Claims (7)
- 一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:包括外壳和安装在外壳中的加热缸、热液体容器、冷液体容器、锅盖、锅盖升降机构、冷却系统和多根连接管,加热缸加热液体并通过连接管将加热后的液体输送到热液体容器,热液体容器上方盖合锅盖,锅盖下方挂装有料包,锅盖升降机构驱动锅盖带着料包上下升降浸入到热液体容器的热液体中,等待设定时间后萃泡出热饮料,热饮料经冷却系统降温冷却成冰饮料到冷液体容器后输出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:还包括安装在外壳表面的智能操作面板,智能操作面板包括基本参数设定模块、萃泡设定模块和自动清洁控制模块,基本参数设定模块用于设置日期、机器编号、加热温度、冷却温度、冷却时间,萃泡设定模块用于设置料包类型、料包重量、萃泡温度、萃泡模式,自动清洁控制模块用于控制进入清洁模式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述锅盖升降机构包括安装壳、连杆、导向套、电机安装板、电机和齿轮,锅盖上方铰接连杆,连杆活动套装于导向套中,导向套安装于安装壳底部,导向套底部设有倾斜面,安装壳内部安装电机安装板,电机安装板一侧安装电机,电机输出轴安装齿轮,连杆上端一侧设有与齿轮相配合的齿形槽,连杆上端穿入安装壳中与齿轮相啮合,电机通过齿轮与连杆的配合驱动锅盖上升,锅盖表面与倾斜面相接触实现倾斜开盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述冷却系统包括冷却套管和换热器,冷却套管为双层管结构,冷却套管的内层管用于输送热饮料而外层管用于输送冷却水,冷却水对内层的热饮料进行一次冷却降温形成冷饮料经连接管到达冷液体容器,冷液体容器通过连接管连通换热器,换热器循环对冷液体进行二次冷却降温形成冰饮料。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述换热器包括空气压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述冷却套管排列方式为盘状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述加热缸、热液体容器、冷液体容器中安装有水位探针和温度探头。
