本申请要求于2019年3月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201910252230.X、发明名称为“餐厅叫号方法、装置、服务器及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及餐厅管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种餐厅叫号方法、装置、服务器及存储介质。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的顾客习惯在餐厅就餐,以享受餐厅提供的美味佳肴。为了便于顾客就餐,许多餐厅都使用现场排号系统,顾客取号后,通过显示屏或者通过关注餐厅公众号可以知道大致的排队情况。
实践中发现,虽然目前的餐厅使用现场排号系统给顾客带来了极大便利,但是,在就餐过程中,服务员需要关注顾客的用餐情况。当服务员确定某个顾客用餐完毕后,通知其他服务人员收拾餐桌,然后通知前台有空余餐桌可以就坐,前台再通过现场排号系统通知当前排在前面的顾客就坐用餐。由于餐厅顾客较多,服务人员数量有限,不可避免地会出现差错,比如没有及时发现就餐完毕的餐桌,导致没有及时清理餐桌,使得当前等待的顾客等待时间较长,放弃排队等。可见,目前的这种就餐方式,使得餐厅的排队就餐效率较低。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种餐厅叫号方法、装置、服务器及存储介质,能够提高餐厅的排队就餐效率。
本发明的第一方面提供一种餐厅叫号方法,所述方法包括:
当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,获取所述目标餐桌的餐桌信息;
生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令,并将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员;
当接收到针对所述清理指令返回的第一确认指令时,获取当前等待就餐的排队队列信息;
根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客;
通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。

由以上技术方案,本发明中,可以实时检测所有餐桌的用餐情况,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,可以立即通知相关的服务人员对目标餐桌进行清理工作,清扫完成后,系统即可通知顾客就餐,不需要服务人员时刻关注用餐情况,也不需要服务人员告知前台和顾客,从而可以在第一时间通知顾客用餐,减少了顾客的排队时间,同时,提高了餐厅的排队就餐效率。

本发明实施例的餐厅叫号方法应用在服务器中,也可以应用在服务器和通过网络与所述服务器进行连接的电子设备所构成的硬件环境中,由服务器和电 子设备共同执行。网络包括但不限于:广域网、城域网或局域网。
其中,服务器可以是指能对网络中其它设备(如电子设备)提供服务的计算机系统。
所述电子设备是一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、数字处理器(DSP)、嵌入式设备等。所述电子设备还可包括网络设备和/或用户设备。其中,所述网络设备包括但不限于单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器组成的服务器组或基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的由大量主机或网络服务器构成的云。所述用户设备包括但不限于任何一种可与用户通过键盘、鼠标、遥控器、触摸板或声控设备等方式进行人机交互的电子产品,例如,个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机、个人数字助理PDA等。

