방향으로 제1 구획돌부(103)가 형성되어 있고,
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 상방향으로 제2 구획돌부(113)가 구비되며, 상기 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113) 사이에는 개방된 구성이다.
또한, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 투입구(10)에는 손목을 긴밀하게 밀착 가능하도록 탄성재질의 손목조임부재(120)가 일체로 구비되어 있어 손의 인입출시 손목조임부재(120)의 탄력에 의해 용이하게 인입출이 가능하면서 동시에 인입후 샤워타월(1) 사용시에는 손이 이탈되지 아니하도록 밀착 고정토록 하여 사용에 불편함을 해소하고 있다.
다음, 지시부호 2는 거치대를 지시하는 것으로서 상기 거치대(2)는 상기 샤워타월(1) 사용 전후에 거치하고자 하는 것으로서,
바닥면(20)이 구비되고 상기 바닥면(20)과 일체로 상측으로 거치부재(200)가 형성된 구조로서,
바람직하게는 상기 샤워타월(1)과 거치대(2)는 실리콘 99 ~ 99.5%과 꼬막패각 0.5~1%를 혼합하여 제조하고 구체적으로는 상기 꼬마패각은 꼬막패각을 채취하여 이물질을 제거한 후 세척후 건조 및 살균처리한 다음 1200℃에서 소성한 후 분쇄하여 분말화한 것을 포함함으로서 샤워타월(1) 및 거치대(2)의 항균 및 살균성을 향상시켜 항상 위생적인 상태를 유지 가능하도록 한 것이다.
한편, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 거치대(2)의 거치부재(200)에는 관통공(201)이 여러개 천공되어 있는 판상으로 이루어지되 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상으로 된 것이며,
더욱 바람직하게는 도 6 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 거치대(2)는 바닥면(20)의 일측으로 제2 바닥면(21)이 수직 절곡되어 구비되고 상기 거치부재(200)는 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상의 테두리부(210)만으로 이루어져 사용자가 원하는 형태로 거치대(2)를 안착 가능하도록 한 것이다.
이하 본 발명의 작용에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.
우선, 샤워타월(1)의 사용전에는 거치대(2)에 거치하여 건조시킨 상태에서 사용코자 할 경우에는 투입구(10)에 사용자의 손을 넣고 비누나 샤워세제를 토출하여 상기 샤워타월(1)에 도포한 후 거품을 발생시키면 상기 상측패드부(100)에 형성된 제1 통공(102)과 하측 패드부(110)에 형성된 제2 통공(112)을 통해 거품이나 수분이 원활하게 소통됨으로서 더욱더 거품 발생이 원활하며 이와 같이 거품을 발생시킨 다음 사용자의 몸을 상기 제1 세척모(101) 및 제2 세척모(111)를 통해 세척하면 되는 것으로서 상기 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113)를 기준으로 볼때 사용자의 엄지손가락은 독립된 공간부에 위치시킨 후 중앙에 구비된 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113)를 기준으로 일측에는 검지와 중지를 타측에는 약지와 소지(새끼손가락)를 위치토록 하고 상기 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113) 사이를 개방함으로서 세제나 비누 거품의 원활한 소통을 가능하도록 한 것이다.
이와 같이 샤워를 진행한 후 샤워타월을 건조하기 위해서는 거치부재(200)을 공간부(10')에 삽입하여 바닥면(20)을 이용하여 안착토록 하여 보관하면 거치대(2) 및 샤워타월(1) 자체의 향균 및 살균성에 의해 살균됨과 동시에 관통공(201)에 의해 소통이 가능하므로 자연스럽게 건조가 되며 더욱 바람직하게는, 테두리부(210) 만 구비한 거치부재(200)를 공간부(10')에 삽입함으로서 더욱 소통을 원활하게 하는 것이다.
