石灰石のカルサイトの格子体積は、366.82Å3以上であることが好ましい。特に、石灰石のカルサイトの格子体積は、366.90Å3以上であることが好ましい。
カルサイトの格子体積が上記範囲である石灰石を用いる効果は後述する。
本発明のセメント組成物には、流動性、水和速度または強度発現の調節用として、フライアッシュ、高炉スラグあるいはシリカフュームなどをさらに添加することができる。また、本発明のセメント組成物に、AE減水剤、高性能減水剤または高性能AE減水剤、とくにポリカル系高性能AE減水剤を添加することにより、コンクリートの流動性および強度をより向上させることができる。

本発明のセメント組成物のブレーン比表面積は、3200cm2/g以上3800cm2/g以下であることが好ましい。セメント組成物のブレーン比表面積が上記範囲であると、セメント組成物が発現する長期強度(たとえば、材齢28日のコンクリートの強度)をさらに向上させることができる。また、セメント組成物の流動性が良好にすることができる。なお、ブレーン比表面積とは、JIS R 5201:2015「セメントの物理試験方法」に準拠したブレーン方式により測定した比表面積である。
本発明のセメント組成物を、水と混合することにより、セメントミルクを作製することができ、水および砂と混合することにより、モルタルを作製することができ、砂および砂利と混合することにより、コンクリートを製造することができる。また、上記セメント組成物からモルタルやコンクリートを作製する際、高炉スラグやフライアッシュなどを添加することもできる。
セメント組成物から作製したコンクリートの供試体の強度と、同じセメント組成物から作製したモルタルの供試体の強度との間の比(コンクリート/モルタル強度比)の値は、1に近ければ近いほど好ましい。本発明のセメント組成物は、カルサイトの格子体積が366.76Å3以上368.00Å3以下の石灰石をセメント組成物に用いることにより、コンクリート/モルタル強度比を0.74以上となる。これは、上記範囲外の石灰石を用いた場合と比較して高い値である。つまり、本発明のセメント組成物は、モルタルでの評価でコンクリート強度を担保することができるものである。
更に本発明のセメント組成物は、コンクリート/モルタル強度比のバラつきを小さくすることができる。すなわち、モルタル強度から推定されるコンクリートの強度(推定値)と実測値との誤差が小さくなる。このため、モルタルでの評価でコンクリート強度を高精度で推定することができる。従って、本発明のセメント組成物は、モルタルでの評価でコンクリートの品質を適切に管理することが可能である。
なお、本発明における「モルタル強度」は、JIS R 5201:2015「セメントの物理試験方法」に準拠して測定される28日モルタル圧縮強度である。本発明における「コンクリート強度」とは、JIS A 1108「コンクリートの圧縮強度試験方法」に準拠して測定される28日コンクリート圧縮強度である。
1.評価方法
1-1.カルサイトの格子体積
実施例及び比較例の石灰石に対して、粉末X線回析装置(パナリティカル社製、X’Part Powder)を用い、測定条件を、測定範囲:2θ=10~70°、ステップサイズ:0.017°、スキャンスピード:0.1012°/s、電圧:45kV、電流:40mAとして、X線回折測定を行い、X線回折プロファイルを得た。
上記粉末X線回析装置に備えられた結晶構造解析用ソフトウエア(パナリティカル社製、X’Part High Score Plus version 2.1b)を用い、リートベルト法による解析を行い、得られた格子定数から格子体積を算出した。リートベルト解析の際に、基本結晶構造データの初期値として、ICDD number 50586を使用した。
実施例および比較例のセメント組成物におけるクリンカ中のCaO、SiO2、Al2O3およびFe2O3の質量割合を、JIS R 5204:2019「セメントの蛍光X線分析方法」に準拠して算出した。その算出結果を用いて、下記のボーグ式からクリンカの各組成を算出した。
C3S=(4.07×CaO)-(7.60×SiO2)-(6.72×Al2O3)-(1.43×Fe2O3)
C2S=(2.87×SiO2)-(0.754×C3S)
C3A=(2.65×Al2O3)-(1.69×Fe2O3)
C4AF=3.04×Fe2O3
実施例および比較例のセメント組成物中の石膏のSO3に換算した質量の割合を、石膏の配合量と石膏に含まれるSO3の割合から求めた。石膏のSO3の割合は、JIS R 5202:2010「ポルトランドセメントの化学分析方法」に準拠して測定した。