本发明实施例中,可以使用餐厅区域的音频设备播报语音通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐,也可以将通知内容显示在排队区域的电子显示屏上,还可以发送通知消息至所述第一顾客的移动终端等,可以通过多种方式及时通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐;确保顾客可以及时获取排队叫号信息,提高顾客的排队用餐体验。
具体的,所述通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐包括:
获取所述第一顾客的当前地理位置;
判断所述当前地理位置是否属于餐厅范围区域;
若所述当前地理位置属于餐厅范围区域,通过音频设备通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐;或
若所述当前地理位置不属于餐厅范围区域,向所述第一顾客发送就餐通知消息。
其中,所述餐厅范围区域,是指餐厅附近的区域,可以是餐厅附近50米以内,也可以是餐厅附近100米以内等,这个范围是可以设置的。其中,所述通知消息用于指示顾客前往目标餐桌就餐,可以包括餐桌信息,也可以包括导航信息。
在该可选的实施方式中,可以向所述第一顾客的移动终端请求获取所述第一顾客的当前地理位置,其中,所述地理位置可以为经度和纬度;然后判断所述当前地理位置是否属于餐厅范围区域,可以将餐厅中间位置的经度确定为餐厅的经度,将餐厅中间位置的纬度确定为餐厅的纬度,服务器可以根据餐厅的经度和纬度,以及根据所述第一顾客所处当前地理位置的经度和纬 度,计算出所述第一顾客和餐厅之间的第一距离,若所述第一距离小于预设的第二距离(可以从餐厅中间位置预设一个第二距离,服务器确定与餐厅中间位置为圆心、第二距离为半径构成的圆形区域为餐厅范围区域),则确定所述第一顾客的当前地理位置属于餐厅范围区域;若所述当前地理位置属于餐厅范围区域,可以通过餐厅范围区域的音频设备播报语音消息来通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐;若所述当前地理位置不属于餐厅范围区域,则通过餐厅范围区域的音频设备是通知不到所述第一顾客的,可以将所述就餐通知消息发送至所述第一顾客的移动终端。可见,根据顾客所在的位置,选择恰当的通知方式,可以及时通知顾客,提高顾客的体验。
作为一种可选的实施方式,步骤S15之后,所述方法还包括:
判断在预设时间内是否接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令;
若在预设时间内未接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令,根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第二顾客;
通知所述第二顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。
其中,所述第二顾客是指当前获得系统重新分配的所述目标餐桌的等待顾客,即当前被重新叫号的顾客。
在该可选的实施方式中,因为顾客可能临时有事情而不能就餐,但并没有取消排队,所以,需要判断在预设时间内是否接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令;若在预设时间内未接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令,表明所述第一顾客在忙其它的事情而不能就餐,这种情况下可以默认所述第一顾客取消就餐,可以将所述第一顾客从排队队列中删除,这时再根据所述餐桌信息,从多个所述排队队列的所有等待顾客中确定第二顾客,通知所述第二顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。可见,在确认当前不能就餐但是没有取消排队的顾客后,可以重新确定叫号就餐顾客,避免所述目标餐桌没有顾客前往就餐,提高了餐厅的就餐效率,同时,及时重新叫号,提高了顾客的体验。
其中,确定顾客确认就餐的方式可以有多种,通过接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令来确定第一顾客确认就餐只是其中的一种方式,还可以检测第一顾客的位置信息,当第一顾客已经到达所述目标餐桌的位置时,确定第一顾客确认就餐,或者,还可以在第一顾客主动发送确认就餐指令时,确定第一顾客确认就餐,或者,还可以在第一顾客进行订单操作时,确定第一顾客确认就餐,等等,本发明实施例不做限定。
可选的,所述第一顾客可以输入取消就餐指令并发送给系统,当系统接收到所述取消就餐指令时,确定所述第一顾客取消就餐。
在图1所描述的方法流程中,可以实时检测所有餐桌的用餐情况,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,可以立即通知相关的服务人员对目标餐桌进行清理工作,清扫完成后,系统即可通知顾客就餐,不需要服务人员时刻关注用餐情况,也不需要服务人员告知前台和顾客,从而可以在第一时间通知顾客用餐,减少了顾客的排队时间,同时,提高了餐厅的排队就餐效率。

其中,所述餐桌信息包括但不限于:餐桌的编号、餐桌的具体位置、餐桌的类型等。所述餐桌信息可以预先保存在数据库中。
其中,所述目标餐桌是指当前顾客就餐完毕的餐桌。
本发明实施例中,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客用餐完毕时,可以获取所述目标餐桌的餐桌信息,
可选的,当检测到顾客完成用餐结算时,可以确定顾客用餐完毕,也可以在顾客完成用餐结算,并离开了餐厅时,确定顾客用餐完毕,还可以由顾客通过移动终端或者餐厅内的电子终端主动发送用餐完毕指令,确定顾客用餐完毕,可以根据实际的场景选择不同的方式确定顾客用餐完毕。

发送模块203,用于将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员;
本发明实施例中,将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员,让服务人员去清理所述目标餐桌。可见,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,即可通知服务人员清理餐桌,可以及时通知服务人员清理餐桌,使得餐桌在短时间内可以供其他顾客使用,减少其他顾客的等待时间。
所述获取模块201,还用于当接收到针对所述清理指令返回的第一确认指令时,获取当前等待就餐的排队队列信息;
其中,所述排队队列信息包括多个排队队列。
其中,不同的排队队列对应不同的就餐需求,顾客可以根据自身的就餐 需求来选择排队队列,其中,每个所述排队队列包括至少一个等待顾客,当一个排队队列没有等待顾客时,该队列会被删除,当一个顾客需要在一个新可选的排队队列排队但该排队队列并不存在时,则会增加一个新的排队队列。
本发明实施例中,当所述目标服务人员清理完所述目标餐桌时,需要对所述清理指令返回第一确认指令,表示所述目标餐桌已被清理完毕,所述目标餐桌可以被其他顾客使用。这时,就可以将所述目标餐桌分配给在排队队列的等待顾客,因为有多个不同的排队队列,每个排队队列都有至少一个等待顾客,所以,在确定被叫号的等待顾客之前,需要获取所有的排队队列。
第一确定模块204,用于根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客;
其中,所述第一顾客是指当前获得系统分配的所述目标餐桌的等待顾客,即当前被叫号的顾客。
本发明实施例中,不同的等待顾客的就餐需求可能不相同,因此,可以根据所述餐桌信息,从多个所述排队队列的所有等待顾客中确定所述目标餐桌符合其就餐需求的顾客,再按照预设的规则确定所述第一顾客。可见,当所述目标餐桌被清理完毕后,可以立刻从所有等待顾客中确定前往用餐的顾客,提高餐厅的就餐效率。

