本发明涉及水泵技术领域,且公开了一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,包括固定筒,所述固定筒的内部活动连接有活塞,所述活塞的底部固定连接有活动杆,所述固定筒的左右内壁之间转动连接有转动柱轮,所述进水管侧壁的内部开设有环形槽,所述进水管的内侧壁开设有八个环形排列的直形槽,所述环形槽的内部转动连接有齿环,所述齿环的右侧开设有八个环形排列的弧形槽,八个所述直形槽相向的一侧均插接有挡水板。通过水向下挤压活塞,在活动杆、转动柱轮、齿环、弧形槽和滑杆的作用下带动挡水板伸出,使进水管的内径变小,通过进水管进入泵体内的水流量也减小,泵体内的水压开始减小,从而达到了通过顶塞的移动自动降低泵体内水压的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泵技术领域,具体为一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,根据不同的工作原理可分为容积水泵、叶片泵等类型。
水泵在运行时,其内部的水压会突然增大,如果不能及时调节容易对水泵造成损坏,现有的解决方式一般是使用变频器对叶轮的转速进行调节,但是从高压状态下突然降低叶轮的转速极易对叶轮造成损坏,降低叶轮的使用寿命,由此我们提出了一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,具备水泵内部水压突然增大时自动调节降压的优点,解决了现有的水压调节方式一般是使用变频器对叶轮的转速进行调节,但是从高压状态下突然降低叶轮的转速极易对叶轮造成损坏,降低叶轮的使用寿命的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述水泵内部水压突然增大时自动调节降压的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,包括泵体,所述泵体的内左壁转动连接有叶轮,所述泵体的右侧固定连接有进水管,所述泵体的顶部固定连接有出水管,所述出水管的右侧固定连接有伸出管和排水管,所述伸出管的底部固定连接有连接管,所述伸出管的内部活动连接有顶塞,所述进水管的顶部固定连接有固定筒,所述固定筒的内部活动连接有活塞,所述活塞的底部固定连接有活动杆,所述固定筒的左右内壁之间转动连接有转动柱轮,所述进水管侧壁的内部开设有环形槽,所述进水管的内侧壁开设有八个环形排列的直形槽,所述环形槽的内部转动连接有齿环,所述齿环的右侧开设有八个环形排列的弧形槽,八个所述直形槽相向的一侧均插接有挡水板。
优选的,所述排水管的底部与固定筒的顶部固定连接,所述连接管的右侧与固定筒的左侧固定连接,排水管和连接管的内部均设置有单向阀,排水管的内径小于连接管,使排水管的排水速度小于连接管的进水速度。
优选的,所述顶塞的右侧固定连接有挤压弹簧,起到带动顶塞向左复位的作用,所述伸出管的内侧壁开设有凹形槽。
优选的,所述活动杆的外部套接有复位弹簧,起到带动活动杆向上复位的作用。
优选的,所述活动杆的正面设置有与转动柱轮啮合的齿牙,活动杆向下移动时带动转动柱轮转动。
优选的,所述转动柱轮位于齿环的顶部,且与齿环啮合,转动柱轮转动时带动齿环转动。
优选的,八个所述挡水板的左侧均固定连接有滑杆,八个滑杆分别位于八个弧形槽内,齿环转动时挡水板在滑杆和弧形槽的作用下上下移动。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,通过叶轮转动时,水流从进水管进入泵体内,然后从出水管排出,当泵体内的水压突然增大时,水压会带动顶塞向右移动挤压挤压弹簧,当顶塞的左侧移动到凹形槽顶部时,水流会从连接管进入固定筒内,向下挤压活塞,活塞带动活动杆向下移动,活动杆向下移动时带动转动柱轮转动,转动柱轮转动时带动齿环转动,齿环转动时通过会弧形槽和滑杆带动挡水板往相向的方向伸出,进而使进水管的内径变小,通过进水管进入泵体内的水流量也减小,泵体内的水压也开始减小,从而达到了通过顶塞的移动自动降低泵体内水压的效果,保护了泵体和叶轮,提高了装置的使用寿命。
2、该水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,通过水压降低后,顶塞在挤压弹簧的作用下向左复位,出水管内的水流不再流进固定筒,同时在复位弹簧的作用下活动杆和活塞向上移动复位,活动杆复位时通过转动柱轮带动齿环复位,进而带动挡水板复位,活塞向上移动时会将固定筒内的水流通过排水管再次挤压进出水管内,从而达到了将固定筒内因泄压进入的水排出的效果。

工作原理:使用时,通过叶轮2转动时,水流从进水管3进入泵体1内,然后从出水管4排出,当泵体1内的水压突然增大时,水压会带动顶塞8向右移动挤压挤压弹簧,当顶塞8的左侧移动到凹形槽顶部时,水流会从连接管7进入固定筒9内,向下挤压活塞10,活塞10带动活动杆11向下移动,活动杆11向下移动时带动转动柱轮12转动,转动柱轮12转动时带动齿环15转动,齿环15转动时通过会弧形槽17和滑杆带动挡水板16往相向的方向伸出,进而使进水管3的内径变小,通过进水管3进入泵体1内的水流量也减小,泵体1内的水压也开始减小,从而达到了通过顶塞8的移动自动降低泵体1内水压的效果,保护了泵体1和叶轮2,提高了装置的使用寿命;水压降低后,顶塞8在挤压弹簧的作用下向左复位,出水管4内的水流不再流进固定筒9,同时在复位弹簧的作用下活动杆11和活塞10向上移动复位,活动杆11复位时通过转动柱轮12带动齿环15复位,进而带动挡水板16复位,活塞10向上移动时会将固定筒9内的水流通过排水管6再次挤压进出水管4内,从而达到了将固定筒9内因泄压进入的水排出的效果。
综上所述,该水泵内部水压突增时自动调节装置,通过叶轮2转动时,水流从进水管3进入泵体1内,然后从出水管4排出,当泵体1内的水压突然增大时,水压会带动顶塞8向右移动挤压挤压弹簧,当顶塞8的左侧移动到凹形槽顶部时,水流会从连接管7进入固定筒9内,向下挤压活塞10,活塞10带动活动杆11向下移动,活动杆11向下移动时带动转动柱轮12转动,转动柱轮12转动时带动齿环15转动,齿环15转动时通过会弧形槽17和滑杆带动挡水板16往相向的方向伸出,进而使进水管3的内径变小,通过进水管3进入泵体1内的水流量也减小,泵体1内的水压也开始减小,从而达到了通过顶塞8的移动自动降低泵体1内水压的效果,保护了泵体1和叶轮2,提高了装置的使用寿命。
通过水压降低后,顶塞8在挤压弹簧的作用下向左复位,出水管4内的水流不再流进固定筒9,同时在复位弹簧的作用下活动杆11和活塞10向上移动复位,活动杆11复位时通过转动柱轮12带动齿环15复位,进而带动挡水板16复位,活塞10向上移动时会将固定筒9内的水流通过排水管6再次挤压进出水管4内,从而达到了将固定筒9内因泄压进入的水排出的效果,适用范围更加广泛。
