现有技术中,CN206154711U公开了一种用于解决切边后的薄膜进行压边的压边剪辊机构,包括导轨梁、安装在导轨梁顶部及底部的上、下剪辊组件,上剪辊组件包括气缸座、转臂气缸及上支架和上剪辊,气缸座安装在导轨梁的顶部,转臂气缸的转轴与呈L形的上支架的上部连接,上支架下部具有横置的上 支轴,上剪辊转动安装在上支轴上;下剪辊组件包括气缸座、转臂气缸及下支架和下剪辊,气缸座安装在导轨梁的底部,转臂气缸的转轴与呈L形的下支架的下部连接,下支架的上部具有横置的下支轴,下剪辊转动安装在下支轴上,转臂气缸带动上支架和下支架沿转轴中心线转动,使上剪辊和下剪辊夹持薄膜或松开薄膜。
上述专利解决的是塑料薄膜或塑料片材切边导致的边膜不平整的问题,但是由于生产时两个辊均是静止不转动的,在两辊压靠在一起被薄膜将带动旋转时,由于薄膜与辊子旋转不同步会造成薄膜划伤,影响薄膜的表观质量。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,结构简单,解决塑料薄膜或塑料片材移动与辊旋转不同步的问题。
为达成上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,对称设置在薄膜宽度方向的两侧并分别连接于薄膜,且在薄膜宽度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个剪辊装置;所述剪辊装置包括支杆、滑座、辊组装置和吹转装置;
所述支杆沿薄膜宽度方向固连于牵引收卷机机架,支杆垂直于牵引收卷机上薄膜运转方向;所述滑座安装在支杆上,滑座具有在支杆长度方向滑动的自由度;
所述辊组装置安装在滑座上,包括平行且对应设置在薄膜厚度方向两侧的固定辊和摆动辊,所述固定辊和摆动辊侧面均间隔设置为幅板结构;所述辊组装置用于夹持薄膜;
所述吹转装置分别设置在固定辊和摆动辊上,用于吹动固定辊和摆动辊侧面幅板,使得固定辊和摆动辊转动。
进一步的,所述辊组装置还包括支座、旋转气缸和摆臂;所述支座与滑座上部采用定位轴定位连接,支座具有绕定位轴转动的自由度;所述支座远离支 杆端部的侧面设置有第一支轴和与第一支轴适配第一轴承;所述第一支轴平行于薄膜平面,所述第一轴承连接于固定辊芯轴,固定辊具有绕第一支轴旋转的自由度;所述固定辊抵接于薄膜下表面;
所述旋转气缸设置在支座上,旋转气缸连接于摆臂;所述摆臂一端连接于旋转气缸的旋转轴,另一端连接有第二支轴与第二支轴适配第二轴承;所述第二支轴设置在第一支轴上部,且对应平行第一支轴;所述第二轴承连接于摆动辊中心轴,摆动辊具有绕第二支轴旋转的自由度;所述摆动辊对应抵接于薄膜上表面;固定辊和摆动辊对应抵接设置,用于消除薄膜运行产生的纵向皱纹。
进一步的,所述滑座上还设置有支座调节装置,支座调节装置包括固连于滑座顶部的第一丝杆和连接于支座的调节螺母;所述调节螺母套设在第一丝杆上,与第一丝杆螺纹适配;所述第一丝杆转动,带动调节螺母沿第一丝杆轴向运动,进而带动支座绕固定轴旋转,使得第一支轴和第二支轴共同所在平面与垂直薄膜表面的方向形成夹角;夹角有利于固定辊和摆动辊对薄膜产生横向拉紧效果,使得薄膜在运行时不会出现横向皱纹。
进一步的,所述吹转装置包括压缩空气源、第一吹管和第二吹管;
所述第一吹管一端连于第一支轴,另一端连接于压缩空气源;所述第一吹管连接于第一支轴的端部设置为第一折弯结构,第一折弯结构的端部开口朝向固定辊侧面幅板;所述第二吹管一端连于第二支轴,另一端连接于压缩空气源;所述第二吹管连接于第二支轴的端部设置为第二折弯结构,第二折弯结构的端部开口朝向摆动辊侧面幅板;通过吹管导风向固定辊和摆动辊施加作用力,促进固定辊和摆动辊达到相对于薄膜运转实现预先转动的效果。
进一步的,所述第一吹管导出的风对固定辊的作用力的方向与和第二吹管导出的风对固定辊的作用力的方向相反;作用力方向相反才能使得固定辊和摆动辊转动方向相反,满足后续薄膜传输时两辊的运转效果;并且为了确保吹管风向传输,增大辊侧面幅板受力面积,将第一折弯结构和第二折弯结构的端部开口均设置为锐角斜面开口结构。
进一步的,所述滑座底部连接有调距装置,所述调距装置包括第二丝杆、螺母和滑块;所述滑座设置有与支杆适配的通孔,所述通孔套设在支杆上;所述支杆内部设置为轴向空心结构,所述空心结构两端设置有第三轴承,第二丝杆通过第三轴承固定安装在空心结构内,且第二丝杆的长度大于支杆的长度;
