其中,安装本体11与安装梁12可拆卸地相连接,或安装本体11与安装梁12一体成型设置。根据实际加工情况,可选择安装本体11与安装梁12可拆卸地相连接以便于生产加工、降低成本以及便于维修拆卸,如螺栓连接,或者选择安装本体11与安装梁12一体铸造成型设置,或者,安装本体11与安装梁12通过碳纤维材料一体成型设置。
在本实施例中,连接轴40通过第一轴承与支撑本体31或安装梁12相连接,或者,转向轴22通过第二轴承与连接部21相连接,当然以上也可以同时都存在。这样设置降低转动部23的转向阻力。
根据本申请的实施例,提供了一种滑板车,该滑板车包括转向装置,转向装置为上述实施例的转向装置。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种转向装置,其特征在于,包括:
    安装基体(10);
    转向组件(20),所述转向组件(20)与所述安装基体(10)可活动地相连接,所述转向组件(20)用于安装车轮并带动所述车轮转向;
    支撑部(30),所述支撑部(30)的第一端与所述转向组件(20)相连接,所述支撑部(30)的第二端与所述安装基体(10)可转动地相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述安装基体(10)包括:
    安装本体(11),所述安装本体(11)与所述转向组件(20)可活动地相连接;
    安装梁(12),所述安装梁(12)的第一端与所述安装本体(11)相连接,所述安装梁(12)的第二端朝向远离所述安装本体(11)的方向延伸,所述安装梁(12)的第二端与所述支撑部(30)的第二端可活动地相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部(30)包括:
    支撑本体(31),所述支撑本体(31)与所述安装梁(12)的第二端可转动地相连接;
    第一支撑臂(32),所述第一支撑臂(32)与所述支撑本体(31)相连接,并与所述转向组件(20)的第一侧相连接;
    第二支撑臂(33),所述第二支撑臂(33)与所述支撑本体(31)相连接,所述第二支撑臂(33)与所述第一支撑臂(32)相对地设置,并与所述转向组件(20)的第二侧相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述安装本体(11)具有第一安装臂(111)和第二安装臂(112),所述第一安装臂(111)和第二安装臂(112)间隔地设置并形成安装空间(113),所述转向组件(20)可活动地设置于所述安装空间(113)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述转向组件(20)包括:
    连接部(21),所述连接部(21)的第一端与所述第一安装臂(111)可拆卸地相连接,所述连接部(21)的第二端与所述第二安装臂(112)可拆卸地相连接,所述连接部(21)的中部开设有安装孔(212);
    转向轴(22),所述转向轴(22)穿设于所述安装孔(212)内;
    转动部(23),所述转动部(23)用于安装车轮,所述转动部(23)上开设有供至少部分的所述连接部(21)穿过的连接孔,所述转动部(23)的中部具有用于容纳所述转向轴(22)的安装腔(233),所述连接孔和所述安装腔(233)相连通,所述转动部(23)通过所述转向轴(22)带动所述车轮转向,所述转动部(23)的第一侧与所述第 一支撑臂(32)相连接,所述转动部(23)的第二侧与所述第二支撑臂(33)相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述转动部(23)包括相对设置的第一转动件(231)和第二转动件(232),所述第一转动件(231)和所述第二转动件(232)可拆卸地相连接,所述第一转动件(231)朝向所述第二转动件(232)的一侧开设有第一凹槽,所述第一转动件(231)远离所述第二转动件(232)的一侧与所述第一支撑臂(32)相连接,所述第二转动件(232)朝向所述第一转动件(231)的一侧开设有第二凹槽,所述第二转动件(232)远离所述第一转动件(231)的一侧与所述第二支撑臂(33)相连接,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽形成所述安装腔(233)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述连接部(21)的中部具有凸起(211),所述凸起(211)上开设有所述安装孔(212),所述转动部(23)上开设有用于容纳所述凸起(211)的让位空间(234),所述让位空间(234)与所述安装腔(233)相连通,所述凸起(211)能够围绕所述转向轴(22)的轴线在所述让位空间(234)内转动。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述支撑本体(31)与所述安装梁(12)通过连接轴(40)枢转连接,所述连接轴(40)的轴线与所述转向轴(22)的轴线同轴。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述安装本体(11)与所述安装梁(12)可拆卸地相连接,或所述安装本体(11)与所述安装梁(12)一体成型设置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述连接轴(40)通过第一轴承与所述支撑本体(31)或所述安装梁(12)相连接,所述转向轴(22)通过第二轴承与所述连接部(21)相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的转向装置,其特征在于,所述连接轴(40)通过第一轴承与所述支撑本体(31)或所述安装梁(12)相连接,或所述转向轴(22)通过第二轴承与所述连接部(21)相连接。
  12. 一种滑板车,包括转向装置,其特征在于,所述转向装置为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的转向装置。
