Description

一种阀体 技术领域
本申请涉及净水领域,具体涉及阀体。
背景技术
采用超低压反渗透膜无泵驱动的净水系统,可以无电直接把自来水转化为直饮水。对于家用净水市场拥有广阔的应用前景。但是头杯水的问题一直困扰着各类渗透膜的应用效果,其中超低压渗透膜尤为突出。
所述头杯水,指的是净水系统停止运行后,滞留在膜壳内的浓缩水,与膜片另一端的直饮水之间通过压力相互渗透,使净水端的直饮水随着时间的增长水质接近浓缩水,因此使滞留在膜壳内的净水变成了不合格的饮用水。
对于超低压反渗透膜,此种情况更加突出。如果一台净水机打开的频率非常频繁,而且持续的时间又比较短,因此造成滞留在膜壳内的水不合格。这种情况下取水越频繁,造成饮用不合格的水越多。所以采用水箱储存直饮水,如果不杜绝系统频繁启动,滞留水箱内的直饮水,短时间就和自来水一样,甚至更差。近年家用净水机市场,各大厂商多推出大通量直流净水机。而消费者实际使用中表现为用量少、使用频繁的特点。因此,导致消费者在实际使用中往往饮用的是头杯水。同时,净水系统频繁启动增加了其电控元器件的损坏几率。
对于小通量的净水机采用储水桶来储存净水,这种净水系统大多采用压力开关来控制净水系统的启动,而压力桶、压力开关及净水龙头是直连的,当打开净水龙头取水时,净水端的压力迅速衰减,造成净水系统启动不可控的。同时,储水桶采用密闭气囊来储水,所述储水桶常由于使用不慎进入空气而造成二次污染,而这种污染很难清除。一是消费者不了解存在这种污染,二是清除这种污染的根本办法就是更换所述储水桶,因而给消费者带来经济损失。
在用户收集浓缩水时,为了避免收集的浓缩水溢出,一般采用一个较大的水桶置于橱柜旁边,既不美观,也非常碍事。可往往还是会有不尽人意的事情发生——溢水。
技术问题
本申请提供一种阀体,以解决超低压渗透膜仅依靠自来水压力驱动实现净化的问题。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了如下的技术方案:
本申请提供了一种阀体,包括通过第二腔体的第二进水口相互连通的第一腔体和所述第二腔体,以及阀芯和弹性复位件;
所述第二腔体,还包括:设置在腔体壁的第二出水口和设置在所述第二进水口相对面腔体壁的第一通孔;
所述第一腔体,包括设置在腔体壁的第一进水口;
所述阀芯,设置在所述第一腔体内并与所述第二进水口同轴,包括同轴的活塞和第一顶杆;
所述活塞,其一端为自由端,其另一端为开关端;所述开关端与所述第一顶杆的一端固定连接,且所述开关端的端面与所述第二进水口相配合,用于打开或关闭所述第二进水口;
所述第一顶杆,穿过所述第二进水口和所述第一通孔;其延伸出所述第二腔体外的另一端为第二活动端;所述第二活动端为曲面结构,用于所述第二活动端沿轴向被压迫时推动所述活塞打开所述第二进水口;
所述弹性复位件,其一端为第一活动端,其另一端为第一固定端;所述第一活动端与所述阀芯抵接,其所述第一固定端与所述第一腔体或所述第二腔体抵接,用于压迫所述阀芯沿轴向运动,关闭所述第二进水口。
优选的,所述第一腔体,其内壁具有数个沿所述活塞轴向的脊状的分流板;所述分流板,其脊状的顶部相互平行且围绕所述活塞的轴心形成第一通道;所述第一通道,与所述活塞相匹配,使所述活塞沿轴向运动。
优选的,所述第一通道,是圆柱形通道。
优选的,所述第一进水口设置在两个分流板之间的所述第一腔体的腔体壁上。
优选的,所述第一通孔,与所述第二进水口同轴。

本申请提供了一种阀体,采用自锁式液位阀,通过一种简单的净水控制系统的设计,实现了净水机无功耗、低排放且水质安全,避免了净水系统的频繁启动,解决了采用超低压反渗透膜的无泵净水系统带来的头杯水的技术难题。所述自锁式液位阀无需阀体侵入水中,避免长时间使用后阀体造成二次污染的问题。
当所述自锁式断水阀用于废水回收再利用时,水箱收集浓缩水满时,自动锁死水箱再进水,避免浓缩水收集造成溢水现象,此时浓缩水通过打开的限压阀门流向地漏。