所述螺母套设在第二丝杆上,与第二丝杆采用螺纹适配;所述第二丝杆靠近支杆端部的一端安装有手轮,手轮用于转动第二丝杆;所述支杆侧壁开有沿支杆长度方向的滑槽,所述滑块卡设在滑槽内,且滑块一端抵接螺母,另一端连接于滑座;所述手轮带动第二丝杆转动,驱动与第二丝杆螺纹适配的螺母沿第二丝杆轴向移动,螺母移动带动滑块和与滑块连接的滑座沿滑槽移动;调距装置有助于本发明的剪辊装置适用于不同尺寸宽度的薄膜生产线,提高本发明的实用性。
进一步的,所述支座上还设置有压力调节装置,所述压力调节装置一端连接于支座,另一端抵接于摆臂,压力调节装置用于缓冲及调整摆臂摆动带动摆动辊对薄膜的压力。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的技术方案提供的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,获得了如下有益效果:
本发明公开的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,结构简单,操作方便,包括支杆、套装在支杆上的滑座、安装在滑座上的辊组装置和用于使辊组装置中固定辊和摆动辊提前转动的吹转装置;具体为,吹转装置采用压缩空气输出,将内能转化为机械能的方式使剪辊相对于薄膜预先转动起来,进而消除由于薄膜与辊子旋转不同步造成薄膜划伤,减少对薄膜表观质量的影响;并且本发明,在支杆内部设置有调距装置,调距装置可以调节薄膜两侧剪辊装置之间的距离,使得剪辊装置可以使用在不同宽度尺寸的薄膜生产线,增强了本发明结构的实用性。
此外,本发明的辊组装置中固定辊和摆动辊设置在支座上,支座与滑座轴定位,并且支座连接于滑座上设置的支座调节装置,支座调节装置采用第一丝 杆和调节螺母的配合使得支座绕定位轴旋转,从而使得固定辊与摆动辊轴线所在平面与垂直薄膜表面的平面形成夹角,对薄膜产生横向拉紧效果,进一步减少薄膜运行时可能产生皱纹。

为了更了解本发明的技术内容,特举具体实施例并配合所附图式说明如下。

基于现有技术中,在薄膜生产制造过程中,当使用剪辊装置解决薄膜在拉伸机、牵引机和收卷机之间运行时,在牵引张力及拉伸应力的作用下,薄膜表面会出现纵向皱纹的问题时,由于薄膜与辊子旋转不同步会造成薄膜划伤,因此本发明旨在提出一种带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,使剪辊预先转动起来,从而使得薄膜或是塑料片材在运行时与辊子旋转同步,消除薄膜划伤。
下面结合附图所示,对本发明的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置作进一步具体介绍。
结合图1至图3所示,一种带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,对称设置在薄膜8宽度方向的两侧并分别连接于薄膜8,且在薄膜8宽度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个剪辊装置;所述剪辊装置包括支杆1、滑座2、调距装置6、辊组装置3和吹转装置5;所述辊组装置3用于夹持薄膜8,并在薄膜8两侧产生横向扩张的张紧力;所述吹转装置5用于预先使相对于薄膜8保持静止的剪辊装置提前转动,当薄膜生产线开始运转时,辊组装置3直接达到与薄膜8的同步运转,减小辊组装置3与薄膜8之间运转不同步造成的薄膜8表观质量下降。
具体为,所述支杆1沿薄膜8的宽度方向固连于牵引收卷机机架9,支杆1 垂直于薄膜8运转方向,且支杆1内部设有调距装置6;所述滑座2设置有与支杆1适配的孔,用于将滑座2套装在支杆1上,滑座2具有在支杆1长度方向滑动的自由度,并且滑座2还连接于调距装置6;所述辊组装置3安装在滑座2上,辊组装置3用于夹持薄膜8,并在薄膜8两侧产生横向扩张的张紧力;所述辊组装置3包括平行且对应设置在薄膜8厚度方向两侧的固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2,所述固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2侧面均间隔设置为幅板3.3结构。部分实施例中,所述固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2的外壁材料选择金属或橡胶,当本发明的剪辊装置用于薄膜压花操作时,还可以在固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2外壁表面设置压花纹路。
