如图1所示,拨块51的工作端和连接端之间设置有弧形段,弧形段的外表面形成第一抵接面,拉手52的外表面形成第二抵接面,以通过移动拉手52使第二抵接面压动第一抵接面,以带动拨块51的工作端转动。这样设置便于将拉手的第二抵接面利用弧形段的弧形压动第一抵接面,进而迫使拨块51转动。
如图1和图4所示,安装基体10包括连接杆11和支撑部12,第一车把20和第二车把30分别与连接杆11的两端枢转连接,连接杆11的中部设置有弹性件40,支撑部12与连接杆11可拆卸地相连接,两个拨块51分别位于支撑部12的两侧,两个拨块51均与支撑部12枢转连接,支撑部12上开设有让位部,让位部位于两个拨块51的下方,拉手52可活动地设置于让位部内。这样设置便于在连接杆11和支撑部12之间设置拨动组件,提高了使用者的操作便捷性,以及便于组装产品。
如图2和图3所示,支撑部12包括第一支撑臂121和第二支撑臂122,第一支撑臂121和第二支撑臂122相对地设置,第一支撑臂121的端部和第二支撑臂122的端部分别可活动地设置有拨块51;让位部包括第一让位部1211和第二让位部1221,第一让位部1211设置在第一支撑臂121上,第二让位部1221设置在第二支撑臂122上;拉手52位于第一支撑臂121和第二支撑臂122之间,拉手52的第一端可活动地设置于第一让位部1211内,拉手52的第二端可活动地设置于第二让位部1221内。这样设置使得拉手52可利用第一让位部1211和第 二让位部1221在第一支撑臂121和第二支撑臂122之间移动,以便于用户根据需要抬起拉手52,以将拉手52压迫两个拨块转动。
如图2和图3所示,第一车把20的连接端开设有第一凹槽以形成第一限位部21,第二车把30的连接端开设有第二凹槽以形成第二限位部31;弹性件40的中部与安装基体10相连接,弹性件40的第一端具有与第一凹槽的槽壁配合的第一支撑面41,弹性件40的第二端具有与第二凹槽的槽壁配合的第二支撑面42;当第一车把20和第二车把30位于展开位置时,第一支撑面41与第一凹槽的槽壁相抵接,第二支撑面42与第二凹槽的槽壁相抵接;向上拉动拉手52,使其与拨动组件50接触,并使拨动组件50转动,进而推动弹性件40的第一端和第二端,以使第一支撑面41与第一凹槽的槽壁相分离,并使第二支撑面42与第二凹槽的槽壁相分离,以使第一车把20和第二车把30在重力作用下达到折叠位置。需要展开时,向上转动第一车把20和第二车把30,当第一车把20和第二车把30达到展开位置时,第一支撑面41和第二支撑面42自动复位,均与对应设置的凹槽的槽壁抵接以将对应的车把支撑展开,以供用户抓握。通过操作拨动组件50压迫第一支撑面41和第二支撑面42从两个凹槽内分别移开,可以使得第一车把20和第二车把30利用自身重力处于折叠位置,避免了车把易损伤的风险。
如图1所示,第一车把20的朝向安装基体10的一端设置有第一端面22,第二车把30的朝向安装基体10的一端设置有第二端面32,安装基体10的两侧均设置有弹性垫60;当第一车把20和第二车把30位于展开位置的情况下,第一端面22和第二端面32均分别与对应的弹性垫60相抵接。其中,弹性垫60可以为橡胶垫。在位于展开位置时,通过弹性垫60可消除第一车把20、第二车把30与安装基体10之间的间隙,避免第一车把20、第二车把30出现晃动现象,提高了产品的稳定性。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种滑板车,包括车把组件,车把组件为上述实施例中的车把组件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车把组件,其特征在于,包括:
    安装基体(10)、第一车把(20)和第二车把(30),所述第一车把(20)与所述安装基体(10)的第一端枢转连接,所述第二车把(30)与所述安装基体(10)的第二端枢转连接;所述第一车把(20)的朝向所述安装基体(10)的一端设置有第一限位部(21),所述第二车把(30)的朝向所述安装基体(10)的一端设置有第二限位部(31),所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)具有相对展开以供用户骑行使用的展开位置和在非工作状态下相互靠拢的折叠位置;
    弹性件(40),所述弹性件(40)与所述安装基体(10)相连接,在所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)位于展开位置时,所述弹性件(40)的两端分别位于所述第一限位部(21)和所述第二限位部(31)内,以支撑所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)相对展开;通过操作所述弹性件(40)形变以使所述弹性件(40)的两端分别远离所述第一限位部(21)和所述第二限位部(31),以使所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)在重力的作用下转动至所述折叠位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述车把组件还包括:
