그 중 생체 조직 검사는 환자에게 큰 고통을 야기하며, 고비용이 들뿐만 아니라, 진단까지 긴 시간이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 또한, 환자가 실제 암에 걸린 경우, 생체 조직 검사 과정 중 암의 전이가 유발될 수 있는 위험이 있으며, 생체 조직 검사를 통해 조직 샘플을 얻을 수 없는 부위의 경우, 외과적인 수술을 통해 의심되는 조직의 적출이 이루어지기 전에는 질병의 진단이 불가능한 단점이 있다.

농도는, 더욱 구체적으로는, 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, LC-MS)을 이용하여 측정할 수 있으며, 질량분석기로는 Triple-TOF, Triple Quadrupole 또는 정량성 측정이 가능한 MALDI TOF를 이용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시례에서는 이 7가지 표지자들의 농도를 이용하여 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암을 진단할 수 있다. 4종의 AC, 2PY 및 2종의 LPC 각각의 농도 중 적어도 어느 하나를 사용할 수 있다.
상기 4종의 AC 중 DC의 상기 측정된 농도를 이용하는 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 4종의 AC 즉 DC, HC, OC 및 PC의 상기 측정된 각 농도를 모두 이용하고,
상기 DC, HC, OC 및 PC의 상기 측정된 각 농도에 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18의 상기 측정된 각 농도까지 포함한 모든 농도를 이용하는 것일 수 있다.
상기 7가지 표지자들의 농도 가운데 일부 또는 전부를 이용하여 선형판별분석(Linear Discriminant Analysis, LDA)을 하는 것으로 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암을 판정한다.
이상 설명한 본 발명에 따르면 표지자들의 농도만을 측정하고 선형판별분석하는 것으로 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암을 진단할 수 있다. 따라서 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 진단을 신속하게 수행할 수 있다.
이하 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 일례에 불과하므로 본 발명의 사상이 첨부된 도면에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시례에 따른 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 진단 장치를 나타낸 것이다.
고형암 진단 장치(1)는 농도측정부(100), 전처리부(200) 및 진단부(300)를 포함한다.
농도측정부(100)에서는 생물학적 시료에서 검출한 질량분석 데이터를 획득한다. 질량분석 데이터에는 표지자에 대한 데이터만 포함되어 있을 수 있으며, 표지자는 DC를 포함하며 HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.
질량분석 데이터는 표지자에 대한 농도(표지자에 해당하는 질량피크의 면적)일 수 있다.
전처리부(200)는 측정한 질량피크 면적에 필요한 전처리(preprocessing)를 한다.
실시례에서는 전처리로 질량피크 면적의 상용로그값을 취한 다음 진단부로 데이터를 넘겼다. 다른 실시례에서도 이와 비슷하게 측정한 질량피크 면적에 정규화(normalization) 등을 위해 적절한 배율인자(scaling factor)를 곱하는 등 필요한 전처리를 할 수 있다.
진단부(300)는 전처리한 표지자의 농도를 이용하여 선형판별분석을 하여 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 양성(positive) 또는 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 음성(negative)을 판단한다. 이 과정에서 진단부(300)는 DC의 농도를 단독으로 사용하거나, 4종의 AC(DC, HC, OC, PC)의 농도를 모두 사용하거나, 4종의 AC(DC, HC, OC, PC)의 농도에 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC 18의 농도까지 모두 사용하는 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 진단부(300)는 상기 전처리한 표지자의 농도를 이용하여 사칙연산을 하는 것으로 암의 진단 정보를 판정할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 상기 진단부(300)는 상기 전처리한 표지자의 농도를 이용하여 선형판별분석뿐만 아니라, 더하기, 빼기, 곱셈 및 나누셈을 포함하는 사칙연산을 통해 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 양성(positive) 또는 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 음성(negative)을 판단할 수 있다. 이 과정에서 진단부(300)는 DC의 농도를 단독으로 사용하거나, 4종의 AC(DC, HC, OC, PC)의 농도를 모두 사용하거나, 4종의 AC(DC, HC, OC, PC)의 농도에 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC 18의 농도까지 모두 사용하는 것일 수 있다.
