2、固定组件包括穿接杆,穿接杆的第一端与鞋舌相固定,而穿接杆的第二 端设置有阵列式分布的弹性片,阵列式分布的弹性片使得弹性片与鞋面之间的受力均匀,从而使得穿接杆通过弹性片能够稳定地抵接在鞋面上,弹性片的结构使得鞋舌和鞋面之间有一定的弹性,从而提高脚部的舒适性,同时,鞋面上形成的花瓣状结构也使得鞋面具有美观性,提高消费者的满意度。
3、穿接杆和各弹性片一体化成型,且弹性片的端部为圆弧状结构,一体化成型的穿接杆和弹片结构更加稳定,且使得穿接杆与弹性片的加工更加简单,减少加工成本,弹性片的端部为圆弧状结构则能够避免弹性片尖锐的边角对鞋面造成损伤,且使得穿接杆和弹性片的连接处圆滑过渡。
4、固定组件还包括连接片、拉环和若干伸缩弹簧,连接片作为穿接杆与鞋舌之间的连接载体,从而使得穿接杆与鞋舌的连接更加方便,拉环能够沿着穿接杆的长度方向往复滑移,当用户穿好鞋子之后,将拉环朝向弹性片一端滑动,此时伸缩弹簧被拉伸,弹性片由于受到拉环的限位作用向内聚拢并围设成一个刚好穿过圆形通孔的柱体,当穿过圆形通孔之后,用户将手放开,伸缩弹簧释放弹性势能从而使得拉环复位,而此时弹性片失去了拉环的限位作用,弹性片向外张开呈花瓣状结构抵接在鞋面上,上述结构使得固定组件与鞋面的固定更加便捷。
5、该鞋舌防歪结构还包括缓冲件,连接片通过缓冲件与鞋舌固定连接,通过在连接片和鞋舌之间设置缓冲件,则用户在行走时缓冲件能够起到缓冲作用,即缓冲件能够被拉长或被挤压缩短,从而不影响鞋舌的形变需求,同时提高脚部的舒适性。
6、穿接杆和各弹性片的材质均为金属,由于弹性片或多次聚拢或张开,采用金属材料能够提高弹性片的延展性从而避免弹性片损坏,进而延长了固定组件的使用寿命。
7、鞋舌和鞋面通过拆卸组件可拆卸连接,由此可以在清洗鞋子的时候,将鞋舌拆下单独清洗,便于对鞋舌的清洁且能够根据需求更换鞋舌。
8、拆卸组件包括相对应的第一卡扣和第二卡扣,鞋舌通过第二卡扣与第一卡扣相连接,由此能够通过连接或分离第一卡扣和第二卡扣,从而实现鞋面和鞋舌的固定或分离操作,操作方便且成本低廉。
9、拆卸组件包括第一连接带和第二连接带,鞋舌通过第二连接带与第一连接带相连接,即第一连接带和第二连接带之间通过魔术贴实现连接,而第一连 接带和第二连接带为柔性结构,提高穿着的舒适性,且实现鞋舌和鞋面牢固连接,便于鞋舌的拆卸及清洁。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供一种鞋舌防歪结构,包括鞋面1、鞋舌2和固定组件3,所述鞋面1的上表面设有一开口部4,所述鞋舌2的前端固定连接在所述开口部4的前端,所述鞋面1在位于所述开口部4的两侧设有相对设置的连接通孔11,所述固定组件3与所述连接通孔11一一对应,所述固定组件3穿设于所述连接通孔11,且所述固定组件3的两端分别与所述鞋面1和所述鞋舌2相连接,位于开口部4两侧的固定组件3将鞋面1和鞋舌2固定,从而使得鞋舌2得到定位,由此避免鞋舌2发生偏移,从而保证鞋舌2不会因偏移产生褶皱,保证鞋子整体外观良好,且保证了脚部的舒适性。需要指出的是, 在本实施例中,鞋舌2的前端与鞋面1相固定,连接通孔11靠近开口部4的后侧设置,固定组件3穿过连接通孔11将鞋舌2和鞋面1连接,即鞋舌2的前端和后端均得到固定,由此固定组件3能够更好地将鞋舌2固定,固定组件3和连接通孔11的数量均为两个,两个固定组件3相对设置的结构使得鞋舌2两侧均匀受力,但固定组件3的数量也可以根据需求设置为四个或六个等,但本实施例采用两个相对设置的固定组件3成本低廉且保证鞋舌2的定位效果良好,其将鞋舌2的相对两侧都固定住,可以防止鞋舌2倾斜,结构简单且成本低,为优选方案。
基于以上技术方案,鞋面1在位于开口部4的两侧设有相对设置的连接通孔11,固定组件3与连接通孔11一一对应,固定组件3穿设于连接通孔11,且固定组件3的两端分别与鞋面1和鞋舌2相连接,位于开口部4两侧的固定组件3将鞋面1和鞋舌2固定,而固定组件3相对设置的结构使得鞋舌2两侧均匀受力,从而使得鞋舌2得到稳定固定,由此避免鞋舌2发生偏移,从而保证鞋舌2不会因偏移产生褶皱,保证鞋子整体外观良好,且保证了脚部的舒适性。