    拨动组件(50),所述拨动组件(50)可活动地与所述安装基体(10)相连接,以通过转动所述拨动组件(50)带动所述弹性件(40)的两端变形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述拨动组件(50)包括:
    拨块(51),所述拨块(51)为两个,两个所述拨块(51)与所述弹性件(40)的两端一一对应地设置,两个所述拨块(51)均具有工作端和连接端,两个所述拨块(51)的连接端分别位于与所述安装基体(10)的两侧并与所述安装基体(10)枢转连接,两个所述拨块(51)的工作端与所述弹性件(40)的两端对应地连接;
    拉手(52),所述拉手(52)可活动地与所述安装基体(10)相连接,以通过移动所述拉手(52)带动两个所述拨块(51)转动,以使所述拨块(51)的工作端带动所述弹性件(40)对应的端部形变。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述拨块(51)的工作端和与其相对应的所述弹性件(40)的端部相抵接或固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述拨块(51)的工作端和连接端之间设置有弧形段,所述弧形段的外表面形成第一抵接面,所述拉手(52)的外表面形成第二抵接面,以通过移动所述拉手(52)使所述第二抵接面压动所述第一抵接面,以带动所述拨块(51)的工作端转动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述安装基体(10)包括:
    连接杆(11),所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)分别与所述连接杆(11)的两端枢转连接,所述连接杆(11)的中部设置有所述弹性件(40);
    支撑部(12),所述支撑部(12)与所述连接杆(11)可拆卸地相连接,两个所述拨块(51)分别位于所述支撑部(12)的两侧,两个所述拨块(51)均与所述支撑部(12)枢转连接,所述支撑部(12)上开设有让位部,所述让位部位于两个所述拨块(51)的下方,所述拉手(52)可活动地设置于所述让位部内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部(12)包括第一支撑臂(121)和第二支撑臂(122),所述第一支撑臂(121)和所述第二支撑臂(122)相对地设置,所述第一支撑臂(121)的端部和所述第二支撑臂(122)的端部分别可活动地设置有所述拨块(51);所述让位部包括第一让位部(1211)和第二让位部(1221),所述第一让位部(1211)设置在所述第一支撑臂(121)上,所述第二让位部(1221)设置在所述第二支撑臂(122)上;所述拉手(52)位于所述第一支撑臂(121)和所述第二支撑臂(122)之间,所述拉手(52)的第一端可活动地设置于所述第一让位部(1211)内,所述拉手(52)的第二端可活动地设置于所述第二让位部(1221)内。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述第一车把(20)的连接端开设有第一凹槽以形成所述第一限位部(21),所述第二车把(30)的连接端开设有第二凹槽以形成所述第二限位部(31);所述弹性件(40)的中部与所述安装基体(10)相连接,所述弹性件(40)的第一端具有与所述第一凹槽的槽壁配合的第一支撑面(41),所述弹性件(40)的第二端具有与所述第二凹槽的槽壁配合的第二支撑面(42);当所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)位于所述展开位置时,所述第一支撑面(41)与所述第一凹槽的槽壁相抵接,所述第二支撑面(42)与所述第二凹槽的槽壁相抵接;当所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)位于所述折叠位置时,所述第一支撑面(41)与所述第一凹槽的槽壁相分离,所述第二支撑面(42)与所述第二凹槽的槽壁相分离。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车把组件,其特征在于,所述第一车把(20)的朝向所述安装基体(10)的一端设置有第一端面(22),所述第二车把(30)的朝向所述安装基体(10)的一端设置有第二端面(32),所述安装基体(10)的两侧均设置有弹性垫(60);当所述第一车把(20)和所述第二车把(30)位于展开位置时,所述第一端面(22)和所述第二端面(32)均分别与对应的所述弹性垫(60)相抵接。
  10. 一种滑板车,包括车把组件,其特征在于,所述车把组件为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的车把组件。
