在饮料制造行业中,饮料店的工作人员会预先使用热水加上各种调料(咖啡、牛奶、茶、糖精、盐等)制成特地口味的热液体原汤料,然后根据客人是否需要冰饮而直接往热液体原汤料加冰冷却成冰液体饮料,这种冷却方式的缺陷在于饮料口感直接受到加冰多寡和服务人员技能熟练程度的影响,若加冰太多就会稀释饮料导致口味变淡而加冰太少饮料温度降不下来且可能会太浓,而且随着外卖行业的发展,越来越多的人不是直接到店消费而且通过点外卖来消费茶饮,外卖送货时间并不确定,冰块熔化快慢也会影响到饮料口感,最终会导致消费者不能喝上口感好的饮料而对店家产生不好印象,另外,现有泡茶机的锅盖上升后是处于水平状态的,此时锅盖顶部到容器顶部的直线距离是不变的且偏小,不便放料和观察容器内部情况。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,能够直接自动制成冰饮料而且无需另外加冰块,具体技术方案如下:
一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,包括外壳和安装在外壳中的加热缸、热液体容器、冷液体容器、锅盖、锅盖升降机构、冷却系统和多根连接管,加热缸加热液体并通过连接管将加热后的液体输送到热液体容器,热液体容器上方盖合锅盖,锅盖下方挂装有料包,锅盖升降机构驱动锅盖带着料包上下升降浸入到热液体容器的热液体中,等待设定时间后萃泡出热饮料,热饮料经冷却系统降温冷却成冰饮料到冷液体容器后输出。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,还包括安装在外壳表面的智能操作面板,智能操作面板包括基本参数设定模块、萃泡设定模块和自动清洁控制模块,基本参数设定模块用于设置日期、机器编号、加热温度、冷却温度、冷却时间,萃泡设定模块用于设置料包类型、料包重量、萃泡温度、萃泡模式,自动清洁控制模块用于控制进入清洁模式。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,所述锅盖升降机构包括安装壳、连杆、导向套、电机安装板、电机和齿轮,锅盖上方铰接连杆,连杆活动套装于导向套中,导向套安装于安装壳底部,导向套底部设有倾斜面,安装壳内部安装电机安装板,电机安装板一侧安装电机,电机输出轴安装齿轮,连杆上端一侧设有与齿轮相配合的齿形槽,连杆上端穿入安装壳中与齿轮相啮合,电机通过齿轮与连杆的配合驱动锅盖上升,锅盖表面与倾斜面相接触实现倾斜开盖。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,所述冷却系统包括冷却套管和换热器,冷却套管为双层管结构,冷却套管的内层管用于输送热饮料而外层管用于输送冷却水,冷却水对内层的热饮料进行一次冷却降温形成冷饮料经连接管到达冷液体容器,冷液体容器通过连接管连通换热器,换热器循环对冷液体进行二次冷却降温形成冰饮料。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,所述换热器包括空气压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,所述冷却套管排列方式为盘状。
作为本实用新型智能萃取饮料冷却机的一种优选方案,所述加热缸、热液体容器、冷液体容器中安装有水位探针和温度探头。
本实用新型的有益效果:锅盖升降机构驱动锅盖带着料包下降到热液体容器中,加热缸加热液体并输送到热液体容器,料包在热液体中萃泡出热饮料,热饮料再经冷却系统冷却降温后能制成符合温度要求的冰液体饮料,相对于现有技术无需另外加冰块,自动化程度高,不依赖于人员技能熟练程度,不会过渡稀释饮料或饮料太浓而影响口感,能够制造出口感美味、原汁原味的冰液体饮料,使液体饮料低温封锁住香气,避免高温液体饮料易产生苦涩、酸败味,带给用户更好体验,满足消费需求,另外,锅盖升降机构驱动锅盖倾斜开盖,方便放料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型的具体实施方式做进一步说明:
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的位置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以视具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
如图1~3所示,一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,包括外壳1和安装在外壳1中的加热缸2、热液体容器3、冷液体容器4、锅盖5、锅盖升降机构6、冷却系统和多根连接管(未画出为软水管),加热缸2加热液体并通过连接管将加热后的液体输送到热液体容器3,热液体容器3上方盖合锅盖5,锅盖5下方挂装有料包(料包可为乌龙茶包、普洱茶包、红茶包、绿茶包、清茶包等),锅盖升降机构6驱动锅盖5带着料包上下升降浸入到热液体容器3的热液体中,等待设定时间后萃泡出热饮料,热饮料经冷却系统降温冷却成冰饮料到冷液体容器后输出,在液体输送管路中安装有水泵8和电磁阀9,水泵8提供动力,电磁阀9通闭控制管路导通,另外,外壳1底部安装底板,底板安装有便于移动机器的脚轮。