请参见图1所示,本实施例提供了一种阀体,包括:通过第二腔体2的第二进水口21相互连通的第一腔体1和所述第二腔体2,以及阀芯5和弹性复位件6。

所述底座3,具有第一凹槽31;所述第一凹槽31,其内壁与所述第二腔体2的外壁固定连接,其底部具有一与所述第二进水口21同轴的第三通孔32;所述第一顶杆52穿过所述第三通孔32。
请参见图5和图6所述,所述底座3,为第三腔体4的上壁。
所述第三腔体4,包括与所述第三腔体4内壁转轴413连接的摇臂41、贯通所述第三腔体4上壁的复位孔43以及贯穿所述腔体下壁的第二顶杆42。
所述摇臂41,其纵截面呈“L”形;包括固定连接的长柄412和短柄411以及设置在连接部的转轴413;所述摇臂41与所述第一顶杆52滑动连接;所述长柄412的端部,穿过所述复位孔43,用于控制所述长柄412的端部向下运动,通过所述短柄411使所述第一顶杆52向上运动,进而使所述活塞51打开所述第二进水口21。
通过设定所述转轴413运动,迫使所述第一顶杆52的第二活动端沿所述摇臂41表面运动,通过所述摇臂41表面的变化使所述第一顶杆52上下运动,从而达到打开或关闭所述活塞51的目的,提高了活塞51运动的稳定性或灵敏度。
所述长柄412的端部穿过所述复位孔43,用于控制所述长柄412的端部向下运动,使液体从所述第一腔体1流向第二腔体2。
所述第二顶杆42,设置在所述长柄412的端部下方,用于控制所述长柄412的端部向上运动,通过所述短柄411使所述第一顶杆52向下运动,进而使所述活塞51关闭所述第二进水口21。
优选的,所述第二顶杆42,还包括与延伸到所述第三腔体4外的一端固定连接的浮球44,用于所述浮球44随液体向上运动时控制所述长柄412的端部向上运动,使所述活塞51关闭所述第二进水口21。
优选的,所述短柄411与所述长柄412夹角连接处构造为一凹形曲面槽4113;所述短柄411的端部构造为一平行于所述转轴413的轴线且与所述转轴413的轴线具有相同垂直线的支撑平面4111;所述凹形曲面槽4113与所述支撑平面4111间的短柄411表面构造为凸形曲面4112。
所述第一顶杆52的第二活动端,与所述短柄411的所述支撑平面4111、所述凸形曲面4112及所述凹形曲面槽4113滑动连接。
将所述阀体安装在所述净水箱的顶部,所述浮球44放置在所述净水箱中。当所述净水箱中的净水达到顶部时,迫使所述浮球44上浮,从而使所述第二顶杆42向上推动所述长柄412向上运动,所述第一顶杆52的第二活动端从所述支撑平面4111,经所述凸形曲面4112到达所述凹形曲面槽4113,由于所述摇臂41自身重力无法克服所述第一顶杆52轴向的反弹力,因此阀体就彻底锁定闭合。使所述活塞51的开关端关闭所述第二进水口21,此时制水工作停止。当用户取出净水箱中的净水后,再次按下所述长柄412端,使所述摇臂41的所述凸形曲面4112与所述第一顶杆52的第二活动端滑动连接,迫使所述第一顶杆52往上移动,直至所述支撑平面4111与所述第一顶杆52滑动连接后形成了一个相对稳定的平衡,则所述阀体完全打开。
通过自锁式液位阀避免了净水系统取水时的频繁启动,同时确保了水质的稳定。
本实施例针对上述阀体提供具体的应用场景二:应用于净水系统中的断水阀。
请参照图4所述,所述阀体,还包括底座3。
所述底座3,具有第一凹槽31;所述第一凹槽31,其内壁与所述第二腔体2的外壁固定连接,其底部具有一与所述第二进水口21同轴的第三通孔32;所述第一顶杆52穿过所述第三通孔32。
请参照图7和图8所述,优选的,所述底座3,在所述第二活动端穿出的一侧具有一固定连接的第一支座33;所述第一支座33,其另一端与活动连杆34的一端转轴413连接;所述活动连杆34,与所述第一顶杆52抵接。
当所述活动连杆34向所述第一顶杆52挤压时,可以打开所述第二进水口21,使液体从所述第一腔体1流入所述第二腔体2。当所述活动连杆34放开对所述第一顶杆52挤压时,所述活塞51在所述弹性复位件6的弹力作用下,可以关闭所述第二进水口21,液体停止从所述第一腔体1流入所述第二腔体2。

