Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité extérieure (2) comprenant : un compresseur (10) ; un condenseur (20) ; un échangeur de chaleur (30) destiné à effectuer un échange de chaleur entre un fluide frigorigène coulant à travers un premier passage (H1) et un fluide frigorigène coulant à travers un second passage (H2) ; et un second détendeur (40). L'unité extérieure (2) comprend en outre : un premier passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène (91-94) destiné à amener le fluide frigorigène à couler à partir de la partie d'un passage d'écoulement de circulation, entre la sortie du premier passage (H1) et le second détendeur (40), vers l'entrée du second passage (H2) ; un second passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène (96-98) destiné à amener le fluide frigorigène à couler à partir de la sortie du second passage (H2) vers l'orifice d'entrée (G1) ou vers un orifice à pression intermédiaire (G3) du compresseur (10) ; et une unité (74) de commutation de circuit d'écoulement disposée dans le second circuit d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène et permettant de commuter la destination du fluide frigorigène, sortant de la sortie du second passage (H2), soit vers l'orifice d'aspiration (G1), soit vers l'orifice à pression intermédiaire (G3).
