一种基于互联网的无人机货物自动收发平台 技术领域
本发明涉及物流收发技术领域,特别是一种基于互联网的无人机货物自动收发平台。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,现在的物流行业的工作量越来越大,从刚开始的纯人工配送,到菜鸟驿站的兴起,都是物流收发行业的变革,但是现在的物流行业大都还停留在快递员与收货员对接的状态,这样不仅会浪费时间,有时候忘记取快递对生活也会造成一定的影响,现在还有一些采用无人机派送的方式,但是接受还是靠人工进行接受,实用性并不高,但是无人机派送在未来的社会发展中,会因为其快速作为主流。
因此设计一种可以自动的将货物通过无人机可以直接派送至家中,同时配带可以自动接收货物的装置是非常有必要的。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明提供了一种基于互联网的无人机货物自动收发平台,以很好的实现对无人机派送小件货物的自动接收,同时可以对接收到的包裹进行汇总整理。
其解决的技术方案包括箱体,箱体的右侧靠近建筑物的外墙布置,箱体的上部设有可左右滑动的收发箱,收发箱右侧的墙壁上设有与收发箱位置相对应的开口,收发箱向右滑动可通过开口伸出墙壁外部,开口处设有可转动的挡板,收发箱不转动时,挡板处于竖直状态,此时挡板可封堵开口,挡板的外侧壁与建筑物墙体的外部装饰一致,箱体的后侧设有包裹收集装置,箱体的上部设有置于收发箱前侧的推杆,推杆可前后滑动,推杆向后滑动时可推动收发箱内的包裹进入包裹收集装置,箱体的左侧设有动力系统以及控制系统。
本发明构思新颖,结构巧妙,可以很好的实现对无人机派送小件货物的自动接收,同时可以对接收到的包裹进行汇总整理,实用性强。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
由图1-5可知,本发明包括箱体1,箱体1的右侧靠近建筑物的外墙布置,箱体1的上部设有可左右滑动的收发箱2,收发箱2右侧的墙壁上设有与收发箱2位置相对应的开口3,收发箱2向右滑动可通过开口3伸出墙壁外部,开口3处设有可转动的挡板4,收发箱2不转动时,挡板4处于竖直状态,此时挡板4可封堵开口3,挡板4的外侧壁与建筑物墙体的外部装饰一致,箱体1的后侧设有包裹收集装置,箱体1的上部设有置于收发箱2前侧的推杆5,推杆5可前后滑动,推杆5向后滑动时可推动收发箱2内的包裹进入包裹收集装置,箱体1的左侧设有动力系统以及控制系统。
为了实现收发箱2的左右滑动,所述的箱体1的上端面开设有滑槽6,收发箱2的下端面设有置于滑槽6内的立板7,立板7的右端与滑槽6的右侧壁之间连接有复位弹簧11,滑槽6的左侧壁上设有电磁铁8,立板7的左端设有磁块9,电磁铁8不通电时,收发箱2在复位弹簧11的作用下位于室内,当电磁铁8通电时,此时电磁铁8与磁块9之间形成互斥力,收发箱2在磁力的左右下可向右滑动并伸出建筑物外部。
为了实现挡板4的转动以及对开口3的封堵效果,所述的挡板4的右端下部铰接在开口3的下侧壁上,开口3的上侧壁上设有可上下伸缩的卡销10,挡板4的上端设有销孔,挡板4处于竖直状态时,卡销10可卡进销孔内实现对挡板4位置的固定。
为了实现卡销10的上下移动,所述的卡销10的上端设有磁块9,磁块9的上方设有电磁铁8,电磁铁8通电可吸引磁块9带动卡销10向上移动,卡销10向上移动后,收发箱2向外滑动可推动挡板4转动并经 开口3伸出建筑物外部。
所述的包裹收集装置包括置于箱体1后侧的柜体12,柜体12内设有可上下移动的缓冲板13,缓冲板13的下端与柜体12的底壁之间连接有减震弹簧14,柜体12的上端高出箱体1的上端,柜体12的上端朝向收发箱2的一侧为开放结构。
为了实现推杆5的前后滑动,所述的推杆5通过液压装置15控制,液压装置15的启动通过电信号控制。
为了实现电磁铁8的通电控制收发箱2以及卡销10的动作,所述的电磁铁8均连接至控制电路,通过控制系统发出的电信号进行控制。
为了实现包裹可进入柜体12内,所述的收发箱2与柜体12相对的后侧板铰接在收发箱2的左右侧板上,后侧板与左右侧板的铰接点之间连接有扭簧,后侧板在扭簧的作用下处于竖直状态,收发箱2的左侧板上设有豁口,推杆5的后侧一端可穿过豁口实现对包裹的推动,使包裹落入柜体12内。
本发明在具体使用是,首先对该装置在室内进行安装,将收发箱2的右侧一端贴合墙壁内侧布置,将电磁铁8以及液压装置15均连接至控制系统,并均连接至家用电力设备,初始状态时,收发箱2位于最左侧,挡板4处于竖直状态,此时挡板4在卡销10的作用下进行固定实现对开口3的封堵,挡板4在外部无法打开,可以很好的实现室内的安全性,挡板4的铰接点与墙壁之间连接有扭簧,扭簧不受力时挡板4处于竖直状态,当需要接收无人机的货物时,当无人机飞行到墙壁外侧时,会通过网络信号连接室内的控制系统,当信号接受完毕后,控制系统会发出电信号,控制电磁铁8通电,收发箱2部位的电磁铁8通电会通过互斥的磁力推动立板7上的磁块9推动收发箱2向外侧移动,同时卡销10部位的电磁铁8会吸引卡销10向上移动,使卡销10脱离销孔,解除对挡板4位置的限定,此时收发箱2向外移动可推动挡板4的转动,并最终伸出墙体外部,此时无人机可将包裹放置在收发箱2内,收发箱2的端面上设有感应装置,当感应装置感应到包裹放置在收发箱2内后,此时控制系统会切断电信号,此时收发箱2在复位弹簧11的作用下向内移 动,同时卡销10会向下伸出,挡板4在扭簧的作用下也会转动至竖直状态,并恢复至初始状态;收发箱2接收包裹返回室内后,此时控制系统可控制液压装置15动作,液压装置15动作可推动推杆5前后移动,推杆5向后移动可推动包裹推动收发箱2的后侧板转动,进而包裹可进入柜体12内,并落入柜体12内的缓冲板13上,由于缓冲板13的下端连接有缓冲弹簧,可以在一定程度上减少包裹的损坏,同时当缓冲板13上方接收包裹后,缓冲板13会压缩缓冲弹簧并向下移动,可以存放多个包裹。
本发明在使用的时候可以接受快递,也可以用来接受外卖等通过网络进行的交易,同时在使用时所有的驱动装置以及控制系统可以直接连接至家用电力,也可以在箱体内设计有蓄电池,在家用电力停电的情况下,该装置还可以通过蓄电池进行一端时间的工作,可以有效提高该装置的使用频率。
本发明通过设计了可通过信号控制的可伸出的收发箱2以及可转动的挡板4可以很好的实现对无人机派发货物的自动接收,同时不影响建筑物的整体外观,可接收多个数量的包裹,适用性广,此外通过室内的液压控制的推杆5可以很好的对包括进行整理汇总至柜体12内,可方便后续接收包裹。
本发明构思新颖,结构巧妙,可以很好的实现对无人机派送小件货物的自动接收,同时可以对接收到的包裹进行汇总整理,实用性强。