在本实施例中,所述固定组件3包括穿接杆31,所述穿接杆31的第一端与所述鞋舌2固定连接,所述穿接杆31的第二端设置有若干弹性片31a,各所述弹性片31a以所述穿接杆31的中心轴线为阵列中心呈阵列分布于所述穿接杆31的第二端,所述弹性片31a的端部朝向所述鞋面1弯折并形成花瓣状结构,且各所述弹性片31a的背侧均与所述鞋面1相抵接,基于上述结构,穿接杆31的第一端与鞋舌2相固定,而穿接杆31的第二端设置有阵列式分布的弹性片31a,阵列式分布的弹性片31a使得弹性片31a与鞋面1之间的受力均匀,从而使得穿接杆31通过弹性片31a能够稳定地抵接在鞋面1上,弹性片31a的结构使得鞋舌2和鞋面1之间有一定的弹性,从而提高脚部的舒适性,同时,鞋面1上形成的花瓣状结构也使得鞋面1具有美观性,提高消费者的满意度。进一步地,所述穿接杆31和各所述弹性片31a一体化成型,且所述弹性片31a的端部为圆弧状结构,一体化成型的穿接杆31和弹片结构更加稳定,且使得穿接杆31与弹性片31a的加工更加简单,减少加工成本,弹性片31a的端部为圆弧状结构则能够避免弹性片31a尖锐的边角对鞋面1造成损伤,且使得穿接杆31和弹性 片31a的连接处圆滑过渡。
具体地,所述固定组件3还包括连接片32、拉环33和若干伸缩弹簧34,所述穿接杆31的第一端与所述连接片32相连接,所述连接片32固定连接于所述鞋舌2,所述拉环33套设于所述穿接杆31且位于所述鞋面1的内侧,拉动所述拉环33沿所述穿接杆31进行往复滑动使得各所述弹性片31a聚拢或张开,且各所述弹性片31a处于聚拢状态时能够穿过所述连接通孔11;所述伸缩弹簧34的一端与所述拉环33相连接,所述伸缩弹簧34的另一端与所述连接片32相连接。基于上述结构,连接片32作为穿接杆31与鞋舌2之间的连接载体,从而使得穿接杆31与鞋舌2的连接更加方便,拉环33能够沿着穿接杆31的长度方向往复滑移,当用户穿好鞋子之后,将拉环33朝向弹性片31a一端滑动,此时伸缩弹簧34被拉伸,弹性片31a由于受到拉环33的限位作用向内聚拢并围设成一个刚好穿过圆形通孔的柱体,当穿过圆形通孔之后,用户将手放开,伸缩弹簧34释放弹性势能从而使得拉环33复位,而此时弹性片31a失去了拉环33的限位作用,弹性片31a向外张开呈花瓣状结构抵接在鞋面1上,上述结构使得固定组件3与鞋面1的固定更加便捷,且伸缩弹簧34使得拉环33具有复位功能,进一步使得固定组件3的操作方便,而弹性片31a呈花瓣状的结构既可以固定将鞋舌2与鞋面1相固定,也起到了装饰作用。
优选地,所述穿接杆31的第一端固定连接在所述连接片32的中心,从而保证穿接杆31通过连接片32能够稳定地与鞋舌2相连接,各所述伸缩弹簧34沿所述连接片32的周部呈均匀分布,伸缩弹簧34的阵列分布结构使得拉环33均匀受力,保证拉环33在伸缩弹簧34的拉力下能够稳定实现复位。
其中,该鞋舌防歪结构还包括缓冲件5,所述连接片32通过所述缓冲件5与所述鞋舌2固定连接,固定组件3实现了对鞋舌2两侧的固定,而用户在行走时,鞋舌2会产生一定的形变,若是直接采用穿接杆31连接,穿接杆31与鞋舌2之间为刚性连接,则会使得鞋舌2无法发生形变,无法适应人体的动态需求,且穿接杆31与鞋舌2的固定结构会对脚部造成抵压,影响用户的舒适度,通过在连接片32和鞋舌2之间设置缓冲件5,则用户在行走时缓冲件5能够起到缓冲作用,即缓冲件5能够被拉长或被挤压缩短,从而不影响鞋舌2的形变需求,同时提高脚部的舒适性。而本实施例中,缓冲件5可以选用橡胶或硅胶 等弹性材料。
进一步地,所述穿接杆31和各所述弹性片31a的材质均为金属,由于弹性片31a或多次聚拢或张开,采用金属材料能够提高弹性片31a的延展性从而避免弹性片31a损坏,进而延长了固定组件3的使用寿命。优选地,所述鞋舌2和所述鞋面1通过拆卸组件可拆卸连接,由此可以在清洗鞋子的时候,将鞋舌2拆下单独清洗,便于对鞋舌2的清洁且能够根据需求更换鞋舌2。
作为一种具体实施方式,参见图3,所述拆卸组件包括相对应的第一卡扣6和第二卡扣7,所述第一卡扣6固定连接于所述鞋面1的底侧,所述第二卡扣7固定连接于所述鞋舌2,所述鞋舌2通过所述第二卡扣7与所述第一卡扣6相连接,由此能够通过连接或分离第一卡扣6和第二卡扣7,从而实现鞋面1和鞋舌2的固定或分离操作,操作方便且成本低廉。
作为另外一种具体实施方式,参见图4,所述拆卸组件包括第一连接带8和第二连接带9,所述第一连接带8固定连接在所述鞋面1的底侧,所述第二连接带9固定连接于所述鞋舌2,所述第一连接带8设有魔术贴钩刺,所述第二连接带9设置有与所述魔术贴钩刺相对应的魔术贴绒面,所述鞋舌2通过所述第二连接带9与所述第一连接带8相连接,即第一连接带8和第二连接带9之间通过魔术贴实现连接,而第一连接带8和第二连接带9为柔性结构,提高穿着的舒适性,且实现鞋舌2和鞋面1牢固连接,便于鞋舌2的拆卸及清洁。