所述辊组装置3还设置有支座3.4、旋转气缸3.5和摆臂3.6;所述支座3.4沿滑座2高度方向与滑座2上部采用定位轴4.1定位连接,支座3.4在滑座2上具有绕定位轴2.1旋转的自由度;所述支座3.4远离支杆1端部的侧面设置有第一支轴3.7和与第一支轴3.7适配第一轴承3.8;所述第一支轴3.7平行于薄膜8平面,所述第一轴承3.8连接于固定辊3.1芯轴,使得固定辊3.1具有绕第一支轴3.7旋转的自由度;所述固定辊3.1抵接于薄膜8下表面;所述旋转气缸3.5设置在支座3.4上,旋转气缸3.5连接于摆臂3.6;所述摆臂3.6一端连接于旋转气缸3.5的旋转轴,另一端连接有第二支轴3.9与第二支轴3.9适配第二轴承3.10;所述第二支轴3.9设置在第一支轴3.7上部,且对应平行于第一支轴3.7;所述第二轴承3.10连接于摆动辊3.2中心轴,摆动辊3.2具有绕第二支轴3.9旋转的自由度;所述摆动辊3.2对应抵接于薄膜8上表面;固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2对应抵接设置,在薄膜8运行过程中,固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2表面在薄膜8摩擦力的带动下发生旋转作用,进而达到消除薄膜8运行产生的纵向皱纹的效果。本实施例中,固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2的位置可以相互调换,不影响辊组装置3的实施效果。
结合图3所示的实施例,固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2在薄膜8厚度方向两侧运转,对薄膜8具有垂直薄膜8表面的压力,对于薄膜8宽度方向的拉力几乎没 有,因此在滑座2顶部设置有支座调节装置4,用于调节固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2芯轴共同所在平面与垂直薄膜8表面之间的夹角;所述支座调节装置4包括固连于滑座2顶部的第一丝杆4.1和连接于支座3.4的调节螺母4.2;所述调节螺母4.2套设在第一丝杆4.1上,与第一丝杆4.1螺纹适配;所述第一丝杆4.1转动,带动调节螺母4.2沿第一丝杆4.1轴向运动,进而带动支座3.4绕定位轴2.1旋转。
其具体为,所述调节螺母4.2上设置有一端固定的导向销4.3,支座3.4在靠近导向销4.3的位置开有腰形孔,导向销4.3另一端套装于支座3.4的腰形孔;因此,旋转第一丝杆4.1,会驱动调节螺母4.2在第一丝杆4.1轴向往复移动,进而带动支座3.4绕滑座2上的定位轴2.1进行旋转,旋转的结果就使得安装在支座3.4上的第一支轴3.7和第二支轴3.9共同所在平面与垂直薄膜8表面的方向形成夹角,调节螺母4.2的位置不同,获得的夹角大小不同;形成夹角有利于增大固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2对薄膜8表面产生的横向拉紧力,使得薄膜8在运行时不会出现横向皱纹;附图所示的实施例中,为了便于操作第一丝杆4.1转动,在第一丝杆4.1靠近支杆1端部的一端安装导正罩4.4,并且第一丝杆4.1的端面设置用于与工具适配操作的凹槽,便于第一丝杆4.1旋转时的操作件的导正。本发明不限于附图所示的使支座3.4旋转的方式,任何使得支座3.4与滑座2发生相对转动的方法均在本发明的保护范围内。