  1. 一种阀体,其特征在于,包括通过第二腔体的第二进水口相互连通的第一腔体和所述第二腔体,以及阀芯和弹性复位件;
    所述第二腔体,还包括:设置在腔体壁的第二出水口和设置在所述第二进水口相对面腔体壁的第一通孔;
    所述第一腔体,包括设置在腔体壁的第一进水口;
    所述阀芯,设置在所述第一腔体内并与所述第二进水口同轴,包括同轴的活塞和第一顶杆;
    所述活塞,其一端为自由端,其另一端为开关端;所述开关端与所述第一顶杆的一端固定连接,且所述开关端的端面与所述第二进水口相配合,用于打开或关闭所述第二进水口;
    所述第一顶杆,穿过所述第二进水口和所述第一通孔;其延伸出所述第二腔体外的另一端为第二活动端;所述第二活动端为曲面结构,用于所述第二活动端沿轴向被压迫时推动所述活塞打开所述第二进水口;
    所述弹性复位件,其一端为第一活动端,其另一端为第一固定端;所述第一活动端与所述阀芯抵接,其所述第一固定端与所述第一腔体或所述第二腔体抵接,用于压迫所述阀芯沿轴向运动,关闭所述第二进水口。
    2.根据权利要求1所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一腔体,其内壁具有数个沿所述活塞轴向的脊状的分流板;所述分流板,其脊状的顶部相互平行且围绕所述活塞的轴心形成第一通道;所述第一通道,与所述活塞相匹配,使所述活塞沿轴向运动。
    3.根据权利要求2所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一通道,是圆柱形通道。
    4.根据权利要求2所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一进水口设置在两个分流板之间的所述第一腔体的腔体壁上。
    5.根据权利要求1所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一通孔,与所述第二进水口同轴。
    6.根据权利要求1所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第二活动端为球面结构。
    7.根据权利要求1所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述开关端的端面具有第一密封垫,用于在所述弹性复位件的弹力作用下所述活塞与所述第二进水口密封连接。
    8.根据权利要求1所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,与所述阀芯同轴。
    9.根据权利要求8所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,其所述第一固定端与所述第二进水口相对面的所述第一腔体的内壁抵接。
    10.根据权利要求9所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述自由端构造为“凸”字形;所述自由端的端面为所述“凸”字形的顶部。
    11.根据权利要求9所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第二腔体,还包括一桶状的行程定位器;
    所述行程定位器,与所述第二腔体的内壁固定连接,桶口与所述第一通孔相匹配,桶底具有一与所述第二进水口同轴的第二通孔;所述第一顶杆穿过所述第二通孔。
    12.根据权利要求11所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述行程定位器的桶内设置有至少一层围绕所述第一顶杆密封所述第二通孔的第一密封圈。
    13.根据权利要求9所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,是第一复位弹簧;所述第一复位弹簧,其所述第一活动端与所述自由端的端面抵接。
    14.根据权利要求9所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,包括第二复位弹簧、密封鼓膜和支撑隔板;
    所述密封鼓膜,其边缘与所述第一腔体的内壁密封连接,且构造出一密闭的腔体;在所述密闭的腔体外,其一面与所述活塞的自由端的端面抵接;在所述密闭的腔体内,其另一面与所述支撑隔板的一面抵接;
    在所述密闭的腔体内,所述第二复位弹簧,其一端与所述支撑隔板相对面的所述第一腔体的内壁抵接,其另一端与所述支撑隔板的另一面抵接。
    15.根据权利要求8所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一顶杆,与所述第一通孔密封活动连接。
    16.根据权利要求15所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,其所述第一固定端与所述第二腔体抵接。
    17.根据权利要求16所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件,是第三复位弹簧;所述第三复位弹簧,其所述第一固定端与所述第二腔体的外壁抵接。
    18.根据权利要求17所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第一顶杆,其穿出所述第一通孔的部分具有一挡块,所述挡块,与所述第三复位弹簧的第一活动端抵接。
    19.根据权利要求1-18任一项所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述阀体,还包括底座;
    所述底座,具有第一凹槽;所述第一凹槽,其内壁与所述第二腔体的外壁固定连接,其底部具有一与所述第二进水口同轴的第三通孔;所述第一顶杆穿过所述第三通孔。
    20.根据权利要求19所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述底座,为第三腔体的上壁;
    所述第三腔体,包括与所述第三腔体内壁转轴连接的摇臂、贯通所述第三腔体上壁的复位孔以及贯穿所述腔体下壁的第二顶杆;
    所述摇臂,其纵截面呈“L”形;包括固定连接的长柄和短柄以及设置在连接部的转轴;所述摇臂与所述第一顶杆滑动连接;所述长柄的端部,穿过所述复位孔,用于控制所述长柄的端部向下运动,通过所述短柄使所述第一顶杆向上运动,进而使所述活塞打开所述第二进水口;
    所述第二顶杆,设置在所述长柄的端部下方,用于控制所述长柄的端部向上运动,通过所述短柄使所述第一顶杆向下运动,进而使所述活塞关闭所述第二进水口。
    21.根据权利要求20所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述第二顶杆,还包括与延伸到所述第三腔体外的一端固定连接的浮球,用于所述浮球随液体向上运动时控制所述长柄的端部向上运动,使所述活塞关闭所述第二进水口。
    22.根据权利要求20所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述短柄与所述长柄夹角连接处构造为一凹形曲面槽;所述短柄的端部构造为一平行于所述转轴的轴线且与所述转轴的轴线具有相同垂直线的支撑平面;所述凹形曲面槽与所述支撑平面间的短柄表面构造为凸形曲面;
    所述第一顶杆的第二活动端,与所述短柄的所述支撑平面、所述凸形曲面及所述凹形曲面槽滑动连接。
    23.根据权利要求19所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述底座,在所述第二活动端穿出的一侧具有一固定连接的第一支座;所述第一支座,其另一端与活动连杆的一端转轴连接;所述活动连杆,与所述第一顶杆抵接。