이 외에 고형암 진단 장치(1)는 진단결과를 알려주는 출력부를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 출력부는 디스플레이 장치 또는 프린터 등일 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 고형암 진단 장치(1)는 다양하게 변형될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 필요한 전처리가 없는 경우에는 전처리부(200)를 생략할 수 있다.
이하 실시례를 통해 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명한다. 다만, 본 명세서에서 제시하고 있는 도면 내지 실시예 등은 통상의 기술자에게 의하여 다양한 방식으로 변형되어 여러 가지 형태를 가질 수 있는 바, 본 명세서의 기재사항은 본 발명을 특정 개시 형태에 한정되는 것이 아니고 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하고 있는 것으로 보아야 한다. 또한, 첨부된 도면은 본 발명을 통상의 기술자로 하여금 더욱 정확하게 이해할 수 있도록 돕기 위하여 제시되는 것으로서 실제보다 과장되거나 축소되어 도시될 수 있다.
실시예 1. 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암 및 대장암 진단
혈청의 확보
정상 대조군 36명, 폐암 환자 10명, 담도암 환자 36명, 대장암 환자 36명, 췌장암 환자 36명으로부터 혈청을 확보하였다.
농도 측정 준비
50 ul의 혈청에 0.95 ml의 물과 2 ml의 메탄올, 0.9 ml의 디클로로메탄을 넣어 흔들어서 잘 섞은 후, 얼음 위에서 30분간 방치하였다. 다시 1 ml의 물과 0.9 ml의 디클로로메탄을 넣고, 잘 섞은 후 상온에서 10분, 1,500 rpm 에서 원심 분리를 시행하였다. 원심 분리 후 상층액을 분리하고 질소가스를 이용하여 건조시켰다.
대사체(표지가) 농도 측정
건조시킨 대사체 추출물에 0.1% 포름산에 녹인 후, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC-MS)을 이용하여 분석을 진행하였다.
사용된 LC는 Eksigent ultra LC 110-XL system이며, MS는 AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600+ system였다. MS에는 DuoSpray ion source를 장착하였다.
분석 시료는 먼저 Eksigent ultraLC 110-XL system 에 연결된 Atlantis T3 sentry guard cartridge (3 mm, 2.1 10 mm; Waters)를 통해 분석기 내로 들어가고, Atlantis T3 column (3 mm, 2.1 100 mm; Waters) 내에서 분리되었다.
용매는 two-step linear gradient (solvent A, 0.1% FA in water; solvent B, 100% Acetonitrile; with 1% solvent B for 2min, 1 to 30% B for 6 min, 30 to 90% B for 8 min, 90% B for 4 min, 90 to 1% B for 1 min and 9 min in 1% B)를 사용하였다.
MS는 one full scan (50 to 1,200 m/z range)과 함께 10개의 가장 빈번한 parent ions (mass tolerance, 50 mDa collision energy, 35%)의 tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS)을 수행하였다.
4종의 AC, 2PY 및 2종의 LPC에 해당하는 대사체가 액체크로마토그래피를 통과해서 나오는 시간대와 동일한 시간대의 질량스펙트럼 중, 동일한 질량값을 갖는 질량피크의 면적을 계산하였다.
분석결과
도 2는 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액 내 4종의 AC의 상대정량값(질량피크 면적)을 나타낸 것이다. HC, OC, DC, PC의 혈액 내 상대정량값은 질량분석기를 통하여 획득하였다.
4종의 AC는 모두 정상 대조군에 비해 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암 환자군의 혈액 내에서 대체로 더 낮은 양으로 존재함을 알 수 있다.
또한, 4종의 AC 중 OC와 DC는 HC, PC에 비해서도 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암 환자군의 혈액 내에서 대체로 더 낮은 양으로 존재함을 알 수 있다.
도 3은 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액 내 LPC16, LPC18, 2PY의 상대정량값을 나타낸 것이다. LPC16, LPC18, 2PY의 혈액 내 상대정량값도 질량분석기를 통하여 획득하였다.
LPC16, LPC18는 정상 대조군에 비해 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암 환자군의 혈액 내에서 대체로 더 낮은 양으로 존재함을 알 수 있으며, 2PY는 일부 담도암 환자와 대장암의 환자 혈액 내에서 높은 양으로 존재함을 알 수 있다.

