现有的包装袋生产设备,通常是采用压烫的方式来进行包装袋的加工,也就是说,原料上选用的是上下两片独立的膜料,用设备将上下两片膜料压合在一起,这样的生产方式虽然简便快捷,但是所产出的劣质塑料袋很多,比如压合处偏斜、压合处未压牢,造成塑料袋非常容易开裂,质量不佳。

第七步:利用上模板15、下模板16和压模板17三组模板压住主膜1,使得主膜1底部折边重新折回,最终完成底部成型,形成连续的包装袋;
第八步:通过切断装置,在连续包装袋之间按裁切线18进行裁切,切断后,形成方底的包装袋成品。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,包括主膜输送装置、侧风琴膜输送装置、侧风琴膜对折装置、主膜对折装置、切线装置、点烫装置、模板成形装置、侧风琴折角装置和切断装置,其特征在于:
    所述主膜输送装置用于输运主膜(1);
    所述侧风琴膜输送装置用于输送侧风琴膜(2);
    所述侧风琴膜对折装置用于对折侧风琴膜(2),以形成侧风琴料(4);
    所述主膜对折装置用于将主膜(1)进行对中对折,形成一体的上、下两层膜;
    所述切线装置用于在主膜(1)上滚出对折虚线(10);
    所述点烫装置用于将侧风琴料(4)点烫在主膜(1)上;
    所述模板成形装置用于包装袋成形;
    所述侧风琴折角装置用于对侧风琴料(4)折角,形成菱形底;
    所述切断装置用于切断包装袋。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述侧风琴膜对折装置具体位于折线区(3),用于将侧风琴膜(2)进行对折,形成两折底,并将对折的侧风琴膜(2)送至主膜(1)上,切断后形成侧风琴料(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述侧风琴料(4)沿主膜(1)的长边方向等距平行设置,且侧风琴料(4)之间等长。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述主膜对折装置具体为对折装置(6),且对折装置(6)包括立辊(5)和平整辊(7),所述立辊(5)和平整辊(7)之间呈相互垂直放置,且立辊(5)和平整辊(7)不相交。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述主膜(1)经过立辊(5)转向至平整辊(7),所述平整辊(7)共设置上下两个,所述主膜(1)穿过平整辊(7)之间间隙,完成对中对折,形成一体的上、下两膜。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述切线装置具体为滚刀(9),所述滚刀(9)在主膜(1)的对折侧滚出对折虚线(10),且对折虚线(10)在主膜(1)的上、下两膜呈相对应设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述点烫装置具体为三角烫块(11),所述三角烫块(11)将侧风琴料(4)的头部点烫在主膜(1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述模板成形装置包括压板模块(12)、插底内模板(13)、辅助压轮(14)、上模板(15)、下模板(16)和压模板(17),所述辅助压轮(14)用于按对折虚线(10)将主膜(1)底部翻折,并将主膜(1)底部折边进行夹持,使主膜(1)底部折边保持固定,所述插底内模板(13)用于将主膜(1)底部撑开,所述压板模块(12)分列上下两侧,用于将 主膜(1)底部折边沿侧面压平。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工设备,其特征在于:所述上模板(15)和下模板(16)分别位于主膜(1)上、下两膜外部,用于将主膜(1)底部折边重新折回,所述压模板(17)用于压主膜(1)底部折边。
  10. 一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工方法,包括上述权利要求1-9中任意一项所述设备,具体操作步骤如下:
    第一步:所述主膜输送装置持续不断的沿主膜(1)长度方向输送主膜(1),所述侧风琴膜输送装置持续不断的沿主膜(1)长度的垂直方向输送侧风琴膜(2);
    第二步:侧风琴膜(2)经过折线区(3),由所述侧风琴膜对折装置进行对折,形成两折底,折叠后的侧风琴膜(2)被送入主膜(1)上,等距离切断,以确定间距继续送入下一段侧风琴膜(2),使在主膜(1)上形成侧风琴料(4);
    第三步:将主膜(1)经过所述主膜对折装置对中对折,所得的对折后的主膜(1)通过托辊(8)继续输送;
    第四步:用所述切线装置对主膜(1)的对折侧进行切线,具体是通过滚刀(9)在主膜(1)的上、下两膜均切出相对应的对折虚线(10),以便于后续底部成形;
    第五步:用三角烫块(11)在侧风琴料(4)头部位置进行点烫,将侧风琴料(4)点烫在主膜(1)上;
    第六步:利用压板模块(12)、插底内模板(13)和辅助压轮(14),使得主膜(1)底部按照模板尺寸成形,通过所述侧风琴折角装置对侧风琴料(4)折角,形成菱形底;
    第七步:利用上模板(15)、下模板(16)和压模板(17)三组模板压住主膜(1),使得主膜(1)底部折边重新折回,最终完成底部成型,形成连续的包装袋;
    第八步:通过所述切断装置,在连续包装袋之间按裁切线(18)进行裁切,切断后,形成方底的包装袋成品。