実施例および比較例のセメント組成物のブレーン比表面積値をJIS R 5201:2015「セメントの物理試験方法」に準拠して測定した。
実施例及び比較例のセメント組成物の粒度分布を、JIS R 1629「ファインセラミックス原料のレーザ回折・散乱法による粒子径分布測定方法」に準拠して、マイクロトラック法により測定した。測定装置として、マイクロトラック・ベル株式会社製、MT3300EXIIを用いた。分散媒体にはエタノールを使用し、測定前に超音波装置で30秒間の分散を行った。
JIS R 5201:2015「セメントの物理試験方法:10.5測定」に準拠して、モルタルの圧縮強さを測定した。
JIS A 1108「コンクリートの圧縮強度試験方法」に準拠して28日コンクリート圧縮強度を測定した。
2-1.クリンカ
クリンカ原料として、二酸化珪素(関東化学(株)製、試薬1級、SiO2)、酸化鉄(III)(関東化学(株)製、試薬特級、Fe2O3)、炭酸カルシウム(キシダ化学(株)製、試薬1級、CaCO3)、酸化アルミニウム(関東化学(株)製、試薬1級、Al2O3)、塩基性炭酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学(株)製、試薬特級、約4MgCO3・Mg(OH)2・5H2O)、炭酸ナトリウム(キシダ化学(株)製、無水・特級、Na2CO3)およびリン酸三カルシウム(キシダ化学(株)製、試薬1級、Ca3(PO4)2)を用いた。
上記作製したセメントクリンカと石膏(半水石膏(関東化学(株)製半水石膏、型番:07108-01(焼石膏 鹿1級))および二水石膏((株)ノリタケカンパニーリミテッド製、型番:生石膏A号))と石灰石とを配合した。そして、配合物を、ブレーン比表面積値が約3000~約3800cm2/gの範囲となるようにボールミルで粉砕して、各実施例および比較例のセメント組成物を作製した。
なお、実施例および比較例のセメント組成物中の石膏のSO3に換算した質量の割合は、石膏の配合量を変えることにより、各セメント組成物間で変わるようにした。
実施例及び比較例の石灰石として、産地及びロットが異なる石灰石を複数種類準備した。
実施例および比較例のセメント組成物から作製したモルタルをそれぞれ、40mm×40mm×160mmの金属型枠3個に打設し、24時間後に脱型してモルタル供試体を3個ずつ作製した。その後、20℃水中で材齢28日まで養生して、各実施例及び比較例のモルタル供試体を得た。
表1に示す配合割合で、実施例および比較例のセメント組成物、砂(揖斐川産川砂、粒径25~5mm)、砂利(西島産砕石、粒径5mm以下)、AE減水剤(BASFポゾリス(株)製、商品名:マスターポリーヒード15S)および水を、パン型強制ミキサ(岡三機工(株)製、型番:STR-N2 8H)を用いて均質に混合して、コンクリートを調製した。得られたコンクリートをそれぞれ、φ100mm×高さ200mmの金属型枠3個に打設し、24時間後に脱型してコンクリート供試体を3個ずつ作製した。その後、20℃水中で材齢28日まで養生して、各実施例及び比較例のコンクリート供試体を得た。
また、カルサイトの格子体積が大きいほど、22μm以上44μm未満の粒子の割合が相対的に大きくなり、11μm以上22μm未満の粒子の割合が相対的に小さくなる傾向が見られた。このことから、カルサイトの格子体積とセメント組成物中の粒度分布との間に相関があると考えられた。
Claims (5)
- クリンカと、石膏と、石灰石とを含み、
前記石灰石のカルサイトの格子体積が、366.76Å3以上368.00Å3以下であるセメント組成物。 - 前記クリンカが、
ボーグ式で算出された3CaO・SiO2の割合が50~75質量%であり、
ボーグ式で算出された2CaO・SiO2の割合が8~30質量%であり、
ボーグ式で算出された3CaO・Al2O3および4CaO・Al2O3・Fe2O3の合計の割合が15~25質量%である、請求項1に記載のセメント組成物。 - マイクロトラック法による粒度分布が、11μm以上22μm未満の粒子の割合が18.0%以上26.0%以下であり、かつ、22μm以上44μm未満の粒子の割合が31.8%以上38.0%以下である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセメント組成物。
- ブレーン比表面積が3200cm2/g以上3800cm2/g以下である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のセメント組成物。
- クリンカと、石膏と、カルサイトの格子体積が366.76Å3以上368.00Å3以下である石灰石とを粉砕し混合する工程を含むセメント組成物の製造方法。
