이에 메이크업 화장품 제거 능력이 보다 우수한 클렌징 크림, 클렌징 로션, 클렌징 워터 등이 일차적으로 메이크업 화장품의 제거를 위해 이용되고 있으며, 이어서 메이크업 화장품의 잔여물 등의 오염물의 완전한 제거를 위해 폼 클렌징 등이 이용되고 있다.
한편, 현재까지의 클렌징 수단은 스크럽 골무등을 이용하여 손으로 직접 얼굴피부를 클렌징하는 것이 주류를 이루고 있는 실정이다.
경우에 따라서는 면직물, 거즈 등을 손가락 크기로 절단하여 골무모양으로 만들어 사용하기도 하고, 목욕용 타올이 쓰이기도 한다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 면직물의 골무를 잘못 사용하여 무리하게 각질을 벗겨내면 피부 표면을 보호해주는 최소한 의 각질까지 없어져 피부가 오히려 민감해질 수 있기 때문에 손상을 입게 되는 문제점이 있어왔다.
대한민국 특허출원번호 제10-2004-0096201호에 종래의 화장용 스크럽 골무에 대한 기술이 개시되어 있다.

그러나, 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 스크럽 골무는, 합성 연질의 수지재를 성형기에 투입하여 일체로 성형시키기 때문에 손가락의 물리적인 압력에 의한 효과를 기대할 수 밖에 없어서 피부손질을 할 때 자칫 피부 표면을 보호해주는 최소한의 각질까지 없어져 피부가 오히려 민감해질 수 있게 되고, 돌기 등에 의해 피부가 손상되는 경우가 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결코자 하는 것으로, 클렌징 지지수단을 회전 가능하게 구성함은 물론, 클렌징 지지수단으로부터 클렌징용 스펀지를 탈부착 가능토록하여 얼굴 세안이 용이하면서도 위생적인 클렌징용 스펀지의 사용이 가능토록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,
본 고안은 손으로 파지하기 용이한 형태의 하우징(100)과; 상기 하우징의 내측에 결합되는 전원부(200)와; 상기 하우징의 내측에 설치하되 전원부와 전기적으로 접속되어 전기를 공급받아 회전하는 감속부(300)와; 상기 감속부의 출력축에 연결되어 감속부의 회전속도에 상응하여 회전하는 클렌징 지지수단(400)과; 상기 클렌징 지지수단의 표면에 장착되며 수분을 포함한 상태에서 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 회전에 상응하여 회전하면서 사용자의 얼굴을 세척하기 위한 클렌징용 스펀지(500)와; 원형링 형태로 이루어지며 상기 클렌징용 지지수단의 상부에 결합되면서 크렌징용 스펀지의 테두리를 압착하여 임시 결합시키는 스펀지 탈착부재(600)를 포함하여 이루어짐이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)는, 상기 클렌징용 지지수단(400)의 일측과 힌지핀(610)으로 결합되는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)의 일측에는 볼록부(600a)를 형성하고, 이에 상응하여 임시 결합되도록 클렌징용 지지수단(400)의 일측에는 오목부(400a)를 형성하여 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 클렌징 지지수단을 회전 가능하게 구성함은 물론, 클렌징 지지수단으로부터 클렌징용 스펀지를 탈부착 가능토록하여 얼굴 세안이 용이하면서도 위생적인 클렌징용 스펀지의 사용이 가능토록 하는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의하여야 한다. 또한, 하기에서 본 고안을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 고안의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
그리고 후술 되는 용어들은 본 고안에서의 기능을 고려하여 설정된 용어들로서 이는 생산자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.

본 고안의 구성요소는 크게 하우징(100)과, 전원부(200)와, 감속부(300)와, 클렌징 지지수단(400)과, 클렌징용 스펀지(500)와, 스펀지 탈착부재(600)로 이루어진다.
상기 하우징(100)은 손으로 파지하기 용이한 기역자 형태로서, 손잡이부(100a)와, 클렌징수단 장착부(100b)가 일체형으로 이루어진다. 그리고, 내부에 공간부를 갖도록 구성한다.
상기 전원부(200)는 하우징 내부에 설치하되, 구성수단에 전원을 인가하는 수단으로서 건전지나 2차전지 또는 상용전원을 연결하여 사용할 수 있으며, 하우징의 표면에 스위칭 수단(110)을 설치하되 상기 전원부와 전기적으로 연결하여 전원부를 스위칭시키며, 아울러 하우징의 표면에 인디케이터 램프(120)를 설치하여 전원부와 전기적으로 연결함으로서 전원부가 작동중임을 외부로 알릴 수 있다.
상기 감속부(300)는 하우징의 내부에 설치하되, 전동모터(310)와 감속 기어부(320)로 이루어지며, 상기 전원부(200)와 전동모터(310)가 전기적으로 접속되어 전원부로부터 전원을 인가받아 자유회전하며, 전동모터(310)의 중심축(310a)에 감속 기어부(320)가 연결되어 전동모터(310)의 회전속도를 감속시켜 출력한다.
상기 클렌징 지지수단(400)은 하우징(100)의 클렌징 수단 장착부(100b)의 상부에 설치하되, 감속 기어군(320)의 중심축(320a)에 설치되며, 감속부(300)의 구동을 전달받아 감속된 속도로 일방향으로 회전한다.
상기 클렌징용 스펀지(500)는 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 표면에 장착되며 수분을 포함한 상태에서 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 회전에 상응하여 회전하면서 사용자의 얼굴을 세척한다.
