为了防止具有功能性能的化妆品在使用时被污染或者造成浪费,通常采用滴管来吸取所需要的化妆品并将化妆品准确地涂抹到使用者的目标部位,可达到经济的效果。但是目前滴管一次的吸取量通常是固定的,如果使用者使用了过多的化妆物料,不仅造成化妆物料的浪费而且有可能过剩的化妆物料对使用者的皮肤造成副作用,如果使用了较少的化妆物料,则会达不到使用的效果,需要多次吸取化妆物料,给使用者带来了不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种可调节出料量的化妆品容器,该化妆品容器中的滴管设有多个不同档位,每个档位对应的物料吸取量不同,使用时,消费者可以根据需要来合理选择每次的吸取量,使用十分方便。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可调节出料量的化妆品容器,包括:
瓶体,在所述瓶体的上部设置有开口;
内盖,所述内盖的内壁与所述瓶体的开口螺接,该内盖向上延伸形成内筒,所述内筒外壁设有活动区,该活动区内设有若干个平行布置且具有不同深度的定量槽,所述内盖的下端密封连接一滴管;
外盖,所述外盖套设于内盖的外侧且两者固定连接;
按钮,所述按钮插于所述内盖和外盖之间,且按钮被外盖所止档,所述按钮的内壁设有档位筋,该按钮中央向下延伸形成活塞连接杆,通过旋转按钮,所述档位筋能够对准不同的定量槽,再通过按压按钮,该档位筋沿着定量槽向下运动至定量槽底部;
活塞,所述活塞套设于所述按钮的活塞连接杆上并与所述按钮一起上下移动;
弹性件,所述弹性件弹性地支撑所述按钮。
优选地,所述内盖向上延伸形成外筒并在所述外筒内形成内筒,所述外筒和内筒之间设有夹缝,所述内筒下方设有向下延伸的连接管,该连接管的内侧设有容置槽,所述滴管上端设有径向向外延伸的一圈凸缘,该滴管插于连接管且凸缘刚好固定于所述容置槽内,所述内筒与连接管相互贯通。
优选地,所述外盖上端径向向内形成一圈止档部,所述按钮外壁径向向外形成一圈止档圈,安装时,该止档圈刚好抵靠于外盖的止档部内侧。
优选地,所述活塞与内筒的内壁密封贴合,该活塞与按钮的活塞连接杆相互卡接固定。
优选地,所述弹性件套设于按钮且位于内盖内,该弹性件上端抵靠于所述按钮,下端抵靠于所述内盖。
优选地,所述内筒上的活动区为表面向内凹陷的缺口,所述按钮上的档位筋在活动区内转动而被内筒其他区域所止档,所述定量槽为沿活动区竖直设置的凹槽,所有定量槽的上端开口处于同一个水平位置,当按钮处于自然状态时,所述档位筋的最下端与定量槽的开口处齐平。
优选地,相邻两个定量槽之间设有弧形凸起,至少一个定量槽刚好容置按钮的档位筋亦即当档位筋位于此定量槽内时按钮无法 向下移动。
优选地,所述内筒上设有两个对称的活动区,两个活动区内设有相同个数的定量槽,所述按钮上相应地设有两个档位筋。
优选地,所述内盖内设有安装槽,该安装槽内安装有垫片,该垫片密封于瓶体的开口。
优选地,所述瓶体开口上套设一刮料件,刮料件的内壁紧密套设于滴管的外壁。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明自上而下依次为按钮、盖体包括内盖和外盖、滴管以及瓶体,其中内盖和外盖通过卡槽和凸起固定连接在一起,通过按压按钮使得滴管内吸取一定量的化妆物料,本化妆品物料通过在内盖上设有一组不同深度的定量槽,当按钮上的档位筋位于不同深度的定量槽中时,向下移动的距离不同,因此吸取的化妆物料的量也不同,从而满足消费者不同的需求,本发明操作简单、节约物料且安全卫生,具有较强的使用性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:如图1-13所示,一种可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:包括:瓶体80,在所述瓶体的上部设置有开口;内盖60,所述内盖的内壁与所述瓶体80的开口螺接,该内盖向上延伸形成内筒62,所述内筒62外壁设有活动区,该活动区内设有若干个平行布置且具有不同深度的定量槽64,所述内盖的下端密封连接一滴管70;外盖50,所述外盖50套设于内盖60的外侧且两者固定连接;按钮10,所述按钮10插于所述内盖60和外盖50之间,且按钮被外盖所止档,所述按钮10的内壁设有档位筋12,该按钮中央向下延伸形成活塞连接杆11,通过旋转按钮,所述档位筋12能够对准不同的定量槽64,再通过按压按钮,该档位筋12沿着定量槽向下运动至定量槽底部;活塞20,所述活塞20套设于所述按钮的活塞连接杆11上并与所述按钮一起上下移动;弹性件30,所述弹性件30弹性地支撑所述按钮10。