Description
本发明涉及折弯机技术领域,具体为一种建筑用钢筋折弯机。
在建筑工地上钢筋运用十分普遍,且钢筋用于特殊工作时需要进行整平弯折,由于钢筋到的强度较高,通常需要用到折弯机,但传统的折弯机只能对一种直径的钢筋进行弯折,功能较为单一,为此,我们提出一种建筑用钢筋折弯机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑用钢筋折弯机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑用钢筋折弯机,包括底座,所述底座前端面从左到右依次设置有转盘、固定块和下从动辊,所述转盘中心通过轴承连接有转杆,所述转杆的后端贯穿底座前端面设置有旋转电机,所述下从动辊后端通过转动连接件与底座前端面连接,所述转盘前端面左侧设置有连接块,所述连接块前端面设置有左右贯通的活动槽,活动槽内卡接有套筒,所述底座前端面右侧设置有活动槽,活动槽内滑动连接有升降槽,所述升降槽顶部内壁均匀设置有弹簧伸缩杆,所述升降槽左右两侧内壁对称设置有活动槽,两组活动槽内滑动连接有安装槽,所述安装槽顶部与弹簧伸缩杆底部固定连接,所述安装槽内壁通过轴承连接有主动轴和从动轴,所述主动轴的后端贯穿底座后侧外壁设置有电机,且所述底座后侧外壁设置有与主动轴运动相配合的开槽,所述主动轴和从动轴的前端贯穿安装槽前侧外壁分别设置有皮带轮,且两组皮带轮通过皮带连接,所述主动轴和从动轴外壁均套接有上压辊,所述升降槽顶部中心固定连接有丝杆,所述丝杆顶部贯穿底座顶部外壁设置有手柄,所述套筒顶部螺纹连接有螺杆,所述 螺杆顶部设置有调节手柄,所述螺杆底部贯穿套筒延伸至内腔设置有上固定块,且所述螺杆底部与上固定块通过轴承连接,所述上固定块顶部左右两侧均设置有限位杆,且所述套筒设置有与限位杆运动相配合的通孔,所述套筒底部内壁设置有三组安装块,所述安装块顶部外壁设置有凹槽,所述凹槽底部内壁设置有弹簧,所述弹簧顶部连接有连接杆,三组所述连接杆顶部连接有下固定块。
进一步地,所述底座前端面左侧设置有与套筒运动相配合的限位孔,所述限位孔的左侧设置有半圆形刻度盘,且所述半圆形刻度盘的标准刻度等于限位孔的直径。
进一步地,所述限位杆底部与上固定块通过螺纹方式连接,所述限位杆外壁设置有设置有刻度线,且刻度线的标准刻度为两厘米。
进一步地,所述上固定块和下固定块均为弧形,且所述上固定块与下固定块相对一侧外壁均匀设置有活动槽,活动槽内卡接有橡胶垫。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在对钢筋进行弯折时,将钢筋放置在上压辊和下从动辊之间,然后旋转手柄,手柄带动丝杆旋转,丝杆旋转使升降槽向下移动,升降槽将上压辊下降到钢筋顶部然后启动电机,电机带动主动轴和从动轴旋转,主动轴和从动轴带动上压辊旋转对钢筋进行拉伸整平,然后将钢筋插入套筒内,此时旋转调节手柄,调节手柄带动螺杆旋转,螺杆旋转使上固定块上下移动对不同直径的钢筋进行固定,然后启动旋转电机,旋转电机带动转杆和转盘旋转,转盘旋转带动连接块与套筒旋转,套筒旋转与固定块配合将钢筋弯折,根据需要将插杆插入对应的限位孔内,在套筒旋转到插杆位置时,插杆阻止套筒继续旋转,得到需要弯折角度的钢筋,此时旋转电机被停止,而此时弹簧伸缩杆和弹簧形变产生的弹力均对钢筋进 行压紧,避免钢筋在弯折时打滑松动。

如图1所示,底座1前端面左侧设置有与套筒8运动相配合的限位孔19,限位孔19的左侧设置有半圆形刻度盘18,且半圆形刻度盘18的标准刻度等于限位孔19的直径,根据建筑工程需要的钢筋弯折角度,对照半圆形刻度盘18上的刻度将插杆插入限位孔19内,当转盘2带动套筒8旋转到插杆位置时,插杆阻止套筒8继续旋转,此时的钢筋已经达到需要的弯折角度;
如图2所示,限位杆23底部与上固定块22通过螺纹方式连接,限位杆23外壁设置有设置有刻度线,且刻度线的标准刻度为两厘米,根据弯折钢筋的直径旋转调节手柄21,调节手柄21带动螺杆20旋转,螺杆20在限位杆23的配合下旋转带动上固定块22下降,对钢筋进行固定;
如图2所示,上固定块22和下固定块28均为弧形,且上固定块22与下固定块28相对一侧外壁均匀设置有活动槽,活动槽内卡接有橡胶垫,弹簧26形变产生的弹力对钢筋进行压紧,避免在钢筋弯折时松动;
如图1所示,转盘2后端面均匀设置有活动槽,活动槽通过转动连接件连接有滚珠,且底座1前端面设置有与滚珠运动相配合的环形凹槽,提高转盘2与底座1相对运动的流畅性。
实施例:在对钢筋进行弯折时,首先根据钢筋的直径旋转手柄17,手柄17带动丝杆16旋转,丝杆16旋转使升降槽9上下移动,改变了上压辊15与下从动辊4之间的距离,进而对不同直径的钢筋进行整平拉直,然后将钢筋插入套筒8内,此时旋转调节手柄21,调节手柄21带动螺杆20旋转,螺杆20旋转使上固定块22上下移动对钢筋进行压紧,然后启动旋转电机6和电机13,电机13带动主动轴12和从动轴14旋转,主动轴12和从动轴14带动上压辊15旋转对钢筋进行拉伸,此时上压辊15与钢筋接触,旋转电机6带动转杆5和转盘2旋转,转盘2旋转带动连接块7与套筒8旋转,套筒8旋转与固定块3配合将钢筋弯折,而此时弹簧伸缩杆10和弹簧26被压缩,弹簧伸缩杆10和弹簧26形变产生的弹力均对钢筋进行压紧,避免钢筋在弯折时打滑松动。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用钢筋折弯机,其特征在于:所述上固定块(22)和下固定块(28)均为弧形,且所述上固定块(22)与下固定块(28)相对一侧外壁均匀设置有活动槽,活动槽内卡接有橡胶垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用钢筋折弯机,其特征在于:所述转盘(2)后端面均匀设置有活动槽,活动槽通过转动连接件连接有滚珠,且所述底座(1)前端面设置有与滚珠运动相配合的环形凹槽。