상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)는 원형링 형태로 이루어지며, 클렌징 지지수단(400)에 일측이 힌지핀(410)으로 결합되고, 타측은 내측에 볼록부(600a)를 형성하여 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 오목부(400a)에 임시 결합되면서 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 임시 결합하게 된다. 그리고, 스펀지 탈착부재의 개폐동작을 보다 원할히 수행하기 위해 오목부가 설치된 부분에 보조 돌기구(620)를 더 장착하여, 상기 보조 돌기구(620)를 들어 올리는 동작에 의해서 오목부와 볼록부가 보다 용이하게 해체될 수 있도록 구성한다.
이하에서 본 고안의 조립방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 하우징(100)과, 전원부(200)와, 감속부(300)와, 클렌징 지지수단(400)과, 클렌징용 스펀지(500)와, 스펀지 탈착부재(600)로 이루어지는바, 하우징(100)의 내부에 전원부(200)를 장착하고, 아울러 감속부(300)를 장착하여 전기적으로 연결한다.
그리고, 하우징(100)의 상부에는 전원스위치(110)와 인디케이터 램프(120)를 장착하여 역시 전원부(200)에 전기적으로 연결하여 전원 스위치(110)를 작동시키면 전원부(200)가 활성화되어 감속부(300)에 전원이 공급되도록하고, 인디케이터 램프(120)가 점등되어 전원부(200)가 작동중임을 표시할 수 있도록 한다.
그리고, 상기 감속부(300)의 중심축에 클렌징 지지수단(400)을 장착하여 감속부(300)의 회전에 상응하여 클렌징 지지수단(400)이 회전할 수 있도록하며, 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 상부에는 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 올려놓은후에 스펀지 탈착부재(600)로 눌러서 임시 장착시킨다.
이하에서 본 고안의 작용효과에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 사용자가 전원스위치(110)를 온 시키면 전원부(200)가 활성화되어 감속부(300)로 전원이 인가된다.
그러면 감속부(300)를 구성하는 전동모터(310)가 회전하게 되고, 상기 전동모터(310)의 중심축(310a)에 연결된 감속기어군(320)이 회전한다.
상기 감속기어군(320)은 다양한 기어가 조합되어 전동모터(310)의 속도를 감속시키는 역할을 하며, 이에 따라 감속기어군(320)의 중심축(320a)으로는 감속된 속도로 회전이 출력된다.
상기 감속기어군(320)의 중심축에 결합되는 클렌징 지지수단(400)은 감속된 속도로 회전하게 되며, 아울러 상기 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 상부에 임시 고정되는 클렌징용 스펀지(500)가 회전하게 되어, 사용자는 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 얼굴에 갖다대고 세안을 한다.
이후, 상기 클렌징용 스펀지(500)가 오염되어 교환이 필요한 경우에는 스펀지 탈착부재(600)의 일측을 들어올리면 되며, 상기와 같이 스펀지 탈착부재(600)의 일측을 들어올리면 스펀지 탈착부재(600)가 힌지핀(610)을 중심으로 회전하면서 클렌징용 지지수단(400)으로부터 이격된다.
이때 상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)는 볼록부(600a)가 형성되어 있고 이에 상응하여 클렌징용 지지수단(400)에는 오목부(400a)가 형성되어 상호 맞물려 있는 구조인바, 강제로 스펀지 탈착부재(600)를 탈거시키게 되면 상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)가 클렌징용 지지수단(400)으로부터 강제로 이탈되면서 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 외부로 이탈시킬 수 있게 된다.
이후, 새로운 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 구비하여 상기 클렌징용 지지수단(400) 상부에 올려놓은후 상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)를 힌지핀(610)을 중심으로 회동하여 클렌징용 지지수단(400)에 결합시키게 되면 클렌징용 스펀지(500)가 임시 결합되어 다시 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 사용할 수 있는 상태로 놓이게 된다.
결국, 본 고안은 감속된 속도로 클렌징용 지지수단(400)을 회동시켜 상기 클렌징용 지지수단(400)의 상부에 설치되는 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 이용하여 얼굴 세안이 가능하며, 교체가 필요할 때에는 스펀지 탈착부재(600)를 클렌징용 지지수단(400)으로부터 탈거하여 쉽게 클렌징용 스펀지(500)의 교체가 가능하여 보다 위생적으로 클렌징용 스펀지(500)를 이용할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 손으로 파지하기 용이한 형태의 하우징(100)과;
    상기 하우징의 내측에 결합되는 전원부(200)와;
    상기 하우징의 내측에 설치하되 전원부와 전기적으로 접속되어 전원부로부터 전기를 공급받아 회전하는 감속부(300)와;
    상기 감속부의 중심축에 연결되어 감속부의 회전속도에 상응하여 회전하는 클렌징 지지수단(400)과;
    상기 클렌징 지지수단의 표면에 장착되며 수분을 포함한 상태에서 클렌징 지지수단(400)의 회전에 상응하여 회전하면서 사용자의 얼굴을 세척하기 위한 클렌징용 스펀지(500)와;
    원형링 형태로 이루어지며 상기 클렌징용 지지수단의 상부에 결합되면서 크렌징용 스펀지의 테두리를 압착하여 임시 결합시키는 스펀지 탈착부재(600)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 클렌징 패드 교체가 가능한 클렌징 화장용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)는,
    상기 클렌징용 지지수단(400)의 일측과 힌지핀(610)으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클렌징 패드 교체가 가능한 클렌징 화장용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 스펀지 탈착부재(600)의 일측에는 볼록부(600a)를 형성하고, 이에 상응하여 임시 결합되도록 클렌징용 지지수단(400)의 일측에는 오목부(400a)를 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클렌징 패드 교체가 가능한 클렌징 화장용기.