本发明自上而下依次为按钮、盖体包括内盖和外盖、滴管以及瓶体,其中内盖和外盖通过卡槽和凸起固定连接在一起,两者的上部之间具有空隙,按钮10套设于内盖上端且置于该空隙内,外盖50上的止档部用于限制按钮向上 的位置,使得按钮位于盖体内部,按钮10能够相对于内盖60旋转也能相对于内盖进行上下移动,按钮旋转的区域被限制在内筒62的活动区,弹性件30套设于按钮10上,且其位于外筒61与内筒62之间的夹缝内,用于按钮的原位恢复,按钮10下端固定连接活塞20,活塞与内筒62的内壁密封连接,内盖60的下端密封连接滴管70,滴管置于瓶体80内,瓶体用于盛放化妆物料,瓶体与内盖螺纹连接,因此当活塞向下运动时能够赶走滴管中的气体而当活塞在弹性件作用下恢复原位时吸取化妆物料。本发明通过在内盖上设有一组不同深度的定量槽,当按钮上的档位筋12位于不同定量槽中时,向下移动的距离不同,因此吸取的化妆物料的量也不同,从而满足消费者不同的需求,本发明操作简单、节约物料且安全卫生,具有较强的使用性能。本发明适用于液体化妆物料,使用时,消费者旋转盖体,使得盖体与瓶体80分离,再将顶部的按钮10旋转至需要的出料量处,按压按钮,活塞20沿内筒内壁向下运动将滴管中的空气挤出,然后松开按钮,则按钮在弹性件亦即弹簧的弹力下,带动活塞20向上运动,则滴管吸取化妆物料,消费者取出盖体后按压按钮10挤出滴管中的化妆物料使用即可。
其中,所述弹性件30套设于按钮且位于内盖60内,该弹性件上端抵靠于所述按钮10,下端抵靠于所述内盖60。该弹性件可为弹簧等,弹性件上端套于按钮外侧,下端置于内筒和外筒之间的夹缝66内,正常情况下弹性件处于自然状态,按压按钮时,弹性件被压缩变形,松开按钮后,弹性件利用其恢复力推动按钮向上运动至初始状态。所述活塞20与内筒62的内壁密封贴合,该活塞与按钮的活塞连接杆11相互卡接固定。
如图6所示,所述外盖50上端径向向内形成一圈止档部51,所述按钮10外壁径向向外形成一圈止档圈13,安装时,该止档圈13刚好抵靠于外盖的止档部51内侧。利用止档圈和止档部的相互 配合来限制按钮的位置。
如图7所示,所述内盖60向上延伸形成外筒61并在所述外筒内形成内筒62,所述外筒61和内筒62之间设有夹缝66,所述内筒62下方设有向下延伸的连接管63,该连接管63的内侧设有容置槽65,所述滴管70上端设有径向向外延伸的一圈凸缘71,该滴管插于连接管63且凸缘71刚好固定于所述容置槽65内,所述内筒62与连接管63相互贯通。内盖60分为上下两部分结构,上部分包括内筒和外筒,下部分包括螺纹管和连接管,其中外筒和螺纹管不连通而内筒和连接管上下连通,按钮10连接的活塞插于内筒62内壁,按钮上的档位筋位于内筒的外壁上设有的活动区,螺纹管内壁设有内螺纹,瓶体80开口处与该内螺纹螺接,连接管63用于固定滴管70,所述滴管70下端的出料口设成锥形,便于取料和放料。
如图8所示,所述内筒62上的活动区为表面向内凹陷的缺口,所述按钮上的档位筋12在活动区内转动而被内筒其他区域所止档,所述定量槽64为沿活动区竖直设置的凹槽,所有定量槽64的上端开口处于同一个水平位置,当按钮处于自然状态时,所述档位筋12的最下端与定量槽64的开口处齐平。相邻两个定量槽64之间设有弧形凸起,至少一个定量槽64刚好容置按钮的档位筋12亦即当档位筋位于此定量槽内时按钮无法向下移动。也就是其中一个定量槽是关闭档位,不用时将档位筋12调整至此,按钮无法向下按压,防止误操作;在本实施例中,如图9所示,共设有四个定量槽64,分别称之为1档、2档、3档和4档,1档最深,4档为关闭档,假设1档可以吸取容量为a的化妆物料,2档可以吸取2/3a化妆物料,3档可以吸取1/3a化妆物料,为了使用方便,在按钮在外部设有指示箭头,在外盖上与内盖中不同定量槽相对应处设有出料量指示标识以及档位,旋转按钮使得按钮外侧的指示箭头对应于不同的档位,则按下按钮所取出的物料量与指示标识上的出料量相一致,以 此来满足消费者不同的需求;设有的弧形凸起能够让消费者调节档位时,相对地增大一定的力度,同时具有触感,提高调档的准确性。所述内筒62上设有两个对称的活动区,两个活动区内设有相同个数的定量槽64,所述按钮上相应地设有两个档位筋12。这样,旋转按钮时,两个档位筋能够同时插入相同档位的定量槽64内,提高了操作的稳定性及对称感。
所述内盖60内设有安装槽67,该安装槽内安装有垫片40,该垫片40密封于瓶体80的开口。用以防止瓶体内的化妆品物料泄漏。所述瓶体80开口上套设一刮料件,刮料件的内壁紧密套设于滴管70的外壁。该刮料件在图中未示出,将刮料件紧密套设于滴管的外壁以便于当旋下盖体使用化妆品物料时,能够将粘于滴管外壁的物料刮下,不会造成物料的浪费和对外物的污染。
本发明的组装及使用过程:
组装过程:如图13所示,图中箭头表示组装方向及流向,
第一步:将活塞20插入按钮的活塞连接杆11上;
第二步:将装有活塞的按钮10放入外盖50内,并将弹性件30置于外盖内且套于按钮外侧,得外盖组件;