한편, 도 10 및 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 샤워타월의 하측 패드부(110)의 내측 바닥에는 기존의 격자무늬와 비교시 인체의 지문과 유사한 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부(30)를 구비하고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부(31)를 구비하여 사용자가 본 발명을 사용할때 기존의 제품에서 문제되는 사용자의 손과 본 발명인 샤워타월(1)의 이탈을 최소화하여 사용자의 손과 샤워타월이 최대한 밀착되어 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 비누나 기타 샤워전용 세제가 일시 저장될 수 있는 별도의 공간부를 확보하여 샤워 동안에 지속적으로 거품을 발생시킬 수 있도록 하며, 또한 사용자의 손가락이 공간부 내부에서 구획되어 샤워타월의 그립감을 향상시켜 샤워시 샤워타월이 손으로 부터 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는 효과를 발휘하며, 더 나아가서 하측 패드부(110)의 내측 바닥에는 기존의 격자무늬와 비교시 인체의 지문과 유사한 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부(30)를 구비하고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부(31)를 구비하여 사용자가 사용할때 사용자의 손과 샤워타월(1)의 이탈을 최소화하여 사용자의 손과 샤워타월이 최대한 밀착되어 이탈되지 아니하도록 하는 효괄ㄹ 최대화 하였고, 샤워 전후에 샤워타월의 건조를 용이하게 함과 동시에 샤워타월과 거치대의 성분을 실리콘 재질과 꼬마패각을 분쇄한 분말을 혼합하여 제조함으로서 항균 및 살균의 효과를 발휘하는 것이다.
본 발명은 세안, 목욕 및 샤워시 사용자가 손에 끼워서 세안 및 샤워를 할 수 있도록 하고 사용 전이나 사용 후에는 거치대에 거치하여 건조 가능하도록 하는 샤워타월 및 그 거치대에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 일측에 손이 인입출 가능하도록 투입구(10)가 구비되고 상기 투입구(10) 내측으로는 손이 수용가능한 공간부(10')가 구비되고,
    상기 공간부(10')의 상측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제1 세척모(101)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제1 세척모(101) 사이에는 제1 통공(102)이 천공된 상측 패드부(100)와,
    상기 공간부(10')의 하측면을 이루면서 공간부(10')의 외측으로는 제2 세척모(111)가 형성되어 있고 상기 제2 세척모(111) 사이에는 제2 통공(112)이 천공된 하측 패드부(110)를 포함하며,
    상기 상측 패드부(100)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 하방향으로 제1 구획돌부(103)가 형성되어 있고,
    상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측면 타측 중앙과 엄지손가락을 별도로 수용하기 위한 소정의 높이만큼 상방향으로 제2 구획돌부(113)가 구비되며,
    상기 제1 구획돌부(103)와 제2 구획돌부(113) 사이에는 개방된 구성이며,
    상기 투입구(10)에는 손목을 긴밀하게 밀착 가능하도록 탄성재질의 손목조임부재(120)가 일체로 구비되어 있는 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리 수용토록 하는 형상을 갖는 샤워타월(1)과,
    상기 샤워타월(1) 사용 전후에 거치하고자 하는 것으로서,
    바닥면(20)이 구비되고 상기 바닥면(20)과 일체로 상측으로 거치부재(200)이 형성된 거치대(2)를 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 샤워타월(1)과 거치대(2)는 실리콘 99 ~ 99.5%과 꼬막패각 0.5~1%를 혼합하여 제조한 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 꼬마패각은 꼬막패각을 채취하여 이물질을 제거한 후 세척후 건조 및 살균처리한 다음 1200℃에서 소성한 후 분쇄하여 분말화한 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 거치대(2)의 거치부재(200)에는 관통공(201)이 여러개 천공되어 있는 판상으로 이루어지되 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상으로 된 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 거치대(2)는 바닥면(20)의 일측으로 제2 바닥면(21)이 수직 절곡되어 구비되고 상기 거치부재(200)는 엄지손가락과 나머지 손가락을 분리된 벙어리장갑 형상의 테두리부(210)만으로 이루어진 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하측 패드부(110)의 내측 바닥에는 지문형상의 미끄럼 방지부(30)가 구비되어 있고 손바닥의 오목부에 일치되는 소정의 위치와 손가락의 둘째 마디에 일치되는 소정의 위치에 융기부(31)이 구비되는 것을 포함하는 거치대가 구비된 샤워타월세트.
