本实用新型公开了一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,包括控制器壳体、安装在壳体内的电路板和焊接在电路板上的MOS管,MOS管与壳体内壁贴合,还包括弹片和安装在壳体上用于压紧弹片的螺钉,弹片一端与MOS管抵接,另一端与螺钉抵接。本结构热量传导、散热效果好,弹片设在支撑平台和挡块之间的缝隙内,不易滑落,且本结构安装简单,解决了目前市场上很多弹片不易拆装的问题,提高了安装效率。

本实用新型涉及电动车控制器,具体为一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构。
背景技术
目前传统的电动车控制器MOS管的固定方式大多采用铝条配禁锢螺丝的方式使得MOS管固定在控制器外壳的侧壁上,这种固定方式安装不便且成本较高。近几年虽然市场上出现了采用弹簧片来对MOS管固定方式,但是市场上出现的弹簧片只能固定一排的MOS管,造成散热外壳的散热效果无法充分发挥,同时也存在拆装不方便,弹片易滑落的缺点。
实用新型内容
为解决上述MOS管固定成本高,弹片拆装不方便且易滑落的问题,本实用新型提供了如下方案:一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,包括控制器壳体、安装在壳体内的电路板和焊接在电路板上的MOS管,MOS管与壳体内壁贴合,还包括弹片和安装在壳体上用于压紧弹片的螺钉,弹片一端与MOS管抵接,另一端与螺钉抵接。
进一步的,壳体内壁上设有L型支撑平台和挡块,支撑平台和挡块之间留有供弹片穿过的间隙,可保证弹片不易滑落。
进一步的,弹片包括弯折部和压紧部,弯折部设在支撑平台上,压紧部设有一个弧形的凸起部,凸起部与MOS管抵接,设置凸起部与MOS管抵接会产生更大的压力,使MOS管与壳体之间的贴合更加紧密,散热效果好。
进一步的,支撑平台和挡块与壳体内壁连接的地方分别设有凹槽,两个凹槽之间设有螺钉定位板,螺钉定位板上设有通孔,通孔内设有与螺钉外螺纹对应的内螺纹,螺钉定位板为镀锌薄钢板,解决了铝型材太软,不便做螺纹、安装时易产生铝削的问题。
进一步的,弹片为弹性弹片。
进一步的,壳体为铝型材壳体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过螺钉的压力使弹片压合变形,弹力传到MOS管上,实现了MOS管和外壳之间紧密贴合,热量传导、散热效果好,弹片设在支撑平台和挡块之间的缝隙内,不易滑落,且本结构安装简单,解决了目前市场上很多弹片不易拆装的问题,提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
参见图1,本实施例提供了一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,包括控制器壳体1、安装在壳体1内的电路板2和焊接在电路板2上的MOS管3,MOS管3与壳体1内壁贴合,还包括弹片8和安装在壳体1上用于压紧弹片8的螺钉6,弹片8一端与MOS管3抵接,另一端与螺钉6抵接。
壳体1内壁上设有L型支撑平台4和弹片挡块5,支撑平台4和挡块5之间留有供弹片8穿过的间隙,弹片8由弹性材料制成,弹片8包括弯折部81和压紧部82,弯折部81设在支撑平台4上,压紧部82设有一个弧形的凸起部83,凸起部83与MOS管3抵接。支撑平台4和挡块5与壳体1内壁连接的地方分别设有凹槽,两个凹槽之间设有螺钉定位板7,螺钉定位板7上设有通孔,通孔内设有与螺钉6外螺纹对应的内螺纹,螺钉定位板7为镀锌薄钢板。
如图2所示,压缩时,拧紧螺钉6,通过螺钉6的压力使弹片8的弯折部81压合变形,弹力通过压紧部82上的凸起部83传到MOS管上3,实现了MOS管3和外壳1之间紧密贴合,实现了热量的传导和散热。

  1. 一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,包括控制器壳体、安装在壳体内的电路板和焊接在所述电路板上的MOS管,所述MOS管与壳体内壁贴合,其特征在于:还包括弹片和安装在壳体上用于压紧弹片的螺钉,所述弹片一端与MOS管抵接,另一端与所述螺钉抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述壳体内壁上设有L型支撑平台和挡块,所述支撑平台和所述挡块之间留有供弹片穿过的间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述弹片包括弯折部和压紧部,所述弯折部设在支撑平台上,所述压紧部设有一个弧形的凸起部,所述凸起部与MOS管抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述支撑平台和所述挡块与壳体内壁连接的地方分别设有凹槽,两个凹槽之间设有螺钉定位板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述螺钉定位板上设有通孔,所述通孔内设有与螺钉外螺纹对应的内螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述螺钉定位板为镀锌薄钢螺钉定位板。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述弹片为弹性弹片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器MOS管固定结构,其特征在于:所述壳体为铝型材壳体。