在该可选的实施方式中,不同的排队队列是按照餐桌类型来区分的,顾客根据自己的就餐需求确定自己需要的餐桌类型,再根据所述自己需要的餐桌类型来选择排队队列。因此,可以先根据所述餐桌信息,确定所述目标餐桌的餐桌类型,再判断多个所述排队队列中是否存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的 目标队列;队列里的等待顾客是按照排队的时间顺序排队的,若多个所述排队队列中存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列,按照所述目标队列的顾客排队顺序,将所述目标队列的所有等待顾客中排在最前面的等待顾客确定为第一顾客。可见,在存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的排队队列时,可以快速确定所述第一顾客。

在该可选的实施方式中,餐厅可以划分为不同的区域,每个区域会分配有对应的服务人员来负责,可以让服务人员只关注自己负责的区域,这样可以快速回应顾客的要求,因此,需要确定所述目标餐桌所属的区域,以确定负责所述目标餐桌的服务人员;但是每个服务人员在不同的时刻可能处于不同的状态,其中,所述状态包括工作状态和空闲状态,只有处于空闲状态的服务人员才方便去处理新的任务,因此,还需要从负责所述区域的多个服务人员中确定当前处于空闲状态的目标服务人员。这样,可以使目标餐桌被及时清理,在最快的时间内可以被其他顾客使用,提高了餐厅的就餐效率。
可选的,当所述目标餐桌所属的区域没有处于空闲状态的目标服务人员时,可以从负责其他区域的多个服务人员中确定当前处于空闲状态的目标服 务人员。
其中,可以对服务人员的各项任务设置对应的优先度。可选的,当负责所述目标餐桌所属的区域的服务人员都处于工作状态时,或,餐厅内所有服务人员都处于工作状态时;获取服务人员当前处理的任务的第一优先度以及清理所述目标餐桌任务的第二优先度,确定所述第一优先度低于所述第二优先度的服务人员为目标服务人员。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述通知模块205通知所述第二顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐的方式具体为:
获取所述第一顾客的当前地理位置;

在图2所描述的餐厅叫号装置中,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,获取所述目标餐桌的餐桌信息;进一步地,生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令,并将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员;当接收到针对所述清理指令返回的第一确认指令时,获取当前等待就餐的排队队列信息;更进一步地,根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客;最后,通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。可见,本发明中,可以实时检测所有餐桌的用餐情况,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,可以立 即通知相关的服务人员对目标餐桌进行清理工作,清扫完成后,系统即可通知顾客就餐,不需要服务人员时刻关注用餐情况,也不需要服务人员告知前台和顾客,从而可以在第一时间通知顾客用餐,减少了顾客的排队时间,同时,提高了餐厅的排队就餐效率。
如图3所示,图3是本发明实现餐厅叫号方法的较佳实施例的服务器的结构示意图。所述服务器3包括存储器31、至少一个处理器32、存储在所述存储器31中并可在所述至少一个处理器32上运行的计算机程序33及至少一条通讯总线34。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图3所示的示意图仅仅是服务器3的示例,并不构成对服务器3的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述服务器3还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备等。
所述至少一个处理器32可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。该处理器32可以是微处理器或者该处理器32也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器32是所述服务器3的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器3的各个部分。
所述存储器31可用于存储所述计算机程序33和/或模块/单元,所述处理器32通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器31内的计算机程序和/或模块/单元,以及调用存储在存储器31内的数据,实现所述服务器3的各种功能。所述存储器31可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据服务器3的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据等)等。此外,存储器31可以包括非易失性存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)、至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。

