Description

钻孔机的加工平台 技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻孔机的加工平台,尤指使用于钻孔机并可快速更换垫板的加工平台。
背景技术
为了防止钻孔机在对物品进行钻孔作业中损伤钻孔机台面,以及防止物品钻孔后,孔洞边缘形成毛边,会于钻孔机台面上放置垫板,为了保持垫板于台面的定位状态,目前做法是利用螺丝或螺母配合螺柱,将垫板固定于台面,但由于垫板属于消耗性材料,使用一段时间后就必须拆卸螺丝或螺母对垫板进行更换,才能有效的防止孔洞边缘形成毛边,但此种定位方式造成垫板更换需耗费较长时间,且于对印刷电路板进行钻孔的高速钻孔机,其垫板的更换频率则会更加频繁,耗费时间更长,造成钻孔机的产能下降。

本发明的主要目的乃在于,利用自动定位方式简化钻孔机于更换垫板时所需的时间,并方便使用者进行垫板更换,进而提高钻孔机的产能。
为达上述目的,本发明钻孔机的加工平台,具有底座、定位装置以及垫板,定位装置具有驱动器、驱动杆以及定位件,定位件具有基部以及基部侧方所延伸的定位部,驱动杆连接于驱动器以及定位件的基部,驱动器带动驱动杆以旋转位移方式内缩或延伸出驱动器;垫板表面设置有穿孔,垫板于穿孔侧边凹设有定位槽,相邻定位槽的侧边延伸设置有扩充孔。
前述定位装置的驱动器位于底座底面,定位件位于底座表面,当垫板置于底座表面时,驱动器先驱动驱动杆延伸出驱动器,使定位件朝向远离底座表面方向旋转位移,让垫板置于底座底面时,垫板的穿孔对正于定位件的基部时,定位 件的定位部会正对于扩充孔,让垫板穿过定位件抵靠于底座表面,当垫板抵靠于底座表面后,驱动器会再次驱动驱动杆内缩于驱动器,使定位件朝向靠近底座表面方向旋转位移,使定位件的定位部正对并进入定位槽内,让垫板于底座表面形成定位状态。
前述钻孔机的加工平台,其中该定位装置的定位部由定位件的基部两相对侧方延伸所形成,而垫板的扩充孔由相邻定位槽两侧边延伸所形成。

本发明的能够利用自动定位方式简化钻孔机于更换垫板时所需的时间,并方便使用者进行垫板更换,进而提高钻孔机的产能。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
请参阅图1至图3所示,由图中可清楚看出,本发明设置有底座1、定位装置2以及垫板3,其中:
该底座1设置有透孔11。
该定位装置2具有驱动器21、驱动杆22以及定位件23,定位件23具有基部231以及基部231侧方所延伸的定位部232,驱动杆22连接于驱动器21以及定位件23的 基部231,驱动器21带动驱动杆22以旋转位移方式内缩或延伸出驱动器21;在本实施例中,定位装置2的定位部232由定位件23的基部231两相对侧方延伸所形成,驱动器21系固定于底座1底面,使驱动杆22由透孔11延伸出底座1表面,让定位件23位于底座1表面处。
该垫板3表面设置有穿孔31,垫板3于穿孔31侧边凹设有定位槽32,相邻定位槽32的侧边延伸设置有扩充孔33,在本实施例中,扩充孔33由相邻定位槽32两侧边延伸所形成。
请参阅图3至图6所示,当垫板3欲定位于底座1表面时,先使驱动器21系驱动驱动杆22延伸出驱动器21,让定位件23朝向远离底座1表面方向旋转位移,让垫板3的穿孔31对正于定位件23的基部231,定位件23的定位部232也会正对于扩充孔33,此时垫板3即可供定位件23由穿孔31与扩充孔33穿出,使垫板3置于底座1表面,且于当垫板3抵靠于底座1表面后,驱动器21会再次驱动驱动杆22内缩于驱动器21,使定位件23朝向靠近底座1表面方向旋转位移,使定位件23的定位部232正对并进入定位槽32内,让垫板3于底座1表面形成定位状态。
凭借上述结构,当垫板3欲进行更换时,只要再次驱动驱动杆22延伸出驱动器21,让定位件23的定位部232正对于扩充孔33,即可将垫板3取出进行更换。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种钻孔机的加工平台,尤指使用于钻孔机并可快速更换垫板的加工平台,具有底座、定位装置以及垫板,其特征在于:
    该定位装置具有驱动器、驱动杆以及定位件,定位件具有基部以及基部侧方所延伸的定位部,驱动杆连接于驱动器以及定位件的基部,驱动器能够带动驱动杆以旋转位移方式内缩或延伸出驱动器;
    该垫板表面设置有穿孔,垫板在穿孔侧边凹设有定位槽,相邻定位槽的侧边延伸设置有扩充孔;
    前述定位装置的驱动器位于底座底面,定位件位于底座表面,当垫板置于底座表面时,驱动器先驱动驱动杆延伸出驱动器,使定位件朝向远离底座表面方向旋转位移,让垫板置于底座底面时,垫板的穿孔对正于定位件的基部时,定位件的定位部会正对于扩充孔,让垫板穿过定位件抵靠于底座表面,当垫板抵靠于底座表面后,驱动器会再次驱动驱动杆内缩于驱动器,使定位件朝向靠近底座表面方向旋转位移,使定位件的定位部正对并进入定位槽内,让垫板在底座表面形成定位状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述钻孔机的加工平台,其特征在于:该定位装置的定位部由定位件的基部两相对侧方延伸所形成,而垫板的扩充孔由相邻定位槽两侧边延伸所形成。