第三步:将滴管70从内筒62的上部插入内盖60内,并使得滴管的凸缘安装于内盖中的容置槽65内,再将垫片40安装于内盖的安装槽67内,得内盖组件;
第四步:将内盖组件安装于外盖组件中,使得内盖中的内筒插入活塞与按钮之间,并将瓶体80与内盖旋紧,组装完成。
使用过程:本发明适用于液体化妆物料,使用时,消费者旋转盖体,使得盖体与瓶体80分离,再将顶部的按钮10上指示箭头旋转至需要的档位处,按压按钮,活塞20沿内筒内壁向下运动将滴管中的空气挤出,然后松开按钮,则按钮在弹性件亦即弹簧的弹力下,带动活塞20向上运动,则滴管吸取化妆物料,消费者取出盖 体后按压按钮10挤出滴管中的化妆物料使用即可;使用完毕后将按钮旋转至停止档位,再将盖体与瓶体旋紧备用。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:包括:
    瓶体(80),在所述瓶体的上部设置有开口;
    内盖(60),所述内盖的内壁与所述瓶体(80)的开口螺接,该内盖向上延伸形成内筒(62),所述内筒(62)外壁设有活动区,该活动区内设有若干个平行布置且具有不同深度的定量槽(64),所述内盖的下端密封连接一滴管(70);
    外盖(50),所述外盖(50)套设于内盖(60)的外侧且两者固定连接;
    按钮(10),所述按钮(10)插于所述内盖(60)和外盖(50)之间,且按钮被外盖所止档,所述按钮(10)的内壁设有档位筋(12),该按钮中央向下延伸形成活塞连接杆(11),通过旋转按钮,所述档位筋(12)能够对准不同的定量槽(64),再通过按压按钮,该档位筋(12)沿着定量槽向下运动至定量槽底部;
    活塞(20),所述活塞(20)套设于所述按钮的活塞连接杆(11)上并与所述按钮一起上下移动;
    弹性件(30),所述弹性件(30)弹性地支撑所述按钮(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内盖(60)向上延伸形成外筒(61)并在所述外筒内形成内筒(62),所述外筒(61)和内筒(62)之间设有夹缝(66),所述内筒(62)下方设有向下延伸的连接管(63),该连接管(63)的内侧设有容置槽(65),所述滴管(70)上端设有径向向外延伸的一圈凸缘(71),该滴管插于连接管(63)且凸缘(71)刚好固定于所述容置槽(65)内,所述内筒(62)与连接管(63)相互贯通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征 在于:所述外盖(50)上端径向向内形成一圈止档部(51),所述按钮(10)外壁径向向外形成一圈止档圈(13),安装时,该止档圈(13)刚好抵靠于外盖的止档部(51)内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述活塞(20)与内筒(62)的内壁密封贴合,该活塞与按钮的活塞连接杆(11)相互卡接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述弹性件(30)套设于按钮且位于内盖(60)内,该弹性件上端抵靠于所述按钮(10),下端抵靠于所述内盖(60)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内筒(62)上的活动区为表面向内凹陷的缺口,所述按钮上的档位筋(12)在活动区内转动而被内筒其他区域所止档,所述定量槽(64)为沿活动区竖直设置的凹槽,所有定量槽(64)的上端开口处于同一个水平位置,当按钮处于自然状态时,所述档位筋(12)的最下端与定量槽(64)的开口处齐平。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:相邻两个定量槽(64)之间设有弧形凸起,至少一个定量槽(64)刚好容置按钮的档位筋(12)亦即当档位筋位于此定量槽内时按钮无法向下移动。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内筒(62)上设有两个对称的活动区,两个活动区内设有相同个数的定量槽(64),所述按钮上相应地设有两个档位筋(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内盖(60)内设有安装槽(67),该安装槽内安装有垫片(40),该垫片(40)密封于瓶体(80)的开口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节出料量的化妆品容器,其特 征在于:所述瓶体(80)开口上套设一刮料件,刮料件的内壁紧密套设于滴管(70)的外壁。
