Definitions
- the invention relates to a baby bottle attachment made of an elastic material with a teat section and a slip-over section, the slip-over section widening in its diameter pointing away from the teat section and being step-shaped.
- Baby bottles or teats enable babies and toddlers to consume liquid or, for example, pureed food. They usually comprise a bottle body made of glass or plastic and a removable attachment with a mouthpiece with a hole or slot through which the baby can suck in the liquid or the food.
- the removable attachment which consists of an elastic plastic material, for example, can be cleaned and disinfected separately. The attachment is often screwed onto the bottle body with a coupling ring and sealed.
- Baby bottle attachments which can be screwed onto a conventional PET or glass water bottle by means of a thread, for example.
- US 2014/0246394 A1 describes an adapter for an elastic teat, the adapter having several internal threads with different diameters in order to be able to be screwed onto bottles with different bottle neck diameters.
- US 2014/0291360 A1 describes such an adapter in which the elastic teat can also be replaced by a mouthpiece with a larger opening in order to serve as a drinking aid.
- US Pat. No. 9,848,721 B2 shows a lid made of a stretchable material, which can be slipped onto or slipped onto any vessel in a sealing manner with a slip-on section, and which has a suction section, for example in the form of a beak-like spout, to be able to drink from the vessel.
- FR 753.725 describes a glass bottle with a conical screw opening and a teat made of rubber with a corresponding internal thread. The teat widens in the axial direction in its inner diameter, in the area in which the teat is placed on the glass bottle.
- DE 197 16 535 A1 describes a teat that is placed on a stable bottle.
- a molded seal and a union ring there is a shaft-like overlapping section is provided on the suction cup.
- This Kochstülpab section represents a step-like expansion of the diameter of the suction device in the axial direction.
- the US 1, 714,757 describes an elastic suction cup that can be slipped onto a surface.
- Two circumferential shoulders are formed on the bottle, which interact with corresponding beads on the teat.
- the diameter of the suction cup expands in the axial direction.
- two ge opposite handles are integrally formed on the suction cup. Their edges can also be reinforced so that they do not slip off with your fingers.
- the invention is based on the object of creating a baby bottle attachment that can be used universally and that can be cleaned in a simple manner.
- the core idea of the invention consists in the fact that the baby bottle attachment is made of an elastic material in a manner known per se and essentially comprises a teat section and a pull-over section.
- the baby bottle attachment can be placed or slipped over any receptacles such as bottles, drinking glasses or the like with its slip-on section.
- the elasticity of the material used ensures adequate sealing and leakage security when the baby bottle attachment is placed on a filled container.
- the baby bottle attachment is designed in such a way that, viewed in its axial direction, it widens in its diameter pointing away from the teat section in the slip-on section.
- the baby bottle attachment is designed in steps.
- the respective steps of the slip-on section or their inner diameter are selected in such a way that they can be placed on a conventional PET or glass water bottle, a standardized baby bottle, a juice bottle with an enlarged outer diameter or the like in a sealing manner.
- the baby bottle attachment is placed more or less far on the vessel, such as a drinking glass, and slipped over its upper edge to form a seal due to its elasticity.
- the baby bottle attachment can be designed in three or four stages.
- the baby bottle attachment can be placed on or slipped onto different vessels such as drinking glasses, bottles or the like. Due to the elasticity of its material, it can also be placed on an external thread such as a water bottle, a conventional baby bottle and so on in a sealing manner.
- the steps on the widening Studentsstülp-Ab are in particular assigned continuous circumferential beads that are formed in the corner areas of the steps, for example, as material reinforcements.
- these areas when the baby bottle attachment is slipped over and removed from a vessel, the greatest tensile forces occur, which are absorbed by the reinforced material. This guarantees the permanent elasticity of the baby bottle attachment.
- These beads can also serve as expansion sections, for example to adapt to different bottle diameters. Due to the stretchable and elastic properties of the material of the baby bottle essay, the accumulation of material or material reinforcement in the area of the beads when placed on bottles with different diameters is stretched and tearing of the material of the baby bottle attachment is avoided.
- the baby bottle attachment can not only be marketed in a certain size, but also, for example, as a set with, for example, two or three or more different sizes. These can preferably be stacked one inside the other and thus the sizes or the outer diameter of any vessel can be covered by different baby bottle attachments in a set.
- the baby bottle attachment is made of a suitable material, for example to be cleaned in a dishwasher or to be made sterile in a sterilizer.
- the baby bottle attachment be designed in one piece. This means that, depending on the material used, it can be manufactured, for example, by injection molding or as a deep-drawn part.
- the one-piece structure makes cleaning and disinfection easier and no individual parts can be lost.
- the baby bottle attachment can consist of elastic plastics that are of course free of solvents or other harmful substances.
- extensions for handling are in particular formed in one piece on the slip-over section.
- two opposing, flap-like extensions formed from the slip-on section or the entire baby bottle attachment can be gripped and pulled onto an opening of the vessel. Due to the elasticity of the material, a certain amount of force is required here, but this ensures the tightness of the baby bottle attachment.
- four extensions distributed evenly over the circumference can also be provided.
- the surface of the overlapping section or at least the projections is preferably provided with a structure.
- the structure expediently comprises ribs, knobs, openings or the like.
- the structure of the free surface reduces the risk of slipping during handling.
- the water is designed as a baby teat with a hole or narrow slot, for example to be able to drink children's tea or water from the vessel.
- the teat section can also be designed as a beak with a larger pouring opening, for example to be able to consume pureed food or so that older children can drink from the vessel without the risk of spilling.
- a further closable opening for filling and emptying the vessel is preferably assigned to the teat section, which serves as a cover, so to speak, for the vessel onto which it is slipped.
- the teat section can be equipped with a self-sealing closure, for example in the form of a ball-lift valve, in order to prevent the vessel from leaking out unintentionally.
- a lid made of hard plastic or a similarly elastic material can be assigned to it, which essentially completely covers the baby bottle attachment from contamination and protects it, for example, when it is mounted on a vessel can be.

- a hole 4 not shown to scale here, is formed in the material through which a baby or toddler can take any liquid food to himself.
- the hole 4 can also be formed as a slot, for example, for a beak-like configuration of the suction cup section 2.

- the outside beads 9a, 9b can be removed, with which the overlapping portion 3 has a step-like shape for adaptation to different diameters of vessels 6 is made possible.
- These beads 9a, 9b also serve to reinforce the material in order to give the areas that are particularly subject to kinking with sufficient permanent elasticity.

- the structure 10 can, as shown in FIG. 4, comprise ribs 11 or, as shown in FIG. 5, knobs 12.