进一步的结合图3和图4所示,所述吹转装置5分别设置在固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2上,用于吹动固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2侧面幅板3.3,使得固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2在薄膜8运行前预先转动起来,具有一定的转动速度,减小两者运行不同步对薄膜8造成的损伤。
具体为,所述吹转装置5包括压缩空气源5.1、第一吹管5.2和第二吹管5.3;所述第一吹管5.2一端连于第一支轴3.7,另一端连接于压缩空气源5.1;所述第一吹管5.2连接于第一支轴3.7的端部设置为第一折弯结构,第一折弯结构的端部开口朝向固定辊3.1侧面幅板3.3;所述第二吹管5.3一端连于第二支轴3.9, 另一端连接于压缩空气源5.1;所述第二吹管5.3连接于第二支轴3.9的端部设置为第二折弯结构,第二折弯结构的端部开口朝向摆动辊3.2侧面幅板3.3;通过吹管导风向固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2施加作用力,促进固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2达到预先转动的效果。
在附图所示的实施例中,所述第一吹管5.2导出的风对固定辊3.1的作用力的方向与和第二吹管5.3导出的风对摆动辊3.2的作用力的方向相反;由于薄膜8在运转中,对贴附在薄膜8上下表面的固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2摩擦力相反还有当吹管对固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2的作用力方向相反,才能使得固定辊3.1和摆动辊3.2转动同步,满足后续薄膜8传输时两辊的运转效果;此外,为了确保吹管风向传输稳定,增大辊侧面幅板3.3受力面积,将第一折弯结构和第二折弯结构的端部开口均设置为锐角斜面开口结构。
结合图5和图6所示,所述支杆1内部连接有调距装置6,所述调距装置6包括第二丝杆6.1、螺母6.2和滑块6.3;所述滑座2底部设置有与支杆1适配的通孔,所述通孔套设在支杆1上;所述支杆1内部设置为轴向空心结构,所述空心结构两端设置有第三轴承6.6,第二丝杆6.1通过第三轴承6.6固定安装在空心结构内,且第二丝杆6.1的长度大于支杆1的长度;所述螺母6.2套设在第二丝杆6.1上,与第二丝杆6.1采用螺纹适配;为了便于螺母6.2与滑座2连接,所述支杆1侧壁开有沿支杆1长度方向的滑槽6.4,所述滑块6.3卡设在滑槽6.4内,且滑块6.3一端抵接螺母6.2,另一端连接于滑座2;为了便于操作,一些实施例中在第二丝杆6.1靠近支杆1端部的一端安装有手轮6.5,手轮6.5用于转动第二丝杆6.1,节省人力。
调距装置6的工作过程为,所述手轮6.5转动带动第二丝杆6.1转动,驱动与第二丝杆6.1螺纹适配的螺母6.2沿第二丝杆6.1轴向移动,螺母6.2移动带动滑块6.3和与滑块6.3连接的滑座2沿滑槽6.4移动;手轮6.5带动第二丝杆6.1正反转,使得滑座2沿调距装置6上滑槽6.4前后移动;调距装置6有助于本发明的剪辊装置适用于不同尺寸宽度的薄膜生产线,提高本发明的实用性。
此外,为了防止旋转气缸3.5的旋转轴带动摆臂3.6上设置的摆动辊3.2下压薄膜8时,对薄膜8造成瞬间和/或持续压力过大,在所述支座3.4上还设置有压力调节装置7,所述压力调节装置7一端连接于支座3.4,另一端抵接摆臂3.6,压力调节装置7对摆臂3.6具有一定的支撑作用,用于缓冲及调整摆臂3.6摆动带动摆动辊3.2时对薄膜的造成冲击压力,减少薄膜8损伤。

  1. 一种带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,剪辊装置对称设置在薄膜宽度方向的两侧并分别连接于薄膜,且在薄膜宽度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个剪辊装置;其特征在于,所述剪辊装置包括支杆、滑座、辊组装置和吹转装置;
    所述支杆沿薄膜宽度方向固连于牵引收卷机机架,支杆垂直于牵引收卷机上薄膜运转方向;所述滑座安装在支杆上,滑座具有在支杆长度方向滑动的自由度;