상기 [표 1]은 DC의 혈액 내 상대정량값만을 이용하여 선형판별분석을 수행하였을 때 암종별 선별검사 능력에 관한 것이다. 선형판별분석을 할 때 시료 개수 비율로 사전확률(prior probability)을 고려했다. DC의 혈액 내 상대정량만을 이용하여도 각 암종별 선별검사 능력이 매우 뛰어났으며, 폐암의 경우에는 민감도(sensitivity)와 특이도(specificity)가 모두 100%로 측정되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

아울러, 하기 [표 4]는 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액내 상기 HC의 상대정량값(질량피크 면적)을 나타낸 것이고, 하기 [표 5]는 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액내 상기 OC의 상대정량값(질량피크 면적)을 나타낸 것이고, 하기 [표 6]은 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액내 상기 DC의 상대정량값(질량피크 면적)을 나타낸 것이고, 하기 [표 7]은 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈액내 상기 PC의 상대정량값(질량피크 면적)을 나타낸 것으로 도 2의 데이터 이다.

상기 표 4 내지 10에서 Sample Name의 CTL은 정상대조군, LC는 폐암, BDC는 담도암, CRC는 대장암, PRC는 취장암을 의미한다.
실시예 2. 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암 진단
혈장(Plasma)의 확보
정상 대조군, 유방암 환자, 위암 환자, 뇌종양 환자, 신장암 환자, 간암 환자, 자궁경부암 환자로부터 혈장(Plasma)을 각각 확보하였다.
농도 측정 준비
50 ul의 혈장에 0.95 ml의 물과 2 ml의 메탄올, 0.9 ml의 디클로로메탄을 넣어 흔들어서 잘 섞은 후, 얼음 위에서 30분간 방치하였다. 다시 1 ml의 물과 0.9 ml의 디클로로메탄을 넣고, 잘 섞은 후 상온에서 10분, 1,500 rpm 에서 원심 분리를 시행하였다. 원심 분리 후 상층액을 분리하고 질소가스를 이용하여 건조시켰다.
대사체(표지가) 농도 측정
건조시킨 대사체 추출물에 0.1% 포름산에 녹인 후, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC-MS)을 이용하여 분석을 진행하였다.
사용된 LC는 Eksigent ultra LC 110-XL system이며, MS는 AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600+ system였다. MS에는 DuoSpray ion source를 장착하였다.
분석 시료는 먼저 Eksigent ultraLC 110-XL system 에 연결된 Atlantis T3 sentry guard cartridge (3 mm, 2.1 10 mm; Waters)를 통해 분석기 내로 들어가고, Atlantis T3 column (3 mm, 2.1 100 mm; Waters) 내에서 분리되었다.
용매는 two-step linear gradient (solvent A, 0.1% FA in water; solvent B, 100% Acetonitrile; with 1% solvent B for 2min, 1 to 30% B for 6 min, 30 to 90% B for 8 min, 90% B for 4 min, 90 to 1% B for 1 min and 9 min in 1% B)를 사용하였다.
MS는 one full scan (50 to 1,200 m/z range)과 함께 10개의 가장 빈번한 parent ions (mass tolerance, 50 mDa collision energy, 35%)의 tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS)을 수행하였다.
DC(Dodecanoyl-Carnitine) 및 OC(Octanoyl-Carnitine)에 해당하는 대사체의 절대정량값을 구하여 하기 표 11에 나타내었다.

분석결과
상기 표 11 및 도 4는 암 환자군과 정상 대조군으로부터 얻어진 혈장 내 DC 및 OC의 절대정량값을 나타낸 것이다. DC 및 OC의 혈장 내 절대정량값은 질량분석기를 통하여 획득하였다.
DC 및 OC는 모두 정상 대조군에 비해 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암, 자궁경부암 환자군의 혈장 내에서 상대적으로 더 낮은 양으로 존재함을 알 수 있다.
이에 따라, DC 및 OC 뿐만 아니라 동종의 AC(Acyl-Carnitine) 계열에 해당하는 HC(Hexanoyl-carnitine) 및 PC(Palmitoyl-carnitine)의 경우에도 정상 대조군에 비해 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암, 자궁경부암 환자군의 혈장 내에서 HC 및 PC가 상대적으로 더 낮은 양으로 존재할 것이라고 추정할 수 있다.
즉, DC, HC, OC 및 PC를 포함하는 AC는 모두 정상 대조군에 비해 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암, 자궁경부암 환자군의 혈장 내에서 상대적으로 더 낮은 양으로 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명은 다양한 변환을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는 바, 특정 실시 예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명의 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변환, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
제1, 제2 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하는데 사용될 수 있지만, 상기 구성요소들은 상기 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안 된다. 상기 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하는 목적으로만 사용된다.