为了实现相同的目的,本实施还提供了一种鞋子,包括上述的鞋舌防歪结构,固定组件3相对设置的结构使得鞋舌2两侧均匀受力,从而使得鞋舌2得到稳定固定,由此避免鞋舌2发生偏移,从而保证鞋舌2不会因偏移产生褶皱,保证鞋子整体外观良好,且保证了脚部的舒适性。
采用本发明实施例的鞋子及鞋舌防歪结构,鞋面1在位于开口部4的两侧设有相对设置的连接通孔11,固定组件3与连接通孔11一一对应,固定组件3穿设于连接通孔11,且固定组件3的两端分别与鞋面1和鞋舌2相连接,位于开口部4两侧的固定组件3将鞋面1和鞋舌2固定,而固定组件3相对设置的结构使得鞋舌2两侧均匀受力,从而使得鞋舌2得到稳定固定,由此避免鞋舌2发生偏移,从而保证鞋舌2不会因偏移产生褶皱,保证鞋子整体外观良好,且保证了脚部的舒适性。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:包括鞋面、鞋舌和固定组件,所述鞋面的上表面设有一开口部,所述鞋舌的前端固定连接在所述开口部的前端,所述鞋面在位于所述开口部的两侧设有相对设置的连接通孔,所述固定组件与所述连接通孔一一对应,所述固定组件穿设于所述连接通孔,且所述固定组件的两端分别与所述鞋面和所述鞋舌相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述固定组件包括穿接杆,所述穿接杆的第一端与所述鞋舌固定连接,所述穿接杆的第二端设置有若干弹性片,各所述弹性片以所述穿接杆的中心轴线为阵列中心呈阵列分布于所述穿接杆的第二端,所述弹性片的端部朝向所述鞋面弯折并形成花瓣状结构,且各所述弹性片的背侧均与所述鞋面相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述穿接杆和各所述弹性片一体化成型,且所述弹性片的端部为圆弧状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述固定组件还包括连接片、拉环和若干伸缩弹簧,所述穿接杆的第一端与所述连接片相连接,所述连接片固定连接于所述鞋舌,所述拉环套设于所述穿接杆且位于所述鞋面的内侧,拉动所述拉环沿所述穿接杆进行往复滑动使得各所述弹性片聚拢或张开,且各所述弹性片处于聚拢状态时能够穿过所述连接通孔;
    所述伸缩弹簧的一端与所述拉环相连接,所述伸缩弹簧的另一端与所述连接片相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述穿接杆的第一端固定连接在所述连接片的中心,各所述伸缩弹簧沿所述连接片的周部呈均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:还包括缓冲件,所述连接片通过所述缓冲件与所述鞋舌固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述穿接杆和各所述弹性片的材质均为金属。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述鞋舌和所述鞋面通过拆卸组件可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述拆卸组件包括相对应的第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣固定连接于所述鞋面的底侧,所述第二卡扣固定连接于所述鞋舌,所述鞋舌通过所述第二卡扣与所述第一卡扣相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的鞋舌防歪结构,其特征在于:所述拆卸组件包括第一连接带和第二连接带,所述第一连接带固定连接在所述鞋面的底侧,所述第二连接带固定连接于所述鞋舌,所述第一连接带设有魔术贴钩刺,所述第二连接带设置有与所述魔术贴钩刺相对应的魔术贴绒面,所述鞋舌通过所述第二连接带与所述第一连接带相连接。
  11. 一种鞋子,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至10任一项所述的鞋舌防歪结构。