若所述排队队列中不存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列,根据所述餐桌信息,生成餐桌更换指令;
将所述餐桌更换指令发送给多个所述排队队列的所有等待顾客;
当接收到针对所述餐桌更换指令返回的第二确认指令时,将发送所述第二确认指令的等待顾客确定为第一顾客。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐之后,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
判断在预设时间内是否接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令;
若在预设时间内未接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令,根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第二顾客;
通知所述第二顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令之后,以及所述将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员之前,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
确定所述目标餐桌所属的区域;
根据所述目标餐桌所属的区域,确定负责所述区域的多个服务人员;
从多个所述服务人员中确定当前处于空闲状态的目标服务人员。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐包括:
获取所述第一顾客的当前地理位置;
判断所述当前地理位置是否属于餐厅范围区域;
若所述当前地理位置属于餐厅范围区域,通过音频设备通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐;或
若所述当前地理位置不属于餐厅范围区域,向所述第一顾客发送就餐通知消息。
具体地,所述处理器32对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
在图3所描述的服务器3中,可以实时检测所有餐桌的用餐情况,当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,可以立即通知相关的服务人员对目标餐桌 进行清理工作,清扫完成后,系统即可通知顾客就餐,不需要服务人员时刻关注用餐情况,也不需要服务人员告知前台和顾客,从而可以在第一时间通知顾客用餐,减少了顾客的排队时间,同时,提高了餐厅的排队就餐效率。
所述服务器3集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附关联图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,获取所述目标餐桌的餐桌信息;
    生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令,并将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员;
    当接收到针对所述清理指令返回的第一确认指令时,获取当前等待就餐的排队队列信息;
    根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客;
    通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述排队队列信息包括多个排队队列,所述根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客包括:
    根据所述餐桌信息,确定所述目标餐桌的餐桌类型;
    判断多个所述排队队列中是否存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列;
    若多个所述排队队列中存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列,按照所述目标队列的顾客排队顺序,将所述目标队列的所有等待顾客中排在最前面的等待顾客确定为第一顾客。
  3. 根据权利2所述的餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述餐厅叫号方法还包括:
    若所述排队队列中不存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列,根据所述餐桌信息,生成餐桌更换指令;
    将所述餐桌更换指令发送给多个所述排队队列的所有等待顾客;
    当接收到针对所述餐桌更换指令返回的第二确认指令时,将发送所述第二确认指令的等待顾客确定为第一顾客。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐之后,所述餐厅叫号方法还包括:
    判断在预设时间内是否接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令;
    若在预设时间内未接收到所述第一顾客的确认就餐指令,根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第二顾客;
    通知所述第二顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令之后,以及所述将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员之前,所述餐厅叫号方法还包括:
    确定所述目标餐桌所属的区域;
    根据所述目标餐桌所属的区域,确定负责所述区域的多个服务人员;
    从多个所述服务人员中确定当前处于空闲状态的目标服务人员。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的餐厅叫号方法,其特征在于,所述通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐包括:
    获取所述第一顾客的当前地理位置;
    判断所述当前地理位置是否属于餐厅范围区域;
    若所述当前地理位置属于餐厅范围区域,通过音频设备通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐;或
    若所述当前地理位置不属于餐厅范围区域,向所述第一顾客发送就餐通知消息。
  7. 一种餐厅叫号装置,其特征在于,所述餐厅叫号装置包括:
    获取模块,用于当检测到目标餐桌的顾客就餐完毕时,获取所述目标餐桌的餐桌信息;
    生成模块,用于生成针对所述目标餐桌的清理指令;
    发送模块,用于将所述清理指令发送给目标服务人员;
    所述获取模块,还用于当接收到针对所述清理指令返回的第一确认指令时,获取当前等待就餐的排队队列信息;
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述餐桌信息,从所述排队队列信息中的所有等待顾客中确定第一顾客;
    通知模块,用于通知所述第一顾客在所述目标餐桌上就餐。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的餐厅叫号装置,其特征在于,所述排队队列信息包括多个排队队列,所述第一确定模块包括:
    确定子模块,用于根据所述餐桌信息,确定所述目标餐桌的餐桌类型;
    判断子模块,用于判断多个所述排队队列中是否存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列;
    所述确定子模块,还用于若多个所述排队队列中存在与所述餐桌类型匹配的目标队列,按照所述目标队列的顾客排队顺序,将所述目标队列的所有等待顾客中排在最前面的等待顾客确定为第一顾客。
  9. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序以实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的餐厅叫号方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个指令,所述至少一个指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的餐厅叫号方法。