공간적으로 상대적인 용어인 아래(below, beneath, lower), 위(above, upper) 등은 도면에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이 하나의 소자 또는 구성 요소들과 다른 소자 또는 구성 요소들과의 상관 관계를 용이하게 기술하기 위해 사용될 수 있다. 공간적으로 상대적인 용어는 도면에 도시되어 있는 방향에 더하여 사용시 또는 동작시 소자의 서로 다른 방향을 포함하는 용어로 이해되어야 한다. 예를 들면, 도면에 도시되어 있는 소자를 뒤집을 경우, 다른 소자의 아래(below, beneath)로 기술된 소자는 다른 소자의 위(above, upper)에 놓여질 수 있다. 따라서, 예시적인 용어인 아래는 아래와 위의 방향을 모두 포함할 수 있다. 소자는 다른 방향으로도 배향될 수 있고, 이에 따라 공간적으로 상대적인 용어들은 배향에 따라 해석될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 “부” 또는 “부분” 등의 일부분을 나타내는 표현은 해당 구성요소가 특정 기능을 포함할 수 있는 장치, 특정 기능을 포함할 수 있는 소프트웨어, 또는 해당 기능을 포함할 수 있는 장치 및 소프트웨어의 결합을 나타낼 수 있음을 의미하나, 꼭 표현된 기능에 한정된다고 할 수는 없으며, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상기된 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.

본 발명에 따른 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 진단 장치와 이의 고형암 진단 정보 제공 방법을 통해 분석시간이 짧으면서도 정확도가 높은 고형암 진단을 할 수 있다.

Claims (22)

  1. 생물학적 시료로부터 Acyl-carnitine(AC), Nudifloramide(2PY) 및 Lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC) 각각의 농도를 측정하는 농도측정부;
    상기 측정한 농도를 전처리하는(pre-processing) 전처리부;
    상기 전처리한 농도를 이용하여 선형판별분석(Linear Discriminant Analysis, LDA)을 하는 것으로 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 진단부;를 포함하는 암 진단 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 Acyl-carnitine(AC)은 Decanoyl-L-carnitine(DC), Hexanoyl-L-carnitine(HC), Octanoyl-L-carnitine(OC) 및 Palmitoyl-L-carnitine(PC) 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 Lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)은 Lysophosphatidylcholine 16:0(LPC16) 및 Lysophosphatidylcholine 18:0(LPC18) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 진단부는 DC, HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18 중 적어도 어느 하나의 농도에 기초하고, 상기 농도는 질량피크 면적으로 상기 질량피크 면적을 가지고 선형판별분석을 하여 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 판단부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 진단부는 상기 전처리한 농도를 이용하여 사칙연산을 하는 것으로 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 농도는 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기(LC-MS)를 통해 얻으며, 상기 질량분석기는 Triple TOF, Triple Quadrupole 및 정량성 측정이 가능한 MALDI TOF 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 암은 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암 및 대장암을 포함하는 고형암 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 암은 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  9. 생물학적 시료로부터 DC의 농도를 측정하는 농도측정부;
    상기 측정한 농도를 전처리하는 전처리부;
    상기 전처리한 농도를 이용하여 선형판별분석을 하는 것으로 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 진단부;를 포함하는 암 진단 장치.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 DC는 상기 측정한 농도와 HC, OC 및 PC의 농도를 더 포함하여 상기 측정한 모든 농도를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 DC는 상기 측정한 농도와 HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18의 농도를 더 포함하여 상기 측정한 모든 농도를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  12. 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 진단부는 상기 DC, HC, OC 및 PC의 농도에 기초하고,
    상기 DC, HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18의 농도에 기초하며, 상기 농도는 질량피크 면적으로 상기 질량피크 면적을 가지고 선형판별분석을 하여 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 판단부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  13. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 진단부는 상기 전처리한 농도를 이용하여 사칙연산을 하는 것으로 암의 진단 정보를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단 장치.
  14. 제 9항에 있어서,

  17. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 AC는 DC, HC, OC 및 PC 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
  18. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 LPC는 LPC16 및 LPC18 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
  19. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 농도는 질량피크 면적으로 생물학적 시료를 질량분석하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 농도는 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기(LC-MS)를 통해 얻으며, 상기 질량분석기는 Triple TOF, Triple Quadrupole 및 정량성 측정이 가능한 MALDI TOF 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
  21. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 암은 폐암, 췌장암, 담도암, 대장암, 유방암, 위암, 뇌종양, 신장암, 간암 및 자궁경부암을 포함하는 고형암 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
  22. 제 16항에 있어서,
    생물학적 시료로부터 DC, HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18 각각의 농도를 얻는 단계;와
    상기 측정한 농도를 전처리하는 단계;와
    상기 전처리한 DC의 농도를 가지고 한 선형판별분석 결과와 상기 전처리한 DC, HC, OC 및 PC의 농도를 가지고 한 선형판별분석 결과와 상기 전처리한 DC, HC, OC, PC, 2PY, LPC16 및 LPC18의 농도를 가지고 한 선형판별분석 결과에 기초하여 암을 진단하는 단계;를 포함하여 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법.