    所述辊组装置安装在滑座上,包括平行且对应设置在薄膜厚度方向两侧的固定辊和摆动辊,固定辊和摆动辊侧面均间隔设置为幅板结构;所述辊组装置用于夹持薄膜;
    所述吹转装置分别设置在固定辊和摆动辊上,用于吹动固定辊和摆动辊侧面幅板,使得固定辊和摆动辊转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述辊组装置还包括支座、旋转气缸和摆臂;
    所述支座与滑座上部采用定位轴定位连接,支座具有绕定位轴旋转的自由度;所述支座远离支杆端部的侧面设置有第一支轴和与第一支轴适配第一轴承;所述第一支轴平行于薄膜平面,所述第一轴承连接于固定辊芯轴,固定辊具有绕第一支轴旋转的自由度,且固定辊抵接于薄膜下表面;
    所述旋转气缸设置在支座上,摆臂连接于旋转气缸;所述摆臂一端连接于旋转气缸的旋转轴,另一端连接有第二支轴与第二支轴适配第二轴承;所述第二支轴设置在第一支轴上部,且对应平行于第一支轴;所述第二轴承连接于摆动辊芯轴,摆动辊具有绕第二支轴旋转的自由度,且摆动辊对应抵接于薄膜上表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述滑座上还设置有支座调节装置,支座调节装置包括固连于滑座顶部的第一丝杆和连接于支座的调节螺母;所述调节螺母套设在第一丝杆上,与第一丝杆 螺纹适配;所述第一丝杆转动,带动调节螺母沿第一丝杆轴向运动,进而带动支座绕定位轴旋转,使得第一支轴和第二支轴共同所在平面与垂直薄膜表面的方向形成夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述吹转装置包括压缩空气源、第一吹管和第二吹管;
    所述第一吹管一端连于第一支轴,另一端连接于压缩空气源;所述第一吹管连接于第一支轴的端部设置为第一折弯结构,第一折弯结构的端部开口朝向固定辊侧面幅板;
    所述第二吹管一端连于第二支轴,另一端连接于压缩空气源;所述第二吹管连接于第二支轴的端部设置为第二折弯结构,第二折弯结构的端部开口朝向摆动辊侧面幅板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述第一吹管导出的风对固定辊侧面幅板的作用力的方向与和第二吹管导出的风对摆动辊侧面幅板的作用力的方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置还包括调距装置,调距装置连接于支座,包括第二丝杆、螺母和滑块;
    所述滑座套设在支杆上,支杆设置为轴向空心结构,所述空心结构内部两端设置有第三轴承,第二丝杆通过第三轴承固定安装在空心结构内,且第二丝杆的长度大于支杆的长度;
    所述螺母套设在第二丝杆上,与第二丝杆采用螺纹适配;所述支杆侧壁开有沿支杆长度方向的滑槽,所述滑块卡设在滑槽内,且滑块一端抵接螺母,另一端连接于滑座;
    所述第二丝杆转动,带动与第二丝杆螺纹适配的螺母沿第二丝杆轴向移动,螺母移动带动滑块和与滑块连接的滑座沿滑槽移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于, 所述第二丝杆靠近支杆端部的一端安装有手轮,手轮用于转动第二丝杆。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5任一项所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述第一折弯结构和第二折弯结构的端部开口均设置为锐角斜面开口结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述支座上还设置有压力调节装置,所述压力调节装置一端连接于支座,另一端抵接于摆臂,压力调节装置用于缓冲及调整摆臂摆动带动摆动辊对薄膜的压力。
  10. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的带吹转功能的牵引收卷机剪辊装置,其特征在于,所述固定辊和摆动辊的外壁材料为金属和橡胶中的一种。