具体的,智能萃取饮料冷却机还包括安装在外壳表面的智能操作面板10,智 能操作面板10包括基本参数设定模块、萃泡设定模块和自动清洁控制模块,智能操作面板10有不同的操作界面,基本参数设定模块的界面如图4所示,基本参数设定模块用于设置日期、机器编号、加热温度、冷却温度、冷却时间,日期指的是使用者使用本机器时的初始年月日时间,日期设定完毕后,机器会自动累计日期,机器编号是机器出厂偏码可有效防伪,加热温度指的是加热缸2加热液体的规定温度值,在不同海拔高度有不同数值,冷却温度指的是最后制出冰饮料的规定温度值,若冰饮料大于此规定温度值,冷却系统需循环冷却,冷却时间指的是饮料冷却时间,萃泡设定模块的界面如图5和6所示,萃泡设定模块用于设置料包类型、料包重量、萃泡温度、萃泡模式,料包类型包括乌龙茶包、普洱茶包、红茶包、绿茶包、清茶包、其余自定义等,当选定料包类型后,会进入图6界面,萃泡温度指的是料包在热液体中的萃泡温度值,萃泡模式分为美式分段进水模式和中式茶叶分段浸泡模式,自动清洁控制模块用于控制进入清洁模式,在清洗模式下,无需等待萃泡,洁净水在加热缸2、热液体容器3、冷液体容器4、冷却系统、连接管中流动带走污秽。
如图7~11所示,锅盖升降机构6包括安装壳61、连杆62、导向套63、电机安装板64、电机65和齿轮66,锅盖5上方铰接连杆62,连杆62活动套装于导向套63中,导向套63安装于安装壳61底部,导向套63底部设有倾斜面63a,安装壳61内部安装电机安装板64,电机安装板64一侧安装电机65,电机输出轴安装齿轮66,连杆62上端一侧设有与齿轮66相配合的齿形槽,连杆62上端穿入安装壳61中与齿轮66相啮合。
具体的,电机65驱动齿轮66转动,齿轮66驱动连杆62上下升降,连杆62带着锅盖5同步上升到接触导向套63时,由于连杆62铰接锅盖5、导向套63底部设有倾斜面63a,锅盖5会转动一定角度从而倾斜紧贴倾斜面63a,增大锅 盖5顶部到热液体容器开口处的间距,方便放料和查看容器内部,使用方便,实用性强。另外,电机安装板64的上部和下部安装微动开关67,连杆62上方安装限位板68,电机65驱动连杆62上升到上极限位置时,限位板68触动上部微动开关67电机65停止转动防止过位,电机65驱动连杆62下降到下极限位置时,限位板68触动下部微动开关67电机65停止转动防止过位,位置精确,具体的,冷却系统包括冷却套管71和换热器,冷却套管71为双层管结构如图12所示,冷却套管71排列方式为盘状,冷却套管71的内层管用于输送热饮料而外层管用于输送冷却水,冷却水对内层的热饮料进行一次冷却降温形成冷饮料经连接管到达冷液体容器,冷液体容器通过连接管连通换热器,换热器循环对冷液体进行二次冷却降温形成冰饮料。
换热器为常见的制冷换热装置用于给冷饮料进行二次冷却降温使用,换热器包括空气压缩机72、蒸发器73和冷凝器74,利用空调制冷原理循环给饮料降温,优选的可在管路中增加热力膨胀阀,热力膨胀阀节流后冷媒能快速变回低温。
为了更好控制液体输送过程中的各处温度和水位量,加热缸2、热液体容器3、冷液体容器4中安装有水位探针和温度探头。
具体的,加热缸分段将加热好的热液体输送到热液体容器与料包萃泡,此为美式分段进水萃泡模式,在本实施例中,分为4段,设定每段进水量后相加得到总水量,另外,锅盖升降机构驱动驱动料包上下升降分段浸入热液体中萃泡,此为中式茶叶分段浸泡萃泡模式,在本实施例中,分为4段,在本实施例中,分为4段,设定每段浸泡时间相加得到总时间。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:包括外壳和安装在外壳中的加热缸、热液体容器、冷液体容器、锅盖、锅盖升降机构、冷却系统和多根连接管,加热缸加热液体并通过连接管将加热后的液体输送到热液体容器,热液体容器上方盖合锅盖,锅盖下方挂装有料包,锅盖升降机构驱动锅盖带着料包上下升降浸入到热液体容器的热液体中,等待设定时间后萃泡出热饮料,热饮料经冷却系统降温冷却成冰饮料到冷液体容器后输出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:还包括安装在外壳表面的智能操作面板,智能操作面板包括基本参数设定模块、萃泡设定模块和自动清洁控制模块,基本参数设定模块用于设置日期、机器编号、加热温度、冷却温度、冷却时间,萃泡设定模块用于设置料包类型、料包重量、萃泡温度、萃泡模式,自动清洁控制模块用于控制进入清洁模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述锅盖升降机构包括安装壳、连杆、导向套、电机安装板、电机和齿轮,锅盖上方铰接连杆,连杆活动套装于导向套中,导向套安装于安装壳底部,导向套底部设有倾斜面,安装壳内部安装电机安装板,电机安装板一侧安装电机,电机输出轴安装齿轮,连杆上端一侧设有与齿轮相配合的齿形槽,连杆上端穿入安装壳中与齿轮相啮合,电机通过齿轮与连杆的配合驱动锅盖上升,锅盖表面与倾斜面相接触实现倾斜开盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述冷却系统包括冷却套管和换热器,冷却套管为双层管结构,冷却套管的内层管用于输送热饮料而外层管用于输送冷却水,冷却水对内层的热饮料进行一次冷却降温形成冷饮料经连接管到达冷液体容器,冷液体容器通过连接管连通换热器,换热器循环对冷液体进行二次冷却降温形成冰饮料。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能萃取饮料冷却机,其特征在于:所述换热器包括空气压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器。
